la television de la habitación no es smart y no funcionaban tampoco los canales locales. La habitacion olia a humedad y las camas no son tan comodas. Considero que deberia contar con un frigobar porque no hay hielo tampoco. El desayuno estaba muy rico pero el menu incorrecto, indicaban que incluia fruta y hotcakes, mas el platillo a elegir y nos dijeron que era un error y que no estaba bien.

Que en la publicación dice desayuno gratis y a la hora de bajar a desayunar me salen que solo incluye 2 desayunos por cuarto y me cobraron 2 desayunos esto nunca me había pasado en otro Hotel ,Las Sábanas más seguro q no las cambian seguido ya que al acomodarlas para dormir,había cabellos y En la azotea hay muchísimo ruido de karaoke ,De pasos y se escuchaba más x las tablas q tienen de piso ,Es Imposible Dormir,fuimos a descansar a el hotel y Fue Algo Imposible, Realmente No Lo Recomiendo,hay muchas mejores opciones

Reviewed May 24, 2026La comida del restaurante es muy rica y el servicio a la habitación muy rápida, las instalaciones tienen todo lo necesario, además está en una muy buena ubicación.
Durante la mañana, en dos ocasiones el personal de limpieza entro sin tocar la puerta. La primera, yo estaba dormida aún y cuando entró la chica y se dio cuenta se salió y cerró. En la otra ocasión la puerta estaba cerrada con los dos seguros, incluso me asome para decirle que estaba cerrado. Entiendo que no tenía el letrero de "no molestar" pero ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de tocar la puerta.

The interior of the building is not very clean, and the pool is quite small. The restaurant opens late for breakfast, which itself is very basic and lacks variety. There is constant noise throughout the property, making it difficult to rest. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, this is not the place—you can hear everything happening on the rooftop, which is extremely disruptive and disappointing

The hotel doesn’t match the photos as other reviews have mentioned. We feel decieved. It’s very poorly maintained and there is no attention to detail. Stained walls, stained furniture, smelly hallways, old elevator. The room was filthy. We booked two nights but left at midnight the first night to switch to a different hotel. There is a club on the ground floor and it’s so loud we couldn’t sleep. The windows were rattling. We lost all our money on this stay.

Las almohadas muy viejas e incómodas, las puertas del baño no tienen seguro ni privacidad son de vidrio, la alberca es muchísimo más pequeña de lo que parece en foto. Es un hotel viejo, desde el elevador, la recepción y los pasillos son demasiado viejos, sería una buena opción si el costo fuera suficientemente económico, espero mejoren sus instalaciones para el futuro, la zona les favorece mucho.

My room had a bad Oder I let the front desk know to check it and when I came back the Oder was less but still there.
