El agua estuvo fría durante toda mi estancia, y a pesar de que el último día me cambiaron de habitación termino siendo igual, el agua me tocó fría y no ví gran reacción o preocupación de parte del personal a no ser por el gerente del turno nocturno quien fue quien nos ofreció el cambio de habitación.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The room and bed were very comfortable, and it was great to have free water bottles alongside a desk and chair in the room with accessible power outlets. Location is excellent, being just a 5-minute walk to San Pedro Palacio, and the open Wi-Fi network was reasonably fast.
No elevator, so you will have to carry your luggage up a few steps to reach the room depending on which room you get. Staff was kind to offer free luggage storage but early check-in wasn't available. Some staff members' English wasn't the best.

The room was quite disappointing. It was not very clean, the furniture was old and worn out, and the bed linen had hair on it. The window could not be opened, which made the room feel stuffy. If you only need a place to sleep for one night, it might be acceptable. However, this is definitely not a place where you can relax, enjoy your stay, or feel comfortable.

Some parts of the hotel felt a bit outdated or forgotten. The gym needs maintenance and an upgrade. Several of the fire extinguishers cases were damage and they look bad when you walk the hallway. Some parts of the floor in my room looked dirty

I can’t classify a hotel as 4 stars when they decide to have their breakfast service by a third party… there is no sense, breakfast was poor, ridiculous. I can’t be more surprised, once I got my check in, I received a 3 days vouchers for breakfast, once I went there in the first day. I received(one glass of juice, bad one), a plate of fruit, and an egg, no flavor, i ask for bacon and cheese, but they prefer “Ramon”, It was needed to ask more than once for cheese and bacon, but was bad, comes with chilli and “Mexican tortillas”, no bread, no other options, and don’t ask more, and don’t complain. In summary, room there no window, no views, plugs doesn’t work. Yes. I was trying 5/6 plugs to find 1 or 2. Bad experience

Esta cerca del Parque Líneal de las Calzadas, un parque con áreas verdes donde se puede caminar, trotar y descansar. Más allá a unas cuadras está un sector donde se pueden encontrar casas de cambio con un buen precio. Hay transporte a toda hora El personal muy amable, las habitaciones son cómodas. Viajamos con mi papá para el repechaje del Mundial 2026 apoyando a Bolivia y el hotel completo una experiencia inolvidable. Fuimos caminando al hotel donde se hospedó la selección para el banderazo llegamos media noche caminando, todo seguro y tranquilo.
El desayuno bueno, aunque se puede mejorar la variedad. Algunos muebles del hotel necesitan mantenimiento, pero en caso de ajustes o algún inconveniente, te atienden rápido. No cuentan con ascensor, pero el hotel no tiene muchos niveles.

El baño no estaba bien limpio, tenía unas marchitas sospechosas. Las últimas tres veces que he ido el baño ha estado sucio de alguna forma.

No tiene ascensor para subir a la planta superior y con la maleta grande es un poco incómodo. La habitación tenía una especie de ventana alargada casi en el techo muy alto y las cortinas eran insuficientes para que por la mañana entrara mucha luz.
