EL DESUNO ESTA EXCLENTE, SOLO QUE NO COMPRNDO POR QUE SI LA RESRVA ES DOBLE Y EN LA MISMA INICA DESAYUONO INCLUIDO. SOLO ME HICIERON VALIO UN DESAYUP Y NO DOS. LA HABITACION ES DOBLE ( CLARAMENTE DOS PERSONAS ) ESTO NO ME PERCIO NADA BIEN PERO ME DIJO EL HOTEL QUE ESTO ES LO QUE DIO LA APLIACAION BOKING

no tengo tema con el hotel sino con el personal trata al turismo nacional como si fueramos lo peor, particulamente la gente de seguridad, no estan arreando vacas ni tampoco me pueden estar quitando de las areas comunes si me quedo sentada con un cliente o mi compañero de trabajo

Es el dia de hoy que el hotel se comprometio a darme una respuesta de la falta de respeto del gerente de seguridad a nosotros invadio nuestra privacidad siguiendonos y cuestionando mi estancia y yo estaba en pleno meeting en mi habitacion. Me atendio la gerente Teresa e incluso le mostramos el video de la arbitrariedad de su gente de seguridad. Tengo el video y lo voy a subir a redes

La ubicación es muy buena, todos los locales comerciales que tiene hacen que valga mucho la pena quedarse ahí. La cena en el hotel está muy rica pero el desayuno es espectacular .

Nice hotel but the check-in was terrible I came in early to see if I could get a room before 3 pm I understand the rules, but they gave me false expectations, as I moved into my room at about 3:30

Good but not cost relative... the arrival.- the parking lot isn't assigned and your car isn't safe as must when you are paying one of the most expensive fee of whole hotels in the area, i asked for the valet, the answer was a BIG NOT AVAILABLE, 300 usd for a non available valet ? , so i went to the parking lot, no big deal, there's a lot of space but as the hotel is inside the arboledas park, you will be parked as everybody in the mall, non dedicated parking, at least a parking arm, something that makes you feel you car is safe. parking fee.- the hotel offers a day pass ticket for 7.50 usd , but again. 300 usd fee for a non free parking? Pool.- the pool isn't heated. is an outside pool that is truly fancy ,but the pool area isn't, , remember is 4 diamonds hotel. in overall, room is good, not the greatest but it's ok. good amenities at bath, food is great. the team is warm and makes you feel at home. try the morning breakfast is pretty cool. resume: 4 diamonds represents luxury pleasure and warmness , this hotel is far to meet that expectation. if you want to be closer to the arboledas and san pedro area , take it. if you want to have a pleasant luxory stay, choose other options like live Aqua , or another from the same brand like Westin. those are more price-experience balanced

The JW Marriott is a new and stylish hotel, with a great location, many restaurants close by. Rooms are spacy and clean.

Amenities, Mini Bar (completely empty!) and Room service process is rather 1 star than 5 stars (what you pay for…).

No recuerdo haber tenido que esperar mas de 30 minutos siendo huesped de un hotel de cualquier categoria en cualquier parte del mundo para poder tomar el desayuno ya incluido habiendo mesas disponibles, pero imagino reservadas. El Restaurant era uno de los puntos mas fuertes del porqie me hospedaba ahi constantente, y sera razon , tristemente para mi que me hara decidir irme a otro lugar que con la diferencia econimica seria cualquier hotel en Mty.

Always love coming back here, the hotel is very expensive for the region but you get what you pay for! Perfect location for San Pedro and the vast array of restaurants nearby. The hotel accommodation is excellent, rooms well appointed and spacious. Pool and gym are great. I’ll be back.

I had a conference here and even though it was a pricey hotel compared to others in the area, it certainly lives up to the JW brand. The hotel is immaculate and in a great location. The people who work here are friendly, helpful and professional, exactly what is expected at a JW. The highlight though, is the shower in the rooms. Exceptionally high water pressure that blasts you from the top and sides. I think I told more people about the shower than anything else in this hotel because it felt like a massage. What a great way to start the day!

We had to switch rooms twice due to cleanliness issues. While the hotel and surrounding area were beautiful, our experience with the rooms was disappointing. In the first room, we found a toothpaste cap in the shower, and the area near the toilet was dirty. We requested to be moved to another room, but the second room had an unflushed toilet from a previous guest. I then requested a third room. Despite asking to speak with the manager, we never received a response. For the price you pay per night you should expect the rooms to be inspected before delivering to the customers. Thank you.

Good: The facilities are relatively new and well-designed. Even our relatively basic room was well-appointed and stylish. My name was displayed on the room's TV, a classy touch. The views of the mountains in all directions are quite impressive. The location is also quite walkable, with restaurants, shops and an HEB grocery store nearby. Bad: Service was not up to the standards I’ve seen at other JW Marriott properties. Employee training could be improved. We did not see any proactive steps like loyalty program acknowledgement, explanation of features/benefits, offers to assist with luggage, turndown service, or inquiries about our stay or transportation needs at checkout. Some properties offer small touches to make loyalty members feel welcome—a welcome letter or hand-written note, a piece of fruit or chocolate. We didn’t see any similar indications of effort here, nor were we upgraded per Bonvoy Gold status. While not rude, employees did not greet guests in the hallways. There were a few issues with sanitation/maintenance. Despite the property being under four years old, an electrical outlet in our room was out of service. We also noticed discarded single use cups on a counter near the elevator and dust on the sculptures outside of rooms. Our room was also missing a few items one generally sees in JW Marriott properties: saucers for the espresso cups, slippers, branded shopping bags, and a second bathrobe (our room had 2 queen beds). Ride-share pickup was also cumbersome, as direct access to the hotel's entrance is apparently not allowed. In sum, the property may be going through growing pains, but it quite didn’t deliver relative to its price or the JW Marriott brand.

We booked for the New Year's event at this location about 2 weeks prior to event. A week before event they wrote to us to confirm, guaranteeing they could accommodate us (we are vegetarian). The event was a horrible experience for us! They didn't have our dinner ready, we sat there and watched as the other people on our table ate, they were practically done when the waiter asked what they could cook for us. They kept getting our drink orders wrong. Totally ruined our New Year's Eve, service was just horrible! The rooms are super standard, coffee maker didn't work, do not expect luxury or great service at this hotel. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing, totally NOT an upscale hotel!

Very greasy food. Waiters making mistakes every time on bill.

Housekeeping terrible! Would knock when Do Not Disturb sign in Spanish was on the door. Could not provide a bottle opener, had to call down every time! Needed scissors to wrap Christmas gifts, I was told I needed to go down and retrieve the scissors, could not be brought to room. Zero logic! The sheets on bed with comforter in middle was very uncomfortable. Personnel were not nice with the fact I had a service dog. Very low intelligence.

Cuando hicieron mi cuarto no dejaron toallas limpias y al momento del check out solicité una Suburban para el aeropuerto, y a la Chave de recepción se le olvidó hacer la reservación y tuve que separar a mi familia en 2 coches
