The flow of water in the wash basin faucet is inadequate.

Break fast was fantastic and the spread was really great, it was a fantastic mix of both indian and international. The kerala dishes were exceptionally good

As improvement inside room, for couples, it would be better to allot rooms with double size bed rather than two small beds joined together.

I recently stayed at O by Tamara after more than four years, and I must say the experience has improved tremendously. During my previous visit around the COVID period, I wasn't very satisfied with the service, but this time everything exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I especially appreciated that they greeted guests with "Namaste," showing respect for Indian culture and making us feel truly welcome. I stayed at the resort and enjoyed both the breakfast and buffet. The food was outstanding, with an excellent variety of Indian, Western, and local dishes. Everything was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. The buffet is definitely worth the price. The resort was clean, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. It's wonderful to see how much O by Tamara has improved over the years. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, great food, and exceptional hospitality.

A special appreciation to the culinary team—the food was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and very very tasty . Every meal was a delight and truly elevated our experience. I booked a cab through the hotel to the airport. The cab was clean but the driver had put my stuff on the road at the airport. They did not give me to to put on the side and went away

Everything! A wonderful hotel with great staff and awesome food! All staff were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend. Chef was also very good.

One of the waiters at breakfast was very intrusive and instead of catering to customers needs, was getting too chatty and inquisitive about personal matters. Hotel should instruct staff in the restaurant to stick to service, and food related talk, not personally intrusive chats. Except for this one guy, all others were great.

I clearly was given a very good financial deal for this stay, so on trying to re-book it would have cost twice as much. So, note this when I say extremely good value for money. This is a high quality hotel, with the facilities and service approach to match. It is extremely convenient for both the hotel and Kims Health hospital. Every member of staff was focused on my experiences and ensuring I had a good stay. I loved the touch of a pillow 'menu' to ensure my comfort. The food was excellent, with a wide range of choice. There is a gym and spa (this is a bit basic but perfectly sufficient. My treatment (Ayurveda massage) was great.

The bar is not very 'female' friendly. The sauna was not working.

Great location for the airport & very clean hotel throughout with all necessities in the room. Swimming area is lovely with plenty loungers & towels. Tom on reception was very friendly & efficient on check in. We had an early check out & hotel prepared a lovely breakfast to take with us.

We had an issue at the pool with a member of staff, which we reported to the management & we received an evening meal as a way of apology but really hope the man will learn from it!. We also had work men replacing poolside lights at the foot of our sun loungers which killed the peace & tranquility slightly with drilling!!!!

Was really good, only that the salon services in the spa was closed during our stay for maintenance.

Clean and exciting ambience of the hotel. Good food in the take off cafe on the rooftop.

We got the same room with 2 single beds .i.e. room 1414. It would have been better if we got another room.

For the price and where it is this was the best spot. The room was comfortable and we love being close to the mall, the pool, and gym. Perfect place. Loved the city. We will be back.
