One of the best features was the convenient shuttle service, which picks you up directly in front of the property and brings you back as well. The service is included in the room price, making it extremely convenient and a great added value. Overall, everything went very well and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The rooms were ok. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. A reasonable amount to pay for one night.
Booked the hotel as it said free shuttle service from the airport. It's only a 7 minute ride from the airport. However they do not wait at the airport with your name like other hotels. You need to WhatsApp a number. Besides that takes about more than an hour to get there. Ours didn't turn up. We got scammed in the end at the airport. When we checked with the staff at the hotel they said the driver was there, which was a lie as we didn't see a van with the logo and we were waiting there at the point they suggested. What's the point of a WhatsApp message. Couldn't the driver if he was there at least give us a call when he was there. Terrible service. It's doesn't seem like a Mariott hotel city express. Very disappointing start to our holiday.
