Lo alquilé por el shuttle, les envié un mensaje para separarlo con 48 horas antes, nunca contestaron el correo, ni el mensaje, que estaba en reparación Solicité taxi a cierto horario, el día anterior, no lo solicitaron, hasta que realicé el check out llamaron al taxi, por lo que me costó el taxi, muy groser@s, altaneros

El traslado fue complicado de coordinar. El hotel primero quería cobrar el mismo y luego me enteré por una amiga que estaba incluido en el alojamiento. Al intentar coordinarlo me pidieron llamar telefónicamente suministrando un número equivocado y señalando que si no me comunicaba no confirmaban mi traslado. Mi amiga con quien me cité para negocios, tuvo que ir personalmente al hotel a pedir el número de WhatsApp para poder coordinar.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026This hotel is every traveler’s nightmare. Avoid it at all costs. The Wi-Fi simply doesn’t work. What are you supposed to do if you’re a foreign traveler? The shower only drips a few drops of water, and the air conditioning doesn’t work either. If you chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport and you need reliable internet to check your flight, forget about it. There is no usable Wi-Fi here.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026No me gustó nada, del hotel no vale la pena, el servicio que tienen de traslado al aeropuerto es pésimo me dejaron esperando 2 horas, luego como me tocaba regresar al aeropuerto de madrugada me enviaron con un taxi que era del hotel pago y la tarifa decía 250 pesos mexicanos y cuando llegué al aeropuerto que iba a pagar el Sr del taxi me dijo que era 275 pesos y que por una comisión. Me pareció de mal gusto y deshonesto pero que hacía ya estaba en el aeropuerto y tenía que pagar y no te lo dicen antes para embaucarte cuando llegas al aeropuerto. Así que no lo recomiendo en absoluto.
El alojamiento me pareció malísimo, en el pasillo para ir a las habitaciones bombillos quemados, la habitación olía mal, no salía agua caliente, las toallas y la sábanas olían mal y manchadas pera el precio que pagué no valió la pena

Respecto de las imágenes publicadas, que evidentemente son de una época mejor y cargadas de filtros, el hotel está viejo y ajado. Las instalaciones de fontanería, el mobiliario, el comedor, es todo viejo y en no muy buenas condiciones. Con todo, sirvió para nuestro objetivo.

Reviewed May 23, 2026La cercanía con el aeropuerto, el desayuno está completo con fruta, huevos, chilaquiles, leche, cereal, yogurth, café, waffles.
Al parecer desaparecieron 2 playeras y un pantalón de mi esposo. 🙃 Y sólo llegamos ahí. Todo lo demás estuvo bien, la habitación es amplia y tienen una mesita para trabajar, cama y plancha.

No one really speaks English and it appears they didn’t own up to the Free airport shuttle, even though I made arrangements in advance, they lied about coming to pick you up, them kept hanging up the phone. Secondly, watch your card, they will double charge you when you ask about they play like they don’t understand and when you call back k they hang up on you… I’m going to report them to the authorities.

Parking is difficult. Changed rooms 3 times to get decent internet. The ad said restaurant and room service available but was non existent. Not 1 piece of art on the ubiquitous white cement walls.

De las peores experiencias! primero tengo que decir que ya tenia reservacon desde hace como 2 semans antes. Llegamos a media noche con mi familia (dos menores de 6) y nos dieron una llave (tarjeta) para la habitacion que no funcionaba, tuve que bajar a que la reactivaran, pero no funciono otra vez, asi que tuve que bajar por una tercera vez hasta a que nos cambiaran la tarjeta, para todo esto, todos en el pasillo cansados y desesperados por descanzar despues de haber viajado todo el dia. cuando al fin sirvio la tarjeta entramos y la habitaion y no estaba limpia!!!, estaba el carrito que llevan los de mantenimiento con la escoba y todo adentro de la habitacion, las camas deshechas etc... asi que tuvimos que bajar otra vez y nos asignaron otra habitacion, para esto ya habia pasado como 30 minutos,nos dieron la nueva tarjeta y OTRA VEZ no funcionaba, asi que volvimos a bajar una 5ta vez y ya subio un encargado con nostros con una nueva tarjeta y logramos entrar. Horrible!!!!

The internet wasn't working properly. I got a confirmation from booking about my special requests (the pick up from the airport included with the stay) however they didn't arrange any collection for me resulting in the inconvenience of having to pay a really expensive taxi and I've got no compensation for it at all. The gentleman at the desk in the morning was unable to arrange transport back to the airport and seemed to care very little about my previous experience when I was told the day before this could be arranged due to previous inconvenience. Although the evening staff was very apologetic once I got there, they couldn't answer the phone when I tried to contact them from the airport

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026We booked using booking.com. When we arrived the room prices were different. Two doubles were not the same price and one was more expensive than the king. He couldn’t explain why. Price negotiated to $124 each room and given receipt for that but credit card charged over $170 for each room. If you want shuttle they say book 24 hr in advance but when we came in May 10:30 pm it had only been 10 hrs since booking room. No direction how to get shuttle from airport and taxi was negotiated down to 1100p to hotel and only 17p back. Not good intro to Mexico.
