Tina Nature villa

Bella la posizione della struttura, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Nine arch bridge. Carina la camera e abbastanza pulita. Buona la colazione. Staff gentile. La piscina è piaciuta alla nostra bambina. Secondo noi prezzo è un po' troppo alto per la qualità dei servizi.

Il bagno aveva cattivo odore. La camera non è isolata dai rumori e alle 6, quando comincia ad albeggiare, iniziano i suoi della natura e finiva il nostro sonno.

Schitterend uitzicht over de Nine arches bridge. Met de tuktuk ben je snel in Ella. Lieve mensen, prima ontbijt.

De mooie, schone kamers, het zwembad, het uitzicht, het vriendelijke personeel: dit hotel is echt top! Het is misschien iets verder van Ella, maar neem gewoon een tuktuk en geniet van je verblijf buiten de drukte. De Spa bij het hotel is overigens ook echt een aanrader! Beste massage ooit!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Angestellten sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Man hat uns auch dabei geholfen, Tuktuks in die Stadt sowie für Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Pool und das dortige Spa sind super!

De kamers zijn eenvoudig en zeer gehorig. Er zijn geen goede gordijnen waardoor je vroeg wakker bent. Het is een relatief duur hotel voor wat je ervoor krijgt in Sri Lanka

De host was werkelijk fantastisch! Hij regelen alles voor ons, zelfs het verzoek per trein toen bleek dat onze boeking werd geannuleerd. Hij zorgen er persoonlijk voor dat alles goed ging. Enorme dank hiervoor.

Everything- the location was beautiful, relaxing and away from tourism. Was so close to nine arch bridge. The view from the top deck was outstanding. Food was great, the onsite massage centre was incredible and a must when staying here away from the hustle and hustle. We’ll come back for sure!

Amazing views and comfortable lodging with easy access to nine arches bridge. Staff were excellent. Easy tuktuk ride into Ella for dinner. Excellent and inexpensive massage.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, very close to Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and high quality. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Amazing views from the balcony, walking distance from 9 Arch Bridge, cool pool with views.

Staff were unhelpful, did not want to send a tuktuk to come get us as unable to reach with car. Arrangements were a struggle and took 1.5 hours to get a sandwich. Arranged a tuktuk drop in the morning but the person did not show up so we had to walk with our heavy luggage. Staff seemed like they were on holiday. Room was not very clean.

Great staff, and was a great location next to the bridge. But expensive for what is was. The pool wasn’t super clean and the breakfast was the worst we had in Srilanka by far.

Rooms were generous size and views remarkable. Easy walk to 9 Arch bridge. Tuk tuk located at villa so easy accessible, just message Lakshan who was prompt and accommodating. CC facilities are available.

No English. Lakshan tried but unfortunately his English was poor. This meant organising trips and prices very difficult. Breakfast was below average and no restaurant i was aware. There were only 2 couples in the villas yet rooms weren't cleaned, towels not changed or rubbish removed.

Dejligt stille sted med en fantastisk udsigt! Super sødt personale ! Mega god Rice and curry ! En dygtig og behagelig massør som vi besøgte flere gange ..Fine værelser med lille balkon !

Poolen var ikke så indbydende, selvom personalet gjorde den ren hver morgen, så faldt der hurtigt blade deri igen!

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick vom Frühstück war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sehr schön.

Unseren Betten waren feucht und es hat im Zimmer modrig gerochen, an den Moskitonetzen herum das Bett war Schimmel. Der Pool war nicht sauber und die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist fast nur mit einem Tuk Tuk erreichbar, wir hatten einen privat Fahrer (Auto) er hatte immer Schwierigkeiten hoch zu fahren weil fast immer Tuk Tuks entgegen gekommen sind, und es dann sehr enck wurde.

Lovely polite hosts, they asked what we would like for breakfast the night before so could be prepared. We also had our evening meal there which was delicious.

Replenishing the rooms with tea & coffee, wiping down bathrooms and emptying rubbish each day would have made this a 10 out of 10 stay

Incredible views. Room was beautiful & very clean. Breakfast was best so far in Sri Lanka thank you to the boys in kitchen. Also a big thank you to Daminda & Lakshan for taking care of of us during our stay 🙏

Great location to nine arch bridge and little adams peak. 25 mins walk into the town. Amazing view from the room - (we stayed at the top) we walked along the train track from nine arch bring along the train track into ella and looped back around up tbe hill on the road which is a really nice 4 mile loop. Big spacious rooms. Staff friendly, they offer a cheaper tuk tuk service.

The air con was very loud and made a loud cranky noise every half an hour almost like it was turning off and back on again, this did keep us awake a lot in the night as it was really quite loud and repetitive. Swimming pool area isn't the biggest and if you're looking for a pool kind of place this isn't the one as it gets quite shady and its quite cold which isn't always a bad thing after a hot walk!!

Only place to eat was open air restaurant which unfortunately happened to be very cold due to wind and rain. No where to hang clothes or surfaces to put things on in room. No bed side table, so you had to turn wall light off and then get into bed. First night beds felt slightly damp due to high humidity and cold. Tv did not work until 3 visits by staff and continued to break down. Swimming pool water looked liked it could do with a good clean. Breakfast- European style was less than average other than fruit which was excellent. I opted for Sri Lankan breakfast after day one. Three Wild dogs were fighting, literally outside our bedroom door on balcony one night and I had to ask manager to move them on, which happened after midnight.Just did not function well as a place to stay.

Die Lage mit Blick auf die Nine Arches Bridge war sehr schön. Zu Fuss ca 10 min. aber etwas steil. Zurück lieber ein Tucktuck. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grosses Zimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren ok. Das beste war die Massage im "Spa" wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Umgebung beim Pool bräuchte mehr Pflege. In der Dusche konnte man das Wasser nicht richtig einstellen. Entweder brütend heiss oder eiskalt. Zufahrt zum Hotel mit normalem Auto etwas eng. Lieber Hotel Tucktuck's bestellen.

Les chambres sont au nord, donc très froides et humides. Ça sens mauvais les canalisations, et les équipements sont très vieillissants. Franchement c’est l’hôtel le plus cher de notre séjour et un des moins biens. On est assez déçu, mais c’est le jeu

Due to the foggy, muggy weather, the rooms were damp. Nothing ever dried.

The bathroom smelled disgusting The deluxe room had windows all around with very old and dirty looking roll up blinds. The towels and mosquito nets were tired. The pool had cloudy water so would not use. There was one dining chair, one bench so nowhere to sit comfortably. The location was a long way from town. The place was noisy all night with stray dogs howling. This is not worth the money and certainly not 4 star - booking.com you need to go see for yourself!

Nice breakfast

The restaurant and the road are just a few meters away, so extremely noisy. We could sleep a bit btw 2-6 am. The wind blows in through the windows and doors, which is not ideal in 16 degrees celsius.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis à l'hôtel et notre séjour s'est très bien passé pour visiter Ella et faire de la randonnée (Ella Rock). L'hôtel est à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre d'Ella, mais en tuktuk ça se fait très vite.

The property has a good view of the 9 arches bridge (if it’s not misty…) and the rooms are quite light and bright with big windows. The bed was also comfortable. The staff were also very nice and friendly. They also arranged for our laundry to be done which was helpful.

The rooms are in need of tlc and better cleaning. There were ants all over the place, The bathroom had a very funky smell to it which made it very unpleasant to use. Mats inside the room were dirty and not sure if they are cleaned between stays. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming too. We booked this villa because it had a pool but we didn’t realise in Ella is often not warm enough to use anyway. The pool area was not very well looked after or very inviting (we never saw any guests use it). The villa is also quite a distance from the town and even the tuktuk drivers from the villa overcharged for the service. PickMe or Uber do not want to come out to this location.

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zelfs toen er in de huidige kamer lekkage kwam in de badkamer, werd deze snel opgelost, maar kregen we alsnog een andere kamer aangeboden. Top service!

Great accommodation in a fantastic location - less than a 10 min walk from the Nine Arch Bridge! Very peaceful too. The staff were super attentive and lovely and we got a lovely massage from the spa there too.

The weather wasn’t great so we were unable to use the pool but that couldn't be helped!

It was a ‘wow’ moment when we stepped into the room. Everything was lovely and such a great view of the bridge. Perfect end of town to explore, we walked everywhere and found it amazing

Es war traumhaft im Grünen mit direktem Blick auf die Nine Arch Bridge. Absolut tolle Stimmung und traumhafte Ausblick beim aufwachen. Sehr sauber und sehr hilfsbereit das Personal - vor allem Lakshan hat uns bei allem unglaublich gut beraten und uns tolle Fahrer für schöne Ausflüge vermittelt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Das nächste Mal kommen wir länger.

Die unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend und konnten einem gute tips geben. Am abreise tag durfte ich länger da bleiben und musste nichts dazu zahlen. Der manager hat mit einen privat Fahrer organisiert der deutlich günstiger war, als das uber angebot! Es ist praktisch das dort ein restaurant mit fairen preisen ist.

We had a nice stay at Tina Nature Villa. The view is amazing and very close to the archway bridge, walkable in under 10 minutes. The on-site spa was nice, I had a brilliant massage. Breakfast was very good. We loved the remoteness of the location, just be aware you get dropped off on the main road and a tuk tuk is waiting to collect you - our daughter loved the experience

We booked the accomodation as it had a pool but unfortunately it was just too cold for my daughter to swim in which was a little disappointing.

The views to the 9 arches bridge is good; and location is super close for little adams peak hike and bridge visit. The breakfast is done with lots of care and is tasty. The place is chilled and quiet for sleeping. The manager arranges tuktuks for moving around at any moment. They are also really helpful with check-in and -out.

Was für eine bezaubernde Unterkunft. Eine richtig schöne und saubere Hütte in traumhafter Lage. Abends noch auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und dem verschiedenen Tierlauten zu lauschen war einfach nur schön. Der Gastgeber hat sich große Mühe gegeben. Man konnte zwischen zwei Varianten beim Frühstück wählen und war lecker und reichlich. Beim Frühstück konnte man den Ausblick auf die Nine-Arche- Bridge genießen :)

Les soins proposés par le masseur ayurvédique est extraordinaire. Le masseur est d'une gentillesse, d'une prévenance hors du commun. C'est une personne en pleine maîtrise de son savoir-faire et qui sait se donner sans compter L'emplacement est incroyable pour ceux et celles qui veulent dormir juste au dessus du fameux pont. Le conducteur du tuk tuk de l'hôtel était génial.

Rien ne donne envie d'aller à la piscine, la chambre est un peu petite et il est difficile d'y trouver une prise électrique qui fonctionne pour les chargeurs de téléphone européen.

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel. Duminda et sa Team ont été parfaits, toujours là pour nous conseiller et nous aider. Très arrageants pour tout et le restaurant était également très bon. Je recommande sans hésiter

The manager was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay and always helped us manage transport to go to places, the location was also very good as it was a 10 minute walk from the nine arches bridge. Breakfast was really good and all the staff members were very kind. I would definitely come back and stay here again. The villas were very nice and clean too.

Vistas al puente de los 9 arcos increíbles. Desayuno bien. Disponibilidad del personal para llevarte en tuktuk donde necesitases.

Desanimados mosquitos, debería poner un sntimoosquitos en la habitación ya que aunque cierres todo entran igualmente los mosquitos (por mucho cuidado que tengas). El precio del tuktuk quizás demasiado caro, pero es algo que pasa en toda Ella.

Beautiful villas with a beautiful pool. The nine arch bridge is just a little walk (with several stairs down) away. You can walk back up or take a tuk tuk.

It was a little pricier than other places we stayed.
