Some difficulty with moving luggage to the fourth floor without a lift. Needed to walk a bit with luggage since cars can't drive down all roads.

We were very disappointed by the hosts. We booked the place for three nights but ended up leaving after two because of persistent issues every single day. Day 1: We climbed two sets of stairs with all our luggage and a baby, only to discover that the door code was not working. We contacted the host, who sent us four additional codes - none of which worked either. After waiting outside for 10 minutes, a code finally opened the door. Day 2: The hosts changed the door locks while we were out, and the new code they provided failed. Thankfully, the lock technicians were still there to let us in, but it took the hosts another three hours to reset our codes. We couldn't leave the apartment during this time because we weren't sure we'd be able to get back in. Day 3: Around noon, while we were napping, the doorbell rang a couple of times. Before we could even get out of bed, someone entered the apartment. Shocked, we were told there was a leak in the unit below and they needed to check our bathroom. They called the hosts, who insisted the check was urgent. We were appalled that someone entered our private space without prior notice. They checked, found nothing wrong, and left - only for the hosts to contact us 30 minutes later saying maintenance needed to enter again to work through our window. They spent another hour working inside. We were so frustrated by this total lack of privacy and reliability that we checked out early that evening.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Mums labai patiko apartamentų vieta, nes ten buvo ramu, bet tuo pačiu viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis. Apartamentai buvo labai erdvūs ir patogūs mūsų penkių asmenų šeimai. Kondicionieriai buvo kiekviename kambaryje, kas užtikrino gerą miegą naktimis ir poilsį bei atgaivą karštomis dienomis. Šeimininkai maloniai nustebino pasitikimu, apartamentuose radome butelį putojančio vyno ir šiltus pasitikimo linkėjimus, o taip pat radome vandens šaldytuve, kas taip pat labai pradžiugino. Mes mielai užsusksime čia ir dar kartą, kai atvyksime į Mallorca.
Kas atvykstate su dideliais lagaminais, lifto pastate nėra. Bet mes tokių neturėjome, todėl mums tai nebuvo problema.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Το καταλυμα ηταν σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια, στο κεντρο της Παλμα. Ηταν πολυ καθαρο και ευρυχωρο. Επιπλέον παρειχε οτιδηποτε χρειαζόσουν, μεχρι και ομπρελα θαλασσης. Το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικο και απαντουσε αμεσα στα μηνυματα μας. Αν επισκεπτομασταν ξανα την Παλμα θα το επιλεγαμε και παλι.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Bezproblemowe zameldowanie (kod od drzwi wejściowych do budynku a następnie do mieszkania). Przestronne mieszkanie, salon + dwie sypialnie - dodatkowym atutem były dwie łazienki. Czysto w mieszkaniu, wygodne łóżka, sprawna i wydajna klimatyzacja. Wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające (można przygotować samodzielnie posiłki), ekspres do kawy, czajnik elektryczny.
Nieprzyjemny zapach zaraz po wejściu do mieszkania - gdy się klimatyzacja uruchamiała zapach mniej lub wcale nie wyczuwalny. Brak zmywarki.

Para poder hacer la recogida selectiva de basuras que sugieren hubiera estado bien algún mueble separador o cubos El olor del ambientador del portal aunque bueno era muy excesivo

Ein wenig verwirrt war ich im Vorfeld, da ich per Whats App Nachricht vorab einen Link zum Online- Check In erhalten habe (was in Zeiten, in denen viel von Betrug über Whats App zu hören ist, nicht ganz unproblematisch ist), aber es wurde sehr nett aufgeklärt und hatte seine Richtigkeit! Die Lage ist perfekt, wir kommen wieder!
Das Fehlen eines Aufzugs.... war aber bei der Buchung bekannt und ist in den engen Stadthäusern im Zentrum von Palma auch nicht anders zu erwarten.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Das Apartment Gebäude hat die ideale Lage, die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hatte individuelle Klimaanlage. Es gab sogar eine Dachtetrasse mit Liegestühlen und Dusche.
Es gab keine Lift.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Centralt beliggende i den gamle bydel med gåafstand til restauranter, shopping og seværdigheder. Lejligheden var rummelig, meget ren og havde gode senge. Kommunikation før og under opholdet var helt i top - personalet svarede hurtigt, hjalp med online check-in, reserverede parkering og gjorde hele ankomsten nem og problemfri.
Der var ikke noget, som påvirkede vores ophold negativt.

Baumaßnahmen vor dem Haus, Handwerker im Haus und in unserer gemieteten Wohnung ohne uns vorher darüber zu informieren .Es wurde nur über ein Stromausfall informiert.Am 2. Tag wurde in unserem Apartment im Bad die Decke aufgeschlagen. Am 3. Tag wieder verputzt. Es standen Eingangstür und Wohnungstür offen. Insgesamt konnten wir unser Apartment 2 Tage nur eingeschränkt nutzen. Kein Vorwürfe an die Handwerker und die sehr bemühten Reinigungskräfte. Als Wiedergutmachung bot man uns ein Frühstück an. Dieses haben wir abgelehnt.

Host employee Damian refused to let me in the room at 23:00 first night with all my luggage and personal belongings inside the apartment. The reason was that €2.5 Komadina not paid by me. Even though I explained to him that their online system is not working as well as I have agreed with his colleague earlier that day that I will leave this traumatic amount of 2.5 Uros in the apartment which by the way I had been written on WhatsApp - this young gentleman Damien simply didn’t give a f.ck about that. Off course none of this happened in person, but over the phone where he refused to let me as well as refused to give me his name and location so I can come and sort this out In any case proper no solution situation

Reviewed May 8, 2026Die Appartements liegen direkt in der Innenstadt. Sie waren sauber. Die Betten waren sehr gut und der Kontakt zur Rezeption via WhatsApp war sehr zuvorkommend. Dank der Rezeption haben wir auch ein Taxi zum Schiff bekommen, was vorher nicht möglich war.
Die Handtücher hätten nach 2 Tagen getauscht werden können. Nach kurzer Info via WhatsApp an die Rezeption wurden sie dann einen Tag später getauscht.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026L emplacement, la terrasse partagée, le ménage de mi-sejour, la facilité de contact par WhatsApp, le calme. Sortir dans Palma à différentes heures de la journée, s approvisionner à quelques mètres, parler avec d autres visiteurs sur la terrasse.
Il faudrait mieux traduire les consignes de sortie du parking à pied et en voiture. Peut-être prévenir de l étage de l appartement même si cela n a pas été un problème pour nous.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Ideal location close to shops, market, restaurants, museums, etc. Really lovely apartment. Plenty of space. Light and airy. Also has a roof terrace where you can sit and eat/drink.
Liked everything. Could do with some hooks and/or rail in the bathroom

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Tot molt bé. L'apartament està superbé. Potser només comentar que s'ha de saber que no es pot arribar en cotxe fins la porta (zona peatonal) i que no hi ha ascensor. Per nosaltres això no va ser cap problema…

Being really picky place was lacking some kitchenware to make it a home from home when prepping a breakfast in the morning and could do with some more glassware added.

There is no elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Top ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Wohnen und Kochen braucht, Waschmaschine, Trockner, usw., 2 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer!! Superzentral gelegen, besser geht nicht!! Sehr schneller Kontakt per WhatsApp mit dem Personal der Can Rubí bei Problemen oder Fragen !
Eine Dusche gab sehr unangenehme Gerüche frei, wahrscheinlich nicht mit Geruchsverschluss im Abwasserrohr ausgestattet!! Schimmelspuren am Silikon der Dusche!! 2 der Sessel am Esstisch beschädigt, sollten aber nach Meldung des Problems ersetzt werden. Das geschah allerdings nicht während unseres Aufenthalts!!

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal da. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos und ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Sauberes Bad, bequeme Betten und eine moderne Küche die gut ausgestattet ist. Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt, besser geht es nicht. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal im Can Rubi.
Es war alles top.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026El apartamento está muy bien y no le falta nada. La ubicación es céntrica y para lo que buscábamos era perfecta. El garaje para dejar el coche está a tres minutos andando, y sí conviene tener cuidado para con su acceso, ya que el GPS muestra una entrada restringida para los vehículos.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026L'apartament estava molt net i ben equipat, modern i confortable, en una zona absolutament cèntrica (al costat de la Pl. Major) i tranquil·la de Palma, molt accessible. El personal d'atesa de la casa ens va facilitar totes les instruccions de manera molt clara i van estar pendents en tot moment. El servei d'aparcament al centre de Palma també és un plus important que ofereix aquesta opció. Ens va encantar!!!
No hi ha ascensor, però si no hi ha problemes de mobilitat, no és inconvenient.

5층인데 엘리베이터가 없어서ㅠ 다니기가 좀 힘들었고. 처음엔 좀 추웠는데 이틀째부터는 괜찮았어요.
