The Hotel doesn’t have somewhere you can have a quick nightcap, but otherwise nothing we don’t like.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026- la chambre grande - grande salle de bain - beaucoup de rangements - volets et stores pour nuit noire dans la chambre - Boite de chocolat, champagne, eau et café offert - le style de l’hôtel - le petit déjeuner varié et très bon - proximité de tout les lieux à visiter. - la gentillesse de la dame à l'accueil :)
- bruits et vibrations des autres chambres du a l’aspect ancien des chambres. Mais la nuit c’était peu dérangeant - balcon qui donne sur une cour intérieure sans intérêt - le prix en haute saison qui reste très élevé pour une ville comme Palma

Cerise sur le gâteau Marie parle Français. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité du centre animé et à un jet de pierre de la place d’Espagne et du marché de l’Olivar. Le wifi un peu faible et un petit manque de maintenance dans la chambre (interrupteurs électriques qui ne commandent rien, la veilleuse du lit qui clignote, les stores extérieurs cassés -mais il y avait des rideaux occultants à l intérieur-). Rien de bien préoccupant.

The breakfast was amazing , loved the omelettes cooked fresh at request every morning . The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing and just perfect , also location couldn’t of been better in the old town

This stay was overall a disaster. If you enjoy rock hard beds you’ll enjoy this hotel - if you are a side sleeper and need to be able to walk the next day without your hip aching you need to choose a different hotel. When I asked for a refund for the third night due to not being able to sleep on a rock the first two nights and wanting to move to a different hotel, the owner of the hotel had zero empathy and actually screamed at his on-site manager for bothering him with such a “stupid problem” because I wanted to speak to the owner directly when I was told there was no possibility of a refund for the third night even though I would not be staying there that night. Zero sense of customer service. Please do yourself a favor and book a different hotel - paying a bit more for a nicer hotel for my third night was well worth the money.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Stayed four nights in 2 rooms with family 2 of us. Very generous room sizes and pleasant cooling with air conditioning. The hotel with a smaller number of rooms truly offers a more personable service. From booking day visits and bus tours and advice on some restaurants our time and stay flowed having not been in palma for a long time. The reception was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and the made to order omlettes and presentation and quality of fresh fruit available was superb. Location of this hotel is excellent for the old town and reach of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this for those preferring a smaller style family run hotel compared to the larger hotels.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026De ligging van het hotel is Super goed; midden in het centrum met veel restaurantjes en drinkgelegenheden zoals gezellige terrassen in de directe omgeving zo ook de vele winkels. Trein/Bus station op 10 min loop afstand. Het personeel enorm gastvrij met vooral de Super lieve dames van de receptie echt TOPPERTJES! Niets was hun teveel ze staan voor je klaar om je te helpen waar dat mogelijk is zelfs ons vertrek was bijzonder lief en warm. De kamers zijn super schoon, heerlijke bedden, fantastische badkamer met zachte grote handdoeken en geen last van buiten lawaai gehad. Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterkant. Het ontbijt was heel compleet met veel vers fruit, beleg en naar eigen wens kan je een ei gerecht laten maken. Dit is een Hotel waar alles klopt en wat ALLES heeft het geeft wat je zoekt als je even lekker weg wilt zijn en bovendien geeft dit Hotel je een ECHT THUIS gevoel! Dit hebben wij zo ervaren ......wij wensen ALLE medewerkers van AH ART Hotel Palma dan ook nog Vele succes volle jaren en als wij aan Palma denken denken wij aan AH ART Hotel Palma. Reviewed May 31, 2026Es ist toll, dass es sich um ein kleines Hotel handelt, dass trotz seiner zentralen Lage, nachts sehr leise ist. Die Betten sind toll. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und wird bei den Eierspeisen frisch und nach Wunsch zubereitet.
Die Dusche ist extrem rutschig. In unserem Zimmer floss das Wasser nicht gut ab und hat das Ganze sehr glitschig gemacht.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Hotel is in great location just a short walk away from Palma centre. Our junior suite was very spacious, clean and quiet. The bathroom was large and had a great monsoon shower with his and hers sinks. The breakfast area has both indoor / oudoor tables and is buffet style with a good selection of fruits, yogurt, breads and baked goods. You can order an omelette and the person in the small kitchen makes these really well and quickly. The reception staff are extremely helpful and provide useful information about Palma and will organise taxis.
I liked it all. I think this small boutique hotel has got the ingredients just right.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Das kleine Boutique-Hotel war ein absoluter Glücksgriff - zentral am Rande der Altstadt von Palma gelegen und nur durch eine Treppe von dieser getrennt. Wir waren somit in kürzester Zeit mitten im Geschehen und nur 10 Gehminuten vom Plaça d'Espanya getrennt, wo sämtliche Busse für Ausflüge abfahren. Zum Hotel selbst: Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit viel Fläche, ein gemütliches Bett, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und ein sehr gutes Bad. Das Frühstück war klein, aber alles was man brauchte war zu bekommen inklusive frischem Obst, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Sekt und frisch nach Wunsch zubereitetem Omelett; zudem verfügte es über eine kleine Außenterrasse im Innenhof. Die beiden Damen und der Herr am immer besetzten Empfang waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch für Tipps für Mallorca immer zu haben. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Leaking sink. Very limited washroom space for toiletries . Poor hair dryer. Malfunctioning shower door. Unsafe, loose-hanging electric towel rail. Absent electrical towel rail in replacement room.

Hotel room was all in all OK. Some minor details were a little worn or half fixed after being broken, but clean and cosy. Liked the styling.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026The property was lovely, in an excellent location, rooms were cleaned and everyday. Breakfast was perfect, a lot of choice. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. I would go back to this property and stay again.
I just wish the lighting in the room was a bit better, maybe a light above the mirror.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel! The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering plenty of options to start the day right. The hotel also has an elevator, which made everything very convenient. The location is absolutely perfect — right next to the old town, with restaurants and major attractions all within easy walking distance. We were traveling with our small dog, and the hotel truly exceeded our expectations in terms of pet-friendliness. Our dog was warmly welcomed with a cozy bed and food bowls in the room. A special thank you to lovely Julieta, who took such great care of our dog during breakfast — it meant a lot to us. Overall, an excellent experience and we would happily stay here again!
