Ich war Ende Juni 2 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Es war wirklich eine super Erfahrung was Komfort und Ausstattung betrifft. Ich hab mich die 2 Tage super wohlgefühlt dort. Klimaanlage hat die Hitze gut ertragen lassen. Die Lage im Zentrum von Palma ist super, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß zum Bus der einen zum Flughafen bringt.

The apartments are in an ideal location to explore the centre of Palma. On a peaceful square but so close to shops & restaurants.

Just jag (man) var lite stel i rygg efter jag sov i sängen. Min fru tyckte inte det var något negativt dock. Torget vid framsidan av hotellet är inte det trevligaste. Men inte hotellets fel

Eigentlich alles. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage. Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar.

The cosy design

Love the quiet plaza located behind the hotel. It was just the perfect distance to all the main attractions of downtown Palma. The staff was also very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed taxi’s

Otelin konumu harika. Olanakları ve temizliği eksiksizdi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım sever, tüm tatilimiz boyunca ne talebimiz varsa yardımcı oldular. Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim ve bir daha gidersem kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Sehr sauber, Personal unglaublich nett und die Ausstattung auch sehr schön und modern. Von der Lage her perfekt, hatten somit rein garnichts auszusetzen! Besonders cool fanden wir auch, dass es einen extra „Kofferraum“ gab und ein Badezimmer bzw. WC mit Dusche. Falls man am Abreisetag noch länger Zeit hat bis zum Abflug und den Tag noch in Palma verbringen möchte oder am Strand kann man beides nutzen nach dem Checkout!

Highly recommend this place, it's in the perfect location, there so many yummy food spots within walking distance. We also hired a car and were able to book one of the parking spots in the garage nearby (right next door) for 15 euros a night, although you have to make sure you book it in advance. The apartment itself was really nice, the photos don't do it justice. All the amenities were great, the bed was twin single beds put together however, they were really comfortable.

We weren't able to work the TV for the first two days, as you needed the specific wifi password for the TV in order to stream Netflix/Prime etc., It would've been good if this was made clear to us on arrival. However, reception were really helpful and managed to get the TV connected. We di also have a few issues with the parking garage and being able to access it on the last 2 days, but again reception were really helpful and managed to let us in when our code wasn't working.

In der gleichen Straße befindet sich ein Straßenstrich. Die Damen sind zwar freundlich und nicht aufdringlich jedoch keine Umgebung für Kinder.

We’ve had an amazing time at Fil Suites. The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk away from everything. The hotel itself looks stunning, from the interior court to the bedroom itself. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the AC in very warm Mallorca. Staff was very friendly, happy to recommend different areas and call taxis when we needed. We’ll definitely stay again should we come back to Mallorca.

Really impressive restoration and rennovation keeping a Spannish/ majorcan 'feel' for the appartments. These were comfortable with good amenities that all worked! The reception staff were outstanding and most helpful with bookings for various events (including the eclipse!). A lot to like.

La camera era un po' piccola, anche se veramente graziosa. L'unica finestra purtroppo guardava sul cortile interno. Cose comunque che non hanno compromesso il piacere del soggiorno.

I got the smallest and the worst room in the building, but only because it had a solid glass window wall next to the bed facing the outside corridor next to the elevator and stairs.. where all the sound from the service personnel and wee hour patrons arriving echoed continuously..

The shower cubicle isn't properly sealed, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor during my shower.

Beautiful architecture and history but location was amazing, square is full of places to eat. Staff friendly and facilities were exceptional, and most importantly really secure . Check in and out was so easy even out of hours with clear instructions.

Het appartement was erg netjes en straalt luxe uit. De locatie is top. Alle winkels, bakkers, supermarkt op loopafstand.

Wij zaten aan het plein achter waar eetgelegenheden aan zijn gevestigd en merkten dat de achterdeuren minder goed sluiten. Ook de ramen laten veel geluid door. Erg jammer dat het luidruchtig is.

I didn’t like the fact that there were ladies of the night around the area, also when arriving late the last thing you want is a laborious self check in and the coffee machine was a bit of a pain.

Leider hatten wir mit dem 1. Zimmer etwas Pech mit dem Abfluss der Dusche (unangenehmer Geruch)

Ruime opzet van de accommodatie op een hele fijne plek met uitzicht op een pleintje waar diverse eetgelegenheden zijn. Ideaal als je ruimte van appartement wil en toch veel buiten de deur bent. Er is ook een garage bij om de hoek voor 10 euro per dag, te boeken via de receptie.

Nice, quiet location opposite some green space in the old town of Palma. All sites in walking distance with one of the oldest and traditional breakfast cafes only 5min walk away. Easy access for taxis as well. Historic building, cool on the inside and with elevator. Great air conditioning, very comfy beds and all we needed. It was perfect. Great relaxation space after a busy and hot day in town. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Taxis always arrive within minutes. Very efficient management.

The shower door is letting water through the bottom so needed towels to stop the floor getting too wet. Could use a hook inside the shower for the towel or hanging up clothes. But this is only a small suggestion to increase convenience.

De ligging is perfect. 👌Midden in het centrum. Eigen parkeergarage is ook top! Verder is het een licht, modern en goed uitgerust app. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Enige punt van aandacht is voor ons het vinden van het app. 🤔Wij kwamen gelukkig in de ochtend aan. Aangezien we geen huisnummer hadden maar wel straatnaam en coordinaten, kwamen we wel in de buurt, maar konden we het zelf niet vinden. Met hulp van de supervriendelijke kapper op de hoek 🙏is het uiteindelijk gelukt om de sleutels te bemachtigen. 😃

Die Lage zentral. Umgebung recht schön. Altstadt. Aber Zimmer unterm Dach, keine Aussicht nach draussen. Nur ein Oberlicht. Muss man mögen. Man fühlt sich eingeschlossen. Der alte historische Bau des Hotels ist sehr schön. Petsonal besonders freundlich.

Waschbecken im Zimmer,, keine Privatsphäre, Nur für langjährige Partner geeignet. Alles in allem, ein sehr schöner historischer Bau nettes Personal aber kein Zimmet im 4.Stock unterm Dach reservieren.

Extraordinaria, excelente. Empezando por la recepción brindada por Matías, un genio ; nos contó la historia del lugar y el proceso de restauración. El apartamento súper bien ubicado con lugares lindos para comer. Un supermercado a pocos metros. El wifi y el aire funcionan a la perfección. Súper bien equipado no solo la vajilla sino también la cama y almohadas. Además tuvieron la delicadeza de dejar cápsulas de café y té. Con respecto a la limpieza estaba todo impecable. Feliz de haber pasado una semana en FIL SUITES Felicitaciones a todo el personal

Location, comfortable, facilities

Excellent location in the old town, close to bus station, airport for excursions. you are at the heart of everything, and Palma is vibrant with culture as well as shopping, restaurants..etc... all the staff was lovely so so helpful an absolute delight. I was able to get parking as well. the superior apartment was so spaceful , so well maintained so clean so comfortable and having a terrace is a must for evening relaxing drink. if you rent a car you can easily reach some of the beautiful beaches in the island, some are 30mn some 45 the furthest 1 hour. you have plenty of cultural places to visit , beautiful villages all across the island, Palma exceeded our expectations and this accommodation was just superb!

the toilet is separate from the shower and is hidden with a glass section. you can not see through which is good and gives a little bit of privacy but it is not noise proof , it is not the most intimate setting. This did not alter the excellent opinion of our stay however.

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft in sehr kurzer Laufdistanz zum Center von Palma. Super gemütliche Betten. Sauber! Und ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir konnten unser Auto - gegen Gebühr - bereits am frühen Morgen in der Hotelgarage parken.

Bad und Toilette sind nur durch Glaswände vom Rest des Zimmers abgetrennt. Für uns ok, aber es schränkt die Intimsphäre ein.

The room blew us away! A very impressive, luxury space.

We were in room 2 on the ground floor, and the noise from the square outside was very loud.

Well appointed and great location for our short break in Palma. Staff could not have been more helpful. Our suite was very luxurious and super quiet at night. Coming back from a very warm day around Palma city centre, the suite was super cool and a great place to kick back for an hour or two before heading out again.

Przestrzeń, komfort, czystość, estetyka.

The service and attention we received and the location were impeccable. The building itself has a unique design and is very interesting to stay in.

It’s not hotel’s fault but I got woken up twice during the night, first by some guys shouting and singing on their way back home and then by some guy riding a scooter under my window. Our room was above Carrer de la Ferreira, maybe the rooms on the other side are quieter.

Muy caro para lo ofrecen: * no habia ningun armario en mi habitacion, toda la ropa colgada a la vista, los zapatos por el suelo. * el wc hacia un ruido muy fuerte de cañerias a cada hora sin usarlo, sin motivo, y por la noche eso te despierta... * servicio de limpieza de habitaciones solo cada 3 días...

Everything was great, the suite was really spacious and well decorated and the kitchenette had all the main appliances. Location was pretty central with multiple restaurants nearby and a supermarket 1 min away. Staff was also very friendly and helpful ! Definitely would stay again in Fil suits if we return to Mallorca.

At night you can hear some noise from the outside square but it’s something most people probably won’t notice

Das Zimmer ist ausreichend gross, hat einen Kühlschrank und ist hell und modern. Es ist ein grosser Spiegel, sowie beim Bad ein Spiegel, der von zwei Seiten aus einsehbar ist. Klasse, wenn man zu zweit ist.

Die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine ist toll, jedoch gibt es keine Milchportionen... für jemanden, der seinen Kaffee mit Milch/Kaffeerahm trinkt, nicht optimal. Es gäbe ja auch Milchpulver... vielleicht ist das ja eine Idee. Aber nur Kaffeekapseln und Zucker reichen mir persönlich leider nicht.

La limpieza, el silencio en las habitaciones. La decoración del hotel. Las camas súper comodas. Las personas que lo atienden, todas muy amables, en especial Liliana que nos acomodó para que tengamos las dos habitaciones juntas, y nos entregó la habitación mucho antes del horario del check in.

Esta muy cerca de una zona de prostitutas.
