Lovely apartment with a terrace and very close to all the sites. Air con was a blessing as it was very hot.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and the stairs are very steep so travel light!

Excellent location, inside the old city walls but also close to the ring road and the Estacio Intermodal transport interchange. Mostly a very quiet area. The apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen appliances and large TV. The beds (both the main double and the sofa bed double) were very comfortable. The shower is good with plenty of hot water. The support staff were responsive via WhatsApp and quick to offer help.

The apartment had a few niggles, the bathroom sink was blocked, the door locks were difficult to use, and overall the walls could have done with a lick of paint - there was even a hole in one area of the wall (probably made by careless guests). We reported the blocked sink, but it wasn't fixed by the time we left. Overall we felt that the price was a little on the expensive side, but to be fair it was peak season in mid August.

Cool apartment, flexible check in, and good communication. Looks more like a nicely remodeled loft. Comfy bed and pillows also. The AC is very good also, and it's hot in July. Perfect for a couple, or if you travel with small(er) kids let's say. The drawback being the lack of privacy. There's no bedroom door, and the bathroom is built kinda in the bedroom, so if you're more than 2, heh, your privacy is completely gone.

Not good if you have mobility issues. Second floor with no elevator, in an old building with extraordinarily narrow staircase. A litlle adventure to go up and down the stairs :)

Location is great. Facilities in the apartment were superb.well designed and contemporary furniture and fittings.

When we booked there was no information about the fact that there were 3 very, very steep and narrow stairways to access the apartment. For anyone with even slight mobility issues or heavy luggage this could be a massive problem. There should be a warning about this! This is th reason I have awarded 6 out of 10 rather than more.

I thought there was a balcony/outside area as was shown on the booking pictures

Location is exceptional. Great breakfast caffe around the corner, several bars around the other.

Very nice and convenient location very close to the center you can reach everything on foot in 15 minutes apartment is modern and very clean the hosts are amazing and helpful and the Mediterranean Welcome Box was great!

The area is very noisy due to a kindergarten nearby so if you plan to sleep in later thats the only downside

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de la ciudad, estaciones de bus, supermercados y restaurantes. A nuestra llegada estaba limpio y preparado para nosotros. El personal nos dio toda la información por WhatsApp antes de nuestra llegada.

El sofá cama está viejo y suena demasiado (Lo podrían cambiar). La cocina podría estar mejor equipada, tiene un par de ollas y algunos utensilios que para una estancia un poco más larga se quedan bastante cortos. Se escucha todo lo que los vecinos del piso de arriba hacen y más cuando tienen niños.

Good sized modern apartment and bedroom was very comfortable. Nice spacious kitchen too and living area. Full size fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery/crockery all provided. Smart tv and wifi in the apartment also. Communication from managers very good and they were prompt to respond to queries.

The apartment we stayed in was up a few floors of some very steep steps. We knew that from previous reviews so it wasn’t unexpected. Some cushions for the outdoor furniture might be considered? It is also worth noting that bins for the area are portable and left in certain areas of the city in the evenings from 7pm to 12pm. Guests are asked to dispose of rubbish (which we did on the night before we left) but we had further rubbish that we were unable to dispose of at 7.30am when we were leaving as no bins outside close by.

It was spacious, very central and ideal for exploring Palma.

Unfortunately, the entrance doors in the house seem not safe. The door of the bathroom is rather "symbolic" and does not fully separate the bathroom.

Spacious top floor apartment. Nice and bright. Great central location.

Although there is nothing they can do about it, the stairs are very narrow and steep and carrying our 3 large suitcases up was treacherous! And equally scary on the way back down so probably better suited to those who travel light.

Le canapé-lit n’est pas du tout confortable. Cet appartement est uniquement adapté à 2 personnes. Le ménage était minimal, nous avons retrouvé des boîtes de nourritures derrière le canapé et des cafards sans vie sous l’évier à notre arrivée dans l’appartement…

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Location was perfect in relation to the Old Town and public transport. Staff were very helpful when we visited the office. The information given in the description was great as the stairs were fairly steep.

The TV didn't work and we would expect everything to work when we arrive.

No se puede mejorar. Las escaleras, por el tipo de edificaciones de la zona, tienen muchísima pendiente. En mi caso particular, tercer piso, con mi marido convaleciente de una intervención quirúrgica, subir equipaje y compras fue algo complicado. También es verdad que yo no solicité ayuda.

The internet is almost not possible to use. The WiFi - though acceptable speed - drops constantly and also (when it works) it has one or two places in the apartment where you actually have coverage.

Le scale di accesso all'appartamento sono molto strette e ripide, diciamo non adatte a persone non più giovani. Manca una porta che separi la zona giorno dalla Camera da letto. Questo toglie privacy quando si è in 3 o 4 nell'appartamento.

Pour le prix ,je m'attendais un appart d'une qualité supérieure. Le matelas sofa est tout simplement pour jeter. Sale ,tout fin ,on a l'impression de dormir sur les lattes. De plus punaise de lit. Canapé sale. Robinet cuisine avec calcaire et fuite Chasse WC fonctionne mal

Für unseren Aufenthalt von mehr als einer Woche wären ein paar zusätzliche Handtücher wünschenswert gewesen.

Der Weg in die Stadt und der Weg zum Strand waren etwa gleich lang. (zu Fuss) Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Und das Essen im Oto Cafe war sehr lecker!

keinen Stauraum im Badezimmer / Dusche. keine Putzmittel zur Verfügung. Steckdose in der Küche hängr raus und die Glühbirne über dem Esstisch flackert. Die Garderobe ist auch nicht stabil befestigt. Abfallentsorgung durch den Gast am Ende des Aufenthaltes obwohl eine Putzkraft kommt.

Patio area wasn’t great as the aircon unit made it very hot in the evening and the floor was very dusty and Sandy from the last guests.

Le lit était confortable. L’emplacement proche du centre. Calme, mais cela dépend surtout des voisins car les murs laissent passer tous les bruits.

Le ménage n’avait pas été fait, comme en témoigne la tonne de poussière sur les meubles, sur les poignées de meubles, et je ne parle même pas sous le lit (n’a pas été fait depuis des mois). Le pire c’est que la personne de la maintenance m’avait affirmé avoir nettoyé. Vous payez donc plus de 110 Eur de ménage pour ça ! C’est honteux. Le canapé est vieux, ne pas l’utiliser comme couchage sous peine de mal au dos assuré. Les toilettes avait un problème de fuite, et le réservoir ne se remplissait pas. Le personnel de maintenance n’a résolu le problème que partiellement. Il fallait une grande dextérité à chaque usage pour ne pas bloquer le système. L’appartement n’a pas de portes intérieures, le mur entre la salle de bain et la chambre est ouvert ce qui ne permet pas d’avoir une bonne l’intimité. Le rapport qualité / prix est totalement disproportionné.

Piso amplio, tranquilo, bien situado. Piso con buena distribución. Buena comunicación con los gestores.

Le logement était propre. Il y avait de l’eau au réfrigérateur et un petit paquet de chips. Le nécessaire de cuisine était satisfaisant. L’emplacement est vraiment central. C’est l’idéal quand on n’a pas de voiture. L’hôte est très réactif au téléphone.

C’est un loft, il n’y a pas de porte pour la chambre.

Desde baratas mortas e lixo debaixo do sofá cama, a ambos os colchoes cheios de manchas de urina, sangue e semen...edredons com manchas de sangue mal lavadas, prometeram limpeza e mentiram e ainda responderam que são colocados lençóis limpos por cima dos colchões, por isso ninguém dorme diretamente sobre os colchões. São mentirosos, apanham se com o pagamento antecipado e não têm qualquer consideração pelo cliente. Pedi para falar com o gerente e pedi o livro de reclamações. O gerente estava de férias e negaram me o livro de reclamações. 6 noites a dormir no chão e só me reembolsaram ou vão reembolsar 1 noite...

Not clean!!! I even found a cockroach in the apartment!! Not worth it for the price.. too overpriced for what it is.

The flat was really big and nice for 2 people. It seemed to be renovated years ago but well-maintained!

I think there is a school across the street. It gets really loud in the entire morning on a week day. One does not hear it much in the bedroom but if anyone is going to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, use ear plugs. In general sound proof is not so good. One can hear almost everything from the street, upstairs and the stair case. We had someone upstairs walking around the flat with high heels. It was very loud. It didn’t bother me much but I see this can be annoying.

The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and also 10-12 min walk to the beach. There are nice caffès and restaurants around, a couple of supermarkets in the walking distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was easy to cook at home. All the appliances are in great condition.

The one thing that wasn’t comfortable- there were no electricity sockets at the kitchen for the teapot and the toaster. But we could plug them in at the living room.

We were in the old city itself and could walk to all the sights..It was also quiet at night and we always felt safe. The Cathedral and beach were only minutes away. Most importantly Gina from the office was very helpful on What's App and was always quick to respond to our queries.This made checking in a breeze. My only comment is the steep flight of stairs which may be an issue with luggage. Totally recommended!👍

Property was nicely done out with largish bedroom. About 12 mins walk to the cathedral in a quiet location.

Can’t do anything about the steep stairs but for anyone with mobility issues or young kids I don’t think the property would have been suitable. Fairly expensive but I think that’s just Mallorca prices!

In a great area only a few minutes walk into the centre of palma, lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Clean and comfortable if wanting somewhere as a base.

Stairs are quite steep getting to the property as apartment was on the third floor so not ideal if you have a lot of bags or are unsteady on your feet but this is mentioned in the description so we were aware of this and was not an issue for us.

Proximity and the central location

Needed some work on several fronts - including the beds - both the main n the sofa bed.

The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. It had a great kitchen with all the equipment you'd want and the living room sofa and bed were comfortable. The location was excellent, really central to everything Palma has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere and did not need to hire a car or use taxis at all during our week long stay. The hosts, were also exceptional and provided very quick responses to any questions we had - they even let us have a late checkout as we were not travelling back home until the evening. I would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment.

the location of the apartment is great, in the center, walking distance to the bus station and the beach, available connection to the airport. the kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine is a very welcome addition on vacation. whatsup communication with the host was fast and trouble-free, we were allowed to drop things off at the apartment before check-in time.

the accommodation really has many advantages, but the shortcomings left a really deep impression on us. on the day of arrival, we were surprised by the requirement to pay a deposit (in addition to the payment for accommodation) or to purchase insurance for the damage caused. this fee was not disclosed in advance. there are very, very steep stairs in the building to the apartments, we were a young childless couple with small luggage and it was still quite uncomfortable. the bed is a matter of preference - not too comfortable mattress and pillows for us. the couch is expandable, but I do not recommend sleeping on it - the sleeping surface is crooked and very uncomfortable. the floors in the building are paper thin. you can almost hear every word, every movement of the neighbors above and below you, at night the spoken word is very loud, you can hear every time the neighbors go to the toilet or from the shower.

I have to rate this place compared to the price unfortunately, but I will start with the positives. Check in was easy, very communicative and the place is in a great central location. Apartment was also modern looking and clean.

for the price, this is not worth it in my opinion. So much money, yet they do not provide even a couple of tea bags or coffee capsules or 1 bottle of milk. They also only provided 2 toilet rolls for our stay, and when we requested more (around 5pm one day) they advised they could deliver the next day. Not ideal if it was an emergency. It appears they have crammed in as many apartments into a small space as possible, without soundproofing. You can hear upstairs and downstairs apartments when they are in. If you are using the sofa bed, it is very uncomfortable. But also it is situated in the living room where the design of the apartment complex means that if someone switches the light on the stairwell, you will get bright light where the sofa bed is, as there is a glass wall from the hallway to the living room. The feeling of this place is not individual apartments, but rather a house divided and can feel like you are living in a house but with separate rooms. They also ask that you take your trash with you at the end. This is not a major problem, and we did clear the recycling to keep it clean etc. However we did have to leave some items from breakfast when getting an early taxi to the airport. Again, I would emphasize, we are paying a lot of money, and all these small things add up to many inconveniences. I don't want to be harsh, and it is a nice modern apartment, however if the owner chooses to charge so much money, then we can expect high standards, and they can take the feedback when provided. This should be marketed €70-€100 less a night, regardless of location, but maybe thats the world we live in now.  I recommend take a hotel with more conveniences.

Nice location in the historic downtown but on a bit quieter side street. Comfy bed, nice little outdoor area for eating breakfast.

Brilliant location

Quiet good location close to the center and lots of delicious restaurants and cafes. The apartment has everything you need.

Very dirty, I think they forgot to clean it before the season started. The air conditioners have not been cleaned for at least a couple of years. The bedroom closet had not been dusted for a long time either.

The apartment was very close to the old town and the bus station for getting around

Not being used to living in an apartment, we did find we could hear noise from the flat above and no doubt the people below could hear us.
