Nous avons été très bien accueilli à Casa Chukum. Les hôtes et le personnel sont très sympathiques. Nous avons été minutieusement conseillé sur les activités L’hôtel contient tout le nécessaire : piscine, climatisation fonctionnelle, pression dans la salle de bain, eau potable à volonté (chaude, fraîche et normal). L’hôtel propose des excursions sur le lagon que nous recommandons également fortement.

Notre séjour à Casa Chukum a été une expérience magique, surtout pour nos enfants de 4 et 8 ans. L’hôtel allie parfaitement confort, authenticité et cadre naturel exceptionnel à côté de la lagune de Bacalar. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût. Le clou du spectacle ? La promenade en bateau sur la lagune, où nous avons découvert les sept couleurs de l’eau, les stromatolithes, et même le célèbre Cenote Negro. Les enfants étaient émerveillés, et nous aussi ! Les guides étaient au top. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur attention aux détails. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs pleins la tête et une seule envie : revenir ! À ne pas manquer si vous voyagez en famille à Bacalar

Boutique hotel pieno di charme e con personale molto gentile e proattivo a suggerire attività, ristoranti ecc. Posizione perfetta vicinissima alla laguna, ristoranti e negozietti. Colazione a pagamento molto buona.

La stanza per 4 è un po’ piccola e ha 2 letti alla francese accostati al muro.

Es un hotel muy bonito, excelente decoración, el personal super atento y amable, todo el tiempo estan disponibles para ayudar, resolver dudas, etc. Las habitaciones tienen aislante de ruido por lo que se puede descansar muy bien. Te recomiendan lugares y está muy cerca de la laguna. Todo puede hacerse caminando.

El internet no es muy bueno, pueden mejorar las almohadas, cambiando las decorativas, el cancel de la regadera no está bien acomodado, se moja la parte del sanitario al bañarse.

We loved every minute of our stay. The hotel is super clean and perfectly located close to everything. Communication was excellent, and the owner was incredibly helpful—she even gave us a ride! On top of that, she arranged a fantastic catamaran trip with a captain for us, which was a highlight of our vacation. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel !!

Emplacement parfait. A 2 pas de la lagune. Le personnel est agréable et arrangeant, la patronne nous a même ramené à la station ADO. Le service d’excursion était top. Et le petit cadeau de fin qui fait plaisir.

Silencio, patio interior, Front desk amable y útil en dar info para tours traslados y restaurantes. Habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado.

La piscina recibe sombra todo el día. Tal vez si cortaran un poco de follaje de los árboles podría mejorar… y tal vez una bomba o algo que oxigene y limpie un poco más la piscina. Usamos la alberca de Casa México finalmente.

Super well located hotel with a lovely pool and comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit dingy (no window in the bathroom) and the aircon needed replacing as it was old and too noisy to sleep with.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We waren veel te vroeg ter plaatse maar we mochten al wel onze koffers bij hun achterlaten, zodat wij niet onze koffers in de auto hoefden te laten tijden een boottour

Het water in het zwembad was niet echt helder maar het was niet smerig.

Hôtel vieillissant, les photos sont flatteuses, je n’ai pas aimé le lavabo hors de la salle de bain mais c’est certainement sur les photos et je ne l’ai pas vu Pas beaucoup de serviettes de toilette dans la chambre, pas de sèche cheveux il faut le demander à la réception Piscine mal située sous les arbres donc à l’ombre et toujours pleines de feuilles.

Alles :-) super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr gut. Hotelanlage sehr schön eingerichtet. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Segeltour würde ich jedem empfehlen, haben wir direkt im Hotel gebucht. Lage optimal, Lagune gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor dem Checkin erhält man bereits vom Hotel Informationen zu Restaurants, Aktivitäten, etc. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist top. Die Dachterasse ist wunderschön.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte bei uns nicht wirklich. Es wurde nie unter 28 Grad im Zimmer. Der Balkon ist winzig. Da passt nichts drauf. Verstehe nicht genau, wieso das Zimmer explizit mit Balkon beworben wird. Der Pool war überhaupt nicht einladend. Er war über unseren ganzen Aufenthalt schmutzig. Wichtig für Allergiker: Es laufen teilweise Hunde und Katzen frei im Hotel herum!

Eine fantastische zentrale Lage, alles was man in Bacalar sehen, erleben darf ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuss prima zu erreichen. Das Personal ist enorm unkompliziert, hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer eine Idee bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Todos los espacios estan muy comodos y bonitos. Me gusto mucho la estancia que tiene en la azotea.

Super früher Checkin war ohne Aufpreis möglich. Viele Tips an der Rezeption für Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Kaffee gab es bis 12 Uhr gratis. Die Anlage war sehr sauber und zwei süße Katzen gab es dort auch!

Sehr nettes, motiviertes Personal und perfekte Lage. Sauberer Pool, schöne Dachterrasse und grüner Innenhof. Hotel bietet auch Bootsausflüge an. 2 liebe Hauskätzchen und ab und zu nette Hunde der Besitzerfamilie sind ebenfalls eine Bereicherung. Frühstück gibt's gegen separate Bezahlung und in der Nähe viele weitere Optionen. Lage fussläufig zu Hauptplatz und Lagune, auch nachts. Die selben Besitzer haben auch noch ein neues Hostel (México Lindo) für Reisende mit tieferem Budget.

Fotos vom Bootsausflug wurden versprochen, sind aber auch eine Woche später nicht eingetroffen.

Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Es ist ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit noch tolleren Leuten! Wir haben bei Ankunft direkt die Segeltour auf der Lagune gemacht - danke Leo es war toll! Wir wurden sogar zur ADO Busstation gefahren.

Very warm welcome from the staff; facilities exceeded expectations (especially after we figured out how to properly close the sliding door to the balcony - no more noise afterwards!). The pool is in a super lovely, lush garden. Quirky artworks all around.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in Bacalar. Man kann Touren über das Hotel buchen (vor allem die Sunrise SUP Tour kann ich empfehlen!). Das Frühstück ist gut und man hat diverse Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Generell hat die Unterkunft alles was man braucht: Föhn, Poolhandtücher, Liegemöglichkeiten, wunderschönen Innenhof, Katzen und Hunde. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Personal ist bemüht und stets freundlich. Wir haben es bereut, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier waren. Lieber länger in Baclar bleiben!

Das Hotel ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Lage ist optimal – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Was wirklich heraussticht, sind die Mitarbeiter: Alle sind sehr bemüht, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird bei allen Anliegen unterstützt und fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt.

A great boutique style hotel with comfortable rooms, a beautiful garden with pool and quirky decor. Easy walking distance of the lake and the centre. The staff here are the real treat, universally charming and helpful, giving great recommendations and helping us out with the Tren Maya booking.

I had a perfect stay at Casa Chukum! Special thanks to Mar for her kindness and for all her great recommendations. I would definitely come back!

Location was great and the staff was very friendly. I adored the 2 cats that were at the hotel who were very sweet. The breakfast was very good albeit it not overly fast which was fine with me, just know that in case you have to leave to catch a tour or transport.

Shampoo and conditioner were eco friendly which is great for the environment, unfortunately my hair doesn't love it. If you are similar pack your own shampoo with you. Wish that there was more space for toiletries near the sink and space to store clothes (had to leave in my bag for the whole time I was there)

Nous avons attendu 1h pour avoir notre chambre, on nous a offert une boisson mais dans la chaleur de l accueil c était très long. Lit double très petit. Porte coulissante de la salle de bain pas pratique et très bruyante. Odeur d égout assez forte au niveau de la piscine.

Hotel familiar, cerca de la laguna, el fuerte, la plaza principal y muchos restaurantes y cafetería. Caminando vas a todos lados. Los desayunos son muy ricos. El área del jardín es muy relajante con toda su vegetacion, arte , la alberca, los camastros. Todos son super amables y te ayudan en todo momento si necesitas un tour, un taxi, tips donde ir comer, etc. La pasamos excelente en nuestra estancia

Abbiamo chiesto 2 espressi, erano imbevibili perché in realtà erano acqua (quasi trasparenti, più chiari del caffè americano) e ce li hanno comunque fatti pagare 35 pesos a caffè.

Parfois on devait faire la queue pour le petit déjeuner- mais ç'allait assez vite, personnel est efficace. Chambre assez petite et il manque un peu de place de rangement, mais ça reste confortable
