Es un hotel tranquilo y agradable. La habitación es cómoda y el personal atento. El desayuno no está mal, aunque poco variado. La piscina está bastante bien para pasar un rato agradable, aunque hay poca zona para tumbarse a la sombra. Está a poca distancia del centro. El personal muy atento, puedes comunicarte fácilmente por Whatsapp con ellos y que te gestionen taxis.

Tal vez daría más variedad al desayuno y podría alguna sombrilla en la zona de la piscina.

Soggiorno fantastico! La gestione e la reception sono state incredibilmente gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa: ci hanno aiutato a organizzare taxi, uscite e con il servizio biciclette. Un plauso speciale anche alla ragazza delle colazioni e dei cocktail, sempre dolcissima e premurosa. La zona comune è splendida e curatissima.

La camera purtroppo era davvero troppo piccola e priva della cura trovata all'esterno. La metratura era specificata, ma dal vivo si nota l'assenza totale di armadi o appoggi per le valigie. Il letto era incredibilmente piccolo: essendo alto 1,90 m ho dovuto dormire con i piedi fuori. Inoltre, la doccia aveva pochissima pressione e l'acqua non era quasi mai calda.

El personal fue amable durante la estancia. La piscina y jardín estaban cuidados y en buen estado; había juegos de mesa y agua mineral a disposición. La pizzeria cercana hace buen papel. Tienen acuerdo con 2 beach club para acceso a l laguna.

El desayuno está incluido pero no es tipo buffet. No se puede escoger bollería, zumos, lacteos o cereales. Hay pan de molde con mantequilla y mermelada de fresa y un tostadora pero ya te indican que max 2 rebanadas por persona, me pareció un poco feo. Nos quedamos 2 noches y la orden de huevos fritos un dia trajo 2 huevos y a la mañana siguiente solamente uno. La tostada de aguacate lo traía ya untado, de forma que quedó algo escaso y enmascarado por el huevo que traía encima. La camarera de los desayunos de 10; recordaba nuestras preferencias con el café. El tamaño de la habitación y prestaciones para ser un 4 estrellas las vimos algo justas; comparando con otros hoteles de México y atendiendo al precio pagado.

Struttura accogliente e receptionist francese molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato attività e ristoranti che si sono rivelati ottimi. La colazione non è troppo varia e tutto viene preparato al momento, che è la cosa migliore. È inutile avere colazioni che decine di prodotti che, in un modo o nell’altro finiscono per essere buttati perché vanno a male. Si può scegliere tra the, caffè americano, latte o caffè espresso, per poi scegliere tra una omelette in diversi modi o un avocado toast. Si ha anche la disponibilità di pane da tostare con burro e marmellata e del succo. Segno che si può fare una buona colazione anche senza sprecare tutto il cibo che si trova nei buffet degli hotel. Questa è un’ottima cosa.

Una mattina avevamo un’escursione e avremmo avuto la necessità di avere qualcosa per fare colazione perché saremmo usciti presto. Ci è stata negata la possibilità di avere qualcosa, anche banalmente un tramezzino che poteva essere preparato anche la sera prima e conservato in frigo. Questo non è stato molto carino e propositivo verso dei clienti, soprattutto se si pensa che, essendo una località turistica in cui si fanno escursioni anche all’alba, sovente può capitare che dei clienti abbiano questa necessità.

De airco werkte goed en zorgde voor een comfortabel verblijf. De locatie was prima, met op loopafstand een aantal restaurants, supermarktjes en het centrale plein (ongeveer 5–10 minuten lopen). Het personeel was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed geregeld met keuze uit 4 à 5 verschillende gerechten.

Het bed was erg smal. Er was de hele dag muziek in het algemene gedeelte, wat ook in de kamer duidelijk hoorbaar was en al vroeg begon en doorging tot ongeveer 21:30–22:00 uur. Daarnaast werkte de wifi niet goed.

Alojamiento de 10. Todo el personal súper amable y muy simpáticos. La habitación muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda. Las instalaciones muy bonitas también y el desayuno con varios platos a elegir y café refill un puntazo. Además está súper bien ubicado. Sin duda repetiremos, ha estado increíble.

De kamers. Hoe ze waren ingedeeld en ideaal van het zwembad.

Er zat geen druk achter de douche helaas en er waren relatief weinig ligplekken bij het zwembad

Personnel très accueillant. J’ai apprécié la piscine. La chambre était très bien avec une baignoire. Nous n’avons rien à redire. Bon petit déjeuner malgré que ça ne soit pas abondant. Nous n’avons eu aucune bete malgré le toit en paille

Uns hat die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gefallen. Super engagierte und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben einfach so ein Upgrade bekommen und das Zimmer mit Wihrlpool erhalten. Das Frühstück war wirklich Top und ich finde die Auswahl von 4 Gerichten mehr als TOP da alle sehr lecker waren. Erfrischungsgetränk (so viel man wollte) gab's auch jeden Morgen dazu. Sowie Toast mit Marmelade, ebenfalls all you can. Der Kaffee war auch super. Abends ist es wirklich sehr ruhig. Also keine Party oder laute Musik. Das Hotel gehört zum Yak Lake house. Nur 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Das heißt ihr habt kostenlosen Zutritt zur Beachbar direkt an der Lagune. Dort finden jeden Tag unterschiedliche Events statt, von Yoga zum Sonnenuntergang, Movienight auf einer Leinwand (und das alles kostenlos) und andere Aktivitäten. Also besser gehts gar nicht :-) Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Het hotel heeft heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie en heeft een heerlijk zwembad. De bedden waren goed.

Eigenlijk niets, we hadden nog wel langer willen blijven :)

We hebben bij aankomst een andere kamer toegewezen gekregen met een rieten dak. Je hoorde hierdoor dieren over het dak gaan en alle lawaai van de straat waardoor we niet konden slapen. Daarnaast was er geen kluis aanwezig. Personeel gaf aan dat dit opgelost zou worden, maar we hebben er niks meer over gehoord. Hier moesten we zelf achteraan weer. Ook de deur sloot niet waardoor we onze spullen niet veilig konden opbergen. Dit allemaal zorgde ervoor dat we een nieuwe kamer wilde. We kregen de kleinste kamer toegewezen, terwijl we voor de middel kamer hadden betaald!! Na dit aangegeven te hebben was het wel mogelijk. De hygiëne was niet goed, er zaten vlekken in de lakens en gordijnen, de fietsen waren slecht want de remmen deden het niet, de banden waren lek en de zadel zat veel te hoog. Het ontbijt viel ook heel erg tegen. Je mag maar 1 broodje kiezen en als je nog honger heb mag je 2 sneetjes roosteren waarbij je alleen de keuze hebt in boter of jam. Hierdoor verlieten we met honger het hotel en moesten we elders ontbijten, terwijl we hadden geboekt incl ontbijt. O ja en een latte is wel inbegrepen maar cappuccino niet. Dat snap ik ook niet. Al met al, zeer teleurstellend verblijf gehad en ik zal het niet adviseren.

Très beau hôtel pas très loin du lagon mais calme :) la piscine est super et beaucoup d’emplacement pour se reposer au soleil. Les chambres sont bien, on apprécie globalement l’ambiance boisé et épuré. Des tours sont disponibles auprès de l’hôtel et pour les tacos vous pouvez aussi demander à l’hôtel ou directement sur le WhatsApp local (que vous trouverez dans les taxis).

Such friendly staff! And the whole property was so lovely. This was our splurge on a nice place after months of travel and we loved it! The town is really walkable, so everything is close.

Le personnel est adorable et très aidant! Ils vous aident à organiser vos excursions, à contacter des taxis et à vous conseiller pour passer un séjour mémorable. L'hôtel est très bien placé, dans un quartier très mignon et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. La piscine est très agréable. La chambre est propre et pratique.

Les transats de la piscine n'était pas très propres et ne nous donnait pas trop envie d'y rester.

Nous etions en dessous d un jacuzzi nous avons entendu la pompe toute la nuit aucune insonorisation

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind im hübsches Design ausgestattet. Uns hat der Poolbereich gut gefallen. Lädt zum Relaxen ein. Das Frühstück ist lecker, könnte aber mehr Auswahl und Umfang haben.

Le personnel est très compétent et réactif. Une mention particulière pour Abril qui s'est inquiétée en permanence de notre confort et de notre satisfaction. La chambre est refaite tous les jours. La piscine est bien entretenue. L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au centre village et par rapport aux points de départ des attractions.

Rien à part le coq et les oiseaux très matinaux.. mais c'est la nature 😀

Property itself is fine . Of course the properties adjacent are very poor and old as one expects in Mexico ! Stayed 2 nights (Sat/Sun).

I liked the location a little outside of the center and close to the lagoon. They are also connected to the YAK Hostel and you can use their pier for free which is nice since the hotel itself isn’t connected to the water. Also the staff is really helpful and friendly and does a perfect job!

It was very overpriced. The breakfast wasn’t at all as advertised. No fresh fruit - even though they grow this amazing pineapple in the area besides other fruits. The bread is limited to 2 slices per person. If you want any coffee except filter you have to pay extra. For this amount of money I really expect something else. I also had to change rooms bc the first one had mold and I have asthma - had a horrible night. The staff was friendly and I could change to another room, but also was not offered anything as an excuse. I felt like someone just wants to make money with this place…

La ubicación es genial, los chicos que trabajan allí son encantandores, el hotel está limpio, los desayunos están buenísimos y te dejan bicis para que conozcas Bacalar !!! Volvería siempre que fuese a Bacalar

Le coin piscine était beau, et l’emplacement était très calme tout en restant à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre.

Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude et le personnel n’a pas pu trouver de solution. La douche n’avait pas de pression également. Le lit était trop petit et nous avons trouver le matelas trop dur à notre goût. La carte du petit déjeuner est toujours la même chaque jour, si vous n’aimez pas les œufs bon courage !

Hotel très mignon au calme. Chambre jolie et bien aménagée avec beaucoup de rangement. Cours de yoga proposé, piscine agréable et très bon petit-dejeuner. Personnel très sympa.

Assolutamente nulla

Rispetto a ciò che la struttura offre, i prezzi sono assolutamente fuori misura. Il bagno della camera da letto è talmente attaccato al letto stesso che quando ci si fa la doccia, è inevitabile bagnare tutto il pavimento. La piscina è sporca e minuscola, oltre al fatto che ci riesce ad immergere al massimo fino alle ginocchia. I lettini intorno alla piscina sono sporchissimi, con escrementi di uccello ovunque mai puliti. Al bar non trovi mai nessuno, abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per avere un bicchiere d’acqua, tra l’altro, in dei bicchieri sporchi. La colazione non presenta nessun cibo dolce, per non parlare del fatto che si ha modo di avere massimo due fette di pane per persona (cosa folle) per quanto abbiamo pagato.

Nice helpful staff, clean rooms. The connection with Yak hostel is great, great place to swim and relax on the lagoon.

Breakfast was limited. One morning my partner sat for 10 minutes and no one asked if he wanted anything, service varied.

It was a nice place for a short stay (2 nights) in Bacalar. The common area with pool and bar is tranquil and stunning. The rooms are not super spacious, but sufficient. The only downside it relatively high humidity and limited ventilation in the rooms (probably depends on the time of your visit during the year). It's nothing that would bother me during our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also had tasty breakfast and drinks. The location is perfect, really close to the lagoon and center.

The staff, the hotel, the design, the breakfast, the fact you're allowed to participate in the Yak Lake House hostel activities!! Very very reccomended. Just change the pillows to be more soft 🙈

Een van de fijnste verblijven van onze reis! De kamers zijn mooi en schoon en het zwembad en restaurant worden ook goed bijgehouden. Maar de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel (Aislin, Dario & Abril) maakte voor ons echt het verschil. Ze hebben ons fijne tips gegeven voor restaurants / tours en ons vervolg in Valladolid en waren altijd in voor een gezellig praatje.

De locatie en het zwembad was super fijn

De eerste dag hebben wij ruim een uur moeten wachten op ons ontbijt waarna het verbrand was. Daarnaast was de kamer erg klein en was er geen ruimte om iets op te hangen. Het bed + kussen was mega hard. Persoonlijk vonden wij dit hotel veel te duur voor wat je krijgt

Presque tout. Surtout la réceptionniste qui parlait Français, elle était d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours très souriante. La piscine!

Sauf le petit déjeuner qui est trop léger. Vous avez le droit à un plat sur la carte et un seul type de jus avec un café. De plus les tables étaient sales et le personnel restait sur son portableau lieu de venir nettoyer et redresser. Pas très agréable pour prendre le pdj

Niveau de prestations pas à hauteur. En 3 semaines de voyage et 7 établissements visités c’est le pire largement. Salle de bain à refaire. Bruyant au RDC.

El desayuno es muy básico, tostadas de pan de molde, zumo de bote y un plato a elegir de huevos o tostada. A las 8 se supone que empieza pero no tenían ni huevos ni el zumo preparado. El café del desayuno es americano malo con leche y le llaman latte jajaja. Tampoco tenían mantequilla, vamos una gestión terrible. Cogimos una noche extra y nuestra habitación número 17 era con jacuzzy que no funcionaba, vamos un bañera exterior. En resumen, un quiero y no puedo

Está limpio, el personal muy amable

Se nota que usan cortinas, sabanas, cojines, etc. Que son de segunda mano, tienen manchas y roturas. Los cuartos son muy chiquitos. Malisimo

Het zwembad was echt top! Op wandelafstand van de lagoon en restaurants. Gemakkelijk om in de straat te parkeren. April was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De massages via Livin zijn ook een aanrader.

De kamers mogen qua gezelligheid best een upgrade krijgen, maar voor de rest was dit een prima kamer.

It’s a lovely property close to the centre of Bacalar and also close to the busstation. Theplace looks good, there is breakfast and a really nice swimming pool with outdoor shower. I arrived early, but because the room was already clean I was able to get my room earlier. I also was able to stay and use the swimming pool and outdoor shower after I had checked out, because the ADO night bus to Palenque was leaving at 22:45h. I’m very grateful for this kind of service! They have a lovely staff: Abril, Aislin & Dario. They are very extremely helpful and kind!!! I definitely would come back to this place!

La habitación muy práctica y limpia, las almohada duras. La alberca pequeña pero limpia y agradable su área. El desayuno estaba decente; solo que le faltaron al chef varios ingredientes que ofrece la carta. Abril muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar con dudas y recomendaciones. Excelente servicio en el club de playa que viene incluido con el hotel

Nos encantó! Fuimos mi mamá y yo, todo excelente, igual que las fotos, limpieza e instalaciones 10/10, el personal súper amable, sobre todo Abril muy atenta, la única área de oportunidad sería el desayuno, está completo y cumple, pero no es excepcional Volvería sin pensarlo!

Por decir algo, las opciones de tour que nos ofrecían con adventure Lab, no cuadraban mucho con las opciones que luego nos explicaron desde la compañía.

El hotel esta muy bien, buen servicio, el desayuno muy rico, la gente muy amable, y mi hija disfruto mucho la alberca.

La camarera del desayuno tuvo una actitud muy poco profesional, no debería trabajar en la hospitalidad, malas caras, poco resolutiva y la verdad no está preparada para tarabajar en el servicio y menos con extranjeros que estamos cansados de viajar y que cada vez valoramos más el trato del personal que la tarifa. La oferta del desayuno muy básica y muy mala.. Para cobrarte 2300 pesos por alojamiento el desayuno debería ser un poco más variado y completo ( el bufet es una vergüenza)

Es un alojamiento cómodo y moderno, cerca de la laguna y del pueblo. El personal del hotel te aconseja en el caso de que quieras realizar alguna excursión o actividad. La piscina está muy bien y además te facilitan toallas para la piscina.

Un très bel établissement joliment décoré et bien entretenu, avec une équipe très agréable et aidante. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. À recommander !

La piscina y la excelente atención de Abril y el sazón de los chilaquiles en el desayuno. La habitación 15 de muy buen tamaño e iluminación y el chico que hace limpieza, de los mejores haciendo su trabajo a detalle. La bañera es riquísima para relajarte.

La habitación 15 tiene techo de paja (por diseño) y se filtro el agua durante 2 días, afortunadamente cambiaron la ropa de cama y sin problema. Por el mismo techo de paja, se oyen los animales (gatos y aves) que se suben y en la madrugada te sacan uno que otro susto, pero te acostumbras. El día que estábamos en la piscina, se atravesó un ratón por la zona de mesas, nos dio susto.

Hotel confortable y moderno. La habitación de buen tamaño. El desayuno muy variado y todo estaba rico. El personal super amable.
