Cena al ristorante interno pessima Mancanza di manutenzione in stanza, il condizionatore perdeva acqua e altro...

Un’oasi lontana dal centro di San Andres (circa 20 minuti di motorino). Vicina ad alcune spiagge dell’isola: San Luis e Cocoploom. Sicuramente serve noleggiare un mezzo per muoversi e l’hotel vi aiuta con le prenotazioni. All’arrivo c’è stata un’incomprensione sul transfer areoporto/hotel ma il personale ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino in cambio. Colazione buona, non molto varia se si dorme più giorni nella struttura. Ristorante caro e non particolarmente eccelso.

Il ristorante, ma la sera si hanno poche alternative se non si vuole andare in centro.

Struttura immersa nel verde con giardino tropicale ben curato, dove regna pace e silenzio. Il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile.

Le camere necessitano di manutenzione, abbiamo trovato capelli nelle le lenzuola o le lenzuola erano consumare e poco pulite. Il menù del ristorante ha pochi piatti, di media bassa qualità, con prezzi alti come tutta l'isola. La cameriera del ristorante ha un comportamento poco professionale e scontroso. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non giustifica la spesa.

La relación calidad/precio. El peor hotel que hemos estado. Con un coste de casi 1000€ para 4 noches, la piscina privada de la habitación estaba verde y con mucha basura a pesar de decirnos que realizaban mantenimiento... Y los servicios que ofrecen son una estafa(conseguimos lo mismo a mitad de precio fuera del hotel, con los mismos servicios). Se nos ofreció el tour privado por las islas por 1.500.000colombianos desde el contacto que nos facilitó el hotel, cuando lo conseguimos rebajar a 1.150.000 entramos a hablar con la persona de recepción de las mañanas y nos dice que eran 900.000colombianos con esto nos dio una desconfianza tremenda que nos llevo a buscarnos la vida consiguiendo el tour privado por 750.000 con Jeferson en Toures_Kai. Por las mañanas trabajadores en el hotel(taladros, radiales,gente mirando mientras te bañas en la piscina,etc)

Todo en general. Tanto la habitación, como la piscina, jacuzzi y demás son totalmente como en las fotos. Todo estaba limpio, cómodo, y buen cuidado cada detalle. El personal es increíble, siempre atento, simpáticos, ayudando con los tours, mulitas, taxi, pagos, limpieza, mencionar a Dorothy, Sabina, por mencionarlas, pero en realidad todos y todas son súper atentas, profesionales y agradables.

Me gustó todo, pero por mencionar algo, quizás el menú de cena tiene poco variedad, sin embargo lo que tiene, está muy rico.

El hotel es increíble, el staff y sus facilidades permiten tener un excelente descanso y disfrutar de las.maravillosas playas de la isla. El servicio de hotel.es insuperable.

Everything was great I'm definitely coming back

The hotel itself is pleasant, quiet and beautiful, more or less a three-star boutique-style property. Most of the staff were kind, respectful and helpful, especially the people from the kitchen, housekeeping, reception and administration. My serious concern is not about them. Please read my comments in the “What I didn’t like” section. The main issue was the owner’s treatment after we raised a respectful complaint. What happened felt discriminatory, humiliating and intimidating.

The hotel is somewhat far from the main areas of the island, so having a vehicle was important. We were initially led to believe the hotel could help arrange a vehicle reservation, but when the vehicle was supposed to be available, we were told the hotel had nothing to do with it. During our stay, there were also construction works around a lake/pond area, including two excavators operating on a Saturday. We went to reception to raise these concerns. We were upset, but respectful. Tony, who identified himself as the owner, reacted aggressively. He suggested we looked poor and did not understand high-end or exclusive tourism. He insisted his hotel was the most exclusive hotel in San Andrés and implied that our complaint came from not knowing what a truly exclusive hotel experience was. He then referred to my partner’s religious appearance. My partner is in the process of converting to Islam and was wearing a Muslim-style cap. Tony aggressively asked whether he was Muslim. This was unnecessary and deeply inappropriate in the context of a hotel complaint. After I said I considered his comments discriminatory, Tony suddenly and repeatedly called us “extortionists”. This was arbitrary, unjustified and shocking. We had not threatened anyone or demanded anything improper. We had only raised a service complaint. Were we treated as “extortionists” because he thought we looked poor? Because my partner looked Muslim? Because we dared to complain? That is exactly how it felt. He also kept saying he did not want to see us there, that we should leave, that we were not his type of clients, and that he would give us our “fucking money”. I felt humiliated and intimidated. We only want an apology from the owner. If asking for an apology after this treatment is, in his view, extortion, then his understanding of hospitality and guest dignity is deeply troubling.

Was very nice location and facilities and all staff very friendly. My husband and I loved it.

Includes delicious Breakfast in the morning but for a dinner , Food was good but litle pricy.

La piscina estaba muy sucia, no pudimos nadar. El jacuzzi también se ensuciaba y no lo limpiaban. Le faltan muchos servicios para el costo que tiene.

Miraflores Hotel Boutique fue nuestro refugio perfecto en San Andrés. Un lugar tranquilo, acogedor y lleno de detalles que invitan a desconectarse del ruido y simplemente disfrutar. La atención fue cercana y amable desde el primer día, haciendo que la experiencia se sintiera aún más especial. Ideal para descansar, recargar energías y vivir la isla desde un ambiente mucho más relajado y auténtico. 🌴✨

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la suite King size 4. À notre arrivée, très bon accueil à la réception et nous avons pu entrer d’avis la chambre 13:00 au lieu de 15:00. le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas ( pas préparé pour notre arrivée). Et en gain de journée c’était fait. Le personnel est très réactif. - piscine et jardin très bien - espace de la chambre et jacuzzi - bord de mer avec rocher et espa espaces aménagés proche de l’hôtel à pied. - organisation de transports en taxi pour visiter l’île - le bar de la piscine est très bien et chaises longues parfaites..

- la chambre semblait ne pas avoir été utilisée depuis longtemps et nous avons dû demander de changer les draps. - le jacuzzi mériterait une bonne réfection et nettoyage à fond ( changer l’eau). - les femmes de ménages sont adorables mais la direction devrait demander que le ménage à fond (fenêtres, bordures et coins des pièces) lord des changements de clients. - la direction pourrait mettre à disposition une bonbonne pour asperger la pièce contre les moustiques (beaucoup en mai-juin -juillet, clest la saison!). - en résumé, ne pas hésiter à demander ce dont vous avez besoin, car le personnel est très réactif. - le restaurant est très bon.

Struttura fantastica immersa in un bellissimo giardino dove vivono alcune iguana e molte varietà di uccelli, lo staff è meraviglioso e il ristorante è eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 5 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo usufruito della piscina, molto carina, alla reception sono stati davvero gentili, ci hanno prenotato uno scooter e lo hanno fatto in struttura, hanno un ottimo servizio di transfer dall’aeroporto e per l’aeroporto. Ottima la colazione e ottimo il ristorante. Insomma tutto perfetto

Quarto grande e ambientes bem espaçosos, lugar calmo e bem tranquilo, funcionários prestativos e educados.

O Café da manhã é servido à lacarte, porém com quantidade bem reduzida, achei bem fraco, mas gostoso. Quando chegamos à piscina do nosso quarto ainda estava suja e só pudemos usar no dia seguinte. A Limpeza não é um ponto forte, mas no geral gostamos!

Not great help from staff when asked. Especially when it came.to.asking for things like Spa service and re renting a golf kart. Didn't get the mini bar price list. Shower was okay but wouldn't stay hot. Paid to have the room upgraded so spent alot of money on the room but service didn't reflect. No shuttle service into town or the airport is not great for expensive hotel especially given how expensive Taxis are. Drivers just make up their own prices and the hotel should protect you from such things. If you don't have licence or can't drive etc for medical reasons you have to use a taxi which is very expensive. Hotel should offer a free or at least discounted shuttle service.

Quiet, serene, beautiful. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We appreciated that breakfast was included, as the hotel was a bit far from the center and there were no closeby food/other locations. Nothing was walking distance but we were ok with it. We rented a buggy, which is a must, but felt it was quite expensive, as we read online that buggies are usually less than $100/day. Ours was more and was recommended by the hotel. Do your own research before choosing a buggy company. It was a beautiful hotel with amazing gardens. The roosters get loud too early in the morning, but it was a great stay overall.

We liked everything but I do want to caution people that the location is farther than expected. If there is no mode of transportation, it may be difficult to get to places. Buggy or scooter rental is the best way to go.

El aseo, pero al pedir mejorarlo fue mucho mejor

L'hotel è immerso nel verde, lontano dalla confusione del centro. Ideale per chi ha voglia di staccare e godersi il silenzio e la natura. Occorre mettere in conto l'eventualità che entrino in stanza zanzare e qualche altro insetto innocuo (consiglio di portarsi l'autan). L'hotel nel complesso è abbastanza rustico e in linea con l'ambiente circostante e vedendo gli standard dell'isola, mi è sembrato di buon livello in generale. È necessario noleggiare un buggy o un motorino per muoversi. Noi l'abbiamo fatto direttamente attraverso la reception, molto comodo. Il centro dista circa 20 minuti. Abbiamo usufruito sempre del ristorante dell'albergo per cena per evitare di muoverci con il buio. Il cibo era buono. La colazione è alla carta e c'è una buona varietà, a parte un problema iniziale di mancanza cibo (vedi sezione "cosa non ti è piaciuto), poi risolto per fortuna. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta. Vicino all'albergo c'è un piccolo stabilimento sugli scogli molto bello e con un mare fantastico.

Migliorerei la pulizia, sebbene nel complesso era abbastanza pulito, ma considerando che per arrivare alle camere si cammina su terriccio, erba e sassolini, le stanze si sporcano facilmente, quindi presterei più attenzione e farei effettuare una pulizia più profonda. La colazione e il relativo servizio è decisamente da rivedere. Ogni giorno mancavano piatti elencati nel menù e le porzioni che venivano offerte erano decisamente scarse e ci siamo trovati più volte costretti a chiedere di portarci altro cibo e ci veniva risposto che era finito. Di fronte al nostro disappunto ci è stato risposto che stavano cambiando il menù e che dovevano fare la spesa. L'ho trovato inaccettabile. Ci siamo infatti lamentati con la direzione, che per scusarsi ci ha offerto una cena nel ristorante dell'albergo e dal giorno successivo è stata garantita la presenza di tutto ciò che era indicato nel menù. Ho molto apprezzato quanto fatto dalla direzione per rimediare.

The only thing I like about the property is that it was quiet. But that is about it. Our second day of being there in the morning while taking a shower there power and the water when away so I was left in the middle of shower with soap and shampoo on my self. They turn of the power and water with out informing us. The second day was the water that was cut off. And the owner which leaves in property never informed. Must of the stuff was attentive and specially Katherine. Which it was the only one who when above and beyond to help amazing stuff member the owner is blessed with an employee likes her she took matters in to her hands as she was the owner and help me. I pay top dollars for the place and other amenities I use honestly they where ok nothing to justify what I paid for 4 nights and 3 days

El primer día no tuvimos acceso a la piscina y el toldo de la habitación estaba lleno de insectos , el segundo día desafortunadamente dejé mi bolso fuera de la cajilla de seguridad y perdi algo de dinero , el último día programamos un servicio al aeropuerto y nunca llegó el conductor asignado , casi perdemos el vuelo , agradezco a la recepcionista que nos consiguió otro servicio y en conductor nos llevó rápidamente y a los chicos del restaurante , demasiado amables , muchas gracias .

Our stay at Miraflores Boutique was amazing. The hotel is at a more quiet spot on the island which was perfect for us. We could reach everything in a few minutes via scooter (which you can rent at the hotel). The rooms are unbelievable and the property offers everything you need at all times. Furthermore, the staff was so nice and the restaurant (which i believe to be one of the best places for food on san andres) was also great! Last but not least: The owner was even nice enough to upgrade our room since one suite was still available at the time of our stay. For him, it’s more about the culture on the island and to give you the best experience you can get. We really felt that and highly recommend this place!

Pena que os banheiros da piscina não tinha água e no quarto bem salobra, a obra na piscina tirou bastante a privacidade. Faltou atividades a noite como músicas e atendimento que encerra cedo.

El hotel es precioso, tranquilo y acogedor. El personal muy amable y atento. Nos recibieron con agua de coco fresquita, la verdad es un plus. La comida riquísima, creo que hospedarnos allí los últimos días de nuestra estancia en San Andrés fue lo mejor del viaje.

Eché en falta un gimnasio.

Miraflores is truly a beautiful countryside spot in the southwest of the island 🏝️, with easy access to explore the entire island. The staff is wonderful—Octavia made our days unforgettable. The owner is sometimes around and happily shares great and valuable tips to help you enjoy the surrounding paradise. The food is amazing and absolutely delicious 🤤. We also loved spending time with Chispas and the pollitos wandering around.

La struttura mantenuta bene anche sé si potrebbe fare molto di piu' per essere una struttura solo per adulti. La posizione ottima, ca. 10 Km dal centro di San Andrés. Rezeption molto gradita, si metteno a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza, (p.es. abbiamo fatto cambiare un materasso di un letto in quanto molto duro. Molto positivo é il servizio che attraverso la rezeption ti organizzano escursioni, mezzi di trasporto come Buggy, Roller, Taxi, usw., che ti vengono portati e riconsegnati direttamente in struttura, ottimo!

Il personale alla ristorazione é da migliorare visto che la clientela é tutta straniera (Italiani, svizzeri, brasiliani e anche colombiani). Per migliorare intendo seguire le esigenze del cliente che in gran parte viene anche eseguito ma con ulteriori sollecitazioni, in pratica viene dimencato spesso cosa si chiede. In una struttura del genere che ci sia un gallo che puntuale alle 4 e successivamente alle 5 del mattino che ti fà da sveglia non é propio il massimo, nulla contro, ma non entra nel contesto, magari in una masseria. Penso che questa cosa con gli animali domestici (gatti, galline con pulcini, gallo, etc.) in una struttura per adulti che te li trovi a colazione e cena non é propio il top, sono d'accordo in un Agriturismo. Bar piscina non attivo tutti i giorni e quando attivi, solo nel tardo pomeriggio. Alle ore di ristoro, come quasi in tutti i locali, la musica é qualcosa che la gente locale ama e vuole far trasmettere, ma a volte a volume alto il che significa che per i turisti che cercano di rilassarsi non é propio il massimo.

La struttura è immersa in un parco splendido, le stanze sono molto spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort, il personale è stato estremamente gentile e ci ha aiutato a organizzare trasporti e attività sull’isola, il cibo del ristorante è squisito! Cocktail bar a bordo piscina eccezionale!Abbiamo bevuto un margarita di mango indimenticabile ;) Molto consigliato!

My room was amazing and the grounds surrounding it were really beautiful to walk around - food was good. Overall a lovely experience, would definitely recommend and hope to go back one day!

Recomiendo de todo corazón el hotel Miraflores , es perfecto para desconectar y relajarte, sus instalaciones son muy lindas , los desayunos una maravilla . Da localização do hotel, longe do tumulto, no meio da mata, com muito conforto e tranquilidade. Atendimento impecável do Alex e da Dorothy, sempre muito prestativos e preocupados em atender as necessidades dos hóspedes.

Demora para servir o café da manhã e jantar, por serem ambos a la carte. Mas, pelo o que entendi eles estavam passando por um momento de transição na cozinha do hotel. Apesar da demora, os pratos eram muito fartos e saborosos.

Las instalaciones son muy lindas. La ubicación es alejada del centro, es ideal para descansar. La habitación estaba ok, tenía agua caliente que en la isla es poco común. La piscina súper linda.

El personal si bien fue muy amable, estaban como desorientados, nos preguntaban varias veces lo mismo casi en el mismo momento, mucha demora y poco eficiente el sistema de desayuno a la carta que tienen, el menú y calidad del servicio de la cena en el restorán dejó que desear además de la confusión que tenía el personal al atendernos, todo esto no es menor ya que en la zona no hay otra opción de cena y también nos pareció caro en relación a la calidad de la comida y con otros precios de la zona, otra cosa que nos pasó fue que nos ofrecieron recogernos del aeropuerto pero nunca fueron, nos tuvimos que tomar un taxi. Fue raro en relación al personal.

The room was nice and clean. The terrace has an amaca where you can chill and a table with two chairs if you'd like to enjoy the evening in the hotel. The garden is very well kept and beautiful. The hotel is very quite and the breakfast was very good.

Conforto e instalações são impecáveis. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo. Não precisa sair para o centro para ter boas refeições.

Großzügige, bequeme Zimmer; parkähnliche Anlage mit viel Ruhe und Natur und schöner Poolanlage; persönlicher Whirpool, sehr nahe Ozeanlage mit Schwimmgelegenheit und netten Restaurants und Tauchschule. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal ( auch bei der Buchung von Fahrten etc). Zuverlässiger Service. Das Frühstück, Abendessen und die Cocktails von der Poolbar sehr lecker. Hohe Zuverlässigkeit der vom Hotel engagierten Fahrer( insbesondere Nelson). Lage sehr gut, weg vom Massentourismus, aber innerhalb von 20 min jeder Hotspot erreichbar.

Wenige Mitarbeiter mit Englischkenntnissen. Das Weinangebot (1 Rotwein/ 1 Weißwein) könnte erweitert werden.

Miraflores exceeded my spouse’s and my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. We loved our spacious room with the jacuzzi, as well as everything the hotel had to offer, including the bar and pool.

PROS - You get a fresh coconut on arrival which is a nice touch - The reception staff are friendly - The grounds are beautiful - It's quite nice being set outside of the town, easily accessible with a golf cart - which the hotel can organise for you - Nelson, the dedicated Miraflores taxi driver - great guy - We weren't leaving the hotel for the airport until 2pm, they allowed us 30 mins extra late check out until 12.30pm There are too many negatives it won't let me fit all of them below, so starting them here: CONS - On welcome you don't get any information - nothing about renting the golf carts, how to get to the beach, what facilities they have and where. - They don't offer lunch so you have to leave the hotel even though it's quite far out of town. - They don't have a fitness centre - even 3* hotels usually have basic equipment of some kind - We booked a double room with balcony and were given room 4. The room is next to reception, under stairs, next to a communal bathroom and inbetween their kitchen and laundry room. It is so noisy. I can't imagine anyone would be happy with this room, it just shouldn't be a room. The room didn't have hangers so you can't hang your clothes up. There's mould on the curtains. The shower pipe is cracked, with the blue installation sticker around the base (small detail like why hasn't that been taken off yet...) We had hair all over the bed. The pillows felt clumpy and like they were over 10 years old. - The service is the restaurant is so bad, the waitress seems completely unbothered. She smiles and engages here and there, but is generally unwelcoming to the point where it feels awkward to ask her for something. - There are only a few tables to serve, yet tables aren't cleaned or set up properly.

- Our first night dinner took over 1hr15mins. We ordered ceviche and a steak. When the steak arrived, it was not good and obviously was frozen, thawed quickly. At the same time, the table next to us were complaining about their steak being overcooked. Then the guest had to go up and ask for a steak knife, which we saw the guests trying to clean - then not use because it was too dirty. First morning breakfast - took over 30 mins and they got the order wrong. - The pool area is nice, the bar is there and toilets but there's no umbrellas - bearing in mind it's so hot, you can't get shade. The pool wasn't cleaned in the 3 nights we were there and was super dirty. And for the 2 hours we were there during our last day, there was no one at the bar so we couldn't order a drink even though their leaflet says from 10am. The place advertises itself as a 4* boutique hotel for relaxing and wellness - feels like false advertising. We wouldn't return again but do want to thank Dorothy and Tatiana for dealing with our issues the first morning and moving us rooms swiftly - we couldn't have stayed another night in room 4 and were moved to a suite. When you walk into the suite, it's a lovely room and it's in a quiet area of the complex but again it's the small things - no hairdryer, no iron, the bins hadn't been cleared from the previous client or the cleaners. The ceiling fan doesn't work, there's a significant gap to outdoors for mosquitos to fly into but we didn't have a mosquito net .etc. Overall, our stay started off really badly - we rarely get annoyed or frustrated but the quality and service of everything we had received was so poor. When we were moved to the suite and realised we just needed to spend most of our time outside of the hotel, the rest of our stay was much better (even though the whole point of booking Miraflores out of town was so that we could relax and stay at the hotel!).

Das Hotel liegt an einem guten Ort, die Zimmer war gross und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Alex war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Fue una fortuna pasar vacaciones en San Andrés alojándonos en el Hotel Miraflores, y no puedo describir la experiencia con una sola palabra, porque fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa, gracias a la calidad humana de cada persona que hace parte de este lugar. Tony, es una persona excepcional, cercana y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Tatiana, Alex, Jennifer, Doroty y Katerine, quienes con su atención, sonrisas y dedicación hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. Los espacios del hotel son hermosos, cómodos y acogedores. En Miraflores se respira paz, tranquilidad y alegría, esa esencia única que solo la isla sabe regalar. Es el lugar perfecto para descansar, desconectarse y disfrutar plenamente. Gracias Hotel Miraflores por hacer de mis vacaciones un recuerdo inolvidable. 💙🌴

A lovely boutique hotel in a truly serene location on San Andrés. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax, and the outstanding staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Thanks for an amazing time!

De setting van het hotel, het heerlijke zwembad, de mooie kamer met veel buitenruimte, het vriendelijke personeel en het lekkere ontbijt.

Suggestie: Water en koffie in de kamer aanvullen als het op is.

Es wohl die schönste Hotelanlage auf ganz San Andres. Das Hauptgebäude und die einzelnen Zimmerhäuschen sind passend in der schönen und gepflegten Parkanlage eingebettet. Die Swimmingpool-Anlage mit Bar ist ebenfalls sehr einladend. Mit dezenter Reggae Music fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Das Essen war vorzüglich. Manchmal dauerte es einen Moment. Die Bedienung liess sich nicht stressen. Man kann sehr schlecht ins Meer, da hartes und spitzes Korallengestein die Küste ziert. Beim nahen Restaurant, das sehr gemütlich ist, kann man ins Meer. Die Dame an der Reception hat uns geholfen, ein Moto zu mieten (120‘000/Tag), das uns vorbei gebracht wurde.

The stay was fantastic. We had the pleasure of staying in the suite with the private jacuzzi. Absolutely stunning. It is definitely very much a getaway destination, gives off a “retreat” vibe. I highly recommend staying here if you like to relax and be away from the city while still being within 20 minutes of el Centro. I definitely plan on going back and hopefully getting the same room. The staff was very attentive, at the front desk both women were absolutely kind and helpful as well as just pleasant to speak with. They also were very responsive through their whatsapp and recommended a fantastic driver! They also have parking for your mulas or bikes so I recommend renting one for part of your stay.

The only thing worth mentioning that needs improvement is the food. The drinks made by Isaac were great. And I’m sure I just picked items on the menu that weren’t a specialty. However, it is such a big menu that I got overwhelmed. I would recommend cutting the menu in half and leaving the best items. Especially because we were told that some people staying at the island relied on taxis to get around, so having great food on the spot might be important to them. The food wasn’t terrible, please don’t misunderstand, it just definitely could improve in flavor.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Boutique Miraflores in San Andrés, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. A massive thank you must go to Ales and the entire team for looking after us so incredibly well. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our room was lovely and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. A wonderful surprise was the generous upgrade we received on our last day – it was the perfect way to conclude our trip! What really sets Miraflores apart is the evident pride and care they take in their property. I loved seeing how meticulously they look after the hotel grounds and park; everything is immaculate. Furthermore, I was so happy and impressed to see how well they look after their pets. Chispas was a little star! It was beautiful to see how healthy and well-loved he is. It’s often said that when people take such good care of their pets, you know they will be good to their guests, and this was certainly the case here. For anyone seeking a boutique, heartfelt, and beautifully maintained stay in San Andrés, we highly recommend Hotel Boutique Miraflores!

A estrutura tem tudo para ficar impecável, mas a cabana 5 NÃO tinha funcionamento básico para nos receber. Estava nítido que éramos os primeiros hóspedes e foi lastimável perceber que a ducha não tinha pressão, tampouco água quente. Não havia lixeira , suporte para toalha , pilhas para controle de TV e sequer papel higiênico disponível. O ar condicionado drenava água para o interior da acomodação, mas ãquela altura , já cansados, nem reclamamos. Senhora Tatiana se prontificou a nos mudar de acomodação, porém só na segunda diária. Ofertou um jantar cortesia pelo ocorrido, mas nem isso tivemos , já que nos cobraram pelo mesmo no check out. Pelo valor cobrado pela diária , a falta de profissionalismo de quem nos fez entrar numa acomodação imprópria é absurda. Esperamos que isso não se repita com outros hóspedes.

Procuramos o hotel justamente por ser afastado do centro e silencioso, de fato é assim. Os quartos são confortáveis e grandes. A piscina é boa também. Gostei da localização, pois logo em frente ao hotel há um ótimo ponto para nadar e mergulhar.

Péssima experiência, especialmente com o restaurante. O atendimento no café da manhã é extremamente lento e feito com má vontade. Não é exagero: em um dos dias, entre sentarmos à mesa e recebermos o omelete, se passaram 1h20 (sentamos às 8h e a comida chegou às 9h20). Começamos o dia irritados, todos os dias, por causa disso. O café da manhã é à la carte e muito fraco: poucas fatias de frutas, café frio, leite frio. Se você pedir açúcar, provavelmente receberá quando o café já estiver ainda mais frio. Não havia adoçante disponível. As opções de proteínas são poucas e mal servidas. Custava muito ter ao menos um buffet simples para água, café, pães e frutas? A internet é ruim e praticamente não funciona nos quartos. Esqueça a ideia de ver um filme à noite para relaxar. O jantar é bom, mas o preço é praticamente o dobro do que se pagaria em um restaurante similar no centro. A estrutura do hotel é espalhada demais: tudo é muito longe, não há um espaço de fitness e os quartos são afastados, sem sequer um telefone para contato com a recepção. Em caso de necessidade, você simplesmente não tem como se comunicar com facilidade. No geral, o hotel frustra bastante e não oferece o mínimo de conforto e praticidade que se espera pelo valor cobrado.

Nice property, but still seems to be under development

It was very disappointing that the staff pretended they lost the key to the bugey when we got back the first night. It is a walk to the rooms so they should always offer and be ready to give this service. The whole act that they lost the key was hillarious. Also, charging for late check out to 2pm? It didnt seem like they had anyone coming to use the room anyways!

Breakfast could be better.

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel in einer wunderbaren Umgebung. Das Zimmer war super und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Staff war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Küche hervorragend und das Moijto an der Bar einfach Weltklasse ;-) Absolute Ruhe in der Nacht. Mieten Sie ein Buggy um die Insel zu erkunden, die Mitarbeiter organisieren alles. Sehr schöner Strand auf der anderen Seite bei San Francisco, nur 5 min mit Buggy über den Pepper Hill. Tauchen über Hans Diving, alles perfekt geklappt. Danke an den Staff, wir kommen wieder.

Wasserdruck ist ein bisschen schwach beim Duschen.

La atención y el servicio del personal, siempre atentos para brindar ayuda. El aseo y la limpieza de las habitaciones excelente. La reserva venía con desayuno incluido pero se podía usar servicio de restaurante para la cena también. Todos los platos que pedimos estuvieron muy bien de sabor y presentación.

A la hora de ordenar en el restaurante del hotel, la comida se demoró bastante, seguro deben ser aspectos a mejorar.
