El personal excelente. Mención especial para Kassandra y Abdiel. Hay comida hasta las 3 am. Eso es espectacular. Variedad de restaurantes aunque no torod abren todos los dias. No pude conocer el mexicano porque hay dias que cierran varios. El gimnasio nuevo. Espectacular . La piscina sin gente un sueño. Si hay fiesta o no depende de la suerte que tengas según los huéspedes del momento. El hotel pone lo mejor de si.

Me revisaron el telefono para ver si saque fotos en áreas comunes del hotel y solo habia fotos íntimas de mi esposa. Me parecio muy desubicado. No tiene playa apta para meterse al mar.

Flame was delicious as always. The buffet was clean and had good food options. The bathrooms were clean.

This was our second time visiting. We were not offered the complimentary champagne upon our arrival. Our room was located near the pool and restaurants. We had a different time sleeping due to staff noise of dishes, carts and doors outside our room. The staff was not as friendly and welcoming as our first visit and the pool was lacking in the entertainment that we had experienced on our first trip. It wasn’t near as lively and interactive as our first visit.

Most of the Staff are really amazing since you walk in.

There was a fight in the pool security was not around. Unfortunately they keep playing music to cater to one ethnic group while theres a big group of different ethnics enjoying the pool party as well. They push a lot on the sale of timeshares. Pool has been losing tiles for about two or three years ago. Temptation has been declining very much in the last three years. It’s sad. But it’s the truth

I enjoyed how lively the property was. I also enjoyed the food. Could use more options on the standard menu.

The better food options at the property restaurants were on the premium menu.

É um hotel, 98% hetero. Sou gay, então já sabia para onde estava indo (e me dei bem em algumas oportunidades). Porém, você que é gay, não espere grandes aventuras, apesar do local ser lindo e os restaurantes excepcionais. Quero nominalmente agradecer aos funcionários que fizeram da minha estadia um momento delicioso: Bombom (dançarina na piscina); Benjamin (o barman que tentava falar português, uma simpatia absurda); e Salvador (o garçom do Rain). Curioso que nós, brasileiros, não temos o costume de deixar notas de dinheiro aos funcionários (parece arrogante demais), e mesmo sem fazer isso eles nos atendiam com carinho genuíno, brincadeiras e uma atenção que me deixou feliz de estar em um local com pessoas do bem. ps: quarto lindo, piscina linda, vista linda.

Barulho. Entendo ter festas todo dia, mas as portas da varanda anti-ruído do quarto não servem para nada, nem os tapa-ouvidos ajudaram. Parece que a festa está dentro do quarto (até as 2h da manhã). Decidi ir para as festas e dormir somente depois. Se você estiver disposto a isso, garanto que vale a pena.

Un muy buen lugar para disfrutar, pasarlo bien. El personal muy muy amable. Especialmente Sergio y Abdiel en la recepción, fueron muy simpáticos y nos ayudaron un montón cuando llegamos un poco perdidas.

Creo que esperábamos un rango etareo un poco más jóvenes entre la gente que visita el hotel, pero fuera de eso, todo bien

The restaurant staff and bar staff were very good and couldn't do enough for us

The check in, the upselling Matt in concierge was very aggressive when we weren't happy to spend hours listening to them about upselling sales pitch. All inclusive is definitely not all inclusive in this hotel

The hotel is not like the picture

We arrived and it didn't say anywhere that it was a topless hotel We told the hotel staff that we couldn't stay at the hotel due to our religion and they simply didn't care We were forced to pay $800 for a hotel that we checked in and checked out after five minutes. It was just a shame There was no consideration from the hotel. We submitted a request for a proper explanation of why we were being forced to pay and we still haven't received a response.

Food options. They closed the main Buffett down on Friday and stayed closed the entire weekend. This ment that you had to go to one of the restraints for lunch or eat at the Mexican buffet. With Friday and sat being the busy pool days most chose the Buffet and with the main buffet closed Amores was very busy and the food options where not the best.

Zero defeitos, tudo impecável, as brincadeiras, as festas, o quarto maravilhoso, a recepção, os funcionários, tudo ótimo!

Nos bares da piscina poderia ter um menu de drinks pq tem muuuuuita bebida e muitas vezes nao sabemos o que pedir, fica a gosto do barman.

La diversión es garantizada!! Los anfitriones muy buena onda. Andrea Flores una crack!! Me ayudó de muy buena manera.

Las habitaciones podrían tener más cosas, pero nada grave

יש מספר מסעדות במלון,עם אוכל טוב,ושירות מצויין.

חדרים מאוד מיושנים,כל היום הופעות של צוות הבידור של המלון בבריכה. יש מלונות פי אלף יותר טובים,ופחות יקרים. מלון שאין סיכוי שאחזור אליו שוב.

hubo varios puntos que no me agradaron, el agua de la regadera olia muy mal, no me gusto que no hay privacidad a la hora de dormir, nos estuvieron tocando la puerta en la madrugada e intentaron abrir la puerta, lo cual nos ocasiono mucho miedo pues no sabemos si eran personas drogadas que pudieran hacernos algun daño Entiendo que es un lugar open mind pero una cosa es libertad y otra es correr riesgos, permitir drogas en las instalaciones no es prudente, sexo, y todo a la ves, es una locura....no me gusto

El ambiente esta muy padre, divertido y mucha fiesta, la comida deliciosa, el vino y todo lo que ofrecen de tomar es de calidad.

Las habiataciones estan muy basicas sencillas y no tan comodas, son pequeñas y no hay elevadores

It was run down , staff were not that good , food was very average, crowded was very mix, they were pushing guests to drink more alcohol to creat a vibe which was very trashy, room were damped , there was bad smell of old pub everywhere

Al llegar al Hotel, nos recibió en carpets Abdiel y la gerente Andrea, su trato fue excelente. La animación estuvo espertacular, en general todo el team. Muy amable Bom Bom, Mag, Bride y todos en general. La atención de todo el personal del hotel también fue fenomenal.

Pienso de deben mejorar la calidad de la comida.

Hotel entretenido, divertido , buenas opciones de comida , recomendaría más el buffet que los mismos restaurantes, el personal siempre amable y las habitaciones modernas , cómodas y limpias

En realidad le tenía más expectativas, solo es un hotel más divertido y obvio más liberal que el resto , pero promete más de lo que en realidad es . Si eres de la comunidad lgtb, si bien es un hotel gay -friendly, debes considerar que está dirigido para heterosexuales La playa no es buena considerando el resto de las playas de Cancún o las islas .

Differentiated areas according to what package you had bought. Booking.com markets it as all inclusive. Not clear there are add-ons. Quite pushy about trying to get you to buy a timeshare-type package.

No geral o hotel é muito bonito, as dinâmicas da piscina etc

1) Simplesmente horrível ter comida do mesmo ambiente das festas. O cheiro de comida no meio da festa é super deselegante, além de ficarmos com cheiro na nossa roupa...sem dúvida alguma isso precisa ser corrigido de imediato. 2) Providenciem urgência um cardápio de bebidas. Pensem...vcs recebem gente de todo mundo, sem dúvida alguma muitas pessoas não sabem o que pedir de bebida, os atendentes devem saber fazer todos os drinks mas as pessoas não sabem os nomes nem o que vai de ingrediente. Muito simples e prático terem um cardápio com ilustração/imagem da bebida. Muito simples de ajustarem isso😍 3) Lençol de baixo da minha cama só foram trocar na sexta feito pq eu liguei e pedi (meu marido estava com uma Queimadura no braço e sujou de sangue um Pouco por isso sei que não foi trocado 4) Alguns atendentes não foram educados, a maioria sim porém alguns foram bem mau educados. Exemplo: fui pedir bebida e ia pegar para meu amigo e para o meu marido.., quando estava na segunda bebida simplesmente o garçom entregou as duas e foi atender outra pessoa me deixando falando 5 alguns atendentes pediram diretamente propina, sei que é cultura do lugar mas eles precisam fazer por meterem. Não atenderam bem depois que não recebeu a propina

Obviously the pool and playmakers and bartenders. The restaurant staff everywhere (Juan and Jones in Sutra are beyond helpful!). The pool grill and Bash grill at night are great too. Wish I had a Caffeine here! The night shows are good. Kinda short but well done

I don’t think I have any complaints… the pool atmosphere is very sexy but was definitely tamer than past trips. Didn’t love that

La comida, la fiesta y el trato del personal

Que no hay sombrillas suficientes. Deberían tener sombrillas para toda la piscina y para la parte de afuera del sea flirt y los botones deberían estar atentos a las llegadas. Llegamos en carro y tuvimos que subir las maletas nosotros solos, deberían ofrecerte ayuda cuando vengas en carro propio.
