There is no security—no security cameras. Someone tried to break into the room across from ours; it was only thanks to my husband hearing it that they didn't get in. God only knows what might have happened. Be sure to secure your doors, vents, and anything else necessary. Be safe🙏🏼 room 2 xty I
The location was everything the view breathtaking ! The staff 10/10 !
It’s a little out dated, the food offered was very simple, and not many options. Also I thought I paid for all inclusive through Booking, but when I arrived it was a 168 dollar charge per day for all inclusive .
"Overall, this hotel suffers from very poor organization. For instance, you have to wait in line to check in for lunch, even when there are plenty of empty tables. It is incredibly frustrating to stand there watching people who finished breakfast hours ago just sitting around and playing on their phones. Getting a reservation for the evening restaurant is a complete joke. After several unsuccessful attempts, we simply gave up and didn't even bother going. The beach was closed for a few days supposedly due to 'high tide,' yet the beach at the neighboring Hilton resort was open and completely fine. The ocean entrance at Costa Sur is very rough and rocky with strong waves. We ended up just walking over to the Hilton to enjoy the soft sand and clear water, though there were quite a few vendors around. Be prepared to wait forever for the elevators, too. Having only two small elevators for a 14-story building drove us absolutely crazy. Furthermore, the building and its facilities are very outdated and are long overdue for a remodel. As for the Wi-Fi, it worked decently on the 10th floor but was virtually nonexistent downstairs and down by the beach. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I especially want to mention Veronica, who was absolutely sweet and helpful."
Nada!
The employees
Rooms were not at standard no amenities like shampoo soaps we had to call for cleaning

Fantastic cove created by rock wall. The cove was a very gentle area to swim and relaxing. Snorkeling was nice because the water was calm and not too turbulent. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful and friendly. The buffet was OK, nothing spectacular. The poolside grill had enough food to keep you happy throughout the day. And the hombre working there was a real real nice guy.
The Property is getting a little dated.
Mediocre at best. No drinks at all in my room. Very sparse and outdated with broken tiles and very old amenities. Room service is an extra charge. Drinks were terrible unless you had beer. There are many places that are half the price and twice as good. Lindo Mar for example.
snorquelear cerca de las rocas es increíble
Staff was amazing. Food was excellent
Its a small place. Thats good and bad
We been there before, and we keep coming back because the views from the hotel are stunning, two pools and a private beach with clear water, 6 min. From Malecon, the young man from, front desk very polite ( as always ) I sent a message, requesting not to be on the upper floors, they never respond , when we got there, I told him about the message they never respond, I think he read it on the computer because he smile, and I said don’t tell me, they have me up there and he said yes, but don’t worry I’ll fix that, he gave us the most beautiful room, with pool and sea view, we had a little inconvenient and talk to the manager, the most beautiful soul, every member of that hotel is awesome, the waiters are so attentive, everything was perfect , we will keep going back for sure
We like everything
Simple and clean
Food was too limited
The view was 10/10. It’s a quiet hotel.
The food and drinks were awful. Even something as simple as toast and fruit tasted bad. We ended up spending most of our time away from the hotel just to find decent food and drinks elsewhere. Also, the website advertises a lobby bar, but there isn’t one. If that amenity isn’t ready yet, it probably shouldn’t be advertised.
Great breakfast, great view and location. They gave a store inside to buy things
A little far from an oxxo or Kiosk
Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful views, extremely comfortable spacious room and delightful staff! We saw dolphins from our balcony! Can’t wait to go back.
Loved the room we got. Had a beautiful beach view. The rooms were big. When i booked, I didn't expect for the rooms to be as spacious as they were. 1 room had 2 twin beds & a bathroom. The other room had 1 queen bed and another bathroom. The tv had Netflix, Disney Plus and other apps logged on and ready to watch. We enjoyed the heated pool for those late nights. Good and drinks were good. I only had one issue; my son threw up one night (on the sheets) . I removed them and placed them where the cleaning person could see and replace them. Later that night when going to sleep, I realized they had put the dirty sheet back on the bed. Kinda made me question if they clean the rooms properly …
We stayed here for 4 weeks and enjoyed every day. I identified 47 different fish species while snorkelling. Very friendly peolple.
The staff are excellent and friendly. The ocean waves broke below the veranda for my room making the evenings magical.
Pros: customer service and views were 10/10 Everything else was average if not below average. It’s an older hotel, the elevator only fits two, you won’t get a seat at the pool because the Retired Mafia is there. (literally an older couple told us they reserve their chairs in the middle of the night) It’s just not for a young family or couple.. everyone is 60+
Well her goes. There are so many things that need correction and will be corrected at this Home away from Home. My wife and I have been going to this place for 33 years. It's dated and things do wear out(like me) and gradually these things are corrected(not Me). If you're looking for a 5 star resort and 5 star prices then look somewhere else. I doubt your would use half of those amenities. But if you want a clean place that's comfortable and the service is stupendous. Look no more. I must tell you I love this place. I especially love the staff there. The waiters and employees there are there for you. The wait staff are more like family infact they make you feel like family. So if you want Hilton or Hyatt amenities(and prices) go there! This place has everything I need. Yes things do wear out and occationally I too complain. Hey if you want to make yourself miserable and have things to compain about. You found the place. These are minor things and do not bother me the slightest. The wait staff, front desk people, maids, secutity staff(especially Juan) keep me comimg back HOME. I love this place from the ownwer(Ken) on down to the athletic director( Jose). All booked for next year! Every year there are definte improvements. Can't wait to go back to my second home and my extended family. Maybe I'll find something to newcomplain about. That comes from my mother's side of the family.
I absolutely loved this resort, the customer service, the privacy, and the views. It is also so close to downtown if you like to go in and out for great restaurants and drinks without having to sleep in the noisy, busy downtown area. My family and I have been going every year for the last 20 yearrs and it has become like a second home.
The resort staff went above and beyond in response to the Drug Cartel attack in Puerto Vallarta. In a very difficult situation they were more than kind. They did their very best to provide accommodations to all guests during the lock down. I can’t thank them enough!!! They all deserve raises! I’ll come back next year.
Nice fun pool with activities & location was what we wanted. Large room has a full ocean view but was dated. Impossible to reach a human before we arrived
My husband, sister and I stayed at Costa Sur Resort during the upheaval experienced February 22, 2026. I cannot express how safe we felt and well taken care of. The staff that was able to get to work pitched in on every level, maintaining a calm and friendly environment. Their attitude reflected the true Mexican spirit. Costa Sur staff handled all situations with pleasant smiles, never ending energy and cooperation. The motto here is Welcome home and it was very evident, even in a less than ideal time. I highly recommend the Costa Sur Resort!
The staff at this resort are unbelievable! Five stars all the way. Following the unfortunate events of February 21-22, we were made to feel safe and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were treated with the utmost kindness in a difficult situation. Hats off to Laurie and her wonderful team. We highly recommend Costa Sur for your vacation in Puerto Vallarta.
I have been staying at Costa Sur for last 20 years. The view from balcony is unbeatable. The staff understands the limitations of services and I do see a few improvements each year.
We are always greeted warmly and Juan's welcome home! The staff is amazing and the view never fails. The property is a bit dated, but we love it as it is.
First the good: The views are amazing and all the rooms have a wonderful view of the ocean, and the staff was very friendly. Now the challenges: The rooms are not in good condition - the pictures on the website must be from when it was built because it is really run done. Rooms are advertised with fridge, microwave, etc. The really is that if something breaks, they just don't replace it, so some rooms have everything, but most don't. We went with several couples and everyone had issues of some kind with the rooms - showers won't drain, A/C didn't work, mold on the ceilings, holes in the curtains, etc.. We got the "all inclusive" package - but not much is included - it is a very limited menu and if you want wine - it's extra. Be prepared to wait for you order - about 45min to an hour on average - and when you get it, it will most likely be wrong. I would be tolerant if this was a discount hotel - but it is not cheap. We have stayed at far nicer hotels with much better amenities for far less than what we paid.
This is a really hotel, with a beautiful view from every room. But what really makes this place unique is their staff. Great people, always ready to help and accommodate any special request that may come their way. We’re a vegan couple and all the servers were familiar with the concept. We ate well and e ate a lot. Thank you Bryan, Captain Moises, Guillermo, Raul, Alejandro, Henry, Jose, Neto, Gabriella, Ana Maria, Fabrício and everyone else for this great stay!
This property has not been upgraded. Everything is old and dated. Although we had booked a suite that is supposed to sleep 4 people, we found to our dismay that the second bed, is a sofa bed that is a twin, so not good if you are a little tall too. Also it had to be specially requested and set up by their staff. Property location (south Puerto Vallarta) is far away from happening places like Romantica. Added to that food delivery services such as Uber Eats do not deliver to this resort (being a vegetarian,we wanted to order food from outside since there were limited choices on the property). But the worst part is their service. The room phone was broken and it took 2 days for them to have it replaced after multiple follow ups.The only heated swimming pool is so small and is very crowded. A couple of good things: 1. Every room has an ocean view and we even saw whales sitting in our balcony. 2. The suite was quite roomy with a kitchen/utensils etc.
Lots of potential, but lots of complaints from other guests and timeshare owners. Management need to put some money into fixing the place up and buying more locks for the room safe (you need to wait until someone who has one checks out), more pool towels (often out), refrigerators, key readers that work. A timeshare owner had no water. Required to pay 13k peso deposit at check in (applied to purchases and balance refunded at check out). Watch out for convenance store-prices not marked & I ended up paying 0ver US$15 for a pint of ice cream. Supposedly, floors 7 and 12 are remodeled. Our room showed wear and tear, but housekeeping kept it clean. Every room has an ocean view and we saw whales every day. Restaurant food was surprisingly good.
We booked 2 1/2 weeks here, left after 3 nights. The staff was all very friendly and the food was pretty decent. The location on the water is great, and the fireworks we were able to see on New Years Eve were amazing. We were on the 8th floor in the South bldg and the traffic noise was pretty bad, you could hear the trucks and motorcycles all day and more importantly all night. We would get whiffs of sewage out on our balcony. Couches were old and dirty, barely anything in the kitchen, but the room was a nice size and no problem with hot water. Only 2 towels were given, no hand towel, no wash clothes, no kitchen towel. The gym had 1 working treadmill, 1 broken one, 1 recumbent bike, 1 spin cycle, free weights, and one weight machine. It was super small, and no towels in there either. Pool towels were scarce, had to wait for them to be dried twice, and there were no available pool chairs anyway. We did go down to the beach all 3 days, on the first day I was in the water and thought it smelled off, but i just ignored it. The 2nd day my husband had to go get the beach chairs himself because they were short handed, and that's when we discovered the source of the smell. They stack the pool chairs and tables on the south end of the beach, and it was all muddy down there with what smelled like sewage coming out of the wall, and it was leaking right into the water where everyone was swimming. I did not go back into the water, and we checked out the next day, and cancelled our remaining 2 weeks there. I've been travelling to Mexico for 20+ years, and would be fine with almost all the things I've listed on here, but NOT the sewage draining right into that small inlet where all the hotel guests swim. That was the deal breaker. It's unfortunate, because their location on the water has amazing views.
The staff is great at this hotel. Our housekeeper, Juanita was professional and super accommodating. Waiter Neto from the restaurant was funny and his team of waiters were always rushing to serve all who were at the pool, beach and restaurant. All of the men who greet you at the entrance are knowledgeable and welcoming. Special shout out to Juan who helped us with locating a key to the safe. Sad to say we will not be returning to this property after 4 years. When we were making our reservations for next year, we were informed that they will be an all inclusive hotel from April onward. We believed it was a good value these past four years. However, going forward, the property needs serious updating. The food is average and we would hate to be confined to that restaurant for all our meals. Drinks are watered down at the bar and housekeeping leaves their caddy in the hall or in the stairwell. Paying double for all-inclusive-nope!
All staff, helpful and friendly Food was great, and the rooms were great with a full-size deck Prices were reasonable, which is nice when you are taking a vacation
Stayed for two weeks in January 2026. Had a great time. The resort is a smaller one which totally suited us. The staff was always friendly and helpful! Food and drinks were great too! We were in a studio room with a view that’s hard to beat. Special thanks to Juan, Moise, Neto, Rafael and Raul! See you next time!
If I could give this place a negative ! I would! Please don’t stay there ! Spend a little more and stay elsewhere! This place is horrid ! Nothing , absolutely nothing works ! We changed rooms three times ! The first room had mold everywhere, the furniture was ancient and falling apart , the second room had no service lines , nothing either such as blow dryer , the third room smelled like sewer ! Omg I can go on and on! Their laundry facilities broke so you had no bath towels ! No pool towels ! Insane !!!! And all to save a few bucks ! Horrid! Please everyone don’t stay there! And to the management if you read this , let upper management know the conditions of the hotel , it is in desperate need of a complete rehab if not a total tear down !
We had a magical time staying at Costa Sur. Our room was great, the resort is super clean & the people are wonderful here. The kitchen in our room was well appointed & came with cups, a coffee maker, cutlery &, pots & pans. For basic essentials like water, oil, rice etc. you can purchase them in the store downstairs by the lobby or simply shop in Puerto Vallarta for better pricing and more variety. The restaurant was very tasty albeit a bit expensive but was a nice treat to have on site. Our bed was comfortable & the smart tv was a nice touch. We had some issues with water pressure but the manager of the resort took care of it straight away which we were very grateful for. She was a real sweetheart & we truly appreciated all of her help! I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the whole resort. Nightly we saw the pool being cleaned & throughout the day there was always cleaning people at work The beach is quite rocky. I recommend purchasing water shoes before attempting it. There are also a lot of sea urchins in the water that are super sharp. The lagoon is a great place for snorkeling. I also recommend bringing along some gear & giving it a try. Our view from our room was truly AMAZING! We had no need to purchase any other tours. Right from our balcony we saw dolphins, rays, big fish & best of all humpback whales! Incredible doesn't describe the experience of eating breakfast while watching them swim by. The location is just outside the city. It is walkable into town. However, you would have to walk alongside the busy highway out front. It's worth just taking a taxi, Uber or the bus. The bus stop is just across the street. My understanding is that it only costs around 20 pesos. We would Uber to Playa los Muertos & walk everywhere we wanted to from there. All in all a great time staying here. I would definitely do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you & have a wonderful trip!
All the staff at Costa Sur and the dining options shine! Alma is a dynamo moving from table to table greeting guests and making all feel comfortable and welcome! Enjoy cocktails and good food around the pool. Watch whales from the pool deck or from the tiki bar.
We just came back from a week at Costa Sur in Puerto Vallarta. We booked through Air B&B. On the plus side the room was great. Clean, well maintained, mini kitchen and nice bathroom. The balcony looked out at the bay and the sunsets are unbelievable! Absolutely beautiful. There are a lot of rules at the place which I was happy to see. No noise 10pm-8 am. And no smoking anywhere on property. That’s great. The service staff was accommodating and very pleasant. The common areas were well kept and beautifully themed. It is a short bus (10 Pecos) or cab ride (120 Pecos) from downtown PV. Lots of great food in PV! Unfortunately, The venues policies and administration really spoiled the experience. *all inclusive is offered. You can purchase it for one day or the whole week as needed. You’d think that would be great as the restaurant menu looks amazing as did the bar drinks. However, for $120 Canadian per person , it covers a very limited menu. The nicer meals on the restaurant menu are not available. Limited times you are able to have food or drinks. Bar drinks are watered down and selection is limited. I was told we are not allowed to bring food or drinks to our rooms as we could be giving them to people who hadn’t paid for the all inclusive. When you pay for all inclusive, food and beverages are available from noon-10 (I think) and then breakfast the next day 8-10 with no bar drinks. So, basically you’re not getting all inclusive at all and the price is premium. * there was a wedding on the weekend. Rehearsal dinner on the Friday took 95% of the available staff leaving minimal service in the dining area. 30 minute wait for a drink and lower quality dinners. Saturday we got a notice under the door that there would be loud music playing until 12:30 am and that 50% of the common area would be blocked off. It WAS loud and we could feel the base in our walls until we turned the ac on high which toned out the thumping. On the bright side, we were blessed with an incredible sunset and given a fireworks show that was really incredible. *no smoking on premises… except there was plenty of smoking right in front of the venue which lofted into the space. That really couldn’t be helped. People smoke. *drinks and food when not paying for all inclusive. The drinks are very watered down. No fancy beverages or garnishes. Very over priced. We had Guac and chips, fries and 4 alcoholic beverages on Saturday and our bill was over 1800 pecos! $145 Canadian! Crazy.. *Prior to check in: we were sent an email that we had to send photographs by email of our drivers licence and passport. I replied that we Would bring our id with us but we would not be sending it by email. We were told that we may be denied entry if we didn’t send it in. I explained we were advised not to send photos of our identification by our government. Finally they said our check in would require extended time and to allow for that. Anyway, we would never stay there again. We are generous and love to support local businesses and their families, but that was administration greed and misrepresentation. If it wasn’t for some of the really lovely staff there, I would have felt really taken advantage of.
The scoring page would not go higher. This is my home away from home and I enjoy every minute of my stay. I’ll give it my highest recommendation
Raul and Miguelito provided great service fast and funny. Love that they joke with each other . Attentive and very pleasant
I will talk here about one fantastic person. She works on the breakfast shift at the restaurant. She is very good at her job, she is respectful, kind, attentive, and gracious. She has a lovely attitude and fantastic smile. Her English perfect. She makes everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. She is quick to notice details. We had the great experience of getting served my her in to occasions. The rest of the morning restaurant staff is also note worthy but the star that shines like the Puerto Vallarta SUN is ALMA!! Muchas gracias Alma y muchas bendiciones para ti y tu familia.
Had an absolute blast during our thanksgiving trip at Costa Sur resort. The service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to swim in the ocean and snorkel to see all the fish. We had the best send off by seeing whales just off the shore of the hotel. All in all, it was a great value, and we would come back.
For the price to stay here you don’t get much. It’s more of a retirement home than a resort to have fun. Rooms are absolutely disgusting with bathroom window staying open 24/7 can’t close it no privacy. Food is isn’t that good here either for the price. Shared with another resort next door overall very dissatisfied and disappointed
Loved the family friendly resort. Activity team went above & beyond to ensure everyone had a great time! Not to mention the servers around the pool, they kept us hydrated! 😜
The staff at Costa Sur were great, very friendly! We never had to wait for a cab, even at 6am. There is a convenient bus stop right in front also that takes you right into Zone Romantica. Our room was spacious, a little differed maintenance. The bed was comfortable and we loved our ocean view! The service at the pool was very disappointing. Staff would walk right by and not ask if we wanted anything. The drinks were not good with one exception on Tiki Tuesday. The food was disappointing as well, so we found ourselves going into town instead. Overall it was a nice enough hotel. And I did appreciate the staff.
Was a really great experience. Stayed in the main tower Studio unit because our 1BR in the second tower had no WiFi in the room on floor 7. Apparently there is only WiFi on two floors in the second tower, maybe floors 2 and 3? Really cheap taxi ride to town. ~$5 taxi and ~$3 Uber. Great restaurant options downtown and very reasonable (MUCH better than Nuevo ValIarta resorts) loaded a bunch of cash on my Apple Pay wallett and used that to buy a lot of things, without incurring a line item on my Visa statement (which I have to enter into Quicken for my year-end taxes!). Good little shop for food and drinks that you want in your room. Restaurant much improved, with mucho better service! Good bar service for the pool. Jose is back overseeing activities! Great beach breakwater - people takiing infants into the Pacific Ocean. Overall, a spectacular week! Thank you Costa Sur! Right on the ocean view, every room! Unbelievable! Just missed our friends who could not travel. The matire d from a few years ago was gone; that was sad. Day of the Dead was AMAZING with the parede and the Katrinas on the Malacon. Can't miss! Loved this timeshare/area much better than Nuevo Vallarta. I think they rent to the public.
Staff was helpful, friendly, professional. Common places were comfortable and clean. Food was mediocre. Drinks tasted watered down and margaritas (classic flavor) were bad premix. We stayed in the south tower, which needs an overhaul is really bad way. I don’t mind the dated look, but things feel funky/wet/worn. Sheets and such were clean. So if you are just crashing there and planning to be in the water all day, it’s a fine budget option.
Let me preface with our background: After years of working in every hospitality position, in sports, hotel management, (Fairmont, Four Seasons, etc.) , tours and over 60 international trips... we started our own Resort Secret Shop company: we get paid to critique resorts. Contacted the hotel via e-mail, and ensured them we were NOT on a shop: after a few months of work, just wanted peace and quiet without nit-picking. No special treatment. We ALWAYS book directly with property, never a third party. After 3 e-mails (one Friday via the official website which bounced back, once Sat. to the reception e-mail, then finally a phone call Sun. directly to the hotel, only to be told reservations closed on Sunday. CAll back) Since no answer, I sent a "don't bother" e-mail,looking elsewhere, not expecting a reply. DID get an aploogetic e-maIl from Res. Mgr. a few days later. I said OK, gave benefit of the doubt,, and reserved via yet ANOTHER e-mail. Sweet Lord... the confusing options. Even for a long stay, rates all over the map. Join the club, get discounts. Come on certain days, get some off, but depends on whether week, weekend, a national holiday, 20% off if you do this, re-seller offers something different... For a 2 week stay in Nov, daily online rate varied from 2107 MX to 4216 MX per night. 3rd party re-sellers also all over the map. So, I call direct to the hotel. Rack rate over 4,000 MX. So on-line, I join the club and reserve 2 nights, just to see if we like it. Called 2 days before check-in to bokk on extra night before original check in. Arrive at the hotel: Confusion!!! Have to check in, then check out, then check in again. Different rates. Decided apart from this, hotel itself fairly good. More later. Decide to extend our stay beyond 3 days. More confusion. CAnnot to it today (Sunday) "OK, I ask, what if I walk in off the street and get a room?" Was shown rack rate of over $4000. MX. I said to Desk clerk, "but I can sit here in the lobby, and book on line for about half that." Was told, OK do so. So I did. went back to the desk. "OK, I've reserved. " "But you have to wait unti Monday, because reservations is closed." After some polite tete-a-tete, I got my key rened for the new date. Was midly pissed, but polite. I left a hand written note to the Res. Mgr., with my card, asking to speak with her when she comes back on Monday. Monday now fading into a glorious sunset... STILL no reply.
I’m trying to call Luis Fernando, but he never answers the phone, and when he does, he’s rude and doesn’t solve anything. I’m doing this here to see if someone can help me resolve something. The place is amazing; I’ve been visiting it for many years, but with people like that, they turn it into a terrible place that makes me never want to come back again in my life.
Bad service to check in
This is most certainly not a luxury experience but the staff really made me feel safe as a split woman traveler. The wait staff, activities staff and everyone here is kind and makes you feel right at home. Food is affordable for the most part and good. The room was clean and the AC cranked out a cold room, thank goodness, as it was VERY humid and hot when I was there in September. The pool was a perfect temperature and clean. I got room service and stayed the whole time at the property and I was able to relax, be entertained and feel safe the entire 5 days I was there. It has timeshare people staying there but they absolutely never asked me to go to a meeting. The crowd is older, mostly retirees and some Mexican families. Not a place for exciting dance music or parties (which is what I like). It’s right in the water but the beach is rocky, so I kept to the pool. The workout room is small but well equipped. I recommend not going during the rainy season, as it was quite hot and humid and it rained every day. Oh also, the internet was fast and steady and the TV hooked seamlessly to my streaming accounts for Netflix and Disney+.
Top notch service. All staff was welcoming and professional. Eric was our server in the morning's for breakfast and was a joy to talk to. The beach and pools is on the property and easy to walk out to. Room was cleaned daily and air conditioning unit was nice to have.
This is really a gem of a resort! We were greeted upon arrival by the valet right in front of the lobby. The lobby is modern with a great view of Banderas Bay. The staff at the front desk welcomed us with smiles and checked us in efficiently. Our room on the 8th floor was spotless, equipped with a nice kitchen, coffee maker (with a complimentary coffee package), full size fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and all the necessary equipment to be able to make meals. The room was well lit and tastefully decorated with a large flat screen TV. The AC worked great. The king bed was very comfortable with plenty of good pillows. We both slept very well. The balcony overlooked the protected beach and had an expansive view of Banderas Bay. The bathroom and shower (with good pressure) were spotless. During our stay housekeeping kept everything clean with fresh towels every day. We ate breakfast every morning at the restaurant by the pool. The service was very good and everything we had was well prepared, fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. There is a convenience store right off the lobby with an ATM inside that was well stocked and very reasonably priced. The grounds and amenities were all very nice and kept clean. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. If you are driving you will really appreciate the ample free parking in front of the hotel! This hotel has proven to be a great value, in a very good location and I am looking forward to staying here again.
The reception at the libby was very professional and help us to enjoy our stay.

Staff very friendly ,Eric was exceptional always willing to help Janet kept our room nice and clean Food was very fresh every day
Comida super rica y la vista
Falto más promoción a las actividades disponibles
This place is lovely! I was initially a bit worried, but I'm glad I decided to stay here. The customer service was excellent throughout my visit. While the food at the restaurant isn't the best, the local cuisine is just a 15-minute drive away. I enjoyed my stay in a two-bedroom suite with my three kids and parents; it was perfect for our larger family. I will definitely come back here soon!
The views, the staff, the food and the pool and beach area are great!
The room was abit dirty and extremely humid. The decor is heavily outdated and it is a pity that the terrace is made of concrete blocking the actual ocean view, even though you are right on the ocean.
The beach area
Pricey food
Staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean just not in the best shape.
