Muy concurrido cuando fui

La playa era muy bonita, el hotel en general excelente, recámaras amplias y cómodas, vista perfecta. Restaurantes y bebidas ricos

En general todo estuvo bien pero se podria mejorar si ponen una malla sombra en la alberca familiar , pega el sol directo toda la tarde, tambien la cantidad de camastros no es suficiente y la gente llega a apartarlos desde la mañana y se van todo el dia. Mas tiempo abierta el area de niños con papás, si no puedes estar en la alberca por el sol no hay mucho mas que hacer con niños pequeños.

Me aparecio una cucaracha en la habitacion, al siguiente dia a las 2pm aun no habian hecho aseo y tuve que llamar a informar que habia tenido que matar una cucaracha dentro para que fueran y limpiaran, limpiaron y esperaron que fueran las 7 de la tarde para enviar a fumigar cuando yo ya iba a estar dentro de la habitacion. Adicional no funcionaban los telefonos, todo tuvo que ser gestionado por correo electronico.

We had an amazing vacation at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach was absolutely unforgettable. We loved that there were tropical fish right by the shore, so it was possible to snorkel and enjoy the underwater life. The large breakwaters also kept the waves calm, making swimming and snorkeling even more enjoyable. The beach was simply outstanding. The rooms were also very comfortable and well maintained. The only small thing we noticed was that the floor was not cleaned every day. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The food was outstanding as well—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety every day. A special thank you to the entire staff. We have never experienced such friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind people at any other hotel. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would be very happy to come back in the future. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Soy de Venezuela y me quedé en Puerto Vallarta porque no podía regresar le solicité al personal que me ayudaran con las pastillas de mi tensión arterial me dieron el precio de 1.100 pesos mexicanos estuve de acuerdo por la urgencia mi sorpresa fue cuando se presentó a la puerta una doctora y dos señoras ella me solicitó que para venderme las pastillas le firmara una planilla de mi responsabilidad para tomarlas y el consentimiento de cobro extra por el monto de 3.000 pesos mexicanos para poder venderme las ya que esos sería sus honorarios,la supuesta doctora ni siquiera me revisó preguntó mi historial médico nada una locura.4.200 pesos por supuesto no los pagué busque transporte y fuy a una farmacia y las pastillas me costaron 130 pesos mexicanos una diferencia considerable así que recomiendo llevar todo su medicina ya que abusan del huésped

No consideration on sleeping hours, I don’t think they have a service elevator, all night, and starting as early as 4 am you will hear the service carts rolling the hallways, loud and noisy wheels , plates and utensils bumping each other , called front desk o Lu solution they had was ear plugs

el nivel de atencion del capitan Edgar y la encargada danna del restaurante Mexal, fueron lo que mas destacamos, luego de las sugerencias culinarias del restaurante asiatico, el nivel de comidas de los restaurantes cormar que es de mariscos tiene muy buenas opciones y el restaurante velas, son de lo mejor, las bebidas ilimitadas fueron muy bien preparadas y los mejor la playa con esa barrera que crea una piscina natural para hacer snorkel fue un plus versus las demas opciones del area, la habitacion con vista al mar insuperable, volveria nuevamente

en el restaurante Luce el italiano tenian muy poco personal, y esos hizo que no nos atendieran con la experiencia de los otros restaurantes de especialidades

We were told we would get a refund from the property the day we checked out because of health issues, but a month later were still waiting for it. Neither the hotel nor booking cares to fulfill their promises that theyve been making. Very frustrating

The location. The beach area is really nice. The service from most of the stuff is great. Rooms are pretty comfortable.

To really enjoy this place you will have to come when is fully open. Even though we went during the high season part of the hotel was shut down. Some restaurants closed. Bars at night all closed, the bar at the pool closes around 4-5pm when you have sunlight until 7pm. Nothing to eat between 5-6pm not even snacks. The room service wasn’t operating. This is a big disappointments for a resort of this type. It seems you are only able to enjoy when the hotel is fully open otherwise you are screw.

El colchón de las camas muy aguados y por lo tanto incomodas . No hay forma de alir a caminar a menos que sea con taxi eso me parece una limitante de la ubicación

The location was perfect, it was not too far from the airport but far enough to feel secluded and peaceful. The Cocomar restaurant was amazing for lunch each day. Nothing felt too overcrowded while we were there. The little events they had going on throughout the day were nice such as bingo, Mexican dance night and the Super Bowl party on the beach. The wait staff was great around the pool area and a majority of the food at the restaurants were really good. The gym was nice and had a great view of the ocean.

We overall still had a great time but these are things I wish I would have known before booking. First, our room was so musty and damp from the minute we got there and the entire room could really use a deep clean. There was what looked to be stains on the headboard and lamps and overall just did not feel the cleanest. The hotel itself was pretty clean but just needs some updates done. The food situation was kind of frustrating for being all inclusive and on a vacation. If you want room service, expect it’ll take at least 1.5 hours no matter what time of day. If you want to eat at a restaurant then you need to make the reservation basically a day before to get the time slot and restaurant you want for the next evening. This was annoying to have to think about while on vacation like what time tomorrow do I want dinner and what type of food will I want. If you don’t make a reservation then you’ll be stuck eating at the buffet. The buffet was the only option for breakfast and all of the options were pretty much cold and just random. You couldn’t really just stop and grab a sandwich or snack anywhere which is why I think they had the 24/7 room service but who wants to wait 1.5 hours for limited options. Another issue was it says on the signs by the pool that you are not to reserve lounge chairs but yet every morning before towels are even available (8AM) almost every single seat in the pool area was “reserved” with someone’s towels or belongings but yet no one was at the pool. Most chairs stayed like that throughout the day too so what I’d tell you is take towels the night before to be able to claim your seats at the crack of dawn the next morning. Like I noted, we had a wonderful time and didn’t let these things ruin our vacation but just things I would have wanted to know and likely won’t re-book due to them.

How attentive staff was and the cleanliness of the resort

The noise from partying on the upper deck on one evening was excessive but did cease at 10 pm. Also because our enclave upgrade was a late addition we had the last room too close to the upper deck adults only bar

We loved the food and entertainment

The serving staff were exceptional. The design of the hotel is ideal for all to have ocean view rooms.

The rooms were very damp and it created a moldy smell on clothing and linens for the bed. With the air conditioning going fully the whole time and door kept closed the thermostat still showed humidity of 90-98% .

Loved the ocean/beach/pools/dinning

Food was ok, not great. We had 2 rooms- a suite on the 6th floor with access to the enclave lounge and a king room on the 4th floor. The suite was very good but the 4th floor room had a lot of issues - badly designed shower that flooded the whole bathroom anytime someone took a shower, no exhaust in the baths, and extremely noisy and disruptive at night.

The beach access was really nice. The ocean was swimmable. We loved all the activities and the activities people like Inuk, Elena, and Blanca. The bartenders were good and the restaurants were pretty tasty.

I didn’t like how short the activities were and how early everything shut down. It advertises dancing and karaoke but the dancing was for one hour one night, and the karaoke was one hour one night. So it shuts down at 10 when people are just getting into it. I am a foodie, I thought the food was just ok. We liked the Asian place the best.

Que una de las albercas estaba en mantenimiento y estaba cerrada toda esa área, pero aun asi la pasamos muy bien en la otra piscina.

The resort was kind of outdated restaurants were not open because they’re short staffed. One of the bigger pools is closed down, and the rooms are kinda old. The shower has more in it. Food is not good at all. Buffet is horrible. The food is very low quality will not stay there again.

I was so excited to visit to come and enjoy a week here to find out one of the pools was out of order due to construction. Would have liked to know before I booked so I am aware not the day I show up. Bar service at the pool was poor multiple days we avoided going just for the reason. When you do all inclusive you expect to have ease when ordering drinks or food. I was very disappointed with overall drink options. Probably not booking here again.

Es un hotel que tengo 3 años seguidos visitando en fiestas patrias y me gusta mucho este año estuvieron desorganizados en el evento

1) Me molestó muchísimo entregué mi carro con el ballet y lo dejaron abajo de no sé dónde el carro lo tenía súper limpio al momento que lo recogí para retirarme lleno de popó de pájaros y de basura me lo entregaron súper sucio puedo pasar cualquier cosa pero el carro duro así los cuatro días llevé el carro a un auto lavado y la acidez de la popó de los pájaros no se le quitaba el carro se tuvo que pagar pulida descontaminación de cristales y la verdad que esto para mí fue algo que me decepcionó bastante porque pues a ellos no les interesa creo que deberían de poner más atención en esto tengan mucho cuidado con esta situación si no quieren que la pintura de su carro nuevo se vea afectada hotel Hilton por favor prestar más atención en esto. 2 ) La alberca estaba cerrada por mantenimiento pero la situación con los niños que fueran a la alberca de adultos la verdad me decepcionó porque estoy acostumbrado a que no lo hagan y no fue muy cómodo para mí ya que fuimos en pareja para disfrutar sin niños.

Great super clear resort, service was outstanding everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Nice hotel room with excellent view of the ocean. The hotel beach was awesome, excellent for relaxing in the water with the large water break. However, Very noisy due to resurfacing of the large pool. All restaurants were nice, however sitting was very limited for dinner dining. One restaurant was closed also due to remodeling. Overall, great resort and we would totally recommend and use again once all the construction is completed.

We have a great experience

As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I was deeply disappointed with a recent stay at a Hilton-branded all-inclusive resort booked via Expedia. Despite paying over $3,000 for the experience, the resort failed to meet even basic Hilton standards. Major Issues: Unsanitary conditions: Moldy odor, dusty surfaces, and blood-stained bedding that was not immediately replaced. Poor maintenance: Rusted furnishings, low water pressure, broken fixtures, and unclean hallways. Subpar service: No welcome or orientation, long delays in service, and lack of proactive hospitality. Food concerns: Undercooked meals, broken equipment, and slow service at on-site restaurants. Overall neglect: Property lacked leadership, cleanliness, and basic guest care, with several staff seemingly untrained or disengaged. While some individual staff members were kind, the overall experience was disorganized, unsanitary, and far below Hilton’s standards. Hilton needs to close this property at least during the slow season to renovate. The spa and lobby were amazing and no reason the guest rooms and other parts of the property should be substandard. My hair, clothes and bags smelled like the room even after travelling for nearly 24 hrs to return home. Very disappointing. This was a vacation we endured not enjoyed and anxiously anticipated its end.

I had an amazing stay at Hilton Puerto Vallarta! The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. They truly take the time to get to know you and make you feel at home. The service, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and has friendly staff. Cons, noisy environment, specially on the 1st floor, room service carts are constantly coming and going since the kitchen is on the 1st floor. Food is not the best, only one restaurant does not require reservation.

The food options are limited and quite plain, nothing special. There were bugs around the food, which was unpleasant. The room is nice with a great view, but it feels a bit humid. The dehumidifier is quite loud, which can be disturbing.

Wonderful stay at the all inclusive Hilton Vallarta. Plenty of meal options, things to do, entertainment.

The beach did not disappoint- safe and calm. Food was delicious and the Enclave VIP was so worth it. Been coming to PV for years and this is our new favorite spot.

Check in is at 3. They gave us our room at 4:30 and that’s because I went up there to ask about the room for the second time. The fridge on the room didn’t work They never went to refill it how they say they do on daily. I stood 1 week

I stayed at my Hilton Vallarta Riviera for 7 days with my 9 and 4 year old. They have plenty of food options, but the food was ok. We dined at all restaurants, except the Mexican restaurant. The only one I would say was really good is the Asian restaurant. The flank steak at the steakhouse was also really good. Everything else was ok. Vela was always very busy during breakfast. Pros: -The staff was really nice. -You don't have to leave the property. Lots of entertainment, even at night. -My kids loved the game and lounge area that they have on the 12th floor. -The property is beautiful and the beach was spectacular. The sunset was beautiful to see every night. -Lots of food options for dinner. Cons: - So many mosquitoes, especially by the pool. By the end of the first night our legs were covered in mosquito bites. - You have to pay extra for the good seafood, and the options they did have at the buffets were not great. Even what was made at the seafood restaurant, which we were able to get into once wasn't great. I wish they had fish tacos, which it seems like everyone wanted at the food truck. Instead you had to go to the seafood restaurant, which one was only open and lunch and had a long wait. - Not a lot of variety of fruits. I was surprised to not see mango anywhere - Not great options for TV, only cable with very limited options if you don't speak spanish. There should be an option to sign into Netflix or another app, but the TV doesn't allow this.

Our group of 10 adults had an amazing time here! The service everywhere was excellent and the food options and quality were really good. The beach area is really nice - there are rocks that keep the big waves from breaking so it’s nice and calm. The pool and swim up bar were great. We did the Enclave upgrade and really enjoyed using the private lounge that came with that, including for breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again.

Dinner options at reservation restaurants were very good

Staying in Hilton Resort was a fabulous choice. We had excellent drinks and service from Wendy. On our last night we had a celebration dinner prepared by Chef Victor at MAXAL. The steak was tender and succulent. Thank you to captain Luis for organizing the dinner. Also server Axael and Bryan for your impeccable service.

All dining options and bars close by 10:30-11:00. Food and facilities not up to Hilton standards. I understand Hilton has acquired this property not too long back, not sure when though. We had two rooms booked for a family of 5 - were given rooms on different floors - 7 and 11!! Very inconvenient - what's the point of booking two rooms under the same booking if you won't put us even on the same floor.
