Que es un lugar especial para relajarte , con una atención excelente , que cada rincón es muy lindo , tener un jacuzzi al aire libre prácticamente para mí esposa y para mí genial , la vista espectacular de toda la bahía , estar a 10 minutos en auto de la playa conchas chinas magnífico , la comida y bebidas que degustamos excelente. Y hasta un mini GYM por si los escalones no te cansan jaja

A no hubo nada que no me gustara nos trataron y nos hicieron sentir como en casa definitivamente volveremos, todo nos encantó hasta los 55 y 59 escalones que subíamos y bajamos para llegar a la habitación ajolote nos Servio de cardio.

We had a great time at Patio Azul. The location was quiet, and the view from the property was stunning! The staff was very friendly, especially Carlos at the front desk. Our penthouse was very comfortable.

There was a power outage one evening (a common occurrence during storms), but the hotel did not have candles for the rooms. It would have been a nice touch!

The ocean view was really beautiful. Apart from that I loved the decor of the room, very traditional and modern at the same time.

Todo fue muy bonito, en especial la arquitectura del hotel que permite apreciar una vista privilegiada, el diseño interior del hotel es muy hermoso en especial el área de la piscina y la habitación "ajolote" que nos toco es muy muy hermoso. Se me hace muy creativo e innovador que las habitaciones no tengan numeros sino nombres de animales exóticos, excelente detalle. Otra cosa que nos encanto es la comida, mis felicitaciones para el chef y para la atención de todo el personal. Agradecimiento especial para Carlos, que fue la persona que nos recibió y nos dio una bienvenida calurosa, me voy muy contento.

No tengo nada malo que decir, pero si algo puedo sugerir es acerca del peso de la cobija, esto para nada debe intervenir en si elegir este hotel o no ya que es muy fácil quitarla y quedarse solo con la sabanas.

The hotel layout was very unique and the staff were so warm and friendly. The views from the hotel room and the communal areas were stunning.

The only downside is that there are no elevators so if you have luggage, you have to carry it up/downstairs. The only other thing which was totally outside of the hotel's control was that it was so stormy one night there was a power outage, which was quite scary if you're a solo traveller but thankfully the power came back on not too long after.

Amazing views, great design and decor, super-friendly staff, and very good restaurant.

Heavy reliance on Uber to get to and from the beach, as too far for a comfortable walk.

An incredible place to stay all around! Peaceful and quiet, clean, super comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The views from the balconies were amazing. Probably one of the best places I've ever stayed.

The hotel was great, beautiful and clean. The view from our room and the hotel were stunning. Most of the staff was very kind and attentive.

Food and other services have to be paid with cash at the moment (no charge to room). The WiFi was spotty most of the time.

Mi esposa y yo venimos del hotel MIO, hasta ahora era nuestro hotel solo para adultos favorito en PV. Le dimos la oportunidad al Hotel Patio Azul y Superó nuestras expectativas!!!. Al llegar nos recibieron con un upgrade y nos asignaron la habitación OAXACA, simplemente fenomenal en todos los aspectos 10 de 10. El hotel tiene todo para que te quedes sin salir de las instalaciones. La ubicación es alejada del centro de PV, por lo que deberán tomar en cuenta los traslados si quieren "pasear mucho"; también hay muchas escaleras, por lo que no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida (a considerar), el personal del hotel muy servicial, amables y atentos. Nosotros probamos los desayunos y cena en el hotel, comida deliciosa y basta (más de lo que puede consumir una persona) así que no te quedas con hambre; los precios acorde a lo que te ofrecen y la verdad similares a cualquier otro lugar (no ostentoso) en PV. En Resumen un lugar muy agradable para pasar en pareja unos momentos de relajación total. Volveremos sin dudarlo. Gracias!!!

Como área de oportunidad, tal vez una mejor variedad en oferta de Coctelería, preparados, bebidas y licores en general. Pero si no eres de las personas que toman mucho, eso no importa tanto en realidad.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y artísticas en todas partes, todo funciona bien, hay un alberca y dos jacuzzis, la habitación era super linda y cada detalle se ve cuidado, buena atención y servicio, la comida del restaurante está rica

El único detalle en la habitacion es que la cama rechinaba mucho aunque era cómoda

The property and local were both very quiet with a lovely secluded feel.

It was supposed to be adult only and there were very young children yelling in the hot tub on our first evening.

Una experiencia muy agradable. Las instalaciones son realmente lindas y bien cuidadas, lo que hace que la estancia sea aún más especial. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia y cómoda. Hay bastantes escaleras, lo cual puede ser un poco pesado, especialmente para personas mayores. Sin embargo, las vistas que tiene el hotel definitivamente lo valen.

This hotel is unsafe to stay at. It also doesn't qualify as a 5-star hotel, in my opinion. 1. The room was poorly cleaned, with dust and dirt on the floor. 2. Sleeping in the room ("El Santo") was unsafe because there was a glass installation hanging overhead that was just a step away from falling. It was secured with a single screw, which had already come out of the wall. 3. The hotel stairs are very steep, and there's no elevator. There was no assistance with our suitcases upon check-in. Upon check-out, we tried to ask for help with our suitcases, but no one answered in the morning. There was some construction worker at the reception who didn't understand English. 4. Upon check-out, I was injured (thankfully only slightly) while carrying my suitcases up the stairs. Again, since the receptionist was a complete stranger, I received no assistance or response. 5. The AC was barely working in our room. 6. The public jakuzzi contains bird poops and nobody cleans it. UPD: No refunds or "sorry" from the hotel. That is enough to know the quality of service.

The property is adults only, located approximately 5 minutes south by taxi/Uber of the Romantic Zone, in Conchas Chinas, Mexico. A lovely neighborhood with villas and views of Banderas Bay. The staff was extremely friendly, and went out of their way while I was there during an atypical cartel presence in Puerto Vallarta. I’ve been going to Puerto Vallarta for nearly 20 years, and this was the first time ever of such an event. I never felt like I was in danger. The staff kept us feed with drinks. I made lasting connections with others staying in Patio Azul at the same time.

The gym could have been larger with equipment facing the water.

One Caution: lots of stairs — if you you have mobility issues. No elevator.

What I liked about the property was it was very safe. The windows were wide open. There was air flowing through the place. I felt like I was living in the Hut on the beach very Bohemia hippie like but very clean and friendly staff I like how you can just rent a surfboard there they have everything just ask for it. You don’t know what you can receive.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. It was just a little bit noisy at night but they give you ear earplugs, which is perfectly fine and I had a little friendly bird that would come in and say hi but very harmless.

The views are amazing, the warm jacuzzi was so good, the food was really really good and portions were more than enough, all the staff was extremely attentive and made me feel super taken care of! I went to Vallartas for a very stressful work trip and by the end I didn’t want to leave! I’d come back every time!
