Nindy at the concierge is so friendly. She welcomes us every time with a smile and warmth. We love her!

There is works going on outside of the hotel so coming in and out, by walking and by car is a bit tricky. We stayed on 6th floor and we could still hear all the noise on the street.

We went to Kahyangan restaurant last week to relive memories from 14 years ago, before we left Indonesia for Europe. What's funny is that as soon as we walked through the gate, one of the staff welcomed us and said my name, as if he'd known me forever. The mix teppanyaki set for two people was perfect,the quality of the meat and seafood was excellent. Chef Jamil's 'performance' was spectacular, especially the 'nasi goreng hati yang membara,' and he chatted with us throughout. The service from Pak Kiki and Pak Hendi was amazing and warm. They even gave us a complimentary cake that said 'Welcome back to Kahyangan.' The bonus was seeing Jakarta from 28th floor. For us, living in France, receiving such a thoughtful gesture means a lot. Overall, the food, quality, and service remain excellent. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Jakarta. Thank you, Chef Jamil, Pak Kiki, and Pak Hendi

This month I had the pleasure of staying at Pullman, and it truly left a lasting impression — all thanks to the wonderful team that makes the place what it is. A special mention goes to Ella, Sherly, Chusnul, Fina, Maitsa, Agi, and Evi — their attentiveness and warm hospitality set the tone from day one. What stood out most was the team's ability to anticipate guest needs without ever being intrusive. On one occasion, I had booked a non-refundable room but needed to prepone my stay — and without hesitation, the team accommodated my request and handled all the adjustments seamlessly. That kind of flexibility and genuine care is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture at Pullman. A heartfelt thank you to Ela for her exceptional coordination for preponing stay related queries — always on top of updates and ensuring everything was in order with smile. Bluebird team deserves a special mention too — young, energetic, and impressive in the way they remember guests' preferences and deliver quick. And to the Sana Sini staff, House keeping team, Bell boys — thank you for the wonderful care and excellent service throughout. Most of all, thank you to the entire Pullman team for making my birthday truly memorable. 🎂

Great location, MRT is just 3-5 mins walk away and Plaza Indonesia is just across the road! The hotel room is well equipped with amenities, very clean and tidy. Romi from Housekeeping has been very helpful! Breakfast spread is very good with a nice balance of local and international dishes. Overall, hotel staff are very friendly, polite and helpful - front desk, concierge, security, housekeeping, Sana Sini restaurant & room service. Will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD for a business event, where we booked both the ballroom and guest rooms for 2 days and 1 night. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back again! The location is absolutely strategic. It is very close to Bundaran HI and surrounded by so many convenient places. Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia are just nearby if you want to go shopping, while Tanah Abang is also easily accessible if you are looking for more affordable shopping or wholesale options. And if you are a street food lover, Jalan Sabang is also just a short walk away. You really have everything within reach. The atmosphere is one of my favorite things about this hotel. It feels very calming, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing. I really enjoyed the art pieces and paintings displayed throughout the hotel. There was even a Kate Moss sculpture on display, and the art space on the second floor was such a cute and unique touch. The eye-catching artwork combined with the soothing interior design made the whole hotel feel very special. The room was super comfortable and cozy. There are different room types available depending on your budget, but whichever room you choose, the comfort is definitely there. You can also request a room with a view overlooking Plaza Indonesia, Thamrin, or Bundaran HI — and trust me, the view is AMAZING! One thing I really appreciated was how considerate Pullman was regarding noise. Since I happened to stay during the 81st Indonesian Independence Day celebrations, the hotel proactively informed guests about possible noise from the events and even offered earplugs for guests who might feel uncomfortable. I really appreciate this kind of attention to guest comfort. A special thank you to Ms. Esra, who was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my room arrangements. The room amenities were also very complete — hairdryer, iron, toiletries, and everything else you might need. And if you need anything additional, you can simply contact the operator or room service, and they respond quickly and deliver what you need promptly. LOVE the service! For the ballroom and event arrangements, I was assisted by the banquet team — Mas Panji, Gito, Fauzi, and Dan Rais. Thank you so much, guys, for being super helpful and patient with all my little requests and last-minute details. You made everything so much easier for me, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. And of course, a huge thank you to Ms. Agnar, who coordinated everything with me from the very beginning. Thank you for being so patient with all my requests, questions, and “one more thing…” moments 😂. Your support throughout the whole process really meant a lot to me. And now… THE FOOD. No need to ask. WUENAK POWL BANGET. JUARAAAA! 😂❤️ Everything I tried was delicious, and honestly, if you stay at Pullman, you HAVE to try their chocolate drink. It is seriously SO GOOD. I loved it so much and would happily come back just for that chocolate! 😂 Overall, I had such a lovely experience staying and hosting our business event at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD. Great location, beautiful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and most importantly, a very attentive and helpful team. Thank you, Pullman, for the wonderful experience. the experience I had here was not professional, therapist didn’t introduce themselves and started the session without explaining what they could be doing.

the spa here looked good from the outside but when the session started it was far from comfortable, the background noises was distracting and it smells unpleasant

I booked a session here and expected to relax, but it was the opposite. The therapist seemed to not doing it properly, the pressure was mot stable, I kept telling how much pressure I wanted and it’s not relaxing at all.

For the past year I have been a frequent guest of the Pullman Thamrin. The level of hospitality and service they provide has always made me feel like a valued guest. It truly does feel like my home in Jakarta. Not long ago I was celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary. Jennifer from the Guest Relations team was aware of this as she was helping me book a getaway for the special date at another Accor Property Indonesia. The week before our anniversary my wife and I were in Jakarta for work. To our suprise Rona, Windy, Jessica and Jennifer went out of their way and decorated our room and created a truly memorable stay for us. There are too many people for me to name individually from Concierge, front desk staff, spa and fitness centre to everyone at Sana Sini that treat us to impeccable service every morning at breakfast. The property is older and can still use some TLC in places however the management team has been consistently improving the property over the past year that I have been staying there. If you can over look these little issues that will most certainly be resolved in time, the Pullman Thamrin CBD offer the best value available to stay in the heart of Jakarta with a level of service that will have you visiting again.

From the time I arrived they were really cold, receptionist didn’t recognize me and barely answer my questions. During the session the staff were also sigh several times.

Next to a big mall (Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia) area, which was convenient for shopping. Other than that, It's a nice hotel to stay within the city of Jakarta.

Air-conditioning temperature in our room could not be adjusted. Keep on staying at 24-25 deg C eventhough we tried to lower it down. Called the staff to request and fix/rectify, seems like nothing was done.

The building was quite old. I rent a premium superior double room, city view and quite disappointed with the size of the room and felt not worth the price.

After years away, we returned to this hotel for a one‑night staycation. Although it’s primarily a business hotel, Pullman’s hospitality was excellent. Unfortunately, we didn’t take the breakfast package because I didn’t realize the new Accor Plus program no longer includes breakfast vouchers. Buying breakfast a la carte was too expensive for us, so next time we’ll make sure to secure the package since Sana Sini Resto is outstanding. Highlights • Room: Comfortable; request a view facing Plaza Indonesia if you’re with family. • Pool: Great, with separate pools for kids and adults. • Location: Walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia; Jalan Sabang is just minutes away for traditional food. Needs improvement • Please add more weekend and holiday activities for kids or at least provide a coloring set with drawing and coloring books. Special thanks Pullman surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife. Big thanks to Ms Rona, Ms Jannah, Ms Muri, Ms Caca, and Ms Olivia for their help during the reservation process. Overall: Great job, team.

A hotel with a prime location that truly lives up to its 5-star status: an impressive lobby featuring sculptures of Kate Moss and a top-notch breakfast. The guest experience manager, Jennifer Indrajaya, is always attentive and responsive to every request, and the housekeeping staff on the 11th floor, as well as the lounge team, the reception team and the breakfast team were delightful. I highly recommend it. I also stayed at the other Pullman hotel, and it is clear that the Pullman brand is exceptionally well-managed in Jakarta. Nice room, quiet, and clean.

I always choose Pullman when I’m in Jakarta. The rooms are neat and comfortable, and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. The lounge and Sanasini restaurant provide the best service—clean, spacious, and pleasant places where I do most of my work. Reception and restaurant teams are humble and proactive: they reserve seats, offer excellent food, and accommodate requests like late checkout. Special thanks to Reeta, Fina, Ella, and the trainee staff for their professionalism and polite reminders about check-out. I’m also very grateful to Bu Tere and the male staff who helped customize meals and truly understood our needs. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Jakarta, and Pullman remains the best.

I fly to Indonesia for business very frequently and I always stay at Pullman Hotel. Pullman thamrin has been my top choose for various reason, Location is key as it’s centrally located in Central of jakarta city, travelling to meeting places is very convenient. It’s also across the road to shopping malls and good restaurants. I love the morning breakfast offered by the hotel. The service is wonderful. Staff are polite and helpful. They even remember my name.. :) The services provided by the hotel overall is very good. And I want to specially credit to Ms. Reta at the executive lounge for making my stay special every time. It is like a second home to me, and I always enjoy my stay at Pullman Thamrim.

Just stayed here with my family and was quite surprised by the service, considering Accor's usual standards. No greeting at the lobby upon arrival, I had to open my car trunk myself before any staff came to help. The corridor to our room had a strong musty smell from the carpet, apparently due to "recent treatment". The TV in the room also felt quite outdated. Breakfast was the most disappointing part: none of the restaurant front-liners were friendly, and no supervisor/manager checked on guests like they do at other Accor properties. The only friendly ones were the kitchen staff at the buffet - they were really helpful. In the middle of breakfast, we were approached at our table with an EDC machine to pay for our nanny's additional breakfast eventhough She was only getting the food for our kids, not for Her. I had to leave my meal, and go back to the room, then return to the restaurant to settle the payment and continue my breakfast. We ve tried requesting late check-out using Our Platinum benefit at the front desk. The staff immediately said no without even checking our room number or membership status. Everywhere it's written that Platinum members get early check-in & late check-out until 3 PM. Here they said 1 PM is the max. I’ve shared all this feedback with the Executive Lounge agent. Just a suggestion for them to look at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills as they proactively WhatsApp loyalty members to check how was everything going during our stays. Really dissapointing.

I stayed at Pullman Thamrin Jakarta from May 20–22 and would like to appreciate the excellent professionalism shown by the staff during an unexpected situation. I initially stayed in room 618, but shortly after going to bed, I experienced a skin rash and contacted the receptionist around midnight. The Duty Manager, Pak Wahyu (if I remembered correctly), responded very quickly and immediately arranged another room for me. Together with Pak Pur, they also helped move my luggage to room 629 so I could rest comfortably. Although this was my first unpleasant experience after staying regularly at Pullman almost every month since October last year, I was truly impressed by how fast, caring, and professional the team handled the situation. Special thanks to Pak Wahyu and Pak Pur for their outstanding service. Their professionalism deserves recognition, and I hope their excellent work can be shared across the Accor group as a great example of customer care. I will definitely continue staying here in the future.
