Hotel curato e pulito in zona centrale , ma tranquilla e sicura. Camere spaziose, letti comodi, set di cortesia completo di tutto il necessario, servizi super. Staff cortese e competente . Colazione fantastica. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Raccomandato

We spent two nights in Labuan Bajo and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is very well located, making it easy to explore the area. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and we slept very well. Everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this place!

Its location is central and close to most areas we wanted to go, the room was exceptionally clean and really comfortable. The food was 100% worth every money spent. Love their selections of food as we kept ordering from their restaurant 😆 We were grateful the hotel could accommodate to our early check-in and last minute additional dates to stay due to the volcano eruption that happened.

Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable dans un quartier calme et à distance de marche des ce très commerciaux. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est varié et excellent, le personnel est souriant, aimable et disponible 24/24. L’établissement est également doté d’une piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir après les journées de balade à la découverte de Jakarta. Je recommande à 100%.

Goede sfeer en personeel en een ruime kamer. Fijn dat er een smart tv is en een fatsoenlijke badkamer met douche.

Het zwembad is bijna geen zwembad te noemen, zo klein en tussen 4 muren geplaatst. Zo is ook de rooftop bar meer een balkon met 4 stoelen. Totaal sfeerloos. Het ontbijt is als westerling minimaal. Helaas kon in mijn kamer geen raam open en was het raam zo klein dat het claustrofobisch aanvoelde.

Location is in the central of Jakarta. Car free day every weekend is walking distance. Theresia church also close to hotel.

Pulizia impeccabile per quanto riguarda la stanza, le lenzuola nonché gli asciugamani. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia dei nostri vestiti pagando una modica cifra. Il personale molto cordiale. Un giorno avevamo un escursione alle 6 mi mattina e non eravamo in orario per la colazione, in albergo ci hanno preparato un pacchettino a testa da portare via.

Letto strepitoso, staff accogliente e bravo nel suggerire. Colazione incredibile intercontinentale e anche detox!

Tout était parfait pour nous. Proche de toutes les commodités. Personnel agréable et à votre écoute. Bon petit déjeuné. Pratique pour une famille.

Location = superb - Service = excellent - Breakfast =Normal - Room = NO Luxury - But best and worth to stay again . 3 min walk to Hotel Pullman . 4 min to Big Mall . 5 min to HOTLE Hyatt and all kind of facilities are few meters away. Sub way 3 min walk. Right at the Centre of City best hotel.

Room. Decoration furniture walls flooring - not good standard. Bathroom without Hand shower without hand spray. Water was warm NOT HOT.

Très sympathique accueil et excellent petit déjeuner. Les chambres et salles de bains sont grandes et les lits confortables, on propose un thé et des gâteaux sur la terrasse du 8e étage, et le garçon qui nous a servis au restaurant de l'hôtel (Anam) est très souriant et professionnel, comme d'ailleurs en règle générale le personnel de cet établissement.

Nous avions réservé une chambre "super de luxe" et on nous a attribué une chambre "communicante" (la 302), c'est-à-dire séparée de la chambre voisine par une simple porte... inutile de dire que chacun profite de ce qui se passe chez le voisin !

Alles war sauber und von der Ausstattung gut. Insgesamt macht man mit der Unterkunft aber nichts verkehrt.

Unser Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster. Für den Preis kann man dies in anderen Unterkünften schon erwarten.

Clean, quiet, helpful staff. Anam gave me a tour of all the various breakfast items offered. Good value.

Struttura accogliente, camere molto ampie, pulizia top, colazione ricca e molto buona, staff straordinario e cordiale! Ottima esperienza.

La strada in cui si trovava la struttura era un po’ sporca e maleodorante, ad ogni modo a 4/5 minuti a piedi c’è un centro commerciale molto utile per cenare o acquistare acqua e snack. In pochi minuti e con un prezzo irrisorio si raggiungono il centro e la stazione dei treni.

The entire hotel team is smiley and makes you feel welcome. In addition, I would like to give a special recognition to the Housekeeping Room Attendant, Mr. Made Wartama. I was not feeling well on one of the nights and accidentally made a terrible mess in my bed. Made went out of his way to clean and freshen up my room, and left a handwritten note wishing me a speedy recovery. This to me, was hospitality at its finest moment.

Soundproof in the room is terrible. Firstly, the rooms have ceramic tile flooring which is naturally noisy, it does not absorb sound. Instead, it reflects sound waves and impact vibrations, which can create echoes in a room and amplify noises like footsteps, or dropped objects. During my 14-night stay, 80% of the time, I have experienced very loud noise from the room(s) above mine, especially loud noise of dropped objects during late night and/or early morning. Secondly, you can hear very clearly any noise or conversations coming from the corridor as the room door is badly soundproofed. On many occasions, I can heard loud conversations held at the corridor from inconsiderate room guests late night and early morning. Something to take note for those who are sensitive to noise pollution and a light sleeper.

La vasca, con il soffione della doccia molto incrostato di calcare. La colazione poco varia per quanto riguarda dolci, yogurt/granole, o salato continentale.

Prima kamer, groot, schoon. Airco werkte goed. Koelkastje en waterkoker aanwezig. Flesje water al inclusief van hotel Douche was ook prima. Locatie in het centrum was ook fijn. Personeel was super vriendelijk en nam de tijd. Ontbijt was goed, Uitgebreid van eitjes tot en met hagelslag en uiteraard rijst gerechten

Helaas waren de ramen afgeplakt en konden ook niet open daardoor geen frisse lucht, uitzicht of daglicht. Gelukkig waren we toch net veel op de kamer.

Breakfast was tasty with best local dishes along international meal.

Parking space is limited.

The room and bed were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for us as we only had 24 hours before flying home and wanted to do some shopping. The hotel was in walking distance to several large shopping malls and we were able to shop and eat, all while leaving our luggage in the hotel ready to pick up before our flight home.

The hotel was advertised as having a roof terrace but it was tiny and all the furniture was covered over both times we went up! When we got back to the hotel and wanted to have a rooftop drink it was already closed at 10pm which was a shame. It was also a little odd that our room had two windows, but one was 'blanked out' and the other looked straight onto a wall. Perhaps the higher price rooms are the ones with a window that has a view? However, we were only there for one night, so neither of these issues were significant!

De kamers waren zeer ruim, de bedden groot en iedere dag werd de kamer netjes opgeruimd en schoongemaakt. Heel fijn restaurant beneden, waar we a la carte bestelden. Het aanbod is er compleet. Heel gastvrij dat je vanaf 16.30 gratis koffie/thee en wat lekkers kreeg op het dakterras. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam

Weinig daglicht in de kamer. We zaten waarschijnlijk aan een minder goede kant. Douchekop sproeier moet waarschijnlijk ontkalkt worden. De stralen waren wat klein.

Colazione: La colazione è semplicemente favolosa, con una grandissima varietà di opzioni fresche e deliziose per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Posizione: La posizione è ottima, comoda per spostarsi in città e raggiungere facilmente i punti di interesse principali. Servizio: Il personale è stato molto accogliente e la struttura pulita e confortevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti la zona. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Asciugamani non perfettamente puliti

L’emplacement est très bien situé, proche du centre, proche de la station de bus. Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre est grande et propre. Nous avons eu une boisson fraîche à notre arrivée, très appréciable. Ils nous ont aussi gardé les valises car nous ne partions que l’après midi.

Peu de lumière dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner cher pour l’Indonésie.
