Perfect location, connected to Grand Indonesia mall. The hotel staff were very accommodating. Breakfast spread was delicious.

エアコン温度が調節出来ず部屋が寒かった。布団も薄かったので、ブランケットを持ってきてもらったり修理を依頼したが、すぐには直らなかったので、他の部屋へ移動した。夜中ということもあり、寝不足になった

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with direct access to a mall and easy access to most major malls and areas of interest. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a generously sized bathroom. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great experience with no major cons.

The only minor inconvenience was the lighting controls, as some of the lights are controlled together by a master switch, so individual lights cannot be turned on or off separately.

It is luxuries, the entrance is nice and the dining area is huge . Stuff is friendly and helpful.

Love this place it’s amazing. It’s virtually in the middle of the mall and then right across it. There is another mall. The hotel is clean and has a lot of facilities. They were very nice and decorated for our anniversary :) The bathtub was great!

Have been coming here often when I lived here until 5 years ago. Just visited back for a snack and some beers. The helles beer is still very close to original. Love the place.

In un punto strategico per visitare la citta'.Vicino alla fermata della metro,del transjakarta bus e i due principali mall.Personale gentile ed accogliente.Mi hanno regalato l'upgrade della stanza senza che lo richiedessi ovviamente gratis !! Struttura molto bella,pulita ed accogliente idem la camera.Colazione super sia occidentale che orientale con tanta scelta,tutto fresco e di ottima qualita'.Ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi !!

Mooie ruime kamers, uitstekend ontbijt, overal zeer vriendelijk personeel dat service levert van hoge kwaliteit zonder te aanwezig te zijn. De locatie is heel fijn met directe verbinding met de Grand Indonesia mall.

Het enige minpunt is dat er wel wat geluid is van het verkeer van de drukke Bundaran HI rotonde wat de hele nacht doorgaat. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht hierop dus dat kun je misschien een beetje verwachten, kies voor een kamer aan de andere kant als je dat erg storend vindt.

Many delightful reasons we keep coming back staying here at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski: we’ve always felt indulged by the attention to details only Kempinski team hold. From the warm welcome by lovely Lady In Red who ensured our particular preferences in place in our upgraded room incl. our special celebration surprises such as the chocolate and cheese tartlets with high quality ingredients and touches. The F&B and Signatures Restaurant team always ensured we both were accommodated enjoying our leisurely breakfast well. The coffee was spectacular; we loved their gluten-free bread we never found it in other hotels anywhere else, and dark sourdough we had at the executive lounge was sensational. The hummus was so moist and creamy, my husband who is vegan enjoyed it so much with babaganoush, and all sambal incl. Tempe sambal from the sambal corner. Hats off to Exec Chef & team, even the ketoprak was spot on tasted authentic. Last but not least, being inside one of the most historical Indonesian building with the direct view to Bundaran HI means very much to us both, we will definitely always come back when in Jakarta!

Hubby's happy place for lunch at Paulaner Brahaus. Foods are marvellous with their own brewerie. One of to go place for watching world cup games. And staff Rosi being attentive and sweet by spoil me with an extra pretzel for take away. Prost! 🍻
