O pequeno almoço tinha uma péssima apresentação e indicação do que era oferecido. Também aconteceu algo de grave, num hotel de 4 estrelas, as empregadas do pequeno almoço davam a cada hóspede um chocolate pequeno, dizendo expressamente que era em seu nome, claramente para forçarem uma boa gorjeta e tinham tratamento diferenciado no caso de serem hóspedes já conhecidos pelas gorjetas. Deplorável!!

Central location, clean room, comfy bed and very pleasant staff, especially the breakfast staff and the breakfast. I also enjoyed using the pool during our stay !

Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit Doppelbetten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, gegenüber von Bars und Restaurants und nur 10 Gehminuten von der Union Station entfernt, von dort kann man auch den Flughafen Pearson per Bahn erreichen. Das Bad hatte eine moderne große Dusche sowie viele großflächige Ablageflächen am Waschbecken.

Für längere Auftenthalte ist der Schrank sehr klein. Es gibt eine Garderobe mit ein paar Bügeln und ein paar kleine Schubladen. Für ein Wochenende hat es aber völlig ausgereicht.

Empfang nicht gerade sehr freundlich... bad mittelmäßig. Alles in allem halt eine alte Burg an der immer wieder was herumgebastelt/renoviert wurde. Nordamerikanischen Standard, also für Europäer eher schlecht.

Nous voyagions avec un bébé et la chambre a été lavée avec énormément de javel. Dangereux pour le bébé qui marche à 4 pattes et mets ensuite les mains à la bouche ! Ses vetements ont meme décoloré ! Nous l’avons signalé et avons changé de chambre.

Meeeeega zimno! Nie dało się włączyć klimatyzacji na grzanie a w hotelu za to była wszędzie klimatyzacja może na jakieś 19 stopni i nic z tym nie dało się zrobić. Zakrywaliśmy ręcznikami drzwi od dołu bo tak ciągnęło. Gdyby nie grzejnik na prąd o który poprosiła żona bo sami by nie wpadli to byśmy zamarzli. Internet też bardzo słaby i sieć otwarta - super bezpiecznie masakra

O hotel é muito bom, a localização ajuda bastante, muito próximo do mercado. O quarto é confortável, as camas são excelentes e o café também.

Tive um pequeno problema na chegada, a configuração de quarto que reservei simplesmente não estava disponível. Me deram alguns brindes em compensação, mas fica o registro. Cheguei de madrugada e os atendentes não estavam, quem me atendeu foi uma pessoa que não tem muito traquejo para a função.

En general todo estaba muy bien, la habitación grande y comoda, el gimnasio estaba bastante bien con su piscina que no pude probar arriba. El desayuno estaba muy bueno también. Pero si tuviese que destacar algo es la amabilidad de la chica del desayuno y en general de la mayoria de personal del hotel. Todos fueron muy amables y espectaculares con mi hija de 6 años.

Avoir été chargé d’un PDJ complémentaire post mon départ. C’était bien le cas le PDJ a bien été consommé mais la façon de faire est étrange de mon point de vue.

Que a la terminación del desayuno dejaran en mi mesa un formulario para indicar el porcentaje de propina por el servicio. Yo pague por el alojamiento con el desayuno incluido, y desde ya entiendo que tambien incluye todo tipo de servicio de vuestros empleados. Entiendo que no corresponde ningún tipo de costo adicional.

The location was great.

The general overview was a bit oldish and rooms need to be renewed.

Ob prihodu sva receptorja prosila nam nsj uredi sobe v istem nadstropju. Zelo se je potrudil in za našo 5 člansko družino smo dobili dve povezani sobi. Sobe so prostorne. Ozbira hrane za zajtrk dobra, zelo prijazno osebje pri zajtrku. Dobra lokacija hotela, večino ogledov smo opravili peš.

Da se fitness zapre ob 11h. Sicer pa nimsmo pripomb.

We made a reservation for 2 rooms and asked the hotel for them to be connected. And they did their best to fulfill our request. The hotel is in an excellent location, near St Lawrence market.

The reception is a bit small and uncomfortable, also the garage was full and had a hard time to find a free slot. But overall the hotel is excellent for a family.

Nice hotel in an excellent location for getting around Toronto. Beds and pillows were super comfy and i slept great each night. The small round mirror stand in the bathroom and conditioner bottle pump were broken and didn't work unfortunately which was annoying. Friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay but with the rate we paid to stay at this hotel for 5 nights which was really expensive, it didn't include breakfast even which we felt was disappointing. Have stayed in nicer hotels with breakfast for a lot less money actually. Toronto is a lovely city but hotel prices in downtown Toronto are way overpriced for what you actually get which can be a bit disappointing really.

Nos desalojaron en plena noche por salto de alarma de incendios. Estuvimos un buen rato en la calle en pijama y todavía estoy esperando que alguien me de la mas minima explicación al respecto

Location was fantastic, very close to the St Lawrence market and only a 15 minute walk to the distillery district. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Quality products in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, etc). Convenient parking (not included).

A few things! No body lotion available in the bathroom. The staff friendliness was a hit or miss. A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and communication was poor… need to do better!

The location is very convenient to Union Station and nearby sights near Toronto's old town such as the distillery district, harbour, etc. The room met all my expectations, and the included breakfast buffet had a good range of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was only staying one night before my flight home from Pearson International, so didn't use any of the other facilities.

Soggiorno perfetto in un albergo bellissimo e rinnovato. Le stanze sono ampie e fornite di tutto il necessario, la colazione a buffet è buonissima, il personale è strepitoso e la posizione è eccellente!

Dato il prezzo elevato sarebbe carino fornire ai clienti dei kit di cortesia in bagno e qualcosa da bere/mangiare nel frigo in stanza. La pulizia mancava di alcuni piccoli dettagli.

Bathroom - shower drain clogged, toilet paper holder broken, toilet paper kept falling on the floor everything time we pulled. TV- very slow apps, images kept unsynchronized with audio.

Price a little high

Excellent location and front-end staff members were very friendly and attentive. Proximity to two grocery stores and two train stations (one a major hub) within a 10-minute walk but still nestled in a quiet spot of downtown. Price is decent for a two-bed. Outlets near beds were perfect as they accommodated USB-C, USB-A, and standard plugs. Small-medium size pool and hot jacuzzi were a treat after 12-hour days of walking and sightseeing.

During peak morning hours, there was not enough hot water for one 10 minute shower and on our last overnight, we received heavily stained (brown, even!) towels. Visible soap scum on the glass of the shower stall. Maybe just a busy week and cleaning staff was rushing?

Le personnel n'a pas du tout réagi quand on a dit que les oreillers trop épais et durs nous faisaient des torticolis. Ils demandent "tout va bien pour vous ?" Ou "avez-vous été satisfaits de votre séjour" mais nous regardent de haut en bas et répondent sèchement quand on leur dit qu'on a mal dormi. Je trouve fort dommage de payer 1300€ pour 5 nuits et de ne pas avoir un jeu d'oreiller plus fins en stock. La salle de bain n'était pas très propre. Au final, ce n'était pas du standing qu'on espérait.

Loved it, travelled with family (including baby) for 5 days to Toronto, location is great, you can easily walk to CN tower, restaurants, St Lawrence market, lots of options for dinning near by, staff was also wanderful, crib, room and bathroom great as well, hotel sauna is a great plus after long walking days, really a great option.

Everything. The staff did everything to assist from the minute we arrived. We loved the salt water-pool and the service was amazing in the restaurant. We will book here again.

The only thing I would say is that I happen to like more cream in my coffee and so the only thing I would ask for is more cream by the coffee maker in our room.

The location was the best part of this hotel hands down!

Our room was fine. The carpet was really old and didn’t look very clean. The lobby was SO loud, they played club music constantly. The hotel restaurant had horrible service. The lobby wasn’t comfortable and there was nothing even remotely luxurious about this hotel. Felt more like a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for exploring Toronto on foot. Everywhere is walkable from here. The hotel itself is really good. There is a piano on the first floor which you can play. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable.

La proximité avec Union Station et avec des quartiers à visiter accessible à pied (Old Town, Distillerie district (nota: à visiter plutôt l’après midi, le matin c’est mort) et le Harbour) La chambre et son équipement était de bon niveau. Le petit déjeuné était très bien. Mention spéciale de mes filles qui étaient heureuses de (re)trouver du Nutella !

La piscine intérieure : plutôt petite et l’eau était trouble en fin de journée, ce qui ne donne pas forcément envie de s’y baigner.

Lovely hotel, incredibly central to everything a 10/15 min walk away from the bus and train station. Only a short walk away from St. Lawrence market. Little shop next door for anything you need. Rooms great size, big beds which comfy pillows! Bathroom great size with everything provided. Extremely extremely immaculately clean hotel, seen housekeeping about all the time in public areas and the rooms were kept spotless. Lifts quick never stood around for long waiting on them, lots of seating in reception if rooms aren’t ready/you have a late flight. Great value for money!
