We had a fabulous view overlooking the CN Tower and Lake Ontario from the 36th floor. What made it even more special was to see some aerobatic displays that coincided with the Labour day weekend. The location was the perfect distance from shops, amenities ,1/2 hour trip from the airport and 75 mins to the Niagara Falls.

We were disappointed by the leisure facilities - the steam room wasn't operational and pool/sauna area smaller than expected.

The views and the customer service was immaculate.

Everything from the service of the staff to the view from the room itself everything about our stay was amazing!

The mis-selling of the view when staying in Coe we room saying floor to ceiling window on both sides with views. The truth is that both window sides from the bathroom were closely overlooked by offices and residential flats with balconies. This meant you had no view as blinds had to be closed at all times. As a message on the hotels bathroom window stated ‘if you can see them, they can see you’. So paid for more by purchasing cor we room but effectively received less

Location and staff were awesome! Room was very nice, clean, well stocked coffee and towels. Bed comfortable and it was very quiet for being in downtown Toronto.

Getting out of the parking lot was hazardous as tour buses dropped off right at the exit.

View was fantastic. Beds comfy.

Bathroom door was dirty (looked like someone poured a drink down the side of it and it wasn't washed up). The room could use an extra blanket or housecoat in closet. Pool / sauna was ho-hum

The hotel’s location is outstanding—right in the heart of Toronto and within easy walking distance of major attractions. The property’s modern décor is inviting, and our room offered excellent views. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, you really can’t go wrong with this hotel. Nearby highlights, all just a short walk away, include the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley’s Aquarium, Scotiabank Arena, the waterfront boardwalk, and countless restaurants and entertainment options. Our stay was pleasantly smooth and surprisingly enjoyable, making our Toronto visit even more memorable.

The location of this hotel was fantastic for us because we were visiting Scotiabank Arena and going to a Blue Jays game. It was very expensive, especially because I paid for a view of the CN Tower. It was almost 90 degrees outside during the time in which we were in town. Even with the thick curtains closed during the day, our room was absolutely roasting. The hotel room automatically turns off your AC if it doesn't detect movement in your room. So we'd be gone for the day, then come back to our room late at night and it was 24C+/76F. We were so hot and uncomfortable. Taking a lukewarm shower (with very low water pressure) seemed to heat up the room even more. It took the entire night to cool down to 70F - the thermostat never reached our desired temperature. I paid additional money for the view but never opened the curtains because we were doing all we could to cool down the room. It was so hot with such little air movement, that it took over two full days for a wet swimsuit to dry out. When in the SoCo restaurant in the lobby, I went to use the public restroom and 3 of the 4 stalls were out of order. The floor and sinks were very messy. So I tried a restroom on the second floor, by the conference rooms. It was a single stall and the floor was wet and the toilet was very messy. For such an expensive hotel, this absolutely did not meet our expectations.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Hotel is modern and room is very comfortable. They provide 2 queen beds and was comfortable for a family of four. The location is convenient for those who want to go to CN tower and aquarium as it is next to the hotel. However for us, the hotel is in the financial district so every turn is a bank or corporate office which reminds us of work and emotionally not very relaxing. Something to consider for corporate workers. Also, there is no shopping area close by the hotel so for someone who wants to shops this location is not ideal.

I am a single mom, so grateful to be able to travel with friends who will travel with us. We’ve done Disneyland, Costa Rica and now Toronto with friends. We were here to see DJO (and Tame Impala) as we’re 3 ladies and one was going to the concert both nights, safety and proximity to the Scotiabank Arena was paramount in making our choice, so we chose Delta Hotels Toronto. It’s a 5 minute walk to the venue and steps away from other entertainment district activities. Last night, there was what I can only assume was a violent situation in the room next to us. It was so loud I could hear it through my ear plugs, which prompted me to call the front desk. They were not only apologetic, but assured me security was already onsite, at which point I urged them to call the police, as the yelling and banging continued while we were on the call. She had advised me that the room on the floor below had called! For a large concrete building this is alarming. By this point our entire room was awake and terrified. After police were able to de-escalate the situation and the noise had died down, we were able to get back to sleep. When we woke, I had an email from hotel management already in my inbox offering apologies and compensation, I could see that several other staff members had been cc’d, which was excellent, as they responded to my reply immediately. Here’s how they got it right; 1. They acknowledged the event. How many times have you heard “the situation was out of our control” or “We are not liable”? Our stay was disturbed, our sleep was disrupted, no skirting around the issue. 2. They were transparent, the disruptive guests are still in the room. 3. They listened and to our unique situation, we no longer felt safe. We were offered a solution to move room and assistance in doing so, we had a busy day and our friend had already departed to meet another friend, my kiddo and I could not move all of this ourselves, and being in the hall made us super nervous, we even started whispering in the room. They sent a bell person, to assist with luggage and in our new room we immediately felt safer. 4. They offered options for compensation, I get it was NOT their fault, this was not a requirement, but they still wanted to make things right and find something that worked for us. Kudos to the staff at the Delta Hotels Toronto. Thank you for turning around an unfortunate situation.

Great experience at this hotel! It was clean, excellent location, and lots of food options in the hotel and around the area. We had a lovely view of the water. The only complaint we had was that our room had an AC vent that was shockingly loud. All in all we enjoyed this hotel and will stay here again when we return.

Permanent leakage from the shower on the floor, too soft beds. Dirty floor around the pool, people swimming in t-shirts and shorts in the pool, no staff around. Large amount of foam in the hot tube, IR sauna not warm enough, just 36 degrees.

Proximity to lake and cn tower. Great roof top terrace and great staff serving. Decent breakfast but busy.

Outside noise of cars revving. Horrendous at night. To be fair, not hotels fault BUT revving cars at midnight to 4am was very very loud. Air con was noisy too.

Location is super close to CN tower. Downtown is accessible by the PATH - the undercover walkway to connect you to everywhere. The staff were amazing and the rooms and beds were super comfy for our family of 3.

The room itself with bags for 3 people was a bit squishy, but I'm nit picking. It was great.

We stopped here for 3 nights, bed only, on the first leg of a longer trip to Canada booked via an agent. Located next to the main railway station which meant it was easy to get to from the airport using a train with the CN Tower and Blue Jays stadium just over the road from the front door. A sizable room on the 41st floor, giving a partial view over the city, it was clean, warm, with a large comfy bed, even though it did creak a bit when getting on/off it. Only occassional noise from the street below, such as sirens or motor bikes and nothing from any neighbouring rooms or the corridorPlenty of storrage, with our 2 suitcases fitting easily in to the wardrobe, with a iron and ironing board. A coffee machine, small kettle, a fridge that was actually too cold, no spoons (we had taken our own) and only paper cups which were prone to leaking. The towels did seem to be of lower quality and found them to be somewhat rough and basic. Other than check in/out, we didn't have much need to speak to any of the staff apaprtfrom house keeping when we asked them for so extra paper cups, on all occassions they we friendly, polite and helpful, we did have a bit of a surprise on our last morning when we were greeted by a window cleaner dangling on ropes outside our room when we pulled the curtains open (we did have a memo placed in our room the day before informing us it was being done).

The room was perfect, location couldn't be better. Loved the view. We got our room early and upgraded too. The Delta is my favorite place to stay when I visit Toronto and always will be. Thank you!

Das Hotel liegt super zentral bei der Union Station und ist selbst im Winter trockenen Fußes direkt vom Zug aus erreichbar. Die kurze Distanz zum Wasser macht die Lage zusätzlich attraktiv, ebenso wie die guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Besonders beeindruckend war die Aussicht aus dem 42. Stockwerk auf den See – ein echtes Highlight des Aufenthalts. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne.

Frühstücksbuffet war eher ernüchtern. Brotauswahl klein wie meistens in Nordamerika.

PRO: great location (almost too good - see CON), traveled with family and had 2 rooms, one with city view, one with water view; water view was wonderful with perfect view of Canada Day (7/1) fireworks at 11pm, quiet room with good sound insulation between rooms and floors, we really liked the non-carpeted floors, with platinum elite status, had access to lounge, which was one of the best I've been to (nice food variety options and wonderful view and facilities), direct access to UP Express and subway line without having to go outside, room had tub and walk in shower big enough for my wife and I. Corner room with floor to ceiling windows made for great view! CON: Portugal team stayed here while in town for their world cup game, so it's indicative of great quality of hotel that an internationally renowned team would stay her, but for other guests, there are some negatives such as super heightened security and my son had hard time getting back into hotel when the team was scheduled to arrive. Visitors were not allowed to lounge in lobby while the team was staying here. I would have appreciated some heads up from the hotel about restricted access when I checked in, but there was no notice whatsoever. The night Portugal won their world cup game, fans were all around the hotel and we could hear LOUD cheers outside until about 12:30am (our room was on side away from street on 44th floor). Corner room with huge windows meant that light seeps into room in the morning despite big drapes.

We recently stayed at the Delta Hotel in Toronto while in town for a few Blue Jays games. As frequent Marriott guests, we chose this property expecting a smooth and comfortable stay, especially at the cost. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by circumstances that were not disclosed at the time of booking. The Portugal national soccer team was staying at the hotel, which brought large crowds and heightened security. While we completely understand and respect the need for additional security in this situation, the way it was handled made the experience frustrating for paying guests. Accessing the hotel became unnecessarily difficult. Guests were required to show both a room key and ID to enter, and at one point I was nearly denied entry because my husband had our room key. Despite explaining that I was a guest, there was little flexibility or effort to verify this in another way. Additionally, the lobby and common areas felt effectively off-limits. I was approached multiple times and asked to leave or return to my room while simply waiting for an Uber Eats order. It felt excessive and, at times, unwelcoming. We fully appreciate the challenges of hosting a high-profile group, but this should not come at the expense of the overall guest experience, especially without prior notice. Better communication ahead of time and a more balanced approach to guest management would have made a big difference. Overall, a disappointing stay that did not meet the expectations we typically have with Marriott properties.

The property was in close walking distance to everything Toronto including a walkway to Union Station. The hotel was very well maintained and tastefully decorated for the World Cup.

Another perfect stay at the Delta Hotel Toronto! The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is prime - steps away from the Rogers Centre and aquarium on one side and Maple Leaf Square and Scotiabank place on the other. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, without carpet. The bathroom is spacious and there's plenty of natural light. The pool is HOT like so hot which can be enjoyable as long as you aren't hoping to cool off. Parking is incredibly reasonably priced. The staff is all so friendly and welcoming. We will 1 million percent be back. Thanks for another great stay, Delta!

Prepare to loose lots of time standing in queue for the breakfast (as there are no free and/or clean tables) - we’ve seen long ones. Or if you are “lucky” like us, then to chase the staff to clean the tables (which they avoided). Or just put dirty dishes to another table with table with dirty dishes, to get a free table for your family. This is if you have breakfast included.

Nous sommes venus pour voir une partie des Blue Jays et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est super. Elle est au centre de plusieurs attraits touristiques (Rogers Center, Tour du CN, l'Aquarium, Scotiabank Arena). Accès facile à la station de train sans même sortir à l'extérieur. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

The location is perfect for visiting the CN tower, aquarium and railway museum. The staff were very kind and helpful. We visited during Easter weekend and they even had an egg hunt in the lobby for the kids which my 5 year old adored!

I couldn't connect my phone to the TV despite following the instructions. Luckily they had Netflix so I could log in to watch a movie.
