Proximity to Scotia bank arena. On site restaurant and room size.
Stay was great
Best hotel if you have a event at Scotia bank arena
2 second walk from scotiabank arena. Clean..friendly staff.
Not spa/pool. Expensive breakfast
Excellent location. Room is super spacious and decor is great - wood and modern darker tones with nice artwork. The shower with the glass panels adds to the cool room vibe.
Nothing!
Staff was extremely attentive and very pleasant. The hotel was PERFECTLY Located for everyplace we needed to be-walking distance to the Blue Jays Stadium, the Scotiabank Arena, and the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Great location, next to Scotiabank Arena and very close to grocery store, restaurants, Roger’s Arena, CN Tower and aquarium. Staff was friendly and check in was fast. Liked the automatic window shade and the room was large.
One of the elevators was not working but it wasn’t a long wait with just one working.
Shower was awesome 👌
How short the stay was..
Duży pokój. Czysto. Cicho.
Nic. Za krótki pobyt.
We couldn’t have chosen better for our three night debut in Toronto. 10 minutes from the CN Tower, the main station and the outstanding waterfront, the hotel’s location made it perfect. There was a huge rock concert one night in the indoor stadium 100 yards away, but apart from the police reducing traffic flow, this caused no issues at all. We got lucky with an upgrade which was a huge room, but generally the Germain brand is one to look out for. Classy, stylish, even slightly quirky. Sensational.
room was spacious, very comfortable beds, pillows were a little too soft though for my preference bartenders were pleasant, friendly, and mixed wonderful cocktails front desk staff were not only polite but very helpful valet personnel were pleasant and quick to get our car
there was a window in the room between the beds and the bathroom- weird place for it, glad it had blinds but it was out of place for the aesthetic
The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The black rough walls It appeared dirty and worn in our room almost thought it was mold at first But soon realized it needed a good coat of Sico Exterior Solid Stain to perk it up❣️
What an amazing place! Beautiful rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to everything downtown. We attended a concert at Scotiabank Arena and it’s right across the street. Loved it.
Bed was very comfortable. Location was so convenient. We will do it again.
The location was perfect for the Rush concert at the Scotiabank Arena and the room was beautiful!!

Nice hotel. Nice location. I liked the breakfast buffet, French style. Good price if nothing at Scotia Centre.
How close to my venue
Cleanliness and the staff were friendly and helpful
I wish it cost less to stay, haha . I somehow booked this long enough in advance that it was just enough to be in my range.
Our stay at Le Germain Hotel Toronto Maple Leaf Square was simply outstanding. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena and the Harbourfront, making it easy to explore Toronto. Our room was modern, spotless, very comfortable and exceptionally quiet. After long days exploring the city and attending the FIFA World Cup, it was the perfect place to relax. What truly made this stay special, however, was the incredible team. From our very first email exchange, Nicole and Tatiana went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The surprise they prepared for our son Bernardo—with the Portuguese flag, a personalised welcome message and thoughtful Canadian-themed touches—was something we will never forget. Bernardo was absolutely delighted, and so were we. It was a genuine gesture of hospitality that made our arrival in Toronto even more memorable. A special thank you also to Tatiana for organising our Niagara Falls tour. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly, allowing us to enjoy one of the highlights of our trip without any worries. This hotel combines outstanding facilities with exceptional people who genuinely care about their guests. We highly recommend Le Germain Hotel Toronto Maple Leaf Square and will certainly stay here again when we return to Toronto. Thank you for making our family trip so special.
Hersey çok güzeldi teşekkür ederiz
Amazing hotel. Staff was super friendly, and they even had gifts for my children waiting upon check in. Everything was very clean. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great service, great room and breakfast, great location
Stayed for 6 nights. Friendly staff, comfortable room, and a good location. The hotel could use a bit of updating, and the restaurant downstairs was pretty average. Overall, a solid stay with no major complaints.
The location is amazing. Staff was friendly Rooms were very nice
Little pricey
Lovely staff are very helpful and the location is excellent. Breakfast was tasty. We are used to city traffic but our room was noisy. Earplugs are provided and they do help and we enjoyed our visit enormously
Le Germain Maple Square is an excellent facility within walking distance of Scotiabank Arena, Union Station, Rogers Centre (ballpark), Ripley's Aquarium, and the CN Tower. All of their staff are friendly and professional.

Was at the hotel for a staycation with my Mum to celebrate my birthday. The staff team was very friendly and helpful at every point during our stay. Information was easily accessible and helpful. The bed and bedding were comfortable. I love the mini bar options and room service was excellent 👌🏽 👏🏼 A special shout out to Alvin and Alex from the room service team who were very attentive, detailed and went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner wonderful. Thank you to the valet, housekeeping and front desk teams for being very friendly and professional. Le Germain Hotels will always have my heart ❤️ I will be back most certainly.
There was no assistance available for our luggage at check in. This is different from the experience I had in Ottawa.
Close to all the amenities we needed.
Everything was great. Perfect access to E1leven Restaurant and Scotiabank for Leaf's game. Rooms were very nice, bed was super comfy, everything was great.
Nothing.
Location and staff at front desk
Paid $550 for a room, nowhere stayed that parking was extra, rather it states it has onsite parking for guests. I even called the hotel to enquire about the parking an no cost was mentioned. When exiting the underground parking I was surprised to find out I had to pay an additional $55 for parking one night. Parking for events is $25, and I’m a paid guest of the hotel
Location and room decor
Pillows were too soft and cheap
Super close to events, convenient location, helpful staff (especially for someone inexperienced with the area) and I felt safe.

Location is Key. Waking distance from everything my family and I were. Room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff and service were outstanding.
I have no complaints to mention.
Great location and staff were fantastic.
Having to leave a card in to turn on any lights. It was ridiculous
The location was perfect for us to take the train across the country the next day! The property was well appointed and super helpful staff!
Nothing. It couldn’t have been more perfect

Location is incredible. So comfortable! Room service was lovely. Gorgeous amenities .
Not a thing
This hotel is a sleek, updated property in the heart of downtown Toronto, right next door to Scotiabank Arena, where the Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors play. We stayed there because we went to a Raptors game and it is the closest hotel. The service was excellent, very friendly and responsive. I forgot my phone charger and the front desk attendant told me that there was a charger in the minibar, but as long as I left it there after using it I would not be charged (no pun intended :-) ). Very helpful! One thing I loved about the hotel was that a magnified mirror inset was built into the regular bathroom mirror for makeup, this was super handy. Only quibble was that the room was dark, both in terms of décor and insufficient lighting. I worked in the hotel lobby instead, which was fine and dandy. Great bedding. Starbucks one block away. All good!
Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. I loved the cleaning products (Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash). The closeness to Scotia Bank Center is fantastic. Having Longos grocerie attached is very convienient and I love that Starbucks is right there!
I has no issues with the hotel.
Loved that you could access SBA without going outside. Absolutely love having longos in same building. We grabbed hot food and cold beer and enjoyed relaxing! Valet parking was great!
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!
Quiet, location perfect for Go trap and CN tower
De k bed is too hot - need alternative light weight blanket
Great location right by Union station, Excellent staff, very clean and lovely room.
Very noisy for awhile after the basketball game next door finished... but it did quiet down later. Otherwise a perfect choice.
WOW!!!! This hotel is amazing!!! I originally thought I was booking this location for an upcoming concert I was attending and found out last minute it was for another location. I called Le Germain Mercer and asked if I could transfer the booking to Maple Leaf Square location. They were so helpful and managed to do just that for me! I was so happy, the lady I spoke to on the phone was so kind and genuine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! Once I got to the right location, the experience was sensational! The staff was very helpful and friendly, from the valet to the housekeeping staff......perfect!!! Le Germain Hotel - Maple Leaf Square is impeccable with decor, layout and style! Our room was so clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need in within a small walk without having to step foot outside. There is a grocery store, LCBO, bank and restaurant(s) right there. This alone was a great experience. We walked indoors to the concert to enjoy a night of Stevie Nicks (she is on my bucket list of concerts and did not disappoint). After the concert we went to the lobby bar at the hotel and the staff there were superb and friendly. The bed.....OMG! It was so comfortable...like sleeping on a cloud! They also offer late check out, so we took advantage and stayed in our comfy bed a little longer! All in all, this was the weekend of a lifetime and it all started with Le Germain!!! Please don't hesitate to book either location if you are in Toronto! You will not be disappointed...I promise!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Le Germain was an absolute delight to stay at! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better — everything is right there: grocery stores, the LCBO, Toronto gear shops, and a great restaurants and bar on-site. We were even upgraded for free, which made our stay extra special! I loved everything about it. It’s also perfect for elders and seniors — you can access Scotiabank Arena easily through Maple Leaf Square, either indoors or outdoors through the main doors, making it super convenient and comfortable in any weather.
Everything: Stuff , service, customer service.
If you’re going to a sporting event or concert, the location is undeniably exceptional. You’re connected to the underground and Union Station. If you have to fly to Pearson airport no problem you use the UP Express tor $12.35. You hungry you can find places right out the front door Real Sports Bar (better reserve).
I like my room below 20°. We are unable to do that. The shower pressure was not very strong, especially if using the rain shower feature. Breakfast was just ok.
I rarely give a 5 star review but this hotel is one of them. From the day I called the hotel directly to make the reservation to the week later when I called back to order a cot for the room. To the most friendly guy (I think his name was Ari) who held the door for us and remembered us at each in and out. The Valet Driver, the woman who checked us in, the staff we passed in the hallways, the breakfast Restaurant staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you. We visited the hotel for one night for a Toronto Maple Leaf Game and were pleasantly surprised the arena was right next door to the hotel. Our room was perfect. Two beds and a nice roll away bed (cot) set up. We requested a microwave in the room and it was already set up ready for us. Very clean room. Only one complaint the Restaurant didn't open until 8am on a weekend morning so there was nowhere to get a coffee/tea for early risers. I was directed underground/elevator ride down to a Starbucks however not ideal as it would be so beneficial to be able to have a quick coffee/tea machine in the lobby for the price of this hotel. Yes there is a machine in the room but when the rest of your party is still sleeping it's nice to get out of the room and let them sleep. Would I return to this hotel??? Yes for sure. Go Leafs Go. Go Jays Go!
A lovely room (The Classic)... spacious, well laid out, dark and quiet. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and we enjoyed excellent sleep. We stayed two nights. When I pointed out there was an extra charge (mini-bar item we did not use), they immediately refunded the amount which I appreciated. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. First time here and we will be back!
The room was ready before the 3pm check-in time so I was able to get my key early. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV and eating area was very large. Overall, I liked this room very much.
Clean room and staff was helpful and friendly.
Location and staff were tremendous. There was nothing negative about our stay. I will book again next time I’m in Toronto.
The luggage lockers for leaving the luggage after checkout was an incredible service!
Breakfast was expensive and not good
