Great location for an early morning flight and surprisingly good food for a hotel restaurant.

My first room the AC didn't work. I was moved to another room wherein the shower wasn't clean. There was a giant goblin of hair stuck to the wall and the lighting in the shower area was prison-like. I was too exhausted at that point to bother changing rooms again. I skipped the shower, checked the bedding was clean and just went to sleep

Everything went well... the room I was issued was very nice and clean and was overlooking the city which was very beautiful and bright. Got to see the full moon early one morning.

No one to help with luggage. I’m 88 and a little help would have been appreciated. Restaurant staff and shuttle driver were so nice.

Side door entrance did not allowed us to use, so we have to go to the front door.

1: There was a very unpleasant odor in the front of the lobby when I arrived. 2: I was given a room that was already occupied. When I approached the door I saw a do not disturb sign on the door. I thought perhaps the cleaning staff had simply forgotten to remove it, but upon unlocking and opening the door, I saw someone’s toiletries and clothing in the bathroom area. I immediately closed the door and returned to the front desk, telling them that this room was occupied. The person at the desk check the computer and said no had been checked into that room. I assured her someone was there. I was given a room on the 15th floor with access to the Sheraton Club which I had no interest in going to. There was a repetitive squealing in the hallway, I assumed from the cooling system. This made it rather difficult to sleep. I didn’t mention this to the staff because I was tired and didn’t want to have to move to another room. I was offered two complimentary breakfast passes by the manager as compensation, of which I had no use for since I was leaving the hotel at 4:45AM to catch an early flight. No other compensation was offered. I told the front desk person, seeing the hotel had new owners, that I had been staying here for years anytime I had an early flight and had never had an experience like this.

The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. I liked the room's table/banquette and the cabinetry near the sink. As an airport hotel, its location was the main reason we stayed there for the final night of our trip. I would consider it for a future stay, but would look for something more appealing first.

There were plenty of paper signs around the building that the hotel is under new ownership, so perhaps good things are coming? For now, the decor is very dark and drab--lots of black throughout the room and property, and not enough light.

Right next to airport - and they had a shuttle with friendly driver. Slept well and didn't hear airport noise. Very clean.

No breakfast buffet or even coffee/tea. Have to order from restaurant downstairs. I just went to the airport to eat.

The fact that im already paying almost $300 for the two nights, on too of that i have to pay for parking $15 a night plus $10 a night for wifi?? Thats ridiculous

The bed was very comfortable so were the pillows. The shuttle service to the airport and the driver were excellent.

You couldn't adjust the shower head and the pressure was almost non-existent. The snack bar downstairs had little to no selection. Only one elevator was working and according to the shuttle driver it has been down for quite a while.

There was black mold in the shower's tile walls, between the tile grout. All other parts were very clean

Beds were hard, and the breakfast was horrible.. the floors were sticky in the dining room.

Positief: het bed was uitstekend en de airport shuttle service was top. Kamer was ruim, maar met twee enorme bedden totaal niet efficient of cozy als je alleen reist.

Helaas viel mijn verblijf tegen voor een hotel van dit niveau. Douche: verouderd, de knop zat los en er kwam nauwelijks water uit. Na een lange reis is een goede douche toch wel het minste wat je verwacht. Hotel & sfeer: weinig charme of warmte en een sterke geur van tapijt/deodorizer. Ik verwacht geen boutique hotel naast een luchthaven, maar het voelde erg kil. Service: het personeel leek vooral bezig met schoonmaak en andere werkzaamheden, en minder met de gasten. Zwembad: ik wilde ’s ochtends zwemmen, maar moest bijna een uur wachten vanwege schoonmaak. Toen ik uiteindelijk kon zwemmen, zag ik met mijn zwembril hoe vies het water was en ben ik er direct weer uitgegaan. Prijs/voorzieningen: voor ongeveer €130 per nacht vind ik het vreemd dat zowel een eenvoudig ontbijt als WiFi niet inbegrepen zijn. Dat past wat mij betreft niet bij de naam en het niveau van Sheraton.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room that was given to us was too hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. Couldn't even crack the window open to air out the room.

Easy check in. Spacious rooms & parking onsite included. Everyone was friendly.

Unless you lay on the bed, there is no comfortable chairs to sit and watch tv, ok for eating at a table that goes up and down but I would rather have a comfortable chair or 2 to sit in.

One of the elevators was broken, my room was not properly clean, the carpet was not vacuumed, the door did not have a latch. I reported it, they offered a complementary breakfast, I explained that I had already bought it along with my reservation and she just put away the little tickets that she was offering. Since I was very tired I just went back to the room and fall asleep. The following morning when I was getting ready, I noticed that the trash bins had trash from the previous guests. At checkout my husband mentioned all of it to the front desk personnel, she just took a note of it and apologized. Also I asked for my points and I was told that since I booked through a third party, they would not grant my points ☹️

Entre deux nuits, la femme de chambre a juste déposé des serviettes sans faire le lit et donner un coup. C’est regrettable de devoir payer la wifi alors que dans des établissements bas de gamme le wifi est toujours compris. Le petit déjeuner offert c’est juste deux tartines si on veut plus c’est 14$.

The location very close to airport which was our main reason of visit. There was some water on the bathroom? But overall we like the hotel and recommend it

I booked a last minute night at the hotel as I had an early flight out the next day. I was charged for two nights - not the night I stayed, but the night I left and the night after that. Four phone calls (two to the hotel and two to Titanium support. And, still no resolution. It seems like every time I stay at this hotel something goes wrong. Just forget staying there. It's not worth the time or effort to get issues resolved.

There were no door hangers for "do not disturb" so I wasn't able to decline someone coming into the room but there was a a safe available. During my 3 days there only one of the elevators works. There were lots of weeds in the parking lot but on my last day it looked as if someone was beginning to work on the grounds. We had drinks in our conference room but they ran out of pepsi and only had diet. Also, my shower, as well as others that I could hear, made a large pounding noise in the pipes when in use. It was quite loud and I'm sure I disturbed others when I got up early. There was a fire drill on my first morning there. I left my room before 8am so I didn't receive the notice about it until I returned at the end of the day. That seems like the sort of thing we should have been informed of on arrival the night before or at a minimum they should have come by our meeting room ahead of time and told us about it. Overall, only having a single elevator was the biggest challenge.

Easy stop if you have a late flight to ABQ and want to rest before a road trip or out-of-town plans. We stayed here before driving to Santa Fe. It's super close to the airport and also has shuttles if you're not picking up a rental car. Check in was easy and the staff seemed to manage incoming groups well. There is also free parking. If you want late-night food, you can order or pick it up from the restaurants around. Nothing fancy, but you definitely have some options without traveling more than 1 mile. The rooms are newly renovated and very spacious. It's comfortable and generally clean. I'd still wear slippers in the room, but the bedding and surfaces all seemed to be cleaned well. It looks modern and worth the price point if you're trying to avoid motels but not looking for a resort-style stay. This is a good middle ground benchmark.

The bar onsite was standard, with inflated prices as you' expect for the convenience and average drinks.

The room was spacious and of high quality materials. It looked very elegant compared to others we stayed in lately. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and suggested we return the rental car that night instead of waiting to the next morning, and the hotel shuttle would pick us up and bring us back. That worked flawlessly and took one issue off our plate. The shuttle drivers were also very helpful. The location was right at the airport.

We were only there for a short night before a 5am flight, and we didn’t note any negatives.

The previous negative reviews don’t align with our experience. The place looks like it’s been updated and freshened since we last stayed a few years ago. Everything looked and smelled clean and nice. Beds were comfy and room spacious. The staff were great! Yes, you do have to pay for parking but it’s secured (which is reassuring in a high crime city like ABQ). The price was very reasonable although breakfast not included.

I was unaware that there was a parking fee of $ 14.99. I was not a happy camper with this additional charge.

En el anuncio decía desayuno incluido no lo estaba, corrijan eso, si si ofrece algo debe darse,. Luego fue triste la piscina estaba realmente sucia no entiendo como no se le puede dar mantenimiento a una piscina, fue triste y decepcionante.

Pool is disgustingly dirty need to scrub the floor. Bar isn’t open till later in the day. Should be able to buy drinks while poolside. Market selection is poor.
