I liked the location the room was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast. What I liked best was Jennifer. She was very pleasant and made our stay very comfortable. An excellent employee

The staff was amazing!! Friendly polite, helpful with food locations and very cheerful!

Very nice, great breakfast.

All was good

Most of everything was good.

The noise the management allows for the kids to make after hours like yelling and running up and down the hallways. Beds are uncomfortably hard or too firm.

Proximity to airport, beds were fair, room was clean

Hotel is dated, elevators at hot, it was messy from people playing in the pool

AC unit was so noisy in the room -could not sleep

AC unit extremely noisy in room. Could not sleep!

Overall all a great hotel. Clean and friendly staff.

Elevator was super hot, but not sure if they were working on something.

Comfortable and clean.

Good customer service

Location

Dry nice beds of the proper height for people under 6 ft height! Nice breakfast as well and close to I25

Only one restaurant within close proximity and it was expu

Excellent room, comfortable bed, close to everything!

The parking was a little crowded.

The breakfast was ok

The entire hotel smelled nasty and the elevators were atrocious

Very quiet and secluded! I love that it was away from everything!

Everything was great! Just conditioner in bathroom was missing.

It was clean, the rooms were clean, breakfast had a wide variety. Check in and out was easy. Location was pretty easy to find, and close to restaurants.

There was only one working elevator and it would consistently skip floor 2. We waited for almost 10 mins to get downstairs. The one working elevator though had zero A/C, and smelled so bad inside. It was in the mid 90°s, and the elevator The beds were clean but the mattress and pillows were not comfortable. The springs in the mattress could be felt while sleeping through the mattress

The hotel was close to the highway and the room was very clean.

The website indicated there was EV charging; however, it was misleading because you needed an app to charge and the charging was not part of the hotel amenities.

Friendly staff.

Noisy AC. Hallways and elevator were very hot and humid.

Nice variety of breakfast food.

Nothing

Everything: 1. Both Elevators were like Oven- so much of hot air with bad smell of oil. 2. Bathtub was so small that even a kid would fall early if he turns while bathing. 3. Taps quality is very old type. Felt cheap. 4. No Juices at breakfast- not even one juice. 5. I paid $120 for one night - its too high for the low quality services.

Very clean. Good breakfast

Order when first walked in. Did let me bring my water yo the pool

Everything was very clean, and breakfast was good, and I loved the room cause it has to mirrors.

There was nothing that i didnt like.

We were very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel. Service, cleanliness, comfort, and location were great! Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing of concern was how hot their elevators were, which were uncomfortable, but would not keep us from staying there again.

did not have the breakfast, But the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast at a Hampton Inn is always good. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Location to airport

The noise of air conditioner and the sound of what was as if an engine running it was from the hotel not the cars

HABITACIONES EN BUEN ESTADO, LAS CAMAS COMODAS. EL DESAYUNO NORMAL. EN GENERAL BIEN, RELACION PRECIO/CALIDAD BUENA. EL GIMNASIO MUY COMPLETO.

QUE NO HABIA LECHE EN LA TIENDA DEL LOBBY.

Excellent Service. Very clean rooms and hotel. All the nice little touches were done from a welcome message on my TV when I entered the room, to a text to see if I needed anything once I checked in. Front Desk personnel always stopped to ask if they could do anything for me. Breakfast was wonderful and the kind lady working there was absolutely fantastic

I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons in my time, and they're usually hit or miss. The Hampton Inn and Suites ABQ Airport is a hit. "It's all good" as they say. Seemed new and very clean, wonderful employees, great location near the airport, comp coffee and tea in the lobby around the clock. Good show, folks!

Nice Hotel. It appears newer. Room was a little smaller than most Hampton inns but totally adequate. They appeared to have a lot of amenities. The reason for the 3 stars was not the hotel but the young lady who checked us in was totally rude.

Nothing that stood out that was above expectations

Carpet exiting elevators and in the hallways were filthy. The room was fine

The place was clean. Room was spacious. Only 5 minute drive to airport pickup and dropoff.

When we called to be picked up by the shuttle, we were put on hold for a few minutes, then the front desk person said the wait would be 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we called again. She said the driver was delayed because she had to go get gas. When the driver finally arrived she said the front desk person had not given her our first request for pickup. When we arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk for at least 5 minutes. When we came down the next morning to catch the shuttle, again no one was at the front desk. Staffing of front desk appears to be inadequate.

Convenient location, friendly and efficient staff

Clean room!

We stayed twice during our recent trip - 5 nights in total. Free parking was plus. Room was a good size and well designed. We had room with sofa bed during one stay and with armchair on another occasion. Staff was friendly, and a little shop prices were reasonable (for example $1 bottles of water). Breakfast was good on weekdays and worse on weekends. Shuttle to airport was free, but note that it operates till 22:00 only. You have to request housekeeping even though notice in the bathroom says that they do it every second day.

I was treated amazingly by the desk clerk as well as all the other staff, accommodations were made for my wife's police K9 which she had traveling with us. The airport was very close and there is a very good restaurant just up the hill. Hotel was exceptionally clean.

friendly staff at check in convenience to airport

Left before breakfast was served. We were close to the interstate heading to Arkansas.

The noisy nextdoor neighbor's disrupted our puppy & our sleep.

Great place to stay with shuttle to airport and even picked us up from the car rental center when we turned in our rental.

Friendly staff and super accommodating.

Location. Nice staff, clean room

Hot tub was out of order and had brown water due to chemicals being added Lamp had two burnt out lightbulbs so i had to have them replaced

Ths Room.. Family and I love the spacious room. Breakfast is always great. Our children love the pool. But the pool's surrounding had water accumulated.

Just the pool.
