Did not eat breakfast and I thought there was a kitchen to order food. Ended up eating out for dinner. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable.

Female front desk agent did not tell manager to pick me up at train station. Native did not tell me where to wait. The station was ugly, old, unsafe and security kicked me out. He waited at the Amtrak for twenty minutes and left. I wanted a ride to Old Town at 12:30pm and she said she would drive me at 2:00pm. She took a woman to airport and said to wait. I said take me to airport with her. She did not tell driver to pick me up at Smiths he told me I did not call when I did. She wasted one half hours and my flight was at 6:10pm. I sat from 2:30pm until 6:58pm doing nothing. She was prejudice as I traveled alone and I am hispanic. She is native and I get this alot from native women. Prejudice is not a place for working in hospitality.

The ceiling and walls are so loud anytime anyone walks, you are completely unable to sleep because the cracking and banging sounds wake you up and it sounds like the roof above is going to fall. The beds are also very noisy anytime you move and they are hard as a rock to sleep on. The bathroom fans and a/c system is so loud when it turns on that it is impossible to get any rest as that jolts you awake too. This hotel reminded me of when I tried to sleep in a combat zone.

The hotel stunk! I was in a mobility/handicap non-smoking room and it probably had been smoked in for the last 20 years, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor through the drain pan and I had to request extra towels to mop up the floor that was leaking in a handicapped bathroom, that was dangerous! My walker wouldn’t go over the transition piece from tiled entry to bedroom area because it was so high. The room could possibly have mold due to the water leaking all over the place. The door to our room did not close, which I believe is a fire code violation, fire barrier failure. The staff was as nice as they could be, but the hotel was filthy and disgusting. A curly hair was stuck to the paint in the bathroom and a pile of gross dirt behind the bathroom door. None of the trash cans have liners in them, and they were filthy too. We had already arrived late, we just had to sleep. We got up as early as I could so we could leave.

My 8 year-old and I stayed 1 Tuesday night when our flight was canceled, and I booked over the phone when they answered quickly and confirmed (1) free airport shuttle service (you could probably walk it in 12min, but it was hot), and (2) the outdoor pool was open. Rafael arranged pick-up that came in under 5min and was again very helpful during check-in -- you want this guy on your front lines for his efficient competence and friendly service. Sweet Valentina chauffeured us again to the airport so we could see departing family, and then we returned to enjoy the fabulous pool and hot tub. The temp was perfect, fresh pool towels were replenished regularly, and there was shade beneath the large pine trees. For dinner & desert, we simply walked across the parking lot to Perico's NM food and the fantastic Pelateria ice cream shop. We returned to the pool which was open until 10pm! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, a/c worked well, and my stash of frozen red chili was kept cool in the spacious mini fridge. There was also a microwave and lots of DirectTV channels, and I love that the hotel shampoo/lotion/etc were big bottles with pumps. A bag breakfast of an apple, granola bar, and juice were provided when we left at 4:15pm to make our 5:30am departure. Elija at reception was cheerful at that early hour, and the driver (with blue hair) stepped in to lift my heavy suitcase from the minivan (the shuttle is a white minivan with captain seats). This Best Western is a terrific value with stand-out service. I would return for just the pool, staff helpfulness and agua frescas from that Pelateria ice cream shop (also, my kid loved the lobby Dippin Dots).

Excellent breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff! Pet friendly room was very clean, loved the laminate flooring! Breakfast hours (6-10) were perfect for all of us! Enjoyed pool & spa!

Room was clean and large. The location was near the airport and the free shuttle to/from the airport and car rental made this a perfect location. The price was very reasonable.

The staff were all really great. The location wasn't bad, the breakfast was decent-bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles, etc. The social hour with nachos and soda was a nice little extra. The room was a good size.

Our air didn't work for the first few hours, but the staff were very nice and accommodating and were able to get it fixed. The pool area was lacking a bit. The beds were incredibly hard and there is no elevator.

Room smelled musty, dirty. Shady people coming in and out. We checked out immediately, didn't even take in our luggage. Stayed at a much nicer place in town. Guy behind the counter was very fidgety, paying more attention to the world cup game than to us. He was very nervous, as Mexico, the team he placed a $1200.00 bet on, was losing. Very unprofessional.

It was a great location central to the things I wanted to do! There were eating locations and other conveniences within walking distance. The breakfast was very good (the chorizo sausage was a nice out of the ordinary touch!) had a pretty decent sized fridge in the room perfect for storing some waters and a couple of other things; the staff was really nice and the airport shuttle in the morning was super easy and convenient!

He explained everything, the room was so nice, and he even called after I checked in to make sure everything was okay. He totally deserves credit! Everything about this property is always easy and convenient. Staff is very helpful and friendly including the employees that do morning breakfast. Employees are respectful of your property while cleaning the rooms. Always clean and sanitized when you walk in the rooms. Location is perfect for any where you want to go. Many restaurants, fast foods, coffee nearby. Each time we stay it is always a good experience. Definitely recommend.

staff was great and friendly. the room cleanliness was good and the beds comfortable. hot tub was nice and soothing. a short walk from a few nice restaurants was good.

noisy, like really noisy. the air conditioner sounded like a fork trapped in a garbage disposal. didn't sleep all night, right before a day of plane travel. could hear people in other rooms getting ready at 4am. i think there was a washing machine nearby that sounded like a thousand crickets, about once an hour.

Friendliest hotel/motel group of people I have dealt with. , especially shuttle driver, night clerk, morning clerk. Room was first rate, excellent breakfast.

The only (minor) detail was that in the breakfast area there was a light shining on our table through a ceiling fan, creating an unpleasant flickering. Easy fix at next remodel!

There wasn't much I liked about this hotel.

Where do I start? The air-conditioner sounded like a jet engine everytime it turned on. Woke me up constantly. It also needed a good clean, it was full of mould and it made the room stink. It's located too far away from anything. I had to listen to the family in the adjoining room praise their young son's toilet triumph at the tops of their voices at 6am. There is no lift, the breakfast is terrible. It was probably the most unpleasant stay I have ever had whilst travelling. The whole hotel is desperately in need of a massive update.

The hotel was very accommodating, picking ups up with their shuttle at the airport when we turned in our rental car. The shuttle also brought us to a restaurant of our choice and picked us up. This was great. it was our last night after a long trip, and we loved not having to drive around Albequerque.

The room was kind of drab with dirty windows, not the most comfortable but ok.
