Location was good. Beds were comfortable but bathroom needs to be cleaned and updated.

The location was excellent and so were the amenities.

The room had damp smell and could be clean, felt as if the room was not thoroughly cleaned for a long time.

On n’est vraiment pas des clients difficiles et on met très rarement de mauvaises notes, mais là… franchement, catastrophe. La chambre n’était pas propre et surtout il y avait une forte odeur de moisi dans la moquette. L’hôtel est clairement vieillissant et aurait besoin d’une franche rénovation. Mais le pire pour nous a été l’accueil. Employée froide, pas un sourire, peu serviable et surtout une attitude vraiment désagréable. On avait presque l’impression de la déranger à chaque fois qu’on posait une question. Peut être parce que l’anglais n’est pas notre langue maternelle ? On était au milieu d’un road trip et on avait besoin de faire une lessive. On demande simplement comment ça fonctionne et si on peut faire de la monnaie. Elle nous explique vite fait, sans même nous dire combien ça coûte alors qu’on demandait justement à changer de l’argent en pièces… Peut-être que nos questions lui semblaient évidentes, mais on avait vraiment l’impression qu’elle se demandait si on était débiles. Bref, service vraiment déplorable. On a finalement préféré aller faire notre lessive ailleurs. L’emplacement n’est pas si mauvais… mais l’hôtel est juste à côté d’une route avec énormément de circulation, donc pas toujours simple pour entrer ou sortir. Après, j’imagine que c’est pareil pour les autres hôtels du coin. On avait réservé 3 nuits, on est partis après la première. Première fois qu’on fait ça ! Alors oui la nuit n’est vraiment pas chère. Mais même à ce prix, c’est encore trop cher pour ce que c’est. On a fait beaucoup de motels et d’hôtels 2 étoiles pendant nos road trips aux USA, parfois très simples et pas chers… mais on a toujours eu le minimum. Ici le minimum n’y est pas. L’hôtel a besoin d’une grosse rénovation et l’accueil devrait clairement être revu aussi. On s’est fait avoir par les bonnes notes sur Booking et Google… ne faites pas la même erreur !

We had to be moved to another room due to non or the lights working in the first room. Then the next room had a clogged tub and sink. They got it fixed quickly though.

Hosts were kind and helpful. The hotel, room, pool, and property were clean and well maintained. It is located right in the middle of everything though we did find driving to attractions easier than walking.

Breakfast area was clean, the food was warm, but we didn’t enjoy the taste quality of the food.

Everything was great ! The food variety could be changed a bit. Some people ( my wife included ) do not like sausage. They (she) are bacon people. I like it all. Just throw in A LITTLE BACON AND WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

It was clean and close to a lot of things. There’s a dunken right next door so that was a plus. They had breakfast every morning. I wish there would have been more options to pick from

The washers and dryers are out dated. It took me 3 hours to dry 3 small loads of laundry. The rooms were clean but very small. Definitely not big enough for 4 suitcases because we had 4 people in our room. We liked having an indoor pool but it was so hot in there from being heated and the water was cloudy and had so much treatment stuff in it that it made me itch.

Out dated and our drain pipe under the kitchen sink was laying in the floor next to a 5 gallon bucket for the water to drain so you had to be sparring with the water usage or else the bucket would overflow

Not that I did t like the staff. Never smiled one time even with eye contact. Gave me directions and room card.nothing else. They were like robots. Met one in hall way and one on elevator. Not one friendly gesture or a smile, not even when I smiled. But that's ok. Maybe they were having a bad day.

We liked the complimentary breakfast and location.

The pool is area is so hot and humid. It is miserable sitting in a chair to watch the kids.

The pillows were hard as a brick. The breakfast was ok, I wasn't a fan of the powder eggs.

The rooms were clean. We had a leaky air conditioner in one of the rooms but they quickly resolved the situation by moving my daughter and her friends to another room.

Need slip resistance pads or tub stickers! Whom ever used room before us probably used lotion after a shower and I slipped while showering almost fell but did jam and bruise big toe!

It had black mold in the bathroom and the TV didn't work, it looked like the whole room needed to be updated and cleaned. Also no fan in the bathroom or towel bars. One of the beds was like a brick.

Breakfast was good. Spacious areas for breakfast and a very good breakfast. Staff kept the premisses very clean.

The evening staff was not very pleasant. Especially the guy with longer hair/braids. The hallways need a refresh especially the carpet. It is clean for an older establisment.

Waffle makers were awful. Was only offered 1 option for fruit with the continental breakfast. I even asked for a banana was told " today we are serving apples. I am unable to eat apples, due to fragile and brittle teeth.

we don't travel as much anymore not big deal but don't like being asked to buy extra service or travel seminars while on vacation!

The room, bed and breakfast were all satisfactory. Welive in a world where most everything is too expensive. Your place is not anymore so than anywhere else. It just is what it is.

Close to everything

The staff at check in was very helpful at explaining how to get to my room. The breakfast area and food were very nice. The lady at check out (I didn’t catch her name) but she was the nicest person I have ever encountered at a hotel stay. She was so very sweet and I truly wish I had gotten her name.

There was a smell in the hotel I think it was just an aged smell. There were some dried boogers on the wall next to one of our beds. When I checked out our beds for bedbugs (which I normally do) I was pleased to see there were no signs of bugs, but on one of our beds the mattress protector was dirty. It looked as if someone had wiped their hands with food off on it and I know it wasn’t my family because we got there late and did not eat in the room at all. ** I would like to add that the hotel did not have an opportunity to make this right because we were so exhausted from our travels that we did not inform them of these issues.

Room was good and clean. Breakfast was also good. Sammie is a bright spot and a reason to stay at this hotel, she is very helpful and friendly. Feels like you are talking to family any time you pass her desk.

Good location will probably stay here again. The lady I the lobby wasn't very nice when I asked her about one of the Dinner Shows she responded that if my husband wasn't with me she couldn't help me!! Im sorry lady, this trip was a trip im remembrance of my mom that had passed, so up yours. If and when we do come back we will not be needing any assistance from that company for sure!!!

I COULD HAVE FIXED IF I HAD SPOKEN UP , BUT THE WALK TO OUR ROOM WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I EXPECTED FOR A 70 YEAR OLD

The Jacuzzi that was in my room was amazing. The indoor pool that they have was also phenomenal. The staff have a great attitude in willing to help with anything you need.

I liked everything about this hotel.

Clean tidy convienient and affordable! Within walking distance of everything in pigeon forge. We even went down to gatlinburg. Titanic museums within walking distance. The locsl goat next door is a great place to eat. People are sooo kind in the whole area. People stay way back when you are crossing the crosswalks.

the room was wonderful and so was the beds nice and soft the pillows were like heaven. The pool was awesome as well. Maintenance was helpful and quick when i said the light was flickering in the bathroom.
