The facilities are excellent and very clean. However, the lady who assisted us with check-in treated us very poorly. Everything was fine when we arrived, until I spoke to my husband in Spanish to ask him for the vehicle’s license plate number. From that moment on, her attitude toward us completely changed. She became very arrogant and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.

The room was very clean. It had a very comfortable feel because of the suite with a couch, and a kitchenette. Breakfast had a very good selection. Would stay there again. And, I did recommend it to a freind.

I liked the location. I enjoyed the breakfast. The ease of checking out.

The customer service could be better. There was no way to determine the channels on the TV. I had issues controlling the temperature of the room as well.

We love to stay here everytime we come to pigeon forge! All the staff is always great every stay!

There wasn’t much room to sit and eat breakfast. We tried at different times each morning and never found a time to be able to sit down. Also parking lot is on the small side. We always had a spot coming in late at night but it was close a few nights

Excellent Location.. terrible if you are on the opposite side of the street you have to U-turn to get into the property, other then that close to everything!

The room smelled damp, like maybe no ventilation to let moisture out?? The room was clean, water pressure in the shower was low but it is about the same in any hotel, but seemed it took forever to get heat to it. Breakfast was terrible.. I tried the eggs,sausage, bagels and the biscuit and gravy.. all gross..kids said the waffles were good. Besides these things, I wouldn’t eat their breakfast but I would totally stay there again.

TV did not work when we arrived but was fixed. Hairdryer did not work, could not get cold or cool water in the shower as the handle was broken. Hot showers became scalding hot in seconds. Breakfast was ok. Hallways really warm and muggy. Elevators smelled of vinegar. Room was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the strip.

Bathroom had garbage behind the door (a woman’s feminine products)in the floor and hair in the shower I asked the person at front desk to send someone to clean it he cursed at me and said he was the only one working he would try to get to it I asked if he wanted to refund me in cash and I would be glad to go to a different motel he continued to be rude and I left the property

The staff was amazing gave us early check in at no additional cost and loved our sweet puppy we brought with us.

The Toilet was way to low to the ground and loose just needs updated. And some spa tubs in the r rooms would be a great addition to the hotel

The location was Awesome on a main street, but tucked away . The breakfast was free so need to complain, it was the same everyday. Coffee was Great and free all day. Pool was small,but clean and inviting.

If you come with a dog you're all on the same floor. I am use to dogs barking doesn't bother me too much.They asked me was my dog under 30lbs.I said yes but I could tell when we 1st walked in the room the dog next door was huge.The bark was loud and the bark could be heard loudly anytime the dog barked. And the room smell like a dog room but I always come with disinfect spray and air freshener.

The staff didn't care and it wasn't that clean there were bugs there and they don't come and give you anything while you're there. The TV doesn't work the wifi sucks. The pool wasn't ready after I said if it was and they said yes. It's cheap for a reason.

The temp control knob for shower would not stay at one spot and shower would burn you. Got there late the 1st night, and when we got in there the tv did not work, but they did fix the next day!

Believe it or not the beds were so comfortable. Usually when I get out of bed, I’m stiff and it takes time to get moving, but I didn’t have to much of an issue getting up and going. Also, I’d like to say the walk in showers were amazing.

Loved our room, had a nice view of the mountains. Everyone we interacted with at the front was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Had so much fun we extended our stay. Will definitely stay here again

The location was great! Pool was small, but nice. The rooms were spacious and beds weren’t horrible. A little on the firm side but not horrible. The staff members at the front desk were pleasant and helpful when we needed anything and of course while checking in and out. I will say the room needed some updating but for the price, location, and cleanliness you can’t beat it.

The elevator almost always smelled of marijuana. I know this is semi out of hotels staffs control. But mentioning because I feel like it might be a frequent thing.

The breakfast was so good they had so many options. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy grits oatmeal bagels toast waffles muffins juice coffee was really satisfied with it.

The front desk service could have been a little nicer. Had to actually speak with the lady at the front desk because she was rude to us from the moment that we checked in and after my family booked four rooms and travel 10 hours to get there it was very upsetting and it continued the next day as well until I spoke to her and told her she was being quite abrasive and rude.

Clean rooms and pool, the price was great, and the biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffle makers, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, etc were great for breakfast. Coffee all day in the lobby. Straight shot to Gatlinburg, about 15 mins or less, and Dollywood was about 5 mins. Lots of attractions and great restaurants everywhere, including grocery stores. I liked having a countertop with sink and cabinets in the king size room, and the mini fridge was cold enough to keep things frozen on the top shelf. Microwave too! Loved everything!

the entrance is not the best and at check in the lady was very rude and the beds are very small to be queen size and the mattresses could be a little more comfortable!

I don't remember his name but the gentleman at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. The people in front of me definitely kept him on his toes and his positive attitude never faltered

The room was big and spacious, nice bathroom. Desk clerk was nice, friendly employees. Location was good. Plenty of parking, had a nice pool. The hotel it's self was clean and nice.

The beds we're awful, made my back and body hurt, and the beds were hard. The bathroom had some dirt in the corner and a black hand printed on the door. The hair dryer didn't work. I had to get another one. Breakfast was kinda good. Wasn't able to keep fresh food going. Biscuits were hard and not fresh. No butter to put on toast, had to ask.

The breakfast room was in a space that used to be a hotel room on the third floor and was converted by dividing it into a buffet in one half and seating in the other half. It was very crowded and difficult sometimes to serve yourself due to the crowded space.
