The breakfast was delicious. It would be nice if you altered different items on different days. Like bacon one day sausage the next. Fried potatoes, pancakes, or toast, muffins, etc.

Very clean. King room was a lot bigger than expected. Bed was comfortable and the pools and hot tub were amazingly warm.

Great location. Free breakfast was a plus. The rooms are nice, especially ones with river view. But the best thing about the stay is the friendly staff. Check in was so easy and the staff was great!

It was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of room.

Loved the pool and lazy river. Patio overlooking the river is beautiful and relaxing. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location is excellent. Jay checked us in when we arrived and he was very nice and helpful.

The square footage of the rooms and the pools was so nice. Staff was amazing, even if we had an issue through a booking site and about to pull their hair out.

The outside refreshment stand. Things wasn't working and it was just kind of rinky dinky for such a nice place.

Bathtub kept holding water when taking shower, maid didn't clean every few days, we have to track them down to get what we needed

Beds was very firm and not comfortable, the staff was kinda of rude and acted like they didn't want to be there, they say they have a water park but it honestly just a pool with a slide the lazy river unless your a kid u can't fit on the tubs and there was no arcade just a ping pong table

The pool was great with the lazy river and slide. The indoor pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The room was comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was good.

The employee at the front desk on check in was rude and did not listen to my concerns. The cleaning crew were abrupt and we only had our floors cleaned and garbage taken out 3 times all week. Breakfast could have more choices, such as bacon, pancakes, and orange juice. Wish the room had a couch or loveseat so we did not have to sit on the beds

Floor was dirty in bedroom and bathroom. Peanuts on the rug under the bed.

I liked the location, pools, hot tub, room was clean. The person who checked me in and out was friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The staff that was in the pool cabana couldn’t take our order bc she was on FaceTime the whole day. Breakfast was same daily.

Indoor pool area the chlorine smell was too much for me personally I couldn’t stay in that area long

The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast was amazing! The outside area by the creek was very relaxing in the rocking chairs. So peaceful! 😁

We stayed in the Queen Deluxe. The mattress was anything but deluxe. We stayed two nights. The bathroom would be steamy due to lack of air return.

nice 3 star hotel, very clean. i can stay anywhere as long as its clean. Impressed with the pool as well, crystal clear. This is an older hotel as i stayed years ago under another name. they are undergoing some renovations and didn't bother us a bit. i would definitely stay again when traveling to Pigeon Forge. Clean means everything to me!! only drawback would be limited breakfast buffet but i don't eat breakfast anyway. No one else seemed to have an isue with it so i guess i shouldn't either. Lastly great location!

The staff were amazingly friendly and polite. The lobby was beautiful. Our beds were comfortable. They don’t even get cheap bath towels. Would absolutely return with my kids. Breakfast was amazing.

We loved the swimming pool and lazy river. The river view was nice as well. Very large bathroom in our room.

The hotel had a bad smell from the lobby to the room. It just didn’t smell clean. Rooms were outdated. Old carpet everywhere.

The staff right at 10 locked the kitchen food doors and rushed everyone out. They stopped refilling the food and drinks at 930. Kids did not even have milk for the cereal because they would not refill it!

Everything was good, kids loved slides. Bad breakfast - no fruit, no veggies. But staff was very good.

It was very clean and in a great location. The pool was my kids favorite part. If you’re thinking about it, do it you won’t be disappointed!!!

We have stayed here for 3 years in a row now. Rooms are great, outstanding views if you know what rooms to book. The complimentary hot breakfast is better than any hotel 'Ive stayed at in a decade. The whole family loves it and they keep it well stocked. The staff is friendly and it is an easy commute to anywhere in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.The girls beg every day to go to the pool as it is a mini water park in itself.

I usually don't let housekeeping into my room on vacation. The one day I did, they took our towels and replaced them with only enough for 2 people when we clearly had 4 staying in the room. They didn't make the beds.

Love the location, pools, and free breakfast. The beds are very comfortable also. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I would have liked for the side door to close and lock just for security of no one getting into hotel that’s not staying there or working there.

Cleanliness, The indoor pools being open 24/7 , we have stayed here 7 or 8 times in 3 years. It’s the best in pigeon forge and we come to pigeon forge quite often .

I literally can’t think of anything . They made it to where the breakfast had to be purchased but now it comes with the stay. I can’t think of anything I dislike

The cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, lazy river, pools and all are so clean. Walking distance to wax museum, restaurants. Etc. This is my 3rd staying in 3 years.

Breakfast was good, the pool was good, and the bed was comfortable enough.

I have stayed at this resort through booking.com several times now and this is the first time that the staff at check in have told me that the room I booked is not available on the first floor. I always book the same type of room and they have always been able to give me a ground room floor in the past. This time the girl said that the type of room that I booked doesn't start until the 2nd floor. Very unhappy about that and about the noise that we could hear through the door between the rooms where we were forced to stay.

The location is right off of the strip. It was very convenient to get to many attractions, but not feel overwhelming. There were great breakfast options, comfortable beds, and very spacious bathroom. The indoor/outdoor pools and water park were so nice and a lot of fun!

No complaints really, we're very happy with our stay!

Great family friendly place to stay in Pigeon Forge! The Inn was very clean, employees are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is fantastic! The location couldn't be better as it is close to all the attractions. My son loved the pool, lazy river, water slide and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when visiting!

Se me quedó algo en la habitación y en lugar de ayudarme me llamaron mentiroso y me dijieron que como poder saber si era verdad lo q decía, al final dejé las cosas como estaban y decidí q jamás me volveré a quedar en un lugar donde en vez de ayudar a un cliente le llaman mentiroso y protegen al personal que son los únicos q tienen acceso después de que uno entrega la habitación

Very close to attractions and the on site pools inside and outside. The tub was large. Hidden fridge and microwave were nice. Air conditioner worked perfect. TV guide was correct.

Beds were hard. The bathtub was dirty. Had greasy dirt on bottom. Limited complimentary shampoo/soap. Continental breakfast was same everyday.

The location and the outdoor pool set up.

Upon check in, I had to ask the front desk 4 different times to send up the roll away cot that I paid for upon arrival. We checked in around 5pm but didn't get our rollaway cot until well after midnight. I had called the front desk 3 different times asking for the roll away and was told each time there would be one sent up momentarily. The fourth time I walked down to the front desk and asked again what was going on and if they didnt have one to refund me the $50. Staff told me they had just come on for the overnight shift and they were working to figure out what was going on. Finally had the roll away delivered at 12:30am. It was super frustrating after our group drive 13 hours to get there. The bathroom towel situation was a whole other issue. There were plenty of towels upon arrival for three adults staying in one room. The rest of the week, the staff came in and took all of our used towels but never put enough back in the bathroom and we were short. Almost every day I had to ask the front desk for more towels so we could all shower. The first few times they were sent up, the staff threw them in a black bag and set them by the door but never knocked so we had no idea they were out there for quite sometime. About the fourth timeI asked for more towels and requested two sets. Both were delivered and we took one set and hid it in the closet so we didn't have to keep doing this every day. Other than that the rest of the stay was amazing.

The staff were all friendly. The hot breakfast had multiple options from sausage biscuits and gravy to eggs, cinnamon rolls, cereal, waffles, or bagels. Our DJ old loved the pool with the slide.

It is a very nice property. The rooms are clean. The location is great.

Customer service is lacking. When booking pay attention to which building the rooms are in. Especially if you are booking more than one. When the front desk found out I booked through here. They wouldn’t help me at all because it’s 3rd party. Then a few days later we asked where the laundry facilities were and both front desk clerks just shrugged their shoulder and said they didn’t know.
