Very friendly

Közelben rengeteg étterem, üzlet. Metróval könnyen belet jutni a belvárosba. A wifi nagyon jól működött a személyzet segítő kész és kedves volt. Ár érték arányában végül is megfelelő volt.

A szobák nagyon kicsik voltak! Ami nagyon zavart, hogy a szobák nincsenek hangszigetelve, így a szomszédból minden áthallatszott.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und groß genug für 2. Außerdem gab es einen Wasserkocher, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle.

Die Dusche spritzte in alle Richtungen und der Kühlschrank war verdammt kalt eingestellt. Da die Zahlen nicht mehr lesbar waren, konnten wir ihn nicht umstellen.

Easy to move around London!

It was q little hot, but with the fan it was great!

- Tube and Tesco close by - Refrigerator is a big plus even though it was quite broken down it still worked

- the neighborhood might be a bit of shock for newcomers. Would be scared to walk around here alone at night. But I guess this goes for the majority of London - wasn't nearly as clean and neat as in the pictures.

The room was a little bit smaller than expected.

The worst accommodation I could ever get! On booking it says 8.1 score, not this score at all! Unacceptably dirty, bad smell in the room, cracked and extremely dirty walls, urine smell on the carpet. I paid the £15 fee because I was late, nothing to complain about! I entered the room, encountered these problems, there was no way to sleep, and then I left the room. The next morning I came back, I didn't find anyone at the reception and I left the key at the check out faster.

Exceptional stay from start to finish! Fantastic location, incredibly friendly staff, and spotless, comfortable rooms. The service went above and beyond our expectations. 10/10—would definitely stay here again! Big thanks to Mr. Sunny.

The location was great, with shops nearby and, most importantly, the Elizabeth line, which made it very easy to get to central London in less than an hour. The owner was very kind and helpful, giving us clear directions on how to get there and recommending good and affordable restaurants in the area. We also needed to leave our luggage at reception for about an hour while we went to grab something to eat, and he was very understanding and accommodating. The lady taking care of the rooms was also very kind and attentive, asking us if we needed anything and making sure we had everything we needed.

The only small downside was that the room felt a little small for 4 people, but overall we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was throughout our visit.

Del alojamiento por llámelo de alguna forma, no me gustó nada, simplemente por el estado en el que se encontraba

Lo que no me gustó y al igual es algo que booking tendría que revisar, es que el alojamiento las fotos que se muestran son de cuando se inauguró o retocadas y luego la realidad no es esa ya que el estado de suciedad y de las instalaciones deja mucho que desear e incluso no sé si pasaría una inspección de sanidad en España, aconsejo que booking cuide más los alojamientos que oferta o los vigile de alguna forma ya que pueden destrozar unas vacaciones.

A szállásadó nagyon kedves, tiszta volt a szoba és közel mindenhez!

Nagyon nagy melegben voltunk és a mi szobánkban nem volt hűtő, ami nagyon jó lett volna, illetve a szobában meleg volt, persze ez nem a szállásadó hibája, az időjárás ilyen még nem volt Londonban 40 fok.

La atencion del personal: Sunny fue muy amable. Habia heladera y cafe/te. Y hervidor. Las toallas impecables.

No recomiendo para el calor que esta haciendo, el ventilador no es suficiente y solo hay una pequeña ventana. Y las instalaciones estan un poco venidas abajo. Se veia mejor en las fotos.

I really liked the hotel because of its good location. It is close to the main market, with plenty of food options and shops nearby. I would also like to mention the manager, Sunny, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. He was always kind and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Great stay - comfortable ensuite room, has a tv, installed fan, teas and coffees and a brand new kettle. Walking distance to Ilford station, and Ilford high street.I had accidentally damaged some of the property, but the management was very nice about it - sorry again.

Sehr nette Begrüßung, einfache Kommunikation und schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Hilfestellung bei der Wegbeschreibung bzw. wie man am besten vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft kommt. Alles da, was man braucht, ruhige Straße. Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe genauso wie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Tube und Bus). Tee und Instantkaffee und Wasserkocher im Zimmer war perfekt für ein kleines Getränk nach dem Aufwachen.

Man merkt, dass das Zimmer eher älter ist, teilweise Macken an den Wänden und paar Ablagerungen an den Armaturen im Bad. Störte mich jedoch wenig.

Staff was friendly and helpful as I was contacted to enquire if I needed additional help finding the accommodation. Check it was smooth and quick. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transport and a bustling area with shops for every need. Room was spacious and well equipped.

Location was right next to the trains and seven minutes from the london city airport and half a block from 100 restaurants. Reception didnt seem to be staffed but excellent comunication with owner through whats app. Good shower pressure. Clean.

The room was very small which was fine, but there was no place to hang next days clothes..i used top of bathroom door which worked...but maybe a hook and a a hanger or 2 would be good.

The location can't be beat- close walking distance to Ilford station and near many restaurants, take aways and pubs. The owner/manager, Sunny, was personable and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and good value for the cost. Because the hotel is off of the main street, it's quiet.

The standard room we booked was small, but adequate. If available, recommend booking a king room, which has more space, a refrigerator and microwave as well as the larger bed. Our bed had a comfortable mattress pad, but the mattress itself sagged somewhat in the middle. Pillows could have been plumper.

The owner of the hotel is really friendly and ready to help. He was always available. There is a fridge and microwave which is one of the best things you will see in an hotel.

Hotel 5 min.od metroa i više autobusa u malom ugodbom gradiću Ilford s puno kafića i mjesta za pojesti, kupiti voće i hranu. Soba ugodna, topla, visok strop, udoban krevet, u kupaoni gel za tuširanje i pranje ruku, grijana kupaonica, cišćenje sobe i zamjena ručnika svaka 2 dana i na zahtjev, kuhalo, kava i čaj sa šećerom i mlijekom za broj dana boravka, keramičke šalice i čaše.

Prozor moje sobe u prizemlju bio okrenut u sporednu ulicu u kojoj je škola pa su djeca bila glasna prolazeći ispod prozora. Od 22 do 6h /6,30,h tiho a onda se čuli auti i gosti koji su išli na posao pa su lupali.

Terrible stench in the room, like sewage or bad damp. Raised with reception. Management claims never to have had such a complaint before, which is very difficult to believe. The first time we’ve had such an experience on Booking.com. Will obviously never stay here again.
