Stay from August 21st to 23rd - Amazing! The room was impeccably clean and very well maintained. You can tell the housekeeping team does an excellent job. Spotless bathroom, fresh linens, and a very comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Thank you to the whole team! The reception staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful — amazing service! Insects in the room made this stay extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. After checking in, I noticed a strong damp smell in both the room and the walkway. I left briefly, hoping the smell would improve, but when I returned shortly afterwards I found flies in the room, including one on the bed. I took photographic evidence and reported the issue immediately. I left within around 15 minutes of arriving and did not use the accommodation. Despite reporting the issue and providing evidence, the situation was not resolved satisfactorily. Booking.com did absolutely nothing !!! Besides offering 15% goodwill gesture apparently, it’s acceptable for me to stay in a room for 3 days with insects

Quiet street, good working AC

Nothing. Walking up to the hotel, there was a gang of men around my car and the person checking me in, was actually sitting on the bonnet along with another man! l left as soon as I walked into the room. It was awful.

The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It featured air conditioning, which was excellent given the intense heat outside. We highly recommend this place.

Room was a good size, comfy bed, decent pillows! Bathroom was clean, hand soap and shower gel, good water pressure for the shower. Everything you would expect done well. The room had air conditioning which was such a luxury on saturday night during the heatwave! Wasn't expecting it, and it was running when I entered the room which I thought was a lovely touch by the staff member. I didn't catch his name, but he was friendly and helpful. Its like a 5 min walk to ilford high street so a great base for heading out. The while hotel from entry is nice and clean, feels comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Limited parking, not an issue for me personally on this occasion.

The room stinked so bad like a rotten Egg or like a dead rat or animal hiding somewhere we couldn’t stay in the room we just spent like 2-3hrs and checked out it was really uncomfortable , plus the carpet was really wet in the room you can see the water when you walk around

I have no words to describe… the smelly, dirty … ripped apart place … Was just too late to find elsewhere to go. Unsafe , unsanitary conditions!

The Internet is very laggy unfortunately.

The room we were given was out the back in a shed. We were given a physical key rather than a room key. The room was directly next to a smoking area and the window was left open so the room stank. The toilet also smelled appalling. I would not recommend this place it's in the middle of nowhere with little safety and is not very clean.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr klein und dafür recht teuer. Das Hotel macht nur Übernachtung, kein Frühstück. War aber kein Problem im nächstgelegenen Pub nach 5 min Fußweg ein gutes Frühstück zu erhalten. Parken auch kein Problem, da das Hotel in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße liegt.

We stayed there for one night. At booking time room was available with one bed only. We asked if we can get room with two beds and the staff was so helpful to accept our request.

Bathroom door could not stay closed due to faulty door lock.

The location was ok, easy to drive to and 10 minute walk to the nearest tube station

The hotel could do with a bit of a refurb. The rooms smelt like stale cigarette smoke.

O quarto é extremamente confortável. A cama é muito boa. Ar condicionado funcionando normalmente. Banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro quentinho... Tudo ótimo no quarto. O serviço de quarto também funcionou perfeitamente. Cama arrumada e café (gratuito) reposto todos os dias. Reforço que no quarto há jarra elétrica mas não há micro-ondas, porém há uma cozinha compartilhada com micro-ondas, o que é ótimo. Funcionários da recepção são simpáticos.

A cozinha parece um pouco suja, mas nada demais. Conseguimos usar o micro-ondas e é isso que importa. O hotel fica em um bairro afastado do centro de Londres. É preciso caminhar um pouco até a estação de trem e de lá ir para o centro em cerca de 40 minutos. Lembrando que o hotel fica na zona 4 do transporte público, o que eleva um pouco a taxa máxima de cobrança.

There was chewing gum stuck on the side table from the last people. Sky roof stuck open. Heating not working so had to have small heater. No channels on tv at all

Trzeba brać pod uwagę, że suszarka do włosów nie jest na wyłączność dla pokoju. Trzeba ją „wypożyczać” z recepcji. Dodam, że nie jest to kłopotliwe, ale trzeba mieć to na uwadze ;)

Hotel needs a policy on strong foods, Someone was cooking or eating some very foul foods which seeped through floorboards into my room. Literally a toenail on the floor by the bed! Bed base looked grimey. Furniture has seen better days General wierd smell in room - toilet cleaner?

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We asked to park our car in the car park before check in as we were seeing family and it was no problem at all.

Unfortunately the room was not clean. The bathroom had hair in the shower, the sink looked like there were toothpaste smears. The light fitting was hanging on by the wire which is so dangerous. The TV did not work and there were stains on the walls.

Stayed here and really liked it! The room was super clean, bed was comfy, and everything from the sheets to the towels was fresh. They had coffee and tea in the room, and the staff at reception were so nice — even helped me carry my bag to the second floor. Room service kept everything tidy, and free parking was a big bonus. For the price, you really can’t go wrong.

Customer service was terrible, I had booked a double room and paid £70 online, and went there at 23:00, they told me they are fully booked! Just because someone else went there before me. I can’t believe how rude they were! Don’t even think about going there! What a bad experience did I have with them!

Very hot in the room, air con only blowing hot. No way of cooling down in the middle of winter apart from going outside repeatedly.

The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful Location is ideal and close to everything required for a traveller or worker 24/7 Reception

The hotel itself is budget so expect the basics and below par cleanliness and facilities, however the staff are awesome and always ready to help. However, the actual management company, OYO, are an absolute nightmare, Unproffesional, do not liaise with customer or booking.com with ease. They recently cancelled 3 of my booking for the month and wont follow usual process of cancelling via booking.com which has led to me being on calls on and off for a total of 7 hours just to get refunds and alternative accomodation etc. Prior to these issues, the management company OYO were extremely hard to get hold of and have several different numbers provided which sometimes work and do not work. It's sadly the management company which lets this hotel down.

Lo staff è veramente gentilissimo e ha compensato al resto. La linea Elisabeth della metro che porta dritto in centro è un bel vantaggio. La zona è residenziale molto tranquilla e principalmente abitata da indiani. La via principale ha molti ristoranti, bar e supermercati.

Le finestre non si potevano aprire. La stanza era spesso piena di mosconi morti per terra. Danno un solo asciugamano a testa. La pulizia in generale non è troppo ottimale e l'arredamento è un po' fatiscente e rotto.

Staff were friendly

People outside window all night talking and smoking. Could hear the people upstairs. They were very loud. Shower was cold. And water leaked out of shower onto floor. Nearly slipped. No lock on bathroom door.

The room smell was too strong..Could use some Air freshener or change the type of cleaning product if it is that. The smell was too strong which interrupted sleep. . Couldn't hang jackets in the cupboard due to the smell of Dettol/lysol. Also noted the previous comments, didn't act on them.

The staff where friendly and polite and patient, they allowed us to check in and out late. The room was clean.

The water was hot in the night and very cold in the morning we ran it for a long time and it never got hot not even warm, I had to take a cold shower in the morning.

The worst hotel experience I ever had. Sewage stink coming from the bathroom kept me up all night. Didn't sleep at all. 01:00 loud noise from reception staff very annoying. Keep away.
