Rooms were way too small!!

It was the perfect stay for a family vacation

Great location! So many things to do inside of the resort.

We didn’t realize it was more centered around children, but we did have a good stay!

I recommend this property

Our first room was on the 3rd floor and immediately smelled like mildew. Once we got to the room, the dresser drawers were open and the dresser was in the middle of the room. The bedding was damp, there was mold covering both mattresses with no mattress protector. The sofa cushions were also covered in mold. There was a dirty sock and old hotel bracelet in the sheets.

Very dated rooms our couch was gross told them and no one came to even look at the couch.

The dance party nightly was excellent with Tye. My son is an adult special needs and this was an highlight to his day.

Check out time needs changed until 11am. The shower curtain needs changed or replaced.

The staff was amazing! Tons of activities for kids, the pools and slides was fun, was clean and everyone was just so friendly.

Indoor pool was cold and there isnt anywhere shallow inside for littles to sit/stand and splash.

We love staying here it is always wonderful.

The location was very convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable. We always had new towels which was very refreshing after a day out or swimming.

The shows weren't really a show. Never was a crowd for any of them. They were kinda boring. I chose a mountain view and there was barely anything to see for the mountain.

Property is in a good location, very central.

We were in the 2nd building, there was no wifi signal. And no service for us Verizon people. The pillow case had a nasty blood looking stain on it. We killed a cockroach and a spider.

Location and cleanliness

Outdoor splash pad was not open through the week and slides were only open certain times of the day.

Location was great, kids loved the rooms. We enjoyed being at the end of the hotel were we could enjoy the patio and look at the river.

We didn't like somethings in the waterpark were shut down at certain times inside we always seem to be ready to swim at the wrong times so.that was frustrating. Music at the advents were so loud even the first day we came in the kids covered there ears.

I liked how clean the facility was and the location

I did not like that the outdoor slides and splash pad area was closed and that they made us wait until exactly 3:00 to check in when there was like no one in the hotel the rooms were empty and ready

We had a wonderful experience at Country Cascades. Noah at checkin was fabulous and was very helpful. The facility was so nice. All the amenities were fabulous and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The lifeguards at the pool.were great and helped my special needs child navigate the smaller indoor water slides. The coffee shop was great and having it at the facility was super convenient. The restaurant on site was great as well. Allura, our waitress, was so great. She is a true gem and a stellar reflection of Country Cascades. Facilty and rooms were clean. I loved how this hotel does the room keys. You wear a wristband instead of having a card to keep in wallet / purse. Location was great. We were in town for the Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion and this hotel is located off the main parkway so we had access to the side streets to help navigate Pigeon Forge. Great location.

The room service could be a little better. We ran out of some items (toilet paper & towels) throughout stay and I had to go to front office. They were super friendly and gave me what was requested it was just slightly inconvenient especially since these items should be routinely checked when housekeeping is doing their daily checks.

Everybody was very nice! Gabby at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful!

Very kid friendly

The slides were closed a lot only open a few hours at a time. Need some windows or something for the inside part all you could smell was bleach. And was hot in there.

So many different things to do with the kiddos! It was our second time coming there and they always have so much fun!

The room was great for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the pools and slides even the big kids! We will definitely be returning for another stay.

Inconsistency with measuring kids for the slides. Toddler was measured at dr office at 44 inches. He was allowed to ride the slides all day one day then the next day was turned away causing a real meltdown

The manager was rude and had nasty attitude and we didn’t get the room we paid for.

We go every year. The kids have a blast and our stay is always perfect!

I would of liked the arcade to be a little cheaper and all the slides to be open in the indoor water park area

The outdoor pools, in door was very cold, hot tub too hot

Our room had 2 or more bad smells, too much moisture from ac, and the toilet would not flush unless it had multiple trys. We got sick sick by last night there

The outdoor water park is very nice, especially the toddler splash area. The bed was comfortable and clean, we had plenty of towels and washcloths.

One of our rooms felt and smelled damp and could use a dehumidifier, maintenance came and put a rolled up towel on top of the ac unit and it did seem to help. Our toilet whistled for awhile every time we flushed it.

This was a weekend trip with grandbabies & they loved it! The facility was amazing & we will definitely be back.

The pool towels could be bigger.

They had something for everyone. Everything was clean, people were friendly. Nice place to stay and not expensive.

They didn't tell you information when you check in , like breakfast isn't included you eat you pay. Everything in the activity part is extra.

Extremely family friendly. Things to do for all age groups. Perfect for families on a budget. You don’t have to leave the hotel once you check in. Perfect Staycation with all the amenities to keep you busy.

We love everything about this hotel! It’s clean, it smells so good and my grandkids absolutely love it there! This was our 4th time staying here and we will continue to go here.

The only thing was, that the water slides weren’t open until 11am. Kids are usually up early and we had to wait for several hours.

From time I checked in they did not want to help with an autistic child. Went to pool and had to leave. We did go to breakfast 1 morning and that was our best part there that lady was the nicest person she was so sweet and was very good with my autistic child her name was Monica… very sweet lady.

We had breakfast once. that was the worst part of our trip. it had so much salt on the eggs we couldnt eat them. everything there was wonderful but the breakfast. The kids milk shakes was pricey.. We wish the treats for the kids wasnt so costly so we could have got more. but everything else was wonderful

The staff was amazing definitely the two lifeguards that help me get my husband in the pool he is paralyzed from waist down. Amanda and Isaiah are amazing people.

The 1st room we had there was mold on ceiling we notified front desk and moved to a different room.. my opinion I think we should have got a partial refund or something. We just go here is another room

The location was great and easy to get to everything.

The room was outdated and had a musty odor, reminiscent of dampness and previous flooding. The additional charges for food and beverages on the property were not proportionate to the value received and did not offset the out-of-pocket expenses incurred. ($75 package bought prior to check in) They had several drunk people walking around “family” hotel which was uncomfortable considering it is supposed to be safe place children can play and enjoy and parents can enjoy themselves. We have stayed here a few times before and not had this problem until this time.

We loved all the options/activities for everyone. I want to single out Kaydia. With each of our multiple encounters, She was incredible, went way above and beyond what I would have expected from your staff. She is friendly, attentive and customer focused. Most impressive was that she was suffering from a head cold our entire visit but she did not let that affect her awesomeness. Promote her, give her a raise and reward her dedication to your company.

Your lack of lifeguards resulted in the outdoor slides and kid area to be closed two of our 3 days. My 6 and 4 year olds were quite disappointed. Out toilet paper roll kept falling off the wall even after maintenance “fixed” it.

My family and I enjoyed our breakfast this morning with our server, Allura, at Granny Cluckets. She was very friendly and personable, especially with our toddler! She gave him a sticker that he wore all day long. The food was delicious, too!

Location was close to many things to do. Waterpark was fun for the kids.

Property is completely cashless so be aware. No coffee maker, hair dryer (odd for a water park resort to not provide hair dryer) or phone in room - phone is a concern as there is no way to reach the desk if an emergency arises unless you go to the elevators to use it.

Loved everything to do! We were never bored. Slices and facilities are fun!

I really dislike they don’t have coffee makers and we are kinda forced to buy black coffee. And when I did, they forgot my order and I waited 15 mins on a cup of black coffee.

The staff was able to change my room after complaining about the noise coming from floor above us. Staff also changed my outdoor cabana to an indoor cabana after we had to leave outdoor pool due to lightning.

My family stayed in the building closest to the outdoor pool. We did not like having to walk thru main building to get to the outdoor pool. There should be an outdoor entrance that can be scanned with your bracelet similar to a HOA pool. Also building closest to pool the room is small and very noisy. Stay on top floor otherwise stay in the newer main building. Prices for food and drink too expensive and not competitive to surrounding areas.

I loved the convenience of the property and the outside pools

A lifeguard inside targeted my 5year old and kept telling her she was breaking rules (she wasn’t) but she refused to even step back in the inside pool building which made for lots of wasted money on something I thought she’d love. Ruined it for her..

Country Cascades is our go to when visiting Pigeon Forge as a family with two younger children. The first time we stayed was in January and it was still decorated for Christmas, it was gorgeous! Our recent August stay was even better since we got to utilize both pools/water parks. We called ahead this time for the Granny Cluckets blue plate specials (only $8.50 a plate when you call ahead) and we had the pleasure of having Allura as our waitress on the second day. She was wonderful with our 2 year old and very attentive, friendly, and quick with the service. She made our last day wonderful!

The room was not the one I ask for and it was so dirty.

The girl at the top of the slide was smoking weed so my kids were not aloud to go down. The room had dirty hand prints on the wall and the room spelled bad

Cynthia and Maddie were FANTASTIC at the kids' dance parties! Cynthia is so full of energy and really gets into it and makes sure the kids have a great time!

I wished all the slides were open all day long.

The amenities for families were amazing!

Convent area and a lot to do for the kids

The rooms had a bad odor and the carpet was soaking wet. The tv was terrible and would go in and out. There was no microwave in the room and with kids that’s unreal. They had one microwave in the hallway that everyone was trying to use and the time to heat anything up was double time. I’ve never been to a place especially with what we paid for a room not to have a microwave. The bed sheets were like a gritty material. The waterpark showed open 9am- 11 pm but closed nightly at 8. It seemed they didn’t have enough staff to work the areas.

Country Cascades was the perfect fit for our family of 5 on our vacation to Pigeon Forge! They do so many engaging activities for the kiddos such as crafts, pool parties, dance parties, etc. and the popcorn and drink refills were so nice to have! Our room and common areas were clean and any time we needed anything they brought it right to our room! The waterparks are accommodating for big and little kids and the coffee shop kept mom and dad fueled to keep up with the fun! We would definitely stay here again!

we really enjoyed our stay at country cascade. the rooms were fun, the activities were fun, and the service was great! especially miss Allura at granny cluckets! she was wonderful and had great recommendations.

The location was great, easy access to many things without dealing with too much traffic, the installation was awesome and the staff were very good. Our kids had a great time.

I believe they are short staff due to the closure of the outdoor pool and play pad. I understand the weather was an issue and the outside pool had to be close but, in the indoor pool the lifeguards had to switch back and forward between the slides area so it will be one close most of the time. The outdoor pool will close at 7:00pm, it shouldn't be that way and I hope that can get fix.

The water park was great.

The room had a smell that maybe came from the old carpet that should have been replaced a while ago.

We were served by Allura and our chef was Rafa today. Both were great!

Stayed here for a couple nights on a roadtrip and we loved it! Lots of activities and great onsite restaurants. Allura took amazing care of us!!

A great family friendly experience. Everything we needed was there. Lots of "extras" to engage in. Lots of amenities. Staff were very friendly and engaged. Quiet hours were adhered to. Will definately stay again.

The hotel stay was great, the kids had a blast in the water park with the slides, family style breakfast the staff was great and reasonably priced, Allure who took our order was very patient and sweet, Renea and the rest of the crew there were great. Highly recommended stay with the family, lots to do in the area.

I love that they have activities all day long for the littles. Hotel room was comfortable, and clean. Staff is very helpful at all times.

Only one set washer and dryer for 7 floors. I also think the tablets in the rooms might be a bad idea. Having small children. Should just stick with texting with most people using their phones for everything. An App for the property might be a better option.

Waterparks were great and lifeguards did an awesome job. Most staff were friendly and kind to the kids and even senior adults. Great location to all Smokies have to offer

No microwave in room the 1 microwave available on each floor wattage was very low and took forever to heat food and water. Housekeeping did not make beds nor ensure soap and lotion were refilled while there. Hallways and rooms also smelt like urine.

It was convenient restaurants on site to eat at. Don’t even have to leave the hotel. It was also clean and the workers were nice lots of activities for the kids to do arcade and also bowling.

Not really any complaints other than they should have something posted where kids don’t need zippers on bathing suits

We enjoyed our stay evening if it was for just two nights. Everything was great and the stuff was very nice and helpful.

Amazing place to stay! There was so much for the kids to do and plenty of activities. Beds were comfy, very clean, staff was very friendly. We will definitely be making another trip in the future.

Only thing that was a downfall is there was no microwave in the room you had to use the one in the hall.

You had allot of stuff to do all in one bldg and there was allot of places within walking distance. The rooms were nice with the different bed accommodations.

Took my grandkids for some fun before school starts I picked this place because it had a water park so we didn't have to go somewhere to have fun. This will become a tradition it was awesome not just a water park there is fun activities throughout the day-evening everyone was so nice and the kids loved it.

Life guards were great and fun to be around.

Allura!! She was actually the best! So sweet! The food was super delicious thanks to Daniella in the kitchen! We went to Granny’s Cluckets! We will be back!

My family and I had a wonderful breakfast here! Our server, Allura, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. The chef, Daniela, did a fantastic job getting our food out quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!
