They are remodeling they are becoming a comfort inn.

Quick check-in, friendly staff had a pool, and lazy river that was CLEAN, a game room to hang out especially when you have a teenager.

The breakfast could be a little warmer.

Breakfast was probably the best thing about this hotel and the hot water in the shower.

The bed was comfortable, but pillows lumpy. The air was cool though and we had hot water to shower in.

The carpet was filthy, the sink water dripped constantly, the ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and mold. There was a towel stuffed in a hole in the ceiling which may have been a fan at on time! Also there was a couple of bugs in the bathroom. The hotel was in poor shape but we didn't pay much for the room so you know you get what you pay for.

Our room was dirty and nasty dried food in the sink. The bathrooms in the pool area was nasty. The lazy river floats were not inflated. I had to go to the desk several times to ask for a housekeeper to come and clean the sink and clean the room which they never did until the third shift receptionist he came up and did it himself. I had already cleaned the bathroom because I couldn’t wait any longer with the kids, especially my special-needs daughter.

Dirty place to stay as well as ran by poor management that do not hold up to their word. They said they would Compass for two more days at another time. I scheduled them at the end of August and I was told the day that they were scheduled that I could change the dates if I needed to, and there will be no charge for the price that they had put into the computer was gonna stay that way and he would make a note of that when I called to reschedule the dates they told me that I have to cancel or I have to come at the time that it was scheduled for the manager did not hold up to the word the manager would not even call me, kept having the receptionist do his job poor Management throughout the whole place.

Location is excellent, basically straight across from the island

Some of the staff acted as if it got on her last nerve to actually see people. No customer service from her. No smile if you asked for something she would barely look up from her phone to say she'll get to it later

Filthy, disgusting place, don't book it!! Bugs, dust, just a complete dump! Drugs being used and passed around, drunk people yelling and arguing. The place is falling apart! The beds appear to be from the 50s with wear and tear visible! No pictures because we didn't stay there long enough! We didn't even unpack! We spent 3 hours trying to find another room to accommodate our 3 night trip which by the time we got another place it was only 2 night trip!!

They did not give a refund and bookings did not back us up. let them get away with it. We had pic and everything. First time I ever left a bookings motel and and have used them for over ten years.

They used outdated pictures. I didn’t get the room I ordered then the front guy took my key with my son in the room and canceled my reservation. The facility was dirty. Light fixture out of the pool. Cigarette butts everywhere in the indoor pool.

The lazy river on had 2 intertubes to use for the whole hotel, pool was freezing cold and the hot tub didn't even work, the hair dryer was broken in our room, and the pillows was rock hard

It was pricey for a motel that needs work done. I do believe they may be in the process of remodeling but, the cost for one night was not good for said remodeling. I hope they get back to how it was when we stayed many years ago.

Pools were very poor condition

A very old, rundown hotel. Mold and dirt on the walls , curtains, etc. Things were broken throughout the room. Lights not working properly, so we had strobe lighting. Wallpaper was falling off the walls. It was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at.

You should provide tunes for the lazy river. Customers should not have to go buy them. Rhonda the breakfast lady is outstanding. She greeted everyone as they came into the room. She kept everything stocked. Did not have to wait for anything to be refilled.

The whole place was very dated, but i think there doing some remodeling so hopefully everything will be fixed. The pool area was a mess thr chairs was all broke, one broke when I set in it. Thank god i didnt get hurt. The hot tub waant working. It had nasty diapers setting on the side of it. The room asa we walked in we was bout knocked down by a very strong odor. Very strong. We had to open our door let it air out, but it didnt help. It kept getting stronger. Idk where it was coming from. One of the beds was all broken i felt like i was sleeping in a hole.

Hotel is being remodeled. Staff are great, rooms are clean, parking is great. Very close to shopping, dining, shows and the trolley stop.

The employees were very nice and professional. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but kind of got old having the same thing every day. The view was really nice from our balcony.

Only one elevator was working so it took forever to get to and from our room. You could see where construction had been started but not one was working on it and it just looked really bad. The rooms were great as far as size but were very outdated. And the pools were small and always full and there weren’t many tubes for the lazy river.

The Air conditioning actually working

The hotel was hard to navigate, none of the ice machines worked, The staff wasn't nice at all,most of the elevators didn't work had to walk long distances because of the elevators not working to and from the car ,The pools had green stuff in the tiles and paint flakes were floating in the outside pool. One of the tiles were broken and one of the kids cut their foot ,The front office didnt seem concerned and also didnt have a band aide for us. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location and the lazy pool

2 lights didn't work in our room, the elevators on our end did not work we had to go up and down 5 stair cases.. there were no towels at the pool. It was run down looking.

The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Right off the main highway in Pigeon Forge.

This hotel is severely rundown and outdated. It appears that they are working on renovating but we didn't see any work being done. Only one elevator worked. The pictures of the facility are definitely old because it did not look the same. The couch in our room looked dirty and the material on the arms was torn and worn off.

We had two rooms across from each other on 4th floor. Me, my mom and oldest daughter had a room and in the other were our four 17/18 year olds. First of all the entire building from the lobby to where we were staying smelled aweful and there was mold in every vent even in the lobby. The breakfast area, pool , game room and laundry area were all disgusting. At 1:00 in the morning our teens woke us up and told us they were being ate up by bed bugs and sure enough both rooms had them. The guy working gave us another room for the kids on 5th floor in the back that was totally deserted because it was “supposedly” being remodeled which there were no signs of. This room was worse! So as soon as it got daylight we go back down there and are given another room on 4th floor and it was so bad too. There was blood and urine stains on mattresses and the carpet you couldn’t walk on without shoes on because it was so bad. When we arrived the first day we had to go buy cleaning supplies because I don’t think the room has ever been cleaned or linings changed. We had to buy new pillow cases. They refused us a refund saying they didn’t see bed bugs which they clearly were there. We even contacted the health dept and spoke with Mr. Sutton who sent me a complaint to file and assured me he will be dealing with this place and even agreed with me that we are due a refund and sent me their most recent inspection report of 69. So needless to say that was a waste of money because we had to check out the day after we checked in and get us another place to stay so we went to the Days Inn in Gatlinburg for $100 less than Park Tower for the week and it was amazing and so clean and comfortable. Thank you Days Inn Gatlinburg for getting us checked in to your hotel so quickly after being mentally exhausted from what Park Tower put us through. We will definitely book with you again! And btw the staff at Park Tower were the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life! See bed bugs in pictures!

Breakfast was good

This motel is in horrible condition I'm surprised it meets any motel grade to stay open. Old wallpaper peeling from walls, bed worn out, carpet has holes and is very stained. The price was not even that cheap for a Tuesday 😕

Bed bugs are reported in this building and in the hotel room and I would not stay in a room that has got bugs crawling in the bed on video

This property’s only value is the location.

All of the facilities are extremely dirty. The entire facility is very old and there are so many small details that need maintenance. The facility is understaffed and unsupported of essential materials.

Location is the only favorable thing I can say about this hotel.

The rooms were nasty, elevator didn’t work, door to balcony’s lock and handle barely hanging on and they wouldn’t swap us rooms or send someone up.

Had to switch rooms , beds was uncomfortable, pools was nasty, indoor pool room smelled so strong of chlorine, windows was screwed shut, only 2 floats for lazy pool and there was hair all in the pool, hot tub was so hot you couldn't get in it, elevator didn't work had to walk up 4 flights of stairs, game room was small and you don't get prizes you win, all doors was supposed to be locked at 11 and was unlocked all night, hotel needs better housekeeping staff , the first room we checked into the TV leg was broken and was propped up with a little Debbie cake box, exploded beer in freezer.

They misrepresented the room that I rented as having a jacuzzi in the king suite they even use pictures of the jacuzzi in the pictures for the king Suites both options show the jacuzzi tub here on the website I called to confirm that this was the truth before booking the desk told me it was upon arrival I confirmed again then was told it was not included and was told that it would be an extra $75 a night if I wanted what I originally thought I was paying for, Two out of three elevators are broken third elaborator broke on one day of our trip and we had to walk down six Flats of stairs a couple times Housekeeping only cleaned our room one time on a 4-day stay and never came back again All of their amenities are broken or under construction however in the entirety of our stay not once did we see any work being done to the property just broken equipment such as ice makers pool table was unusable because there was no ends on the pool cues and change machine was not working

I liked how clean our room was when we walked in. I loved how clean the pool and the lazy river was. The breakfast was amazing. The location was really good.

The elevator was acting up towards the end of our stay. The elevator would try to close a couple times then it would beep and close and then take you either up or down.

Decent hotel for the discounted rate I got and what they have to offer. Pros: great location, outdoor pool and indoor pool with Lazy river, balcony on every room, good free bfast, game room, basic cable tv, nice hotel staff, Cons: a few german roaches, worn out spring mattresses that are 20 years old, cheap ugly LED light strips in all the hallway, 5g towers on the roof, bad paint, broken tiles, mold, half remodeled projects left and right at every corner you turn, etc Long story short. Even the Hilton has roaches and resorts have mold but you just pay more. I would stay here again for a cheaper rate (not full price) it’s a big hotel with a lot of amenities but it’s not the cleanest or most up to date. It isn’t horrible it’s just a big, budget friendly. family hotel. We visited for the 4th of July and enjoyed it and even met a few cool people and had some great conversation.

The entire building is shady and run down had to switch rooms multiple times because of mold in the bathroom ceilings every showers safety handles are ripped off the walls and the holes was filled with expanding foam making the shower trashy along with the staff acting as if you asked for there kidney when asking for towels because they only give you 2 when you booked a room for 3. Don’t get me started in the joke of safety hazards with a elevator that barley works and the stairs to go to the indoor pool every step was chipped cracked and slick. The pools wasn’t no where near the pictures the changing room at the pool was in such bad condition multiple people chose to go back to there rooms overall the prices are low for a reason the only plus I can say about this hotel is there was no bed bugs but that may be due to them having self respect

The hotel is very run down. All the rules they list don't seem to actually apply. There was smoking everywhere, dogs, and it seemed like people were actually living there. Hardly any of the facilities worked. Only 1 of 4 elevators worked. All of the faucets had a steady stream or full blast water constantly running. Stans and cigarette burns on the beddings, curtains, floors, walls. Flat pillows, and don't offer extra pillows or towels or linen. The pool area had chipped tile in the bathrooms and pools.

Lazy river was the most decent thing in the hotel.

Did not like the rooms, heated pool was cold, did not state you had to walk down 30 steps to get to pools under hotel not joking, there was mold going down to the pool, ceiling was falling down in some places, insulation was hanging out of some areas, had a hole in our bedroom wall, breakfast room was so far away, no vending machines gor snacks, only 2 ice machines. Overall this stay was the worst experience I have ever had!

Not sure where to start. Pictures of this place while looking and booking are a far reality of what is actually happening. Walking in, there was not one friendly face and it had a gloom and doom feel from the get go. We made it to our room on the 4th floor on a sketchy elevator ride. The halls were nasty, outdated for sure but just nasty along the way there. When entering, it was musty, the beds were partially unmade, pillows all janky. There was a mermaid doll toy thing we found under the top sheet. Hair and stains, gross. It was just nasty to say the least. Thankful we got a refund/cancellation. I’m only doing this in hopes someone sees this before they make the same mistake we did and trust the pictures.

The place was nasty, we walked into our room an my son found a bag of grapes in the couch, the stairs down to the pool was nasty an dirty. My kid found a bandaid floating in the pool. We got back to our room an the spare room was hot, the ac was not working so I got an tell the front staff an said nothing they can do cuz the guy for that has done left.

Room is a little dated but extremely clean. Location was easy to get in and out for parking. Location was also easy walking to The Island & other attractions. Pool was clean & plenty room for all guests.

I didn't even stay in this place I always go check my room after checking in. When I was walking to my room I felt really unsafe. When I get in my room half the lights work, I always check the bed for bed bugs and roaches and the sheets and the mattresses was nasty and stained also worn out did not look comfortable at all bathroom was tiny. The pictures on the Internet that was advertised is not what these rooms look like at all. I didn't even check out the rest of the place because of my room looked like that and I felt unsafe I assume the rest of the place was just as bad or worse. I wasnt the only person complaining there was 3 other people complaining as well. A Refund is definitely a must!

Young man working night shift actually cared about our concerns and after 3 complaints about the room being dirty he came and cleaned it and kept apologizing and telling us how it was completely unacceptable the way the room was left.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The rooms were dirty, sink full of beans and noddles from previous occupants. 2 towels and no wash clothes for 4 people. The pools inside and outside were a mess, outside hot tub broken, bathroom at the indoor pool was disgusting with broke tiles on the walls. Place needs a huge remodel. Elevator to the pool is broke and had to walk down the road to get to the pool because of all the stairs and having little kids and a stroller.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. When we first arrived the elevator was broken and we were on the top floor. The hotel refused to move our room to a lower level or give us a refund. There was a family carrying their elderly mother up the stairs because of this inconvenience. Everything in the hotel was dirty and broken. The outside pool was empty on arrival and the indoor pool was filthy and murky. The pool bathrooms looked like they have never been cleaned. And the ceiling in the pool area is falling apart. There are also no floats for the lazy river. All the outdoor doors were unlocked and anyone could come and go as they please and cops had to come three times during our 4 day stay. This turns into extreme safety concerns especially with kids. Also the breakfast was mostly broken too and had little to none available. Overall it was awful. We will not be staying there again and do not recommend it for other families.

Everything!! Holes in walls, smell of marijuana, didn’t look like pictures advertised, did not even have a microwave or a keurig coffee machine like was advertised, and it was infested with roaches. I immediately checked out and went across the street to the Arbors where it was absolutely amazing. I didn’t care how much more I had to pay or that my booking for Park Tower was non refundable. I just wanted out of there. Worst place I have ever been in.
