Arbors at Island Landing Hotel & Suites

The front desk staff at check in was extremely efficient and friendly. Took no time to check in. The room was adequate, and clean. The ceiling needed attention. Beds were comfortable and location was extremely convenient.

The main thing that affected our stay was people gathering at the car entrance. If we were driving it was frustrating because they did not seem to care that they were blocking traffic. Also people were smoking everywhere...next to rooms, elevators, entrance to hotel. I have no problem with smokers but it needs to be restricted to a certain area. If there was a designated smoking area, that restriction was not enforced. We were also blocked in by someone pulling a large trailer. I was told we only had one parking spot per room, evidently it didn't apply to everyone.

Everything from the front desk to the donuts slushy coffee etc. was exceptional. The room amazing very clean the views beautiful. The outdoor amenities rocking chairs covered seating area with outdoor gas fire pit. Down by water chairs outdoor fire pit everything was exceptional. Can’t wait for our next visit

Walking distance to everything. You can catch the trolley right outside. Breakfast at Regans was great even if u upgrade to the buffet for 6 dollars it was worth it. Pool open 24/7.

Pancake house was too busy people standing outside waiting at 9am so we ate at IHOP both days instead, no waiting.

The property is well maintained, you can tell this place is truly cared for. From the landscaping to the smell of a clean room when you walk in. The location is phenomenal being right next to the Island and the Three Bears general store. We were easily able to walk to both with two children. This place honestly has so much to offer! Free Coffee, tea, icee’s, Krispy Kreme glazed donuts, & a variety of fruits. My kids loved the game room off to the side of the office which was also free. The pool is open 24/7 and offers lots of toys for guests to use along with pool towels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are truly willing to help however they can. We received a call daily during our visit to make sure that we had all that we needed in our room. We ate breakfast at Raegans Pancake house every morning with our vouchers that we got at check in. Very delicious and right across the road from the property. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Elevator was not climate controlled but you weren’t in there long enough for it to truly matter.

The Arbors at Island Landing is a perfect spot. Walking distance to the island and very clean! Breakfast across the street with friendly staff. I loved the music in the evening with s’mores! I would recommend to anyone young and old!

Everything about Arbors is great! We stay here every time we come to Pigeon Forge. It is in the prefect location to walk to different attractions. The breakfast across the street at Regan's is amazing!

We’ve stayed at Arbors at Island Landing several times and have never been disappointed. Very friendly Customer Service. Easy check in and out. And the snack and drink area is super nice. Free pancakes across the street at Reagan’s Pancake House (voted best pancakes in PF) is also super nice.

The rooms were clean and loved that the pool stays open. Hardly had to drive anywhere, was in walking distance of so many shops and restaurants including The Island

We stayed in one of the remodeled rooms. Room was very nice but the barn door to bathroom would not stay shut. The hotel needs to invest in a latch for barn door to stay shut. Elevator was slow and pool not very big- only 4 feet deep. Breakfast was wonderful!! I like that you can upgrade your breakfast voucher to buffet for only $6. Staff was exceptional!

We have stayed with Arbors at Island Landing several times. We have always loved it. They gave a newly renovated room and my husband said this is now his favorite room. The staff is amazing and so friendly. We feel like we are home away from home.

Only rain shower in the room, no regular shower head. Shower slow to drain. Need more electrical outlets in room. Cleaning staff came to room late in the afternoon.

Breakfast was at restaurant across the street, 4 lane highway so not easy to access. the room was very clean, the lobby appearance is poor. Says it is at island, but island at pidgeon forge not really walking distance

This hotel is outstanding. To the owners: Your details in making a person’s stay comfortable and pleasant does not go unnoticed! We LOVED the vouchers for the breakfast, the quality of room furniture, comfortable beds, 24/7 Krispy Kreme, frozen drinks, tea (cold and hot) , coffee with flavored creamers, and fruit. The pool also had wood lounge chairs, even a small lounger for toddlers! Waterfall was beautiful adding to the ambience of an elegant hotel! Hot tub and pool were clean and perfect temperature- both large size! Outdoor games and a fire pit area (marshmallows provided) with a hired singer in the evening …wow! We didn’t use all the amenities but they didn’t go unnoticed. Outdoor grill, rocking chairs and table outside our door, and beautiful landscaping and hanging plants and bird feeders! We as a family have been going for almost 20 years to pigeon forge and this is first time staying on main strip. We regret not finding you sooner. The location allowed us to walk to the island amongst other places. We’ve stayed in log cabins, gatlinburg, other off location hotels…but this was the best! Maid service was daily if needed and expertly done. Everyone was friendly and appeared to be working hard for the benefit of the people staying. Well done to all the people making this place be what it is! Thank you!

We had a great weekend, it was our first time staying here however it has become our new go to place to stay. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Grounds very pretty. Sufficient parking. 24 hour Pool and hot tub access was super nice. Liked the drinks and donuts in the Lobby too. Trolley stop right out front Walk to The Island. We will definitely stay here our next time in PF.

This was my first stay at Arbors. My daughter suggested it. We had a great time. Rooms was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. You could walk to anything. Loved how they do their breakfast.

We chose Arbors for the location and price for a quick visit to Dollywood. We were pleasantly surprised at all the extras offered and the friendly faces we encountered. Clean room, beautiful grounds, smores, pool hot tub open late for relaxing after the park, free arcade games and snacks! 100% will return.

Only negative, there were 2 coffee makers on the microwave in the bathroom. So no room for curling iron, etc. I put them in the closet

4 o’clock check in time seemed kind of late. There were no shelves in the shower. You had to put soap/shampoo on the toilet or in the floor which is dangerous for handicapped person. Was told the rooms were going to be renovated.

When we are lucky enough to make it to the Smokey’s We always stay here It is so nice and clean Every thing is available that you need Nice snack bar Voucher for breakfast. Everyone on site is so polite and friendly If you have a problem just call and they get right to it Had a wonderful stay

We don’t stay anywhere but Arbors at Island Landing! The most friendly people. Pool area is amazing with the hot tub and kiddie pool. The gazebo is so nice and live music with Neesee Thursday to Sunday nights!

The renovation to the rooms was wonderful, I honestly was shocked when we walked in. The staff were extremely friendly. The location was great for us to just walk to the Island and other locations. Only things that need updated and it maybe in their plans… better signage- the sign as you pull in blends into wall so hard to see and the elevator needs upgraded- it’s very slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was our first day at this location. We come to pigeon Forge several times a year, but had never stayed here. But that’s going to change. This is our new go to place. From the initial check-in to the checkout, everything was perfect. Is immaculate, clean, all staff, TV channels, mattress is great, just overall perfect. We definitely will return.

For years I have driven by this hotel and wondered if it was nice. I didnt realize when I booked it that this was the same hotel. We got the king suite/creek view and it was so nice! I was able to glance into others as they were cleaning and they are equally as nice. Great water pressure, clean, quiet, bright, near enough to walk to the island. Here's a strange highlight: I walked on the floor with brand new white socks and they showed no dirt! None! Still white on the bottom. Now thats impressive to me. I also walked by the laundry room and saw them washing pillows as well as some comforters. That means alot. The only negative was the bed and pillows. Bed wasn't as comfortable as it looked, but we still got a pretty good night's sleep. They are renovating some rooms, but I don't know if ours already was or not. Pillows were a little flat. Also...from our balcony we could see the fireworks from Dollywood, which was cool since we didn't stay late enough when we went. All in all....great place! Definitely affordable and we will be back. Oh! Breakfast included is not on the property, but across the street at Reagans Pancake house. You can get a pancake breakfast for free or get their buffet for $6. Its a good buffet, but if you have little ones who like cereal youll have to order from the menu...otherwise there is plenty for kids to eat. (I saw kids piling on the bacon and French toast🤣) Thanks for the great vacay!!!

We had a wonderful time! Room was very clean and quiet. Grandson enjoyed fishing in the river and the swimming pool. We have stayed many times before and the renovations are beautiful.

The arbors at the island is a great place to stay. Very clean and the free slushies and doughnuts along with the game room were awesome. The coupon for breakfast at Regan’s pancake house was a huge benefit!!!! Have stayed here twice, will definitely be back!!!!

The breakfast was great. For $6 it was awesome! It was very close to a lot of things we wanted to do so we didn’t have to drive. The Island was a very short walk from the hotel.

There wasn’t a lot of parking spaces. We had to park at the front of the building and walk around to the elevator but it wasn’t the worst.

Arbors was an absolute lovely stay!! They really go above and beyond to ensure you have a lovely stay. The 24/7 coffee, slushies, and doughnuts is such a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful and we were able to see fireworks right outside our room. Highly recommend!

Loved the large room and the attention to detail when we first walked in. The cute towel swans were just a cute little touch that made it feel like we were on a vacation when it was only a quick weekend away. I loved that the staff was so friendly and reached out to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. It felt like they cared that we were there and were not just another guest.

I did not like that everywhere smelled like smoke couldn’t sit outside , or walk around the property bc of the amount of people smoking even in door ways to the rooms , the rooms are very dark and if the blinds are open everyone that walks to their room or past your room looks in and sees you , there were three different lamps all with half dying light bulbs. I did not like the shower either there is no door on it so the whole bathroom floor is wet all day too.

The atmosphere was the best. It has a vibe that makes you feel like family. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. It’s within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and entertainment. The landscaping was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the birds. The nighttime entertainment was great for relaxing.

I didn’t care for our room location. We were directly in front of the elevators so there was a lot of noise. I didn’t say anything because we only there for 2 nights. There was a horrible smell that came from the bathroom. The smell started the first night when my daughter turned the shower on. I assumed it may have been the sewer. There was a plunger beside the toilet which made me think that they may have had plumbing issues at some point. We smelled it again the next morning after I showered. If we had a longer stay I probably would have requested another room, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so we just dealt with it.

Location is awesome! Easy to walk to multiple locations. You can’t beat breakfast at Reagan’s House of Pancakes.

Requested 1st floor due to mobility issues. Was given 3rd floor. One elevator for all rooms and it’s very slow. Junior Suite on 1st floor is larger than Junior Suite on 3rd floor, was disappointed. Room 306 specifically: tub drains slow, bathroom door hook has been pulled off the door, only one part of towel bar there (other has never been installed - no holes in tile). Also, parking seems to be very limited. I’m sure there is enough per rooms on the property but if you come back after 7/8 pm you are up the creek finding a spot.

This hotel is a gem right in the middle of Pigeon Forge! Within walking distance to The Island and many more attractions. Clean rooms and friendly staff. We had an issue with our AC not working when we returned late in the evening. Within 30 minutes the fantastic maintenance guy had us a brand new AC unit installed and we were back to being cool! Our boys loved the slushies as an added treat too. Will be our new spot to stay when we visit the area.

We are repeat guests at this family-owned hotel because they are always so kind and accommodating to us. I always feel welcomed and love being surrounded by all the beautiful gardens.

Great room updated! Pool open late with hot tub great for sore bodies walking all day. Location was perfect. Right on the strip and walking distance to the Island. Staff would check on us daily to see if we had any needs.
