Too noisy, probably need thicker windows (idk). The elevator and the front area restrooms need to be updated (old).

Everything was perfect!! The young man was friendly and asked if needed any help with our luggage.

There is nothing to complain about, we were satisfied with our stay.

Amazing stay! The shower in our room was amazing great pressure and flow! The amenities of natural apothecary products was over the top! The pool was awesome swimming from indoor to outdoor super cool for our 10 year old! Then there is the Tepee and all the Art!! We had a balcony and it was of generous size great for watching sunrise! The room was clean, even the balcony was swept and mopped! Great stay in a beautiful environment with good views of the mountains. Will stay again!

Good location with nice mountain view. The bed was comfortable. The staff was always friendly and the lobby area had a nice ambience. Hotel restaurant was good.

Old, run down. Charged my credit card 25.00 for Incidental and was told at the front desk it would be credited. Never got credit, called and the refused to credit it back. I think this is called stealing my money.

No Breakfast

Spacious room. Comfortable bed and A/C worked great.

Breakast is almost non-existant. A basket of fruit and a basket of wrapped muffins (2 choices) and coffee. It is very literally grab and go. No tables. The shower was too strong. It felt VERY good at first but was a struggle to not get pushed forward.

The esthetic is nice. Front desk staff was amazing.

Room was not cleaned properly. A/C was super loud. The traffic noise was insane.

Service, cleanliness and location were great. The room has a crazy southwest artistic design. If you are an art lover you would love it . . . The only reason I am giving it 3 starts is that they charged me a amenity fee after I had arrived. They claim that it was stated it right before check out on the third party site to pay at the hotel. The site I booked it on didn't. I went back and doubled checked. They don't even offer $20 worth of amenities. Watch out!!

The indoor-outdoor pool was a fun, unique feature. Some of the art, mostly around the exterior of the hotel, was cool. The staff were very friendly and responsive, and the hotel communicated well via text.

I stayed in an “artist’s room.” It looked nice in photos, but in person the paint was chipping and it spread up onto the ceiling. It appeared very sloppy. The furniture and fixtures in the room were about 25 years old, and the bathroom finishes appeared much older. The tub drained very slowly and the balcony door wouldn’t open. The walls are thin, so sound from the hallway or nearby rooms travels, and the room I stayed in faced the highway and the traffic was noisy.

The elevator was broken. My husband who uses oxygen had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor

The cockroaches running around inbthe restroom at night. Yall got a cockroach infestation. If theyre in your motel they must be in every room

Convenient location for our family gatherings

Great location, easy and polite check in.

Facility needs upgrades. The sink was cracked, one shower wall was cracked. TV was difficult to use due to weak remote. The big issue was that the bed platform sticks out 8 inches past the mattress. My wife and I both had run ins with it and opened bleeding wounds on our leg.

When I say what a great and wonderful experience the accommodation and amenities in this hotel were on believable I was expecting to just get a bed and a TV I was able to not only get snacks drinks as well as refrigerator microwave and even a hair dryer a very extreme roomy room with an unbelievable balcony view, pool towels were always accessible just go up to the front desk very polite wonderful people staff was very diligent quick observant and kind and helpful. The pool was so crisp and cool and so roomy and kid friendly my daughter really enjoyed her first experience swimming. And the TP Tent was such a hit for my daughter. This place was so rich with artistic detail of native culture what a sight and beauty to see. And there was so much accessible access easy to walk to conveniently delicious restaurants also visit as well as one on the premises What enriched refreshing experience look forward to coming back again.

Rachel at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. She was so helpful and very sweet, she takes her job very seriously and is willing to go above and beyond for the guests. Probably one of the best front desk experiences we’ve had at Any Hotel we’ve stayed at before! Thank you Rachel! ♥️

Bed was nice.

The shower leaked all over the room, the floors were wet the whole time. The tv service was terrible, I couldn't hear the tv, couldn't see the screen was flickering the whole time.

I loved the artwork within the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We thought that the staff here were super friendly and really enjoyed the art in our room. This is a cool space. The restaurant makes some very good and strong margaritas as well.

Our room was a bit dusty--table, TV, etc.

It’s a beautiful native inspired property!! Beds were comfortable, air worked and there are balcony’s!

Miscommunication, took like 30 mine before we got the correct room

We booked there because website said they accept pets. At check in the receptionist said they cannot accept a cat because the housekeeper doesn’t like them. Disappointing after a 12 hour drive.

The TV was old the curtains in room was old and not heat blocking during the evening the room was extremely hot.. we told the front desk said they would send up a maintenance man he never showed up I had to trouble shoot it myself to get to work...the TV had lines going across the screen the shampoo and body wash in the shower only had enough for one person to shower... also the door frame was broken there was light shining in from the hall into the room after all the lights were off...

The fitness center didn't have much equipment

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! I got a little late dinner do I didn't want to eat too much. I asked for just a bean and cheese burrito, but didn't want any sides Then I saw the corn cake and wanted to try it, so the young lady taking my order suggested a kid meal so I could get the burrito and corn cake. OMG, so tasty!!! All the staff were so kind and helpful!

The shower was really hard to turn on. I consider myself fairly strong, and I had to use a lot of strength to pull the water on.

Disgusting, Grimey place. Staff was rude and unaccommodating. I felt both unsafe and in fear of my health and safety. I would never recommend this hotel to a young female traveling alone. Super outdated and worn down.

I didn’t like how disgusting this place was. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos. Upon arriving, I heard screaming coming from the hotel. I looked up and saw multiple couples having intercourse on their balconies and in front of their windows. When I entered the hotel, I immediately felt unsafe due to the people there. The staff was incredibly rude to me as well. The room was dirty and smelly.

Very nice staff, they were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed art work. Liked the easy access and view to the lounge area.

Traffic was a little relentless, people on their balconies could be heard too easily. Needs a little more sound barrier on windows probably would help with those issues.

Chambres très bruyantes car pas de double vitrage ou alors d’un modèle que je ne connais pas mais on entendais l’autoroute comme si les camions passaient à 20m, la piscine est bien moins belle qu’annoncée (merci le photographe), sécurité qui patrouille la nuit sur le parking à cause des drogués qui traînent (ne rien laisser dans les véhicules). Globalement c’est bien trop cher pour ce que c’est, on ne nous a même pas dit qu’il y avait un petit déjeuner, et on a vraiment eu l’impression d’embêter la personne qui a fait notre Check in.
