The Querque Hotel

Everything was great except the elevator was not working. This caused us to walk a half mile extra to our room. If I was even in my 60s, that would not be a problem. But it's 75. It's a real pain.. literally

Location was in a quiet area, so no excessive noise from the Interstate.

Only negative I have to say is the shower curtain was too short, had water flow out the first shower. Just had to be extra certain it was inside the tub.

The front desk lady was very rude and Judge me on how I looked. I have alot of tattoos. The front desk lady told me that they did not accept cash app cards because it a 3rd party payment, until I told her I am from out of town, she changed her hole attitude, i asked for a manager , she said no manager on duty and then said she was the manager,.i work out of town was on my way home,i will never stay at this hotel again, when I checked out told the other worker about the encounter , she didnt seem to care

I got to the hotel and told them I was running a little late. Booked through your company and paid for the night in advance. $89. When got to the hotel they could not find the reservation and they searched the reservation by name and number and could not find any record of it. Since it was 11pm they said I could wait and perhaps it will show up or book directly with them for $155. I am just seeing this from you now. I need a refund because not only did you keep my $89 but I had to pay $155 to get sleep that night. Don Young

The staff is great and the rooms are quiet.

The breakfast is lacking is an understatement.

Breakfast was provided, but nothing to rave about. We liked the rate. We liked the early check in and the late check out.

We were not happy that the hold was $200 for local residents, yet if we were from anywhere else besides Albuquerque or Rio Rancho, it would be $50.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Querque. I felt like I was on a vacation but also felt this sense of home away from home. I will definitely be going back next chance I get. Thank you Querque.

It seemed like the pool was opened to the public, my granddaughter couldn’t even enjoy the pool cause there was too many kids that took over the pool

Everything was fine in the pool the hot tub the rooms the cleanings, the only thing that bothered me was the smell of the room I smell like cigarettes other than that everything was perfect

La struttura si trova nella periferia della città, nei dintorni non ci sono praticamente servizi. Le camere sono spaziose e abbastanza pulite. Le due piscine, una all’aperto e l’altra allo scoperto, sebbene abbiano visto tempi migliori, sono fruibili. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è onesto.

La parti comuni dell’hotel non sono ben tenute come le camere. La colazione presenta solo cibi dolci e c’è poca varietà.

I didn't like having to carry my luggage up 2 flights if stairs because the elevator was busted.

The location was a little sketchy and we didn't feel overly safe walking the local streets around the hotel. That isn't the hotel’s fault. The shower was weak and made worse by the fact when you pulled up the shower selector on the tap, water still ran out of it, filling the bath around your feet. There was a hard calcium-like tidemark in the bath. There sasxa lot of banging from rooms and corridors on the floor above.

This place was very dirty. Mold ALL over the walls, cockroaches in the hallway, homeless people, prostitution, and drug users hanging around. Felt very unsafe and gross staying here.

The location is centrally located on hywys within 5 mins helpful for day trips The pool was great to cool down end of day open till 10 pm

Got locked out of room. Took over an hour for someone to help, was told maintenance were on Break. We were cold in our swim suits, sitting in the hallway, walked to the front 4x’s before anyone finally got the message!!!!! Called front desk twice!! Worker with a nasty attitude with a big ugly nose piercing has no customer experience.

In the restroom on the fan or the vent, it was covered and lint hair dust and who knows what else I had to get down and clean myself because I was not gonna sleep in a room like that

Once I got to the property I parked next to the office. Staff was prompt, welcoming, accommodating and takes your preference in to consideration for regards of locations, or rooms visual presentation for courtyard or other areas. Offers both an indoor and outdoor pool. Pools have their own towels available so you dont have to take the bathroom towels. Sliding glass doors for balcony/patio access. Spacious and comfortable. A hidden gem amongst all the towering and often overpriced hotel chains. The lobby has a nice comfortable lounge area, infused water, breakfast in the AM, and a bit of tranquility in the courtyard the shields you from the busy interstate. My daughter definitely enjoyed the indoor pool although as she (and a couple other guest probably agreed) said it was “we don’t say cold, it’s refreshing”. Indoor chairs/tables.. sauna and found a poolside menu on the table for possible poolside ordering??

Although bedding and everything was clean.. it was a bit sketchy when you pull the top blanket back and find a few short (2”-3”dark) hairs on white sheets. Mini fridge in the room was set to be colder than the arctic circle and froze my two cans of monster energy drinks that are my equivalent of a coffee addiction. When it exploded like an angry-ex after popping the tab and it got worse every-time i tried to burp the can.. i finally realized what happened.

Property was great especially for what we had planned to do in the area !

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was spacious. We had a very nice view of the courtyard. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We will stay again when passing through Albuquerque.

There are some homeless people down the street but not around the hotel area. The hotel seems to have a pretty good handle on keeping vagrants away from the property.

Location also rooms have there owe outdoor along with breakfast in and outdoor pool really nice

The hallway to our room was dingy looking and the same about our room. The bathroom walls had bubbles as if there had been a water leak. The beds supposedly were queen size and they weren’t. My husband and I have a Queen at home and fit comfortably. These beds weren’t. The swimming pool area also looked very dingy, especially the sauna and the jacuzzi this one was really dingy looking. I’m just glad that we were there only for one night.

The room needs work. The couch had a gross stain. The shower needed some work. Didn't even want to shower. Was using the toilet and a nasty roach came crawling in under the door. There was questionable characters all around the hotel too. We were glad there was a security car patrolling the lot.

The king size bed room we booked was big. Clean. Quiet. Facing the pool and patio.

The grounds needs more attention. Cleaner. Breakfast was emptied out before I had time to enjoy it. I have diabetes and nerve pain. I take a.m prescriptions and I had nothing to eat. I was offered an orange an apple and a couple of muffins. Which was appreciated, however, I wanted the waffle! 😆

The location is ideal—near the inner section of I-40 and I-25. It’s near several gas stations and restaurants are within a few miles. I didn’t hear any highway noise, which could have been because it was 4th of July weekend.

The room walls were thin. I could hear babies crying and anyone with a loud voice. Rooms could use a refresh and modernization. There’s a small gym onsite, but treadmills didn’t work. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast—lots of carbs, no hot water or cold drinking water so I grabbed my own. Finally, the front desk staff need a refresher in customer service. Would it hurt to greet paying guests with a smile?

most of the staff did not speak English, we were at very end near door and the door key did not work so people kept knocking to get into the building, they were talking loudly and not very polite about their surroundings. front desk was aware about about the door and they said it had been going on.

Breakfast was decent (yogurt, pancakes, coffee, some fruit) and the staff were always kind.

The wifi doesn't work anywhere in the hotel. If you are doing a work trip, this would be a big problem!
