Drury Inn & Suites Albuquerque North

Polite staff and comfortable room cleanliness

Nothing

Had washer and dryer

The ice machine was outside our room and was VERY noisy especially at 5 in the morning! It shouldn’t be so close to rooms!!!

Clean & convenient

Everything was perfect

I appreciated this hote forl allowing dogs. Very comfortable.

Nothing

beds were a little uncomfortable

Clean room, quiet, the social drinks and food at 5:30 and breakfast were excellent.

Clean and pleasant staff

The breakfast was ok, but not stellar. The evening meals were better.

The biscuits were tough, like they had been microwaved. Some of the stuff that was supposed to be hot wasn't.

Good and drinks at 530

Friendly

Love the nice selection for breakfast and afternoon kick backs. Enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains. Large room & comfortable beds!

Nothing

Room was spacious and clean and well equipped with microwave. Indoor pool area is open till 10pm and that was a great plus since we arrived after "dinner"

breakfast

Free breakfast and kickback in the evening

Nothing

Breakfast was good. Location convenient to my family in the area. Fairly quiet, considering proximity to freeway.

Good location. Very clean and updated

Breakfast didn’t start till 6 but if doing Ballon ride had to leave by 5:30

I've never seen a hotel take better care of its guests. They feed you breakfast, dinner!, and give you three drinks, all in addition to having a clean, spacious rooms and grounds, as well as friendly staff. Drury is a no-brainer in Albuquerque.

The whole experience

Great place to stay!

Not Applicable We liked everything about our stay here!

The bed had crumbs all over. I paid extra because it had so many reviews raving. About the cleanliness but I was dissatisfied

Why were there crumbs on the sheets stains on the floor, had a weird smell of dirty

This place was incredible. Spacious, clean, offered light dinner as well as breakfast. Happy hour. Everything was exceptional.

Nothing

The staff is so friendly, the facilities are so clean & the evening happy hour & delicious breakfast are unmatched!

Nothing!

Great place ! Friendly staff.

I was upgraded to a King suite at no additional cost. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, professional & accommodating

Loved the breakfast buffet and dinner bar! Great value for the stay.

My bed was a little too soft for my taste. Would have loved to have a recliner to help my back.

This was my go to hotel for at least once a month, until the staff was so incredibly rude

Staff unwilling to help me, went to one of the casinos and they bent over backwards

The room smelt bad, they changed us room the toilet was the issue.

Outside trash can(s) were overflowing with trash. I mentioned this to the staff, but nothing seemed to come of it.

The location and price was good . Indoor pool was nice

Always love staying at a Drury Inn. When we travel, we look for one to stay in first.

Everything was perfect the pool was our fav

Close to freeway

Small bathroom only on sink

Comfortable and clean. Happy hour with food is always good.

The pool is not that clean.

Everything is great, but the free breakfast wasn't great, but hey it's free! Cleanliness great! Noise level sooo quiet! Customer service amazing!!

Clean quiet room

The location is not too far away from the airport. The atmosphere is this speakable. The rooms are very clean and fancy the value is insane. Thenoises were not too bad. Service was excellent.

The clean staff for the rooms was poorly done after requesting to have bathroom and toilet clean

Na

It was in a good location, friendly staff, the amenities.

The pet fee is very high for a small am trained dog. Plus it should be a one time fee not a nightly charge. Not a fan of that.

Front desk staff was pleasant

Smelled of pet urine the second you walk in the front door!

enjoyed breakfast and Dinner after Dr. Appointment.

I had asked for Handicap restroom for my Handicap Niece. the email i had received said to ask for more information when we arrived. The cashier that assisted my Sister did not look to see if it was available and did not explained and rudely answered went on to give her the room key. We have never had service from employee at Drury Inn with rudeness when we had come before. We drive to Albuquerque for My nieces Appointments ever other month.

The breakfast and nightly kickback food and drink made this hotel so worth it. That along with the pool, we ended up spending more time at the hotel than elsewhere. Our school-aged child had so much fun getting their own food and playing at the pool with other kids. We will be looking for Drury hotels for any future trips!

Everything

We've stayed at several Drury's around the country, but the food of this one did not match our expectations in either the dinner or breakfast.

the meals did not meet our expectations compared to our other Drury stays around the country.

The staff is amazing

Our ac didn’t work, the carpet had holes, the bathtub wouldn’t hold water. We have stayed here before, but it wasn’t worth the $185 a night. 😭

breakfast was very good.

A/c was like a jet taking off in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay, hotel was quiet, clean and the staff were on point. Maxine checked me in quickly and provided key information. Breakfast and evening dinner/drinks were always well stocked - Rosa was awesome! The drinks were delicious and I really enjoyed the coke machine and fresh popcorn.

Nothing!!

Friendly staff and it’s clean!!

The bed was a tad hard.

It was very clean

Cleanliness, free popcorn, breakfast, and pool

All was good

Helpfulnes of staff and many of your guests.

Many people just alkd in front of us ,didn't seem to see other people esp. the kids.

Breakfast and lunch hosts were superrrrrrrrr nice.

The price

I enjoyed the whole experience. The was clean and I got a great night’s sleep.

I can not think of any thing that could be better.

Breakfast good, missed bacon though. Only problem bathroom awkward to enter

Nema velikog izbora ali sve je vrlo kvalitetno a najviše nam se sviđa kickback u 17!!!

Uprava hotela ne odgovara na emailove, odnosi se na sve hotele a ne samo Albukerki.

Accessibility

Toilet was to loud when flushing and I mean loud

We stay in Drury Inns and Suites anytime there we travel to a location that has one. There have been a few times we ran in to some issues, but they are quickly resolved. Staff is ALWAYS wonderful, the 5:30 kick backs are great, maybe they could change variety occasionally. Breakfasts are great !.

Just some variety in the kick back menus, although what is served is tasteful and fresh

My recent one-night stay at the Drury Inn in Albuquerque was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked into the lobby, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, checking me in with a smile and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The room itself was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a deep, restful sleep—a rare find when traveling. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful touches, like the clean bathroom amenities and the well-stocked mini-fridge. What truly sets Drury Inn apart, however, is their commitment to hospitality. The complimentary "Kickback" evening reception was a delightful surprise, offering hot food, snacks, and drinks in a lively, social setting. It was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of travel. The breakfast the next morning was equally impressive, with a wide variety of fresh options that were much better than the typical hotel fare. The location was convenient, and the property felt safe and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay, from the quiet hallways to the prompt housekeeping service. If you are looking for a hotel that combines great value with genuine, top-tier service, look no further. Drury Inn has earned a loyal customer in me, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Breakfast

You over booked and i didn’t get the type of room i wanted, and had to use sofa bed when i booked a room with two queen beds.

Room AC noisy....close to freeway..

wonderful hotel - clean and comfortable rooms; polite and helpful staff; nice pool and fitness room; great breakfast included and also Happy Hour food and drinks !!! should be your "go to" hotel for road trip

Love the dinner and breakfast, staff was great, place was clean.

The pool was cold and would like not to have a pet friendly room. They should be separated due to allergies.

Loved the Drury Inn. Beds were comfortable, very clean, food was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing

It was really neat. There was free dinner things for adults and kids and up to 3 free drinks. Staff was professional and courteous. Hotel was spotless

Nothing

Kickback and breakfast would easily be $ 75 for 2 people. Everything is always fantastic ! This was my 5th different stay at at a Druary. Never disappoints.

Loved the huge room and my kid loved it even more ! Clean scent everywhere was well kept and looked new loved it !

Just about no complaints maybe better lighting and that’s where it ends !

When we arrived at the hotel they said they overbooked and we were unable to stay at that hotel which was very upsetting as we drove 10 hours to find out we did not have anywhere to stay. For some reason the booking site has me as Canadian which I changed during my reservation but it was not changed on the booking site.

Location was good. Staff was accommodating, kind and professional.

Cost of room vs what the room had available. Room with kitchenette yet absolutely nothing to cook with either, no utensils, no glassware or even plastic items, not even a stir stick for the coffee maker. No indication if front desk has kitchen items for borrowing. Which we never checked as the bigger issue was the ventilation. AC unit for a two room unit with a bathroom separating guests from proper air flow during warmer to hot months. Setting the temp down as low as it would go (64) and having to get a box fan from the front desk (thankfully they had one) was still a struggle to get cool air to the sitting area since the thermostat is also in the bedroom and would shut off when the room reached the set temperature. The room cost just under $300 yet we were unable to use the kitchen, unable to sit comfortably in the front room. The fridge, and tv and lighting did create a level of warmth the fan had to fight with. Call before you book such rooms as two room options do not come with two ac/heating units at all.

Problems that you can’t control arise, it’s how the staff handles the problem that separates an inconvenience from an aggravation! We were on a meandering two week trip through the west, not knowing from day to day where we would end up, waiting till late afternoon to try to find a room. It worked out well up until two nights ago as we were nearing Albuquerque. The two chain hotels that are our “go to” are Best Western Plus and Drury Inn. The BWP was out of King beds, so we booked the Drury Inn. Checked into our room and found it to be 77 degrees. I fiddled with the thermostat and found that the compressor would not stay on. This is where the wheels fell off… down at the desk I talked to the Manager Katrina. Her attitude was less than helpful. She sent Kia up to the room to unplug the unit and to play with the thermostat, bless her heart, Kia didn’t have a clue as to what to do but she was told to try! The compressor kicked on just long enough for Kia to think she fixed it, by then it was 79 degrees. Back to the desk, but this time with our bags. Again, it’s all about the attitude, there were no rooms available, Katrina told us we would not be charged the 250 dollars for the room but would offer us no receipt showing us a refund for what we had already been charged. I doubt I will return to a Drury Inn again.

The breakfast and dinner added to the cost being a little more bearable

The day staff and especially Matt, the manager were very helpful and accommodating.

The night manager was interesting and aloof . Why do you have the rooms for. Mobility Impaired individuals do far away?

never paid $400 for a broom with one king size bed and it was not worth it and the food was not good and I’m sure
