La lavanderia era trascurata, il pavimento sporco , aria condizionata non funzionante e L’asciugatrice non gli è mai stato pulito il filtro. Non c’era una sedia e un cesto per spostare la biancheria .. Non mi piace la moquette sui pavimenti, puzza e non è igienica e si trova in tutti gli hotel in America perché? Mancanza totale di ecosostenibilità sia nella camera che a colazione.

Hotel Complaint I visit Albuquerque frequently with my team, and staying at this hotel is very convenient for us, as it is the best option in the area. However, I have encountered the same problem twice. There is a woman who works the evening shift at the front desk. She refused to check us in—despite the fact that I had already paid online—claiming that the card used for payment did not bear my name. I tried to explain that it was a corporate card and therefore wouldn't have my name on it. I offered to pay online while using my own card for the security deposit, but she refused; I ended up having to use my own personal funds because of this incompetent and rude person who misled me. I have had absolutely no issues with any of the other staff members. When I encountered this situation a second time, I paid online with the corporate card and offered my personal card for the security deposit. Upon seeing that I had completed the online payment, she ostentatiously placed a sign on the front desk reading "Helping another guest; please call..." She speaks extremely rudely, shouting and interrupting. I was deeply upset by this. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone, as you might run into this individual too—and who knows how she might treat you.

Pool closed awaiting inspection 3 weeks out. No maid service so multiple days you bring your own towels/linens to front desk for exchange. No business office or printer access. On-site laundry dryer works poorly. Takes over 100 minutes to dry clothes. Local neighborhood is open industrial and a bit rough.

The front desk clerk Beth was really great and friendly. Josh was very nice and accommodating to our early arrival. The breakfast had a really good selection of food and coffee. We will definitely stay there when we are back in Albuquerque.

You need to not charge my credit card AND reimburse me the cost of my stay. I expect an email and compensation within 3 days.

Breakfast was ok; not the best I have had, but ok. Room: adequate and clean. Primary issue was no water pressure due too water line break. Things like that happen which are always annoying and inconvenient. However your people worked diligently and got it fixed. Location of hotel : should point out that there are no food places close by and in fact hotel is in an industrial park. Seemed like a lot of regular stayers working projects in the area.
