地下鉄駅から近い！ 部屋が広々として、テーブルや椅子も豪華！ バスタブも付いていたし、 クローゼットにはハンガーが１０本も有り、洗濯後にも活用できた。 朝食も非常に良かった！ フロント以外のスタッフも感じよくて親切。

冷蔵庫の扉が閉まりにくくて、冷えにくかった。 日本以外では仕方ないけれど、ウオッシュレットが付いていない。 フロントの若いスタッフ達とは意思疎通が難しかった。

Excellent location with metro stop just 2 minutes walk and numerous restaurants and shopping venues just 10/15 minutes walk, good size room, shower in a bathtub instead of shower only.

The bell boys at the front door was not interested in helping with the luggage over the few steps at the hotel entrance. Other staff were very good.

The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. The metro station is very close, making it easy to reach the city centre, Shanghai’s main attractions, the railway station and the airport. There is also a convenience store nearby. We had a fantastic view from our room, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and well located for exploring Shanghai.

The hotel feels quite dated and, in our opinion, does not really meet the standards we would expect from a five-star hotel. The rooms are not very modern and show their age, so the property would definitely benefit from renovation. Breakfast was average, with a rather limited selection and not much variety. Everything was acceptable, but overall we expected a little more from a five-star hotel.

Great location, with a metro exit next door, off the main road and within walking distance of many spots to eat and roam. The hotel is a Radisson tieup but they do not make that completely clear. Anyway, the staff is lovely and very helpful. Higher floors have some good city views. Amenities were provided and were more than adequate.

Was a bit iffy on the breakfast fare. There was a lot, but the layout was a bit strange. Most food was not fully seasoned, but that was remedied with some salt. I would have loved to have some more bread selections for breakfast. But this is a little bit of a nit-pick.

За ранний чек-ин взяли стоимость одного дня. Не сталкивался с таким раньше никогда. Всегда селили раньше если номер свободен. Номер был сильно прокурен. Сенсорные кнопки которые включают свет неудобны.

Personale super disponibile e cordiale, posizione ottima sia a piedi che in metro (fermata a 50mt) con combini sempre a 50 mt. Camera abbastanza ampia. Facile da trovare con Didi e mappe.

Camera ampia ma purtroppo datata con "profumo" di antico. Presente in SPA bagno turco ma non attivo e nelle docce e spogliatoi presente muffa sul soffitto. In un hotel del genere ci si aspetta di trovare la struttura come il personale cioè perfetto.

The breakfast place was just amazing.

The swimming pool was a bit small, and they could improve by developing the terrace outside, next to it and the fitness.

I picked this place because it was close to a musical I was watching. Lucky for me it was also close to a lot of cafes and food options, and close to the French Concession. Also a 5 minute walk to the Jing An temple.

Great location, good big room.

Carpet in the room not ideal for hygiene. Staff barely speaks any English.

Location and facilities are wonderful. There is a metro entrance right down the building, which is extremely convenient. The swimming pool and sauna is awesome as well.

Location is great for proximity to subway and the neighborhood which has shops and restaurants.

Hotel is definitely ready for renovation. Light cigarette smoke smell in rooms. One room smelled strongly of stinky food but we were able to switch that room. Shower curtain smelled mildewy.

Well located near the metro line and a nice spot in Shanghai. Staff were lovely and breakfast area was gorgeous. Really enjoyed my stay.

I really didn’t like how the staff communicate and treat us, they weren’t helpful and friendly at all, they barely spoke English, we needed some help to get disneyland park tickets but unfortunately they didn’t help

Attention le prix affiché sur Booking n'est pas le prix final, il est majoré de 10% "pour frais de service" m'a t on répondu. Déco un peu vieillote.... La piscine est décevante, le photographe qui l'a prise est particulièrement doué !

The location was grear, hopefully the Aircon was working.

Some lights were not working in the living-room, only 1 champagne glass in the kitchen when I arrived, no wine glasses. No support to dry dishes. The shelve for shampoo in the shower was broken, the carpet so dirty, the freezer completey frozen can not even open the door ! After informed their Management, only 6 wines glasses came, unacceptable for this price (3000 euros for 5 days !), I will not recommend it.

1. The service provided by the breakfast and dinner staff did not meet a five-star standard. For example, plates were cleared without asking the guests, even while I was still holding food, leaving me unsure where to place it temporarily. 2. Although it was clearly stated in the booking that smoking rooms were not acceptable, the first room we were given had a very strong cigarette smell. I had to request a room change immediately. 3. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, housekeeping staff still rang the doorbell.

Great sized room with a great view. Very close to Jing'an temple. Nice blackout curtains, bed, and breakfast.

This hotel is very well located in the centre of the Jing An neighborhood. Large and comfortable rooms with adjustable AC, good bed, and nice facillities. It is also very close to the metro station, so it is easy to arrive.

It is a large hotel with a diverse range of people. While the concierge was helpful in helping set up some apps that are required for the region, they aren't able to offer custom / unique recommendations (but this makes sense given the size of the hotel.

I was staying more than 2 weeks in kunlun jing an in earlier June this year. The hotel has a perfect location for travellers or short stay for business, exit 12 for metro line 14 just around the corner. Restaurants shopping are not far from hotel. In particular the swimming pool and spa facilities are useful for the summer season

My room number was 1815, I brought breakfast left on desk one morning, then I can't see find it while I was back, I called service she explained that she thought the bag of breakfast was a rubbish thought to the bin. This is a quite surprising me how the hotel trains staff in the manner of the primacy.

Room size reasonable. Beds comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. Location convenient to walk to Jing Ann Temple area, Wukang Road, Wujiang Road area. Train station just next to hotel. There's also a Lawson convenience store next door. Taobao delivery was also delivered to the room. Happy with the service.

Nothing to complain but may try another area if I were to visit Shanghai again.

The location was near the Jing 'an temple and the vibrant shopping center, the room had an excellent view to the sky line near by. Halal restaurants were near by a Lebanese and Uyghur which was very convenient. The near by subway station was a bonus convenience. I particularly enjoyed a swim at the swimming pool every morning.

Отличное месторасположение и нахождение рядом станции метро (до центральной набережной города и улицы Нанкин роуд буквально пару станций метро), наличие рядом круглосуточного магазина Lawson, большой выбор еды на завтраке и в целом хороший уровень завтрака с наличием выпечки, супов, азиатских блюд, в номерах чай, кофе и бесплатная бутилированная вода.

Старый номерной фонд, неприятный запах в номере (либо сырость, либо запах сигарет через вытяжку), в номере ни душ, а ванная и ни в одном мусорном ведре в номере не было мусорного пакета (ни до уборки, ни после), достаточно грязные окна в номере и как во всех отелях Китая очень плохой английский у сотрудников на ресепшен.

Отличный номер и прекрасное расположение.
