Great location near two metro stations. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Most hotels of this standard provide a bottle of water in the room but only available through the mini bar in this hotel. The breakfast room is a bit disappointing. Reasonable selection but the layout seems a bit chaotic, especially when it's busy. The snack bar has a good selection at reasonable prices. The waiter/waitress works very hard though, covering the bar, food and room service. That can lead to a long wait. Would be useful if another staff member could step in to help out at busy times.

As it was my first time in Madrid, the location was perfect! Minutes walk to Salamanca, and lots of fantastic bakeries round the corner. The staff were super helpful and the room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Given we travelled in one of the hottest summers, the air-con was fantastic and was a life saviour!

It would have been even better if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Excelente ubicación, a unos 15 minutos caminando a Gran Via y al barrio Salamanca, bastante equidistante de ambos lugares. Tiene un estacionamiento chico, para unos 6 autos, por lo que se puede arrendar en caso de salir de Madrid. La pieza estaba impecable todos los días, buen baño, buena ducha, cama cómoda. Sin duda volvería.

Las almohadas no muy cómodas, sugiero tener 1 alta que tenían y otra baja, para los diferentes gustos. La cama crujía al bajarnos de ella. Me imagino que ambas cosas de fácil solución. Falta una cafetera en la habitación, tenía minibar.

La ubicación es fantástica, como para ir caminando a muchos puntos de la ciudad y a pocos metros de una entrada al metro que te permite estar en el aeropuerto en media hora. Pese a estar tan central, es una calle muy tranquila y no hay ruido (se agradece esa "pausa" en Madrid)

Le hace falta mantención... los muebles y las instalaciones son muy antiguas: el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido ¡¡aunque estaba apagado!!

No warnings about the hotel and more specifically the floor we were in being under renovation.

Superb location, near the subway and in walking distance from major sites, attractions and plenty urban diversity. Good facilities, accessible and front door parking (for luggage transfer).

La ubicación es muy buena si se quiere una zona relativamente tranquila..quizás este un poquito alejada de lo que es el centro propiamente dicho...Sol Plaza Mayor pero si les gusta caminar se puede ir perfectamente....muy buena red de metro para eso

Lo único que a título personal me molesta es que el desayuno no este incluido en el precio. Pero entiendo que es política común en Europa.

４泊5日の滞在でしたが、最終日朝早くから隣室の音がかなり聞こえ朝４：００から眠れませんでした。

A localização é muito boa e tem metrô muito perto.

Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas observei que faltaram itens no café da manhã, que não foram repostos, mesmo faltando 2h para o encerramento do café (era sábado), como churros. Fiquei em hotéis parecidos (e até com menos estrelas), em Madri, Sevilha e Barcelona, e este foi o único que não disponibilizou água cortesia no quarto, nem mesmo térmica para água quente, nem café ou chá, como em todos os outros. O café foi também o mais simples de todos, e um dos mais caros. Não valeu o custo-benefício.

Shotout to receptionist David who has to deal with us 4 night shifts in a row! We didn’t spend so much time in the hotel, but everything was clean and so close. Metro is two minutes away from hotel and it’s very easy to approach all main atractions.

The soundproofing isn't the best, but it's tolerable.

Debería advertirse de antemano que el garaje es muy diminuto, complicado para maniobrar y, sobre todo, que la entrada apenas da para que entre el coche sin rozar los espejos. El precio del garaje no justifica sus prestaciones.

Excelente ubicación. Céntrico para realizar todo tipo de actividad, nos encantó mucho, el personal diurno es muy amable. el nocturno le falta un poco de empatía.

Todo estuvo bien. es un lugar muy acogedor. mi hijo y a mi nos encantó. a pesar de que hibamos un poco apresivo ya que se comenta de la seguridad, fue una experiencia muy grata y segura.

Lo que es el Hotel (servicio, personal, habitación, limpieza, etc), perfecto, especialmente la atención del personal y la habitación.

No doy la máxima puntuación, por el garaje. Fui en coche y la relación calidad- precio, del garaje, es abusivo, aunque fui advertido de la dificultad de acceso a la plaza, me parece un abuso el precio establecido, para el parking que tiene el Hotel.

Room was clean The bathroom was extended enough, practical and easy to move comfortabilitely. Well located (in the center of Madrid) Good luminosity Nice decoration and colors Pleasant smell in the corridor.

The entrance of my room was a bit narrow. There was not a good view from the window but I appreciated the luminosity.

Breakfast was pretty good, Rooms were not bad, bathroom was nice and the water pressure was great in the shower!

Coffee was not good and the washed cups had a lot Of coffee residue on them.. not washed well. The most annoying thing was how the front doors in the room would shake any time anyone walked by or opened or closed their door. Every single time it sounded like someone was trying to get into our room! It was so uncomfortable and inconvenient. And made you feel not safe at all!

El ruido del camión de lavandería debajo de la ventana a las 7 de la mañana todos los dias, golpeando los carros y despertando a la gente que quiere descansar. Mientras esperaba el Uber, el personal del hotel comentando en voz alta sobre unos huéspedes italianos que iban a alojarse, que si que gente más especialita porque no comían carne blanca y porque tenían alergía a la mozzarella, que si les iban a quitar el pasaporte de italianos, riéndose y haciendo burlas. Un comportamiento bastante poco profesional y sobre todo comentando cosas privadas de unos huéspedes mientras todo el mundo podía escucharlo...

Hay unas escaleras para llegar al ascensor que cuando tenes valijas pesadas no es muy cómodo y no hay nadie para ayudar. Pero es un detalle absolutamente menos

El alojamiento está súper todo limpio y muy confortable :) repetiría sin duda a pesar de mi corta estancia

Ubicado a menos de 20 minutos de La Gran Vía caminando por zonas seguras, estación de metro a 3 minutos caminando, variedad de restaurantes en la zona, la habitación muy bien.

El desayuno no incluido en el precio de la reserva es relativamente alto con respecto a las opciones en los alrededores del hotel.

Es el hotel que siempre cogemos cuando vamos a visitar Madrid. Muy buena ubicación, personal amable y atento e instalaciones que además fueron renovadas recientemente. Muy satisfecho

The location of the hotel was amazing. We only took a stroll outside a few times, but everything seemed to be really close by. The hotel was also very accessible by car. The room was very nice and spacious as well as the bathroom equipped with a rain shower. Additionally we slept like babies, that's how good the beds were!

There's really only 2-3 things I didn't quite like about our stay at the hotel. As much as I loved the shower, it didn't do that great of a job at containing the water. At some point our bathroom was basically flooded. You do get a blowdryer but it was a little difficult to use and wasn't very powerful, just straight heat. From what I could tell the hotel had a few lifts. There is 1 or 2 by the front desk and one on the other side of the lobby. We had the pleasure of having to use this one. However it is only accessible by stairs, which might prove difficult for some individuals.
