View from the room was nice. Location to the interstate.

Room was warm when I got there. The ac was loud, loud enough to wake me up ever time it cycled on. The sink was blocked up and wouldn’t drain. The toilet was dripping water and noisy. The room was advertised as $83. I was booked $222, and then paid additional $20 for parking. Which was awkward to park my Tacoma into. Barely slept 4 hours and decided it wasn’t worth Sticking around for the breakfast. Which was a good thing as I seen and smelled nothing when I left.

The Capet was not very clean.

Rooms were big and I got to log into my own apps on the tv

The waste basket would be better with a bag. I didn’t want to throw my ketchup packages away because I didn’t want it to dirty the inside of the waste basket

Staff was friendly and trod hard. Restaurant was way understaffed for dinner and breakfast. Staff did all they could.

Restaurant way understaffed. At dinner the bartender had to wait on us and go to the kitchen to cook our food. Understaffed for breakfast also. No shower gel or shampoo in room, containers were empty. Buried a 20.00 charge for parking way down in their page. Hated cashless facility.

Close to my dorm so my family could just walk. Good spot downtown. Had a Starbucks and gave complimentary cookies!

Parking lot is a bit tight and parking fee is hella high. Room had bugs and lobby had bugs and ants.

My room still had previous renters belongings like dirty socks and a fan. And there was a towel underneath the sheet on the bed.

Room was not very clean. All bed linens were wrinkled as if wadded up. Entire hotel was tired and in desperate need of refresh. $75 pet fee was quite high. Only one working elevator for entire building so waits were long.

Information zur verspäteten Ankunft kam im Hotel nicht an. Stornogebühren wurden sofort erhoben, obwohl Hotel komplett ausgebucht war und mein reserviertes Zimmer vergeben wurde. Meine Intervention war nötig. Kein Frühstücksbüffet! Frühstück nach Karte und überwiegend nur warm und zu teuer. Nach Intervention wurde ein Gutschein im Wert von 18$ ausgestellt. Die Speisenauswahl war damit extrem eingeschränkt. Gastronomie kaum vorhanden und zeitlich extrem eingeschränkt. 22.00Uhr war die Bar in der Lobby geschlossen.

Diesel trucks leave engines on while unloading. It’s too near the benches under the trees. Very bad air. You need a sign: turn off car engines.

We fou nd the dinner meal to be average, and consequently did not attempt the breakfast.

Allowing diesel engine trucks to idle while loading/unloading. I could not sit outside on the bench to enjoy tree shade in the morning. You should have vehicles shut down while parked in front zone.

The staff were not too friendly or not too rude. When I checked out the lady didn't even ask me how my stay or even greet me when I walked up to counter. The lady who has a tattoo between her nose was real rude when it came to the store. She gave me a look like I should already know.

This was the worst accommodation I've stayed in in a long time! Your A/C malfunctioned all night, the fridge didn't cool, your ice machines not functioning when called front desk ,they said they couldn't send anyone to bring ice, that I had to go to the bar to get it my self. 20 bucks for parking in your parking lot ,REALLY!!!!! MOTEL 6 offers better service!

I loved the aesthetic! It wasn’t neutral and boring like most hotels. It felt fun and exciting. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. I appreciate the tub. Most hotels we have stayed at recently had small tubs or just showers.

I didn’t like that our stay was so short.

Not enought parking and our TV didnt work and apparently they had gone the night before because someone had called to get checked yet they gave us the room anyway and all they could talk was about waiving the parking fee but they had already waived it for something else. I asked for atleast a discount but nothing was done!!!

Bed was comfortable.

I requested a bath tub and paid up front and they just ignored me. They had a huge kids event and they didn’t open the pool. The toilet paper is out of reach in the bathroom.

We were taken aback upon checking out when we had to pay a fee for parking...this was a complete surprise, the check in person told us where to park but DID NOT say it was a fee parking in front of facility. She did tell us we needed to pay for Wi-fy unless we were members...I have NOT come across a fee for Wi-fy in your room EVER!

Location, across the street from the event I was attending! The staff was very quick to take care of any request that I had. I liked getting the text messages asking how my stay was going. Hotel shuttle to airport was easy to schedule at no cost! Breakfast workers were very efficient. Liked that the same, nice variety of items were offered at breakfast buffet.

Bathroom was very cramped for even one person to move around in. Shower leaked onto the floor. Frig made a loud noise and went off/on loudly during the night. Pillows were all not firm (most hotels have pillows that have different amounts of firmness). Elevators were slow to respond, there were 4 elevators and only 2 were operating. The room was clean but showed a lot wear & tear. Iin general, the property needs to be renovated.

The shower was kinda gross. It had feet prints in the shower but it went away after spraying it so it was okay with a lil soap in water. Other than that solid

Everything was great except the weird parking lot.

It was not very clean. Kind of dingy. The barn door to the bathroom fell on me when I was trying to close it. It needs a remodel, especially for the price charged per night.

The staff was good. Room service Never answered their phone. I called several times for three days. No one ever picked up. The hotel didn’t look clean from outside to inside. It was unsightly. I’ve stayed at Doubletree hotels all over the country. I’ve never seen one that looked so run down. Very disappointing.

The bathroom was not cleaned well at all. The room was clearly used a lot, and there didn’t seem to be as much upkeep as is truly needed.

Room was very clean and roomy, just the bed was uncomfortable, low pressure in shower. Had to pay for parking even though there was no security. If want breakfast need to pay for it. Overall was ok but didn't really impress me for being a Double tree.

The staff went above and beyond and even helped my son leave flowers for me infront of my door for my birthday!

Stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was amazing. The only problem I had was they charged $20 for parking but by the time we got back at night there wasn’t a single space available and I had to park across the street.
