Room was not clean, bed was not comfortable, there was a dank smell in the room and there must be a club right outside the hotel because we were woken up every night with loud music and drunks yelling.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Good location, with a good size room and very nice breakfast. They placed our two rooms side by side, which hasn't really been too common lately.
Really dark room, the ceiling lamp was barely useful. The mattress although good was very soft, so any movement from one person would move the other. The breakfast although nice was late during our last day, so we couldn't fully enjoy it (warm options unavailable).

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026I have a single room which was quite small but enough for one person. My room faced on a back street which at times was a little noisy. The bathroom was brand-new and spotlessly clean. The towels were white and clean and the sheets were nice and crisp. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and check-in was easy. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Everything you could want was included in breakfast. It was a very short five minute walk to the historical Centre. Five minute walk to the light rail terminus.
I would’ve liked a very light curtain over the window so I could have the heavy curtains open to get light into the room. When I opened the curtains anybody passing could look in so I didn’t have much privacy. It wasn’t a big issue. It just meant that I had to make sure the curtains were closed when I was getting dressed and undressed. Also, I believe there were supposed to be air-conditioning but I didn’t see any evidence of that. It didn’t matter the room was pleasant and I could open a window.
