The location! Its close to the metro and makes it convenient to go around famous tourist spots in Paris.

The elevator, then hotel keycard, and the fact that we have to buzz late at night just so someone can open the main door for us. Our keycards should that do that work and not rely on someone to open the door. Breakfast is another thing. My reservation is with breakfast but we didnt like the food options.

The location was good and quiet in the evening. The hotel was very well connected to the metro and some bus lines. The check-in/out was easy. The staff was reactive to requests or any issue with the room. The bed was comfortable and spacious. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby if you need something.

The drainage in the shower was really slow to drain. The sink was clogging when we checked in and the blower tube was broken (although the staff was quick to fix it when we called for support). The surfaces of the clothes shelving were sticky. Perhaps more attention to the cleaning would be great.

L’hôtel est bien situé et Le personnel est accueillant. Malgré sa petite taille la chambre est bien, et la literie confortable. Cependant c’était dommage d’avoir des fourmis dans la salle de bain.

Les moquettes avaient besoin d’être nettoyées. Le soir malgré une sonnette, le personnel n’était pas du tout réactif pour nous ouvrir la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel. Un système de badge serait plus efficace, car ce n’est pas agréable d’attendre dehors. L’ascenseur pour monter aux étages était très lent.

L'albergo è accogliente e tenuto bene, molto ben posizionato, in un quartiere che si percepisce essere sicuro, pieno di bei locali e di gente che passeggia e lo anima. Ben posizionato anche per la vicinanza alla stazione della metro e alle fermate degli autobus. Nei locali dei dintorni, si può fare la prima colazione e pranzare/cenare a prezzi più che accettabili. In molte valutazioni, avevo letto che ci si lamentava della ridotta dimensione della camera; a me, invece, non è sembrata piccola, né tantomeno ho trovato piccolo il bagno.

Non ho apprezzato la scelta di imporre un prezzo così elevato alla prima colazione in albergo: ben 15 euro a persona... In una boulangerie nei dintorni, ho fatto una discreta colazione pagando poco più di un quarto di questa cifra! Altri potrebbero non gradire che voci esterne raggiungono le camere e possono, quindi, essere elementi di disturbo: voci di giovani provenienti da locali prossimi all'albergo, oppure quelle dei bambini di una vicina scuola materna, ecc. Quanto a me, posso dire che non mi hanno procurato fastidio.

Localização próxima ao metrô. O bairro traz sensação de segunrança e apresenta muitos restaurantes e, inclusive, um shopping. O café é ótimo, assim como o quarto e a limpeza.

Good hotel for price in Paris. I would use again.

Breakfast poor quality. The croissants www tiny and in short supply, while the sausages were almost inedible.

Camera grande, letto comodo. La pulizia sia della camera che del bagno. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Buona la colazione con scelta sia dolce che salata. La metro sotto l'albergo stracomoda per arrivare ovunque.

Al ckeck in accoglienza poco educata della persona alla reception.

É tudo maravilhoso. O quarto, o café da manhã, os funcionários e ainda deixaram a gente entrar 6 horas antes do Check in 🎉❤️

Great location, very close to metro-bus-tram. Thank you for giving us a room with balcony, we enjoyed it. Bed is comfortable. Room is small but overall it did not affect our experience. Reception staff and lady at the breakfast area was helpful. Breakfast is ok.

Facilities could be cleaner and good looking, however there was some renovation going on. Towels should be cleaner. Elevator is slow and noisy.

L'accueil, la propreté, la proximité de la place d'Italie avec les transports en commun.

Le bruit et les vibrations du métro qui passe sous le bâtiment régulièrement (bien ressenti eu 2ème étage). Des bruits aussi de rénovation durant la journée, à l'étage supérieur. Le matelas était irrégulier. J'avais compris qu'il y avait un parking à disposition mais en fait il faut passer par un site internet et payer.

L’accueil, l’espace et la clarté.

L'emplacement, le repose-valise très pratique, et le sèche-cheveux à disposition. Le petit déjeuner avec un large choix.

Il y avait des travaux de rénovation, mais pas précisé lors de ma réservation... Dommage mais le créneau indiqué pour les nuisances était conforme.

Városnézés szempontjából kitűnő helyen van, metro, éttermek pár perc gyalogos távolságra. Bőséges reggeli, kedves személyzet. A szoba mérete a célnak megfelelő.

Talán a tisztaság, de nagyon azzal se volt problémánk. Egy hűtő a szobában jó lett volna. Következő párizsi látogatásunkkor is itt szállnánk meg.

A localização é excelente, perto de 3 linhas de metro e de vários autocarros. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. Foi importante oar condicionado pois nos primeiros dias estavam 38 graus na rua! Há uma boulangerie de muita qualidade na mesma rua, para além dum carrefour express, onde nos abastecíamos para as merendas a levar. A meio da estadia, o hotel colocou um mini frigorífico num dos nossos quartos, o que foi óptimo para podermos colocar as nossas garrafas de água.

Falta um toalheiro para pendurar a toalha de rosto. De resto tudo impecável

O café da manhã precisa melhorar. As mesas demoram para serem limpas, quando faltam talheres tb demora a reposição, se o gerente observar por alguns minutos resolve.

Hotel in una posizione davvero comoda e centrale, con la fermata della metro proprio di fronte, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni di Parigi, e anche una fermata dei taxi appena fuori dall’hotel. La struttura è nuova, moderna e ben curata. La nostra camera era di buone dimensioni, considerando gli standard di Parigi, e soprattutto sempre molto pulita. Ogni giorno la camera veniva rifatta e gli asciugamani sostituiti. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e accogliente, pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente le valigie nel deposito sia prima del check-in sia dopo il check-out, così da poter sfruttare al meglio anche l’ultimo giorno in città senza l’ingombro dei bagagli.

L’unico aspetto diciamo “negativo” riguarda il phon presente in camera: non si tratta di un vero e proprio asciugacapelli, ma di una sorta di tubo fissato alla parete che emette aria calda e che, almeno per noi, non è stato sufficiente per asciugare i capelli. Inoltre, il tubo era anche rotto e parte dell’aria fuoriusciva prima di arrivare alla bocchetta. Per questo motivo, essendo rimasti in hotel per una settimana, siamo dovuti andare ad acquistare un phon durante il soggiorno.

Accueil sympathique, bon emplacement de l'hôtel. Chambre satisfaisante et bien équipée (à part un chevet branlant).

Siamo arrivati che dovevano fare dei lavori, quindi martellavano in pieno giorno. Sarebbe preferibile avvisare se possibile prima del soggiorno.

Bruits de travaux dès 0745- attente interminable de l’ascenseur - personnel pas du tout souriant -absence d’armoire ou étagère pour ranger les vêtements personnels .

Localización excepcional. Cerca del metro con 3 líneas que te llevan a todos los sitios turísticos. Un centro comercial muy bueno al otro lado de la calle. Muchos restaurantes en su entorno. Muy buena relación precio/ beneficio. Sin duda vamos a repetir.

Necesita un poco más de mantenimiento en el baño, pero nada que impida el bien estar.

Nu am servit micul dejun; hotelul este bine amplasat langa o gura de metrou de unde te poti deplasa oriunde. Curatenie - a fost facut curat si s-au schimbat prosoapele in fiecare zi. Aer conditionat - un mare plus in perioada torida. WI-fi OK.

Nu am avut frigider in camera.

Хотел се налази на одличној локацији, у мирном делу града. Повезан је са главним атракцијама метро линијама 5, 6 и 7.Соба је чиста, као и купатило, кревет преудобан. Доручак укусан, у складу са категоријом хотела. Девојка на рецепцији је увек расположена да пружи помоћ.

Момци на рецепцији су љубазни, али слабо говоре енглески. За доручак не служе никакво поврће (на пр. маслине, парадајиз, краставац итд.). Мени није представљало проблем, али другарици која је алергична на неке састојке из хране недостајала је салата. Један дан су заборавили да однесу коришћене пешкире и испразне канту за смеће, као и да нам донесу чаше за воду, кафу и чај.

Posizione ottima, non sei troppo lontano dal centro e basta attraversare la strada per arrivare alla fermata della metro. Colazione abbastanza buona, ma ho notato che nel fine settimana la qualità aumenta.

Purtroppo tutti i bagni non hanno la finestra ma nemmeno un aspiratore (quella classica ventola che si avvia accendendo la luce). Il vero problema di tutto questo è che nel corridoio del mio piano c’era sempre molta puzza..inutile specificare di cosa.

标准欧式早餐，自助餐，挺好。 地理位置相当不错，出门就是地铁，去哪都方便，附近亚洲餐馆很多，符合亚洲人口味。

L'accueil est très sympathique et le décor de l'hôtel très chouette. Il est situé en plein Paris, proche du métro, tout en restant très calme. Nous avions même un balcon dans notre chambre !

Un seul ascenseur, un peu lent, est juste pour un hôtel aussi haut. Toutefois, la direction suggère de prendre les escaliers avec des affiches pleines d'humour ! 😉

A szállás elhelyzkedése nagyon jó volt, könnyen el lehetett jutni a város bármely pontjára. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, jól ki tudtuk pihenni magunkat. A szobát folyamatosan takarították, és ezt nagyon törődőnek találtuk.

A szoba mérete számunkra kicsit kicsi volt, bár nem okozott ez problémát. Sajnáltuk, hogy a szobában nem volt egy pici hűtő, ami a nagy melegben sokat segített volna a komfortérzetünkön. A reggelinél hiányoltuk a zöld termékeket (Paprika, paradicsom stb.)

Velmi příjemný personál, čisté pokoje a skvělá lokalita, příjemná byla služba doplnění vody zdarma do vlastních lahví.

Snídaně byly doplňované velmi pomalu nebo vůbec a nebyly příliš bohaté, už v osm hodin byl k dispozici z pečiva jen toastový chléb, pouze ovoce, žádná zelenina.

Miła obsługa hotelowa. Pokój dość przestronny, czysty. Wygodny materac na łóżku, dodatkowa mała kanapa. Hotel bardzo blisko metra, galerii handlowej.

Все было отлично, соотношение цена-качество хорошее, отдельное спасибо персоналу и Фионе лично, она очень отзывчивая и добрая, была на связи и прекрасно общалась, создавая хорошее настроение . Хорошая постель, все очень чисто, завтраки европейские.

Eindelijk een hotel met een goed werkende airco, constante temperatuur en nauwelijks geluid. Dicht bij metro waar je verschillende lijnen de stad in kunt nemen. Op loopafstand een ruime hoeveelheid restaurants met goed eten voor een acceptabele prijs.

Ontbijtruimte ziet er wat steriel uit. Ontbijt zelf is prima.

I liked very much this property as it was clean, modern and had a very good breakfast to offer. It was also in good position near the metro station.

Localização perfeita, colado na Place D’Italie, todos os transportes na porta, várias linhas de metrô. Funcionários gentis e educados, sem complicações, resolvem tudo. Café da manhã honesto (melhor Madaleine de Paris), boa limpeza, banheiro ok.

Nada a declarar. Já fiquei neste hotel umas 5 vezes. Então eu gosto e recomendo.

Hotel semplice ma pulito, quartiere leggermente decentrato e più tranquillo rispetto al centro, e soprattutto comodo perché vicino a negozi, ristoranti e stazione metropolitana con coincidenze di più linee per muoversi in varie direzioni della città

A acomodação é excelente, une custo bom e fácil localização. Seria muito bom ter um frigobar, mas não tinha. Porém no térreo sempre tem água fresca disponível. Os funcionários são muito prestativos.

The bed is very comfortable, it’s clean, the shampoo has good smell. Location is very good, metro is just in front of it. It’s a safe area. The staffs are super friendly.

The elevator is mega slow, doesn’t work properly, it’s a bit noisy if you open the window.

Good position close to the metro station and shopping mall. The rooms are clean and good size for 2 people. AC is working great, cleaning ladies are changing towels every day

Emplacement très pratique pour ce que j'avais prévu de faire/voir. Chambre et salle de bains propres. Petit-déjeuner très bien, du choix, du fait maison. Chambre climatisée, très agréable pendant la canicule. Hôtel plutôt calme niveau sonore, sauf 1 fois où des occupants parlaient à voix haute pendant longtemps dans le couloir au milieu de la nuit.

La vue depuis la chambre, sans intérêt.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla fermata metro Place d'Italie, da cui poter raggiungere facilmente i monumenti principali.Il quartiere è multietnico, colorato e vivo; sicuro di giorno e sostanzialmente anche di notte..anche se c'è qualche clochard nei dintorni. L'aria condizionata in stanza funzionava bene. Lo staff è stato gentile nel rispondere a tutte le richieste.

Forse si potrebbe migliorare la comodità del materasso con un Topper più morbido. Altra miglioria potrebbe essere la presenza di un piccolo frigo in stanza.
