Live! by Loews - Arlington, TX

Clean & convenient.

Pillows are not great.

The property is clean and feels safe. Staff is friendly and always available to assist with questions and needs.

This location is amazing. Occasional minor unpleasant smell in certain areas of building but nothing drastic.

I did not have breakfast there. Grab and go was decent. Lotus drinks would be preferred.

Room service was not great! Food was good but pizza was not cut. QUesadilla did not come with the menu items listes such as sour cream, salsa, and guac.

Everything!!! Perfect location!

Nothing

The staff Valet, Front desk clerk, Bell Hop, River Market Cafe and The restaurant were all excellent!!!! Everyone was professional, polite, and helpful!

Flawless. Super clean and comfy. EXCELLENT location. Super friendly staff. Room service 24 hours. I mean 10/10.

No complaints

The property is conveniently located near attractions and was clean.

There were some technical issues that were not resolved until checking out.

Great location

All good

Everything with the property was great.

Check in / check out process. I was told my room would be ready at 4 and I would receive a text. I never received a text and went to the front desk at 5:00 and there was still an issue finding my reservation. Checking out, I still haven’t received a bill/receipt for my stay.

Room set up was great with reading /sitting couch

Too hot at night even though we set the air on 68 deg

Convenient

Nothing

Love the proximity to the ballpark. When it is close to 100 degrees outside, it is so convenient to valet park your vehicle at your hotel and walk to the ballpark after getting into our room. Not even 3 minutes outside, and then back into air conditioning for a comfortable ball game. Added plus, Rangers won!

No negatives

Love the location right in the center of everything. It was an amazing atmosphere and friendly and courteous staff. The food and drinks were so fabulous. The walk to the stadium was so easy-didn't have to worry about parking. We were able to walk everywhere.

Everything was great.

Great atmosphere, short walk to the stadium and the staff was amazing!!

Room service. Food was not worth the money

The customer was great. The location and view of the room fabulous

There was nothing not to like

The closeness to Globe Life Park. So convenient to walk to and from the games.

Would be nice to have a voucher for breakfast.

Everything! Location & all of the hotels amenities! Kids club exceeded our expectations!

Nothing!

Live by Lowe’s is a great place to stay when going to a Baseball game . You are right next to the ball park . The hotel is lovely and the staff was great. I want to give a big shout out to Aileen and Kylie in The Spa Thank you both so much.

Cool environment, less than 5 min walk from the Texas rangers field.

La ubicación es perfecta si vas a los estadios! Piscina muy linda.

Nada. El lugar está muy bien

Convince to the ball field.

I didn't like the paid parking, tight spots, the walk to the hotel and or fridge didn't work.

How close it was to the stadium for the World Cup match... plus the charcuterie board waiting in our room upon arrival was a nice touch!

That they charged for stag me even though I paid through booking.com & I reached out to both property and booking .

Wow! One of the most amazing experiences i've ever had. We went for the World Cup and came early in the morning for the game thinking we would just have to store our bags and check in later - not only did our room get upgraded to PH on my birthday but it was ready upon check in before the game. The room/stay was truly fantastic. The location was prime for game day. The staff were so kind and helpful. One of the best days!!

A small thing, but a few times before the games the TVs outside were on the wrong channel (the World Cup games switch between Fox and FS1 depending on the game throughout the day). When we notified them, it seemed like an issue to just change the channel to the correct channel (especially at the oustide pool area). A couple times the game would switch to the right channel a few minutes before the match, or one time it was 10 min after a match started, which was kind of disappointing.

Great location, staff, views.

TVs were not smart TVs so you’re stuck with the old school scrolling unless you brought an HDMI cable. We booked two rooms but they didn’t not put them by each other. Thankfully the staff did their best but it took half an hour to get it sorted out

Need to experience. Travel down to the Dallas Fort Worth area for business. We stayed here. The lodging is a little expensive and the food is pricey, but the atmosphere is awesome your in walking distance of the cowboy Stadium and the ballpark in Arlington.

The views

Couch was torn and hanger on the curtains.

We stayed one night for our wedding Anniversary and were very happy with the accommodations. The hotel staff signed a card for us and left a bottle of Champagne in the room. What a nice surprise. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is really convenient to Globe Life Field. Not to mention the fantastic nightlife at Live which is basically attached to the hotel. We plan on making this an annual trip. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great customer service , helpful and the hotel is clear

Do not have any issues

This place is wonderful! Great location for a Rangers game and for Texas Live! The staff was so wonderful. Beautiful hotel and room. I will stay there again!

No complaints

The location is unmatched. The plant, immaculate.

Location and staff were excellent.

It was noisy from the Live venue and then at 2 am with closing doors. But we slept okay after all that. Ear plugs would fix that.

Room. Bed. View . Convenient location

Proximity to Globe Life Field

Exercise equipment variety is lacking.

Everything excellent

Some of the items in the room to high

Nice clean great location. Safe.

Needs better coffee shop. Stupid rule that you can’t order desserts with late night room service. And the room did not get very cool. Showed 65 and full fan. But all were hot

Location to Globe Life

Limited luggage carts and very stingy with Keurig k cups for in room coffee.

Sehr gut gelegen und seeehr sauber

Water pressure in shower was poor.

Very nice property conveniently located to Globe Life and AT&T stadiums. Valet parking staff were excellent. Quick easy checking and the rooms are very nice.

Muy buena ubicacion, fuimos al parque de beisbol y regresaremos luego para ver a los Cowboys.

En general muy buen lugar y el personal muy atento y servicial.

Proximity

Restaurant service isn't what it should be. Waitstaff doesn't follow instructions well. 15 minutes to get iced tea. Waiter followup was too slow. Burned french fries and way undercooked Filet isn't acceptable.

Nice, super busy, hotel right by the ballpark. If you are going to a Rangers or Cowboys game I highly recommend staying at this hotel. A few places to eat and walking distance to both venues.

Beware of making cancellable bookings at this hotel via their website. All though they state you can cancel booking up to 30 days in advance, you can't do this online. you must phone the hotel. When you finally get (and it take a while) they then tell you it can take up to 10 working days for you card to be refunded however on Business day 13 I still had no refund. On my third attempt at calling and email the hotel I finally got through to the billing team who advised that no refund had been processed on to my card even though I was eligible for a refund, When I asked why that was the case I got the reply 'I don't know'. So only now, two and a half weeks after cancelling are they processing my refund. Fortunately for me I cancelled well in excess of the 30 days limit, but if you leave it close to that, you can see hot this hotel will rip you off. Avoid unless you want to risk losing your hard earned money. There is nothing high end about this hotel.

The location was excellent! We enjoyed our stay.

Cold shower and it was next mid day they fixed and our beds were blah

The location was amazing!

Great location next to Globe stadium and Texas live all within walking distance.

After the game, we went to the bar at live for some drinks and dessert. The dessert ‘s that were ordered had to be sent back three times. My wife has peanut allergies and the kitchen wasn’t sensitive to her needs.

Everyone was polite and great customer services. The rooms was clean and spacy. The view was beautiful and convenience for food options at different restaurants next door.

Love love love this hotel. I have stayed here about 4 times and let me tell you every stay has been spectacular. I has a scare this most recent stay where I thought I left my ring in the room and someone may have taken after I left. I ended up finding my ring at home but let me tell you Matt Cooper with security took the issue very seriously and went above and beyond to investigate. The staff is always kind and the rooms anre always stellar. By far my favorite hotel in the area. I. Fiodembo
