Everything at this hotel was beyond my expectations. This is definitely a luxury hotel. From the time you arrive, you are greeted with friendly staff and check in was very quick and smooth. The room we were given was so amazing. The aesthetics and little details of the room were beautiful, and room service was quick and food was so amazing. They also have a little grab and go shop in the lobby and we grabbed some gelato at night which was so good. Check out was easy and valet was quick.

The parking is difficult. I htough valet would have been a wise choice. Not at all. Self park was far easier, but hard to find. There were several large events planned at once and everyone thought the same about valet parking. Took almost an hour after reaching the location before parking.

The whole atmosphere and convenience of everything. Loved that we had access to both locations. The pool and service were amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Not really a bad thing. But was confused on which Loews hotel I was staying at. I thought I had picked the one adjacent to live. Totally okay because I loved the one I we stayed at across the street. Check out was kind of rough. Phones were down no one to help carry our luggage. But I still enjoyed every minute of it.

We were there for the BTS concert, so the location was the best.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Clean, modern, very well organized hotel. Perfect if you planning to attend an event at AT&T stadium. Quick checkin/checkout, very friendly staff, quiet rooms. No need to reserve breakfast, amazing store/coffee shop on the first floor with delicious coffee, pastry and sandwiches.

I love how close it was to all the events I had. It was right in the middle of everything. The place is absolutely beautiful! The view was amazing! All staff were amazingly helpful, welcoming, and nice. We never took in the amenities in the hotel due to our packed schedule, but I heard from others that all aspects of the hotel were great.

There was a random piece of cardboard duck taped to the wall up where I believe a WiFi hub should normally be in a room. As someone who works in the service/ tourist industry it just didn’t look nice. It could have been a last minute thing, but we have warned guests when something like that is in a room before they enter. We forgot to mention it to the front desk when we left and didn’t want to make a hassle over something small during the big weekend.

I liked the Staff, the Facility, the great food/drinks, and the incredible location. I would stay there again because all of this made for such an easy and great weekend. The atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and everyone we interacted with had a wonderful attitude.

I really didn't like the pillows. That is it. I had trouble sleeping with how thick the pillows were. It's the tiniest of feedback but maybe if you guys could provide 2 of the 4 pillows to not be hugely thick it would work for someone like me who prefers from a thinner pillow. Thanks for a great stay.

We've stayed at Loews multiple times for Kpop concerts and our stay is always great.

Pillows aren’t comfortable. Room service said they would return with my dressing for my food but never did. A bit pricey but worth it for the location.

It was my first event on AT&T Stadium and Arlington. The location it is highly convenient, I didn’t has to worry about how to arrive to the event and at the end it was totally worth it being able to walk from the stadium to the hotel.

I had a great stay at the Loews Arlington. We were upgraded to a spacious suite that was modern, comfortable, and well-appointed. The food throughout the hotel was also good, which isn’t always the case at large convention hotels. While I reserve five stars for the truly exceptional hotels, this is an easy four-star stay and one I’d happily recommend. If you’re in Arlington for business, a convention, or a game, the Loews is an excellent choice.

This is the junkiest fanciest hotel I have stayed at. Here is a breakdown of our stay: 1 star comfort: the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It felt like it was inverted and very hard. I woke up with so much pain. 1 star room cleanliness: we arrived to out room and there was leftover food crumbs on the floors and hair in the shower. 1 star room size- we had a luxury king suite- which resembled a efficency apartment but even smaller! 5 star- greeting staff! They were amazing at check in 10 star the valet- the valet staff worked so hard, they literally ran the entire time 1 star the bartenders- no personality and the bar was filthy with foul smells 3 star- food overall I do not recommend this hotel for the price point. The beds are so uncomfortable, the doors are so heavy and make a lot of noise each time they close, the rooms are very small, but the staff is amazing everywhere but the bar.

Very comfortable hotel, well run, can get busy at times!!!! We went to a conference here and everything was organized, tasy, and comfy. slept like a dream with the light blocking curtains and the cozy beds.

My husband and I recently stayed here for a Rangers game, and we had an excellent experience. This is one of those hotels that gets so many things right, and we would absolutely stay here again. Check-in set the tone for our stay. The gentleman who assisted us was friendly, personable, and incredibly professional. He never made us feel rushed, took the time to explain how the room key system worked (including that the locks and elevators take a few seconds to recognize the key card), and even recommended several local restaurants. We took his suggestion and had dinner at Lockhart Smokehouse—and it was fantastic! Great recommendation and excellent customer service all around. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and extremely well maintained. The pool area is one of the nicest I've seen, with both a family pool and an adults-only pool, cabanas with ceiling fans, plenty of lounge seating, a small waterslide for kids, poolside bars, and a Mexican restaurant where you can grab a meal without changing out of your swimwear. The location simply can't be beat. Globe Life Field is directly across the street, making it an easy walk to Rangers games. Choctaw Stadium is across another street, and AT&T Stadium is also within walking distance. Six Flags is nearby as well, although during a Texas summer I'd probably recommend driving rather than walking in the afternoon heat! One feature we really appreciated was the enclosed walkway connecting this hotel to Live! by Loews. Guests have access to amenities at both properties, which adds even more dining and entertainment options without ever having to go outside. The only reasons I'm giving this stay a 9.5 instead of a perfect 10 are very minor. First, the minibar uses weight sensors, so simply removing an item from its holder results in an automatic charge. Fortunately, our front desk associate explained this during check-in, and there are clear notices with pricing inside the room. While we appreciated the transparency, I did laugh a little at the idea of paying $14 for M&M's or $10 for a bottle of Fiji water! My only real complaint was the pillows. The mattress was wonderfully comfortable, but the pillows were simply too soft for side sleepers. They compressed so much that neither of us slept particularly well, despite the otherwise excellent room. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Between the exceptional staff, beautiful facilities, convenient location, and overall guest experience, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone attending a convention, sporting event, or concert in Arlington. We look forward to returning.

That i didn't stay sooner

The location was great. The hotel was clean. The room service and food was great.

I asked for a quiet room on the highest floor to be away from the lower noise and foot traffic. I was surrounded by kids. It was my understanding that the upper pool was adult only. Saturday was jam packed with multiple kids jumping on and out of the pool, splashing, and throwing balls. I was on a staycation, looking for a peaceful lounge by the pool. Sunday a family with about 5 kids were at the upper pool and I knew every child's name in a short time because all they did was yell their name. Thry eventually eent to the lower pool wheee they should have been to begin with. Families come as a family to enjoy each other. Those that come to lounge and have a peaceful setting deserve an enforced area as well.

This hotel was worth every penny. We ended up here following a disaster of a booking for a local apartment that we did not feel safe in. Facilities, pool, gym and restaurant were all fabulous. All Staff super friendly and polite throughout the hotel.

Price and the fact that they put a hold on my card for 252.06. I knew about the 100 hold but not the other.

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Questions were answered quickly and even valet during peak times was really very kind and friendly.

Our room was not as clean as I was expecting. One of the sheets looked to be dirty (maybe a stain) and i found several items in the floor (bobby pin, dry contact and a piece of plastic tag that was from a new item). I know there was probably a high turn over to get room ready for the next guests. I have stayed here more than once and this is the first time I have found this. We loved our stay.

We bought snacks and gelato from the snack/bakery store located in the Loews Hotel and it all was very good. A little pricey but very comparable to what other hotels charge. We also enjoyed "Texas Live" across from the hotel and had several meals at this venue. Great place to watch sports and hang with friends before and after a Texas Rangers game, which we attended 2 during our 1 night stay. Highly recommend Loew's as a wonderful and clean place with beautiful accommodations.

Beautiful Hotel! Staff is exceptional, and Rooms were comfortable. The Pools were amazing. Great location for a Baseball game and beautiful views! We would definitely stay again.

The adult swimming pool. It still allowed kids . Advertised as a kid pool and adult pool. The adult pool allowed kids as long as parents were there.Adult pool means 18 and over in my opinion.

Proximity to the AT&T stadium was perfect…saved me transportation wait times to watch World Cup matches. The front desk staff and supervisor were exceptional in addressing an issue I had with my debit card. The property matched my expectations

FIFAワールドカップサッカー観戦のために利用しました。規定より早い時刻のチェックインでしたが快く対応してくれました。at&tスタジアムが正面に見える素晴らしい部屋でした。また、ウエルカムドリンク水、ビールがあり、最高クラスのもてなしでした。部屋もとてもきれいです。
