Radisson Blu Park Hotel Athens

Loved the pool terrace and restaurant. Great atmosphere for any age. Service in all the eating areas was great. My daughter is dairy free and they were fab at highlighting issues and accommodating her.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Unfortunately, our stay did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering the price. The hotel feels overpriced for the overall level of service and experience. The minibar in our room was completely empty, and when we requested drinking water, it never arrived. These may seem like small details, but at a hotel in this price range, you expect basic requests to be handled promptly. We also found the food and drinks on the hotel menu unnecessarily expensive for what was offered. Overall, the stay was okay, but the price-to-quality ratio was disappointing. At this price point, we expected much better attention to detail and service.

The rooftop.

The Suite is not a suite. Its not even have a balcony. When i asked the staff, they didnt want to help. Also, when trying to pay, the staff didnt agree to do payments on the bill. It was weird. The neighberhood of the hotel is terrible. Value for money is very bad.

It was very clean!

I ordered a suite, and was surprised and disappointed to find out it's on the 1st floor. Even though it was a great room, it had no park view as mentioned, and was right on the street with a bit of noise from cars. Other than that, it was all great.

The bed was not a king size bed as it’s advertised, it was two single beds put together and really really not comfortable for a couple.

The room furniture was so old + curtains was broken

Ansich war das Hotel OK, ABER angesichts des hohen Preises habe ich mehr erwartet. Die Zimmer sind runtergekommen, das Bad veraltet, der Lack der Badewanne war beschädigt, die Klima kühlte den Raum nicht gut runter, die Zimmer waren laut. Das Gym war spartanisch ausgestattet. Rühreier mit Gemüse seiner Wahl und Pfannkuchen kosten extra. Das Personal erfüllte nicht die Standards eines solchen Hotels. Alles in allem waren wir für den Preis eher unzufrieden

I did not like the fact that in our stay we were there three days and not once did anybody come to change the bins even though you couldn’t put toilet paper in the toilet and also nobody came to change the towels and when I did ask to change the towels they did bring them but they didn’t take the dirty ones away

For meg virket dette mer som et 3 stjerners hotell. Et svømmebasseng på taket var det eneste som minnet om luksus her. Slitt gammelt og ikke rent.

The room and bed were comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly, they upgraded our room at no extra cost

to maintain the radisson standard it requires some restoration, for example the wallpaper in the corners

The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Both the room and the public areas are clean and pleasant. The pool area is tidy, the water is clear and it seems that they take great care to clean it frequently. The breakfast is very rich and varied.

I really wanted to enjoy the spa and even book massages, but every time I arrived there was no one to talk to, there is no phone number to call, I even left a message at the reception and they didn't get back to me. The gym looks completely deserted and the spa facilities, sauna and Hammam, are very small and not inviting.

Η θέα προς το πάρκο του Πεδίον του Άρεως ήταν μαγευτική. Το roof garden με την πισίνα, ήταν υπέροχο! Μια πολύ χαλαρή ατμόσφαιρα το βράδυ και μία δροσερή βουτιά με κοκτέιλ το πρωί. Το προσωπικό, από την ρεσεψιόν, την καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια, το πρωινό και το costumer service ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο του roof garden ήταν απλά πεντανόστιμο. Ελληνικές γεύσεις σε gourmet στυλ!! Τι παραπάνω θέλεις για ένα για το κλείσιμο του καλοκαιριού…

I think that is a little expensive but I will not change this hotel with anyone else. I am fully pleased

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel and room. The condition, cleanliness, furnishings, and facilities were far below what I expected from a 5-star hotel and, in my opinion, closer to a 2-star standard. Considering the high price I paid, the accommodation was not worth the cost. I have photos documenting the condition of the room.

L’amabilité, la gentillesse et le côté serviable du personnel. La piscine et ses équipements sont très chouettes (bien qu’un peu petit pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel)

Le rooftop avec sa piscine est magnifique et bien agencé dans un espace restreint. Le restaurant est chic et chaleureux avec une vue magnifique sur l’acropole. Le PDJ est copieux .

La vue directe sur des logements d’athéniens. Les canalisations étroites qui empêchent de jeter le papier dans les toilettes mais cela semble être courant en Grèce .

Хороший отель, с слегка устаревшим номерным фондом. У нас был вид на Акрополь. Шикарный бар на крыше с бассейном. Завтраки тоже вкусные и есть выбор. Недалеко есть станция метро. Дружелюбный персонал. Написала в отель, что у нас раний прилет и если есть возможность сделать нам раний чек ин, персонал пошел нам на встречу и заселил в 10 утра. Поэтому мы смогла выспаться с дороги и потом целый день гулять по Афинам.

Не было зубных щеток. А я их забыла взять.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, around 11 p.m. The staff were kind and helpful from the moment we arrived, assisting us with parking, our luggage, and a quick check-in. They were always friendly and ready to help. Overall, our experience was amazing. We didn’t eat at the hotel due to kosher dietary requirements. It’s also important to know that outside food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel! It’s only two metro stops from the city center, and the location is excellent and very convenient if you have a car. We stayed for eight days. Highly recommended :)

There should be an option to bring your own food and drinks into the pool area. Although they asked us not to take them out, they didn’t make an issue of it, and everything was handled politely and respectfully.

Emplacement très pratique pour profiter pleinement de Athènes. Tout est à proximité. Staff très accueillant et agréable. Le cadre du roof top est vraiment reposant le soir. Tout était parfait.

Το προσωπικό ειναι όλοι νέοι και άπειροι, με αποτέλεσμα λάθη παραλήψεις κτλ Ήταν όλοι ευγενικοι και πρόθυμοι ομως καλο είναι να υπάρχουν και έμπειρα άτομα για την καθοδήγηση των ομάδων.

Beautiful room! Very spacious. We have stayed in room 104 it was fabulous!! The pool on the roof top with awesome and the view was fab!!! Friendly staff! I will definitely stay here again!! Thank you

La vue de la chambre sur le parc voisin, ainsi que la vue sur le Parthénon depuis le restaurant du rooftop. Le choix offert au buffet du petit déjeuner (gluten free…). Un personnel serviable et souriant.

Les rues du quartier de l’hôtel- à la limite de l’insalubrité- n’est pas propice à la promenade. La salle de bain qui mériterait vraiment d’être rafraîchie et modernisée - malgré notre double surclassement à notre arrivée.

Large rooms, delicious variety of breakfast, front office staff specially Niki were kind and helpful. Although we arrived in the morning from our international flight, they let us check in early.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I accidentally made a reservation for two nights, although I only stayed for one night. I requested a refund for the night I would not be staying, but the two male staff members at the reception refused my request. Despite explaining the situation and asking for a refund, I was told that no refund would be issued, and I was charged for the additional night that I did not use. What makes this even more disappointing is that the room was then sold to another guest for the same night, meaning the hotel received payment twice for the same room. I do not believe this is fair or reasonable. I kindly ask the management to review this situation and take the necessary action, including refunding the amount charged for the night I did not stay.

El desayuno con mucha variedad y rico. El personal fue amable, sobre todo los del comedor, quienes atendían en el desayuno. También el personal de recepción fue eficaz y amable para resolver el inconveniente que tuvimos con el baño (le faltaba la mampara).

Nos dieron una habitación cuyo baño no tenía mampara y se solucionó porque pedimos cambio de habitación. Es un hotel de 5 estrellas, y esto no debería de ocurrir. La habitación fue pequeña, eramos 3 personas.

Die Sitzplatz Situation war sehr eng. Warum auch immer gab es eine Extra-Karte für Eier, die Extra-Preise hatten, die viel zu teuer waren. Der Pool hat keinen Blick auf die Akropolis. Die Preise am Pool sind viel zu hoch, ein Bier 0.3 8 Euro unverschämt. Die Toilette am Pool war total dreckig, mehrfach.

Well, it’s beautiful, its in a great location

It was dirty. It gave the vibes that they just made up the bad and cleared unnecessary things. The room terrace was dirty, tables and sofas were filled with dust. Bathroom floor was also dirty looked like it wasn’t cleaned or washed for weeks.

Le bruit !!!! Chambres très mal insonorisées. On entend tout du couloir - chaque porte qui claque - pendant toute la nuit. L’hôtel donne sur une 6 voies. Véritable autoroute. Sirènes et motos qui passent toute la nuit. Le personnel était gentil et a essayé de nous changer de chambre, mais même les chambres donnant sur le côté n’était pas beaucoup plus calmes.

مخيب للامال حجزته لانه راديسون بلو ولكن هذا الفرع خيب ظني فيه. الغرفه صغيرة جداااا طلبت سرير مزدوج اعطوني مفرد الفندق قديم واضح الاستهلاك فيه السعر مرتفع جدا مقابل القيمة في اثينا في خيارات افضل

Excellent! Maybe the best hotel in Athens, Greece. Their customer service was above and beyond. The reception employees treated us better than our own families. Their welcome approach and ability to answer every question we had with even travel recommendations was amazing.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. It makes Athens easy. Close enough to everything without the hassle of driving and parking right in the centre of town. Lovely rooms, breakfast and rooftop pool/bar and the staff are always absolutely lovely.

Not much. Some of the gym equipment is ready for an upgrade. That’s about it.

Vi valde hotellet för 1 natt , mkt pga av att dom hade pool på taket då vi visste d skulle vara varmt. Men det var kaos i poolen! Några andra gäster med barn hade helt tagit över och det var helt galet, deras barn ca 10 st var hänsynslösa , respektlösa, hoppade och skrek som galningar. Andra gäster fick hålla sig på sidorna för att inte bli dränkte. Volymen var galen! Dom som arbetade bad flera gånger om ursäkt för detta , och jag förstår att dom hade det tufft med dessa gäster. Men vi förlorade en trevlig stund att svalka oss i poolen. Vi åt på resturangen , och betalde 18 euro nästan 200kr för en tallrik kokt spagetti till vår 4 åring. Skulle såklart ha frågat om priset innan, men d gjorde jag ej. Men 200krför kokt pasta är ju helt orimligt!! Vi hade varit i Grekland 2 veckor innan vi landade på Radisson , på hotel som inte alls ska vara fint som detta men upplevde ändå att det var så mkt bättre! Wifi funkade ej på rummet. Sängen var skön iallafall! Men du får inte vad du betalar för…

Une belle chambre d’hôtel hyper spacieuse avec tout plein d’équipement. La salle de bain est le gros plus j’ai pu me faire des bains !

Η επιλογή πρωινού δεν ήταν σαφής. Συνεπώς ήταν δυσάρεστη έκπληξη το ότι δεν συμπεριλαμβανόταν. Δεν είναι δυνατόν να ταξιδεύουμε για επαγγελματικούς λόγους και να χρειάζονται διαρκείς αναβαθμίσεις και ανταλλαγές μηνυμάτων για μια βασική υπηρεσία. Θεωρώ απαραίτητο ότι για ένα ξενοδοχείο πέντε αστέρων το πρωινό συμπεριλαμβάνεται στην τιμή. Η επιλογή -εάν θα πρέπει να υπάρχει- θα μπορούσε να είναι η αντίστροφη δηλαδή εάν κάποιος δεν επιθυμεί πρωϊνό να ερωτάται.

The roof top pool and bar area are lovely as is the restaurant though the menu for both seems to be the same. The views from the restaurant of the city including the Acropolis, are spectacular as they are from the bar area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The TV has news but no film channels. Really kindly, I had a surprise cake left in our room on my birthday!

The breakfast was good though never very hot on any of the days regardless of when we went. The area locally is quite quiet. The park opposite is nice but it’s around a 45 min walk to the centre where the sights and shops are.
