Reception staff was very polite and helpeful and the view from the terace also very comfortible beds and nice indoor parfum.

Waiting staff in the rooftop bar unpolite and you have to wait like 10-15 min. For takes order another 20 min. Wait to get it and the final you get something different. Also only few sunbeds.

Très bel hôtel, confortable et bien entretenu. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de la chambre ainsi que les espaces communs. Le rooftop et la vue sur Athènes sont un vrai plus. L’emplacement permet également de rejoindre facilement les principaux sites de la ville.

Le quartier autour de l’hôtel est un peu moins agréable que d’autres quartiers d’Athènes, surtout le soir.

Die Einrichtung einer Suite im 5 Sterne Hotel sollte nicht abgewöhnt sein. Klimaanlage hat nur in Aufenthaltsraum funktioniert, nicht im Schlafraum. Man hat nur einmal Kaffeekapseln und Wasser nachgefüllt.... Auf Nachfrage hat man uns 3x kapseln gegeben und auch Wasserflaschen... Man sagte uns, dass Wasser bezahlt werden muss. Zum Frühstück musste man Kaffee und Tee an einem Automaten holen, die Qualität war minderwertig... Der Service stand an der Theke und trank besseren. Auch der Rest von Frühstück war schlecht in Auswahl und Qualität... Z. B. Tiefkühlgemüse (Erbsen und Möhren).... Nur billig. Der Pool ist viel zu klein und es standen ca 14 Liegen da. Die Lage des Hotels, gerade für Frauen, war für uns schlecht... Die Straßen Richtung Innenstadt war mit Häuser und Bars bestückt, in denen nur Männer verkehrten... Dort hat es auch extrem nach Urin gestunken und viele Häuser waren abbruchreif.

L’emplacement était plutôt bien. On pouvait facilement faire les visites à pied. Et la vue sur l’acropole depuis la chambre.

Une petite odeur de moisie dans la chambre (peut être parce qu’elle n’avait pas été occupée pendant un moment avant nous ?!). La connexion wifi était naze…

The beds were extremely comfortable, the staff very polite and the check-in and check-out experience was great. We were upgraded to the Executive Suite and it was a nice surprise and the room was very spacious.

The furniture (couch and chairs) in the room was dirty and it seemed like it went through a lot, for a 5 star hotel this is not ok. The breakfast is average, and the location is not ideal, around the hotel the area seems quite unsafe.

The location is a bit dodgy situatee near omonia itbis a bit shady if you try to walk thw streets. That aside it seemed ti lack that liittle.bit extra..the pool area is small.with about 14 sunbeds.The hotel rooms feels a little tired. The breakfast buffet was ok but the service when gettong cocktails or around the pool.area was a little lacking. .I had to prompt waiters for service and some core basics like bringing a glass of water with cocktails didnt happen. Didnt feel.like it was a five star hotel. I have stayed in over 9 hotels in tjw last 35 days and this was the most expwnsive and not quite.the most dissapointing but not far.from it

- Lage: zwar noch fussläufig zu der Innenstadt, aber das Viertel schon sehr grenzwertig, man sollte auf den Hauptstraßen bleiben - Housekeeping: eine komplette Katastrophe, Waschbecken nicht geputzt, benutzte Gläser nicht einmal erneuert in vier Tagen, selbst bei mehrmaligen Reklamationen kamen die fehlenden Handtücher nicht, usw. - vermutlich für eine Nacht egal, aber bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalten nicht zu empfehlen

We selected king bed option, however apparently booking peovides that option but the hotel doesn’t provide it unless there’s availability. It was weird but they accomodated us after.

The staff were polite and friendly

I was given a room that was surrounded by noisy drunk tourists i had been woken up by them at 5am ! For a 5 star hotel i had to ask constantly for ash tray. There were small issues with the room . Had to ask 3 times for it to be fixed. Could not use the pool as the .noisy drunk tourists had taken over the pool. For the amount i paid i expected exceptional service and that is not what I got ! I would probably come back to this hotel again. I was not given any compensation for any of this !

We loved the modern hotel that has all the amenities, the nice and spacious room we received, the rooftop restaurant with extraordinary views of rooftop Athens and Acropolis, the nice but smaller pool than what is shown on the website. We loved how close the hotel was to the Metaxourgio metro station and that it is a few blocks from Psiri neighbourhood.

The pool hours were restrictive for those who sightsee and on checkout days - only open from 11 am and 7 pm. The neighbourhood and location of the hotel is a little run-down with lots of closed buildings. More should - could be done by the hotels and businesses in the area to ramp up the look of the area - plant trees, flower pots, add benches to the nearby square, etc.

I booked this as a solo traveller and felt really safe and well looked after. The restaurant has a great menu and amazing views of the city! The rooms are huge and well maintained.

The location is a little bit out of the city centre but an uber is only 5 euro so doesn’t matter as much for the amenities you get!

Staff were so helpful and accomodating. We had a late flight and they were kind enough to let us stay in our room, late check out, until it was time for us to go airport, free of charge. So grateful for this! The only negative is the location.

The area the accomodation was at. Near Omonoia where it’s scary to walk the streets. Luckily we had a car.

Lovely resort, comfortable rooms and superb staff!

O hotel é uma boa opção para uma estadia em Atenas, com boa relação qualidade/preço. Excelente rooftop, onde se toma o pequeno-almoço e se pode comer a qualquer hora do dia, até à noite, com vista para a Acrópole. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático e prestável, nomeadamente a Nicolle que nos recebeu no check-in e o Alessandro no restaurante. Boa localização, com transportes e estação de metro a poucos metros do hotel.

O hotel não é recente, mas está bem conservado no geral. O quarto talvez precise de alguma renovação, mas apesar disso,cumpre bem a função.

Excelente atención. Fuimos por un festejo de cumpleaños y nos invitaron pastel y prosseco en la habitación. Todos y todas llas recepcionistas muy amables y atentos. Tuvimos una estancia increíble.

El barrio es muy cerca de los puntos turísticos, y muy seguro, pero no es el más lindo, hay bastante suciedad y gente en la calle.

Personalet var utrolig imødekommende og venlige. Jeg blev opgraderet til et bedre værelse, som lå på 7. sal og havde en langt flottere udsigt. Morgenmadsbuffeten var super og det samme var menuen til aftensmad. Tæt på metro, men også i gåafstand til flere seværdigheder. Jeg havde 4 overnatninger på hotellet og kommer gerne tilbage dertil en anden gang.

Poolen kunne godt have haft lidt længere åbningstider.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to sincerely thank the amazing staff for their kindness and hospitality. We arrived quite late and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a higher floor, which was especially appreciated after a long and tiring day. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. A special thank you to Niki, Kosta-Dinos, Izmeraldo, Giannis, Anna and Vivian for their excellent service and warm attitude. I would especially like to mention Giannis and Kosta-Dinos, who were incredibly kind and understanding when my friend was unwell and had to stay in the room. They kindly provided me with containers to bring her some food and gave me their approval to do so. Their consideration meant a lot to us. Unfortunately, there was one unpleasant incident during breakfast. One of the waiters, the gentleman wearing glasses, raised his voice at me and made me feel embarrassed in front of the other guests, even though the managers had already given me permission to take the food to my sick friend. I completely understand that there may be rules, but there was absolutely no reason to speak to me in that manner. In my opinion, the way he behaved was far more embarrassing than anything I had done. A simple and respectful clarification would have been enough. Apart from this one incident, we truly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the wonderful staff who made us feel welcome and cared for. We would happily return.

We stayed on the 8th floor. The room is big and nice - specially the view to acropolis the breakfast is tasty and the view from the 9th floor(restaurant) is amazing- you can see all of Athens and acropolis. Thy have spa on the 8th floor and it is very good and they also have a Greek Tavern Infront of the hotel - MUST. We dine also in the restaurant in the evening - AGGELOS was serving us. The food, service - everything was above our expectation. A big bonus for the location- it is near everything so it is easy to go anywhere to tour.

The pool is very small and no ambarellas to protect from sun so we didn't use it much

Сподобався ресторан на верхньому поверсі з красивим краєвидом, також був гарний краєвид з номера (7 поверх). Також був гарний ресторан біля готелю. Розташування готелю було для нас зручне в місті.

В номері було не охайно, плохо прибрано, матрац порваний і зламана праска. Діти були в номері біля ліфту, було дуже гучно завжди, коли там стояли люди. На другий день нас переселили в інші номери, принесли нову праску в упаковці.

Alles veraltet, definitiv keine 5 Sterne Wert. Schlechtes Frühstück. Sauna Uralt, klein. Benötigt Modernisierung. Bilder auf Webseiten entspricht nicht der Wahrheit.

Well run hotel, with friendly attentive staff, and good facilities. Lovely view of the Akropolis, and a strong central location with walkable distances to great areas. Room size was great and the pool area was nice.

Pool area was also quite small, and was often full. Breakfast was below average but in no way bad. Towels had a slightly musty smell, but were changed regularly so mitigated that issue - still not ideal though. The area while convenient was a little bit sketchy but as far as I'm aware, that's part of the charm of Athens.

The room was nice and not too small, had a really great view. Upstairs breakfast & restaurant / bar area was great, staff super friendly and amazing views from the roof top. Pool was a bit small and crowded (as expected on hot summer days), but the roof top restaurant was really nice

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is very well located with many major attractions within walking distance. The staff were courteous, very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant served excellent meals and the breakfast buffet had so many choices of Greek and international foods, coffee, tea and juices. We highly recommend this hotel for you stay in Athens.

הפתיעו אותנו עם תשלום על חניה במלון למרות שהיינו עם אופנוע. שאלנו את נציגת הקבלה אם יש למלון חניה. הוסבר שיש אך לא נאמרה מילה על תשלום עבור החניה כלומר חוסר שקיפות מוחלט וזה היה מאוד מאכזב לגלות בצ׳קאאוט שיש לנו תשלום בהפתעה (סכום ממש לא קטן) על החניה של המלון. פניתי בעצת פקיד הקבלה למייל של המלון בבקשה לקבל זיכוי מאחר ולא נאמר שהחניה בתשלום בעוד שיכולנו להחנות ברחוב אם היינו יודעים. נשלחו 2 מיילים למלון ועד היום לא טרחו לענות. כמנהלת חווית לקוח בעצמי, חוסר תגובה ממייל רשמי של המלון מעיד המון על האמת של השירות שלו.

We stayed at the Zeus Wyndham Grand Athens for one night and had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to accommodate any requests, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The rooftop bar was definitely one of the highlights, with fantastic views over Athens and a great atmosphere to enjoy a drink in the evening. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens.

Nice property, overall the stay was great. The staff is super nice and helpful. They assisted me a lot with all my requests.

The A/C was problematic in the business center. In general Greece doesn’t understand the concept of a working A/C in 40 degrees. It’s the same issue everywhere.

Andra omgången en vecka efter första gången så tyckte jag inte alls att det var lika prisvärt, ny bar personal som inte alls tog hand om sina gäster utan man fick själv gå och hämta menyer för det tog alldeles för lång tid allting. Sa till om notan när jag fick sista omgången drinkar men slutade med att jag själv 20 min efter vi druckit upp gick och betalade direkt i baren

Grundsätzlich zentral gelegen und das Personal sehr bemüht.

Leider war Zimmer scheinbar für jemand anders bestimmt und dann uns gegeben wurde. Personal machte aber wirklich rasch aus eine Zweibettzimmer ein Doppelbettzimmer. Leider war aber das Bett kaputt und musste dann in der Nacht notdürftig repariert werden. Am nächsten Tag wurde dann der Fehler zwar behoben aber aus eine Doppelbett wurden wieder zwei Einzelbetten. Hatten in der letzten Nacht dann keine Zeit diesen Fehler wieder beheben zu lassen. Lage ist leider angrenzend an einem Drogenviertel. Spaziergang von oder zum Hotel eher nicht empfehlenswert. Wurde uns auch von Taxifahrern und anderen Gewerbetreibenden davon abgeraten.

Pool ist recht alt, Lage ist in einer nicht optimalen Lage da es dort schon recht grimmig ist.

Kurumsal bir otel olduklarını hemen hissedebiliyorsunuz. Çalışanların hepsi çok güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Araba parkı günlük 15 euro olsa da buna değiyor, bölgede araç park yeri bulmak neredeyse imkansız. Otelin temizliği ve olanakları güzel. Çatı restoran/barı akşam saatlerinde manzarasıyla birlikte şahane.

Otel mobilyaları ve duş elemanları eskimiş, kulbu olmayan/kırılmış bir çekmece veya duvardaki monte edilmiş yerinden düşmüş bir sabunluk güzel görünmüyor.

Everything was good. The hotel's location is very central: close to restaurants and attractions. The staff was very helpful in helping me plan my day sightseeing.

The TV didn't work. I had to call twice for someone to come and fix it.

I didn't eat breakfast but view was sensational. Never wanted to close the curtains as I just wanted to remember the view forever.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast buffet was very good. The rooftop bar/restaurant is very nice and offers great view and fresh air.

The location isn't very good. The hotel's area feels a little uncomfortable, and it's a 15-minute walk from most of the attractions and points of interest. The facilities aren't very well maintained. Also, it's quite expensive.

So lovely place in every corner to go. More comfortable, accessible to all place to visit. Personnel are friendly and good looking. Foods are all good even breakfast was wonderful!

Maybe make a new concept of menu at the restaurant but the rest are perfect!
