Very comfy bed. Spacy room. Remote location.

We were located on the first floor, right above the "club". People went crazy on a Saturday night and the music just couldn't be overheard. Breakfast wasn't great.

The pool facilities were excellent and very clean. Room was large,very clean and bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was quite expensive, so did not expect to pay for parking. Also there is a charge if you want to use the pool ,which is not made clear on booking. Breakfast was fair,but could be better. Location not good if you have no transport.

It was located well for my particular needs on this trip.

The hotel part of the business seems a little lost in the chaos of a gym, restaurant, gaming venue and whatever else is going on the overall complex, located in a business park. There did not seem to be a clear focus on serving the needs of hotel guests. Also: Surprised to receive an additional bill for parking after I checked out. I assume that was for a friend who visited during part of my stay? It seemed a little mean-spirited.

Breakfast overpriced and not always hot. Took long time for replacements to arrive. Room Only 1 set of towels provided although we had booked as a couple. Had to leave the room to ask for additional set. No one at the desk and could not find a staff member to help. Eventually someone came to the desk. Bed had a hard mattress.

The leasure facilities were nice

When I reported issues on arrival, the ones that could be quickly sorted were. The staff were very friendly. The hotel looks quite new and I think the SPA and gym would have bene lovely if we'd been able to take advantage of it.

There was only one bath towel in the room, the kettle didn't work and almost burned my hand, and the USB ports don't work. The room was basic with no tea other than plain black tea, no bottles of water and no shower cap. The bar is also expensive. Also didn't think I'd need to pay for parking as a resident.

A good, comfortable stay overall. Friendly staff, decent facilities, and a convenient option for a short visit to Aberdeen. Nothing outstanding, but a pleasant experience and I would consider staying again.

The room and bathroom felt a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment. I would also suggest adding a fridge to the rooms, particularly for guests staying multiple nights. My biggest frustration was the housekeeping process. I was unaware that rooms are not cleaned daily unless requested. If this is the hotel's policy, it should be clearly communicated at check-in. Having to ask for my room to be cleaned during my stay was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel experience.

Everything , the food excellent the service brilliant and the rooms and bathrooms were great. The gentleman on reception was called marco , he is a gem of a guy and great icon for the hotel. His bright helpful attitude makes you feel wanted and welcome .

If anything the rooms could do with more accessible charging points or power points .

Only thing I have issue with is the price scale. It can sometimes rise depending 9n whats on in the area which is to be expected but it can rise by too much sometimes, we stay alot so see such different pricing

Comfortable beds

Our room was not serviced even once in 3 night stay despite my request after first night. I hung the cleaning request card on the door every day. I have to keep collecting towels, coffee and milk sachets and even toilet rolls from the reception night staff. Very poor service.

Superb location - this is the best aspect of this hotel and why we reqturned. Easy access to Aberdeen and surrounding countryside. Didn't use the pool and gymn facilities on this occasion but on the previous occasions these were excellenet and seem to be in much demand. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Rooms contain little in the way of storage for clothes etc. We stayed 4 nights and had to live out of our suitcases - this was the major issue we had - just 4 coat hooks and one small drawer for storage. This is easily remedied. The food wasn't good - we ate dinner one night and that was below expectations. From past experience we chose not to have breakfast. This really does require attention. Staff were not as friendly or helpful as you might expect for a hotel of this type. Towels only for one person when the booking was for two - we had to ask for more towels. Also asked for more coat hooks but were not given any extra.

The property is in a great location just outside the city centre. It is very modern, clean and the staff really were top notch.

Not very personal. Like a large health club. Rooms very nondescript. All clean though. Felt it suited a younger clientele than ourselves.

We had a issue with ordering room service , so my wife went down to ask about ordering , it was a busy night and she suggests from crowd anxiety, she spoke with Marco on the front desk and himself and another lady helped my wife out , got our order placed and delivered to our room. He and the lady went above and beyond for us and its touches like that , and good people like Marco that are a credit to your team, and hotel , also the food was stunning .

The room was very sparsely furnished. Large room but no additional chair for comfort and would have expected a full length mirror in a room that size. Cables for hairdryer etc, very short

Great location for transport links. Lovely comfortable bed and hot shower.

The onlY quibble was ordering food/drink at the restaurant on the phone app. It didn't seem to have the drink I wanted, which I knew was at the bar. Just found it easier to go up to the bar to order. Staff were lovely and food was excellent.

Last minute decision to stop, good deal through being a member of loyalty scheme - good pool & facilities. Got a discount on breakfast so booked ahead, food perfectly ok but let down with drinks. Breakfast juice tasted cheap & watery Coffee machine appears to use UHT milk. Fortunately there’s an onsite Starbucks

4th time here and another excellent stay. The pool and gym have great facilities. Food in the bar and grill was also great. Special mention to Mehrab on reception, we were in a club room(302) and couldn't get the air con to work, he personally came to fix it himself but was still not great so he offered us another room(316) which was great 👍. Will definitely return.

Breakfast was weird. There were no teaspoons anywhere. The beans sometimes had no spoon and the coffee is awful. Get a bean coffee machine, it’s worth it. No uk channels in bedrooms.

Limited menu options if you don’t want a burger

Paying for parking at an out of town location where there are no alternatives and no shortage of parking space is an unnecessary bad customer experience. Just add the price to the price of the room to be transparent. There was only one towel in the room and bathroom lighting wasn’t very bright which made shaving difficult.

Room was comfortable

Only one towel in room for two guests, trip to reception to be told it’s a regular occurrence, but had to wait 15 mins for a towel. Very annoyed to be charged for parking. Staff at breakfast had to be told there was no milk in the coffee machine, and no juice in the orange juice dispenser. No one in charge and little proactive attendance to guests.

Blocked shower drain, (reported but not fixed flooded bathroom and bedroom carpet) no phone in room. Kettle not working, Found on the second morning when wanted to make tea. Meals poor. Breakfast not hot enough at the buffet. Bed unmade. No maintenance staff at the weekend to fix faults. Queues at bar/ restaurant insufficient staff. Meal returned as cold. TV remote not working on arrival had to remove and replace batteries to get it to work. Not a good experience. Some stuff not helpful and glum expressions giving an unhappy vibe around the place.

Our room number was not updated on the breakfast list despite staying in the hotel for six days. Need to improve.

So many add ons, I guess like everything else. Parking, buying vouchers for meals in advance. Nothing seemed included in the price so we stayed there and ate on one night. We ate in alternative locations for breakfast and the following dinner.

You can not park the car in front of the entrance to take off your baggage from the car and there is no especial parking for the hotel and the most important thing they charge the parking which was not told at the time of booking

Prices for drinks

The air conditioning in the bedrooms was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean, and overall it was very good value for money.

No water in bedroom for the kettle and felt like overnight guests should get free parking. The windows in our bedroom were also in need of a clean. Everything else was fine.

The gym poolside staff were not very friendly, and their communication came across as unprofessional. Their choice of words and overall attitude could be improved with additional customer service and PR training to create a more welcoming experience for members.

Fairly long term resident, I shouldn’t have to request room cleaning, towel change etc the staff ste fully aware of booking duration on check in. Free parking is a good option but the sign posts should declare this, I wasted £10 on first arrival which I didn’t need to pay.

Location good. Ample parking. Generally clean, modern and attractive hotel

Room I was allocated was clearly undergoing some kind of remodelling and was dominated by a large empty space. Just did not feel like the premium experience I would expect. Not the end of the world to spend a night in the room - but for there to have been no explanation given at reception when being allocated the room (No 329 incidentally) was poor.

No notice of the pool and jacuzzi closing! Customer service was poor Toilet kept running all night after being told earlier it was ok Chef at breakfast in the morning was extremely rude to customers Some staff very unhelpful

Booked a meal for 9 people and in short it was a very unpleasant experience Meal took 80 minutes to arrive, the fish was raw and still put on our bill We asked to speak to the manager and were met with a very hostile lady who was defensive even although we politely tried to explain our frustration We left after our mains although we had planned to spend the evening there The worst dining experience all 9 of us have ever had.
