Full size fridge and kitchen were awesome, however, didn’t come with sponge or dish soap to clean what little dishes we made. The location is walking distance to main gate and plenty of restaurant options. The breakfast was decent and I like when hotels have little snack and drink market. The pool area and basketball courts were awesome, but there were lots of guests out so we didn’t use the one pool they have.

Please get rid of old carpets and peeling wallpaper in bathrooms. Those were really gross. The beds are not comfortable at all. Upgrade tvs to smart tvs where a family can stream or cast phone streaming to Disney + if we wish.

Loved the location, the rooms were clean, free breakfast, wonderful breakfast and they were the best employees! Super friendly!

清掃が有料なのはいいですが3泊するのだからタオルは3泊分置いて欲しかった。

The Breakfast Variety was amazing! We enjoyed having breakfast and filling up before leaving for the day.

I did not like that the smoking was taking place outside my room. We were breathing it in our room from people smoking outside.

We loved staying here. We got upgraded to the two room suite. It was very spacious and roomy. The room was clean and had no smell. The kitchen came with all the necessary appliances and equipment you need for cooking. The breakfast could have been better but that’s about it. The pool, basketball court and play area was great for the kids as well. My toddler loved it! We have to give a big thanks to the staff, especially Josh at the front desk. He was amazing! He was very helpful, professional, and had great customer service. He even seemed to have everything on we needed at on hand to make our stay enjoyable. We will be going back soon!

There wasn’t anything that we did not like except maybe the breakfast could be better with more options.

Beds and pillows were not as comfortable as I remember. We did all wake up with a few bug bites.

The property is not well maintain. The sink faucet had water that dribbled out. There was no shower curtain. It was infested with flies and mosquitos.

The close proximity to Disney. It’s close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The outdoor activities are nice. The pool is heated and kid friendly. There is also a kids pool. There is a basketball court and small playground. The breakfast was delicious! The view of Disney fireworks was amazing.

There was no dish soap or sponge to hand wash dishes. The pools were over crowded and had dead bees in it. The room was on the busiest part of the street so we could hear buses and ambulances all night. There was a rather large spider in the iron closet. We saw a dead roach in the kitchen. The front desk employee we spoke to around 10:30am on 8/29 was rude and seemed to lack good customer service. Some of the staff cleaning the kitchen area and front area were rude.

I did not like how dirty the suite was, they just clean what was visible to the eye. Curtains were dirty, shower was filled with hair. Dirty couch as well. For breakfast; on Friday’s breakfast is over at 10am. Employees were cleaning up everything at 9:30 am. Finished cleaning at 9:45. We also noticed that kitchen employees were eating or taking their break around that time from the “leftovers”. I know because we got there at 9:30, & we were eating so we saw. The only thing worth the breakfast were the waffles & orange juice. Also they had construction workers working on the roof which blocked our walk way to the front building & our car, it was inconvenient walking allll the way around other buildings to get to where we needed to.

It was my first time staying at your location, my kids and my wife love it

Perfect location for walking to and from the Disneyland. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. We have stayed here multiple times over the last year and would happily stay again.

There were several times during our stay that an odd smell made walking to the breakfast room unpleasant. The easy walk to the parks and the comfortable room still make this a great choice for families needing more room.

Ich hatte das Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Wir kamen spät an und müssten dann feststellen, dass das Sofa nicht hergerichtet war für die weiteren 2 Personen. Es wurde erwartet, dass ich das Sofa beziehe und die Bettdecken. Das war schon sehr dreist.

The location is perfect, not too far of a walk to Disneyland. We have stayed here twice now and will be our “go-to” hotel for the future.

Great location…very close to the Toy Story parking lot and its shuttle to Disneyland, which anyone can use to ride to the park at no charge. We stayed in a loft, which has two queens, a king, and a pull-out sofa, plus two bathrooms. Easily accommodated both our families (7 people total)

This Hotel is brilliant - location wise. A 15min walk to Disneyland & California Disney; Anaheim Gardens where you’ll find plenty of suitable restaurants and a 10min walk to pick up a Hire Car. We thoroughly recommend this property for your short or extended stay - location wise!

Was close to Disney parks and the hotel was very family/child friendly. There was a lot of activities on site for families to do. The breakfast was also great!

I called and messaged to ask for a crib before we arrived and it wasn't there. There was also some stains on the sheets. But when I called down to the front they sent someone to change the bed and bring the crib right away.

Dirty, there was actually mold in our room on the ceilings and in the bathroom. The water damaged walls and ceiling were bubbled and cracking it looks like they just painted over it. The windows nailed shut on the first floor as well as filthy. We had bugs in the room not sure what type but we stayed there from 1am- 7:30 am and we all have visible markings of bites.

Great location. Better than a hotel room. Loved having full fridge and freezer as well as microwave and toaster.

A towel has fresh lipstick on it and the mattress has loud springs that were very uncomfortable Pool extremely small and crowded.

2階の部屋に続く階段が普通の階段で安心した。よくある梯子ではない。部屋に２つバスルームがあることが今回こちらを選んだ決め手だったので非常に満足。パークで疲れたら休みに戻ってこれる距離でありがたい。自宅で暮らすように過ごせて落ち着く。

ランドリーの調子が悪くフロントに訴えたら、用務員のような別のスタッフさんに回された。とても親切な方で親身になって助けてくれた。しかし、洗濯機の故障で5ドルを無駄にした場合、一時的にでもフロントがその弁償をしてくれてもよかったのではないか。なぜ客側が直接業者のコールセンターに問い合わせる羽目に？今も疑問だ。

The staff was amazing. Location was great. The rooms had everything. The place has a shop. The pool and park were nice.

The walls are thin. I could hear everything. We had a room that was near the street so could hear everyone passing by.

It was so cute! Super clean and spacious for us all. Yummy waffles. Great staff. Close to Disney, we walked there.

Kinda stuffy. Wish it had better ventilation. Baby play pen was delivered broken. But we coslept anyway.

Comfy bed, close to disneyland. When I first checked in, the front person was very rude but later when I went back, Jose was a great helper to all my questions I had.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the busses were shut down, the ones that would pick you up inside the hotel to take you to Disneyland.

We had a late arrival and the guy that helped me was kind of rude, wasn't very welcoming, my granddaughter had the same experience with the same man. All of the others were very good to us.

Staff were friendly

Blankets were damp. Rooms had a terrible smell. No extra blankets were in the rooms for the pull out sofa. Rooms are not really big enough to put a pack and play. If you are using the pull out bed and bedroom. The guest staying on the pull out sofa has to walk through the bedroom to use the restroom no separate entrance into the bathroom.

We didn't realize that not all rooms come with a fireplace. We had to take our fire logs home with us. I need to remember to request one next time. Our reservations were for June 13, 2026, and the swimming pool was closed for renovations. I'm was very disappointed about that as well.

Hatten eine Bi-Level-Loft Suite die sehr praktisch war. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und die Anlage selbst mit Pool und Court sehr schön.

Bed was comfortable. Location was good. We didn't use any of the amenities but they looked clean.

The ice machine in the freezer did not produce a lot of ice despite being "on" through my visit.

Full kitchen in the room, dining table and sitting area in the room, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to give space and close doors when ready for bed still allowing others to stay awake and visit. The free breakfast buffet option was great, and how friendly the staff was..The pool was great too! We loved our stay there.

We needed more dishes, dishsoap, and garbage bags. We were able to ask for more, but iwould have been easier to just have extras in the room for us knowing we were having a 5 night stay.

Walking distance to food and Disneyland

It was close to Disneyland and the parking was included. The men working the front desk during check-in were friendly also.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were small bugs in my bed. Judging by the look and online research, they are carpet beetles. There was leftover gift card trash in our nightstand drawer. One of my nephews slept on the sofa and he woke up with six bites on his legs and arms. We believe these are from bedbugs. There was an old sock left under the sofa bed. Our bedroom patio area was very dirty. There was little to no body wash in the shower. We called the front desk for a refill and they said they would get someone from housekeeping to come up but no one showed.

Pool was opened till 11pm. Breakfast was great! Free onsite parking.

Stayed here during the weekfor a family trip to Disneyland. Stayed in Room #1711 location is close to Disneyland drop off and entrance on Harbor Blvd. 8 to 10 min via Uber. Easy walk also about 15 to 20 min walk. Room was clean and spacious. Kingbed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Sofa bed is pretty used up and sagged. There were mosquitoes right outside the door, so we had to kill a few that got into the room. The bathroom fan sounded like it was about to blow up for a few seconds then would smooth out, it didnt bother me but it bothered my wife and kid. Breakfast was really good,plenty of waffle makers was very efficient. My daughter had some trouble with the TV, the guide on the remote was broke, the remote had some broken parts in it cuz it was rattling when moved around, again, didnt bother me at all. Hair drier did not operate properly. Parking is first come first served so you will be limited to available parking in your assigned area. Water pressure was low in the shower but it didnt bother me. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Disneyland or in the area.

Parking. If you left, good luck parking close to the building you are in. I spent the week walking from 2 buildings away. Normally wouldn’t be an issue, after long days at the parks it was a slight nuisance.

It's a pretty nice place for families to stay. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and the children in our group loved having playground nearby. It was really nice having access to a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator.

I didn't expect the room to look as dated as it did and it needed some deep cleaning. There was hair on the shower wall, sticky railings, and worn light fixtures and mirrors. One of the lights in our room didn't work at all.

Me encanto el tamaño de la habitación, sus colores, la distribución de la sala, cocina y cama. La decoración es bastante bonita y acogedora. El personal del comedor de los desayunos y del front desk son muy amables. EL concepto tipo estudios es muy bonito. Me gusto mucho que en la cocina tienes todo para preparar tu comida, aunque nosotros no cocinamos, pero ahí están todos los utensilios listos para cocinar, tambien tiene refrigerador, microondas y cafetera. Tiene una sala con dos sillones y una mesa muy bonitos.

La habitación se ve muy bien en tamaño y en colores es muy bonita pero el olor era muy feo, el baño olia a tuberías viejas, toda la habitación estaba con ese mal olor a tuberías. La cama no tenia las sabanas nuevas, tenia polvo y me dio comezon. Además, el hotel hace su publicidad que está a 7 minutos caminando de los Parques de Disneyland y está a 25 minutos y después de todo un dia caminando en Disney quien quiere caminar mas para llegar a su habitación, tuvimos que estar pagando UBER para transportarnos. Tambien, hasta que llegas te enteras que la habitación la limpian cada 3 dias no a diario como otros hoteles. Sino fuera por estos detalles le darian las 5 estrellas, por lo demás es muy lindo el lugar con un concepto familiar.
